As a new transplant to TN, I can say that I have had the most wonderful experience here at 17 Broad. The staff has gone above & beyond for me. Obviously, life happens. I have found each member to be caring, responsive, and reactive.The 17 Broad community as a whole is extremely welcoming. I have made so many personal & professional connections here at home. I am so delighted to have landed here...in the perfect spot for me!

This is a beautiful and convenient place to live. Natasha, Jess, and Olivia are wonderful to work with. So happy to have moved here.

This is the biggest joke of a luxury apartment I have ever experienced. I relocated to the Chattanooga area from Texas, and found this apartment online. From the pictures, it looked like a good fit. I filled out the application online and was approved. I decided to take a chance and lease the apartment sight-unseen. The move-in special at the time was 2 months FREE RENT on your New Luxury Apartment Home!! Gated Parking Garage! I called and asked not to be placed in a unit directly facing the chicken plant, as I imagined the smell even on the other side of the building would be bad enough. Lilly said she could make that accommodation for me, as the building wasnt anywhere near capacity and it wouldnt be a problem. Fast forward two months when I arrive in Chattanooga and try to pick up the keys. The guy in the office was very friendly, but said I should have received a move-in packet, and lease agreements before hand. I didnt receive these items. We were able to proceed and I was able to move in that day. I was assigned a parking space, not in the garage, but on the very top of the garage, as far as possible away from my unit. The garage has more than enough space to be FCFS for parking and leave the top of the uncovered garage for overflow parking. I wish I would have known my parking spot was going to be assigned and uncovered. The available amenities online list twice Garage Parking and Attached Garage/Carport. I asked if I could move my spot to a location closer to my unit and said they were all full, and I would be placed on a list...Upon moving my belongings into the unit, I discovered the fridge wasnt very cold, but figured it just needed to be turned down. The ice maker in the freezer wasnt working either, so I pulled the fridge out from the wall and turn the water switch on. This didnt solve the issue with the ice maker, so I placed a maintenance request. The ice maker was fixed within a couple days. Next, I realized my