You can live here but don’t expect to park here. As you can see, people are forced to park illegally here due to lack of parking. Management claims to not “guarantee parking” but you can have a trailer parked there for as long as you want. Most apartments have designated parking spaces for motorcycles. Not here! I’ve also seen people park in the car wash/ cleaning station before which is also not allowed. Management specifically stated that the tow company will swing by whenever and they don’t have anything to do with it. Ask the tow company and they say that they only come out when management or someone calls them. Again, management is failing to actually manage their property.*in response to the reply from the “owner”. Obviously you are at risk of being towed if you park in a handicap spot. But it wouldn’t happen if management actually checked the parking lot for parking permits or the license plates they have on file when signing the lease. It wouldn’t be an issue if there was a limit on the amount of cars/trailers/motorcycles that could be registered under a lease. Either that or designate a spot for them.

Apartments are very spacious! I love the pool. The maintenance team is fast when I have had requests .

Really top-notch apartment complex. Apartments are very roomy. The leasing office is SO prompt and nice. Misty, especially, in the leasing office is super helpful and kind. Maintenance is very quick to make repairs (24-48 hours)! I also really appreciated that the apartment complex installed bright lights on the hallway leading to my buildings doorways. As a woman, it makes me feel 100 percent safer that they took the time to replace all of the bulbs--which werent out by the way but just kind of dull--and exchanged them for nice, super bright lights so that we could come home late in peace. To my knowledge no one requested this and they took the initiative and did it on their own accord. I have lived in this apartment complex for a year and a half, and I am very pleased!

We lived here for 2 years and truly loved it! The staff is absolutely wonderful! Kathryn & Misty were always so helpful and kind. Maintenance showed up promptly to take care of our work orders and the grounds are always well maintained. The property is literally right around the corner from EVERYTHING yet tucked away from all of the hustle and bustle. I will gladly refer anyone to The Reserve at Creekside.

The staff are rude, mosquitos are crazy, vandalism to cars, mail stolen, no parking, dog poop everywhere, apartments are poorly repaired after old residents leave, maintenance very slow and rude, I was charged rent twice one month and they did nothing to help get my money back, saying it was my fault for submitting it twice. Kathryn (community manager) is rude. We brought up the parking to Kathryn one time and she told us that life isnt fair and that we would have to park on the other side of the complex when we got home. These are some of the inconveniences I experienced while at the apartments for a year. I DO NOT recommend these apartments, they say they are luxury but they are not. There are cheaper and nicer option in the area. If anyone has any questions please please ask. Dont bother calling them they never answer the phone!

My experience with Reserve at Creekside has been very good. The office staff is always friendly and responsive any time I have gone to the office. They have great and timely maintenance whenever there has been an issue. I highly recommend these apartments if you are looking for a place to live in Chattanooga.

Lived here for almost 2 years. Very quiet, very safe, and very well-kept! Also every experience I had with maintenance and/or management, all the associates were always quick to respond and professional!

Love this community! The location is superb and the apartment is extremely cozy and comfortable. Kathryn and her team are simply amazing.

From moving a lot I have gathered one thing, no matter where you rent from there will be issues. However, I have never had the pleasure of dealing with a front office like here at Reserve at Creekside. Whenever I had a worry, complaint or question Misty at the front desk was there with a reply making me feel like a priority. The apartments are super spacious and the porches are my favorite. I have always been treated with respect and the neighbors are so kind to one another. If youre looking for a good apartment I would highly suggest you come take a look over here!

I really love it here!! ;)It was a big decision for me to decide where to move in Chattanooga. I decided to move into Reserve at Creekside Apts in East Brainerd. From the very beginning, Misty and Katherine were so friendly and welcoming and proceeded to so patiently answer all of my questions, even when I asked the same question multiple times!After moving in, I had a maintenance check list that I submitted on a Friday, and on Monday 2 maintenance guys showed up, Robert and Brad, and not only ‘fixed’ everything, they showed me what they had done, and made sure I knew how to use everything in the apt. they had fixed. Above and beyond service for sure!Every experience I have had at Reserve at Creekside has been an exceptional experience of welcome and care that I settle in satisfactorily! I love my new apt. and all of the amenities. I especially love how completely safe and private I feel here! I know I made the right choice. Kudos & Thanks to the Creekside team for making this move so easy and efficient and making me feel like I belong!

Love the property and the management has always been so welcoming and helpful even during hard times.

I have lived here for nearly two years and have enjoyed it immensely. Its quiet, comfortable and has the amenities I want, such as the pool and gym/rec room. Robert and Brad, the maintenance team always take care of any issues promptly. My stove recently went on the fritz . They quickly diagnosed the problem and made repairs. I look forward to continuing to live here for the foreseeable future.

Love the management team here! Katherine leads a very professional group while still maintaining the Southern hospitality Chattanooga is known for! And I love the two bedroom layout! Perfect for guests from out of town as the layout is basically two master suites.

I have seen the reviews about how they are rude or not clean. Let me just say this I stay here and have 3 kids and a dog. This place is very clean and the people here are very nice. They respond to maintenance request within that sameweek or sooner. I dont normally do reviews but seeing these remarks upset me because these people here are very kind hearted people and the apartments are in great shape. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a great family type environment with people whocare.

Dangerous place for kids . The worst park Ive seen in my life. Public parks are much better and you do not have to pay such an expensive rent.

Just noticed a door seal was worn out. Prompt, friendly and knowledgeable maintenance staff, Brad, had it replaced very quickly. Not too loud and love the play area for kids.

David was such a help on the phone yesterday! He was kind enough to pass along our takeout information to his office. Its nice to have our community come together and help each other out during this time! Thank you!

I lived here for 2 years with zero complaints regarding maintenance and staff. Misty Henley reached out to me when I was looking for an apartment and was with me every step as I moved from NW KY to SW TN. The apartments are spacious with nice patios.

Staff is friendly and helpful! They have gone above and beyond expectations after the recent tornado providing meals, assistance with insurance claims, and prompt clean up of the property!

Always polite to fix things when im home and doesnt leave a mess when im not home. Overall a great place to live.

I recently resided at Reserve and it was by far our favorite apartment community! Misty is so genuine and nice she made us feel right at home. We have lived in few communities in Chattanooga and I can assure you just to not waste your time looking around. MOVE HERE!!! They also have large floor plans which the new ones dont really offer.

I have lived at the Reserve at Creekside apartments since June 2016, and love it. Its generally pretty quiet. Our apartment is huge for an apartment and has a nice deck as well. Its not expensive at all for such a nice place. The maintenance people are great and usually come same day to fix problems. One day our washer stopped working and because we had to wait for the manufacturer to fix it they gave us access to an unoccupied apartment so we didnt have to go to the laundromat, which I thought was way more than they had to do. All the staff are very friendly. The landscaping is beautiful and theres tons of grassy area for the dog to go to the bathroom. They have fun activities from time to time for the residents to participate in.

Worst “luxury” apartments in the area. Front office is horrible and the manager never reaches out about issues and there is a lot. Spend a little more somewhere else wish I would have kept moving to another complex. Would be more to write about the past year but trying to put this experience behind me and forget all about it. They should audit the office and management

We chose these apartments because of the open floor plan with large bathrooms and large, tall vanities. We like the gated community and the office staff is friendly. Now the negatives - there is a real problem with poop!! It’s bad, it stinks, it’s hard for us and our dogs to dodge it!! Some neighbors refuse to pick up poop and management cannot do anything (they have sent out letters-etc), unless we tenants sneak around and take pictures of offenders!! This is ridiculous!! If there isn’t anything they can do about it, then someone should pick it up each week! This is a problem and it piles up a lot!! Kids and parents that play with kids outside, have to be really careful of poop and I don’t see how they can even play. Parking is a problem and if you get home after 7pm, chances are that you won’t find a spot. We only have 1 vehicle and have had to park far away often. There are a couple large pit bulls which are against apartment rules. I’ve tried hard to avoid these dogs when walking my dogs for obvious reasons. You sign loads of papers in lease and go over rules, but tenants do what they want. Noise level in apartments are basically fine, but I have easily heard when tenants fight and scream and it’s loud and clear in our apartment. Lastly I have been so offended by poop, I’ve tried to help and pick it up often. I’ve told the office that if someone would help me and supply a shovel or a pooper scooper, I would pick up the poop weekly. They didn’t take me up on that. I’ve only lived in an apartment 1 other time, but although there were poop offenders, it wasn’t near this bad and apartments made sure to get it up off the grounds!! We also had assigned parking.Awe the smell of spring in the air..., nope, just 10+ piles of poop off my balcony....

The manager was so mean when wanted to leave the community, she was fighting us on a dollar or two when the contract didnt determine a clear answer. I didnt have a problem in paying, but the way she treated me as she wants to get the most out of me was not something nice after we spent two years in the place.
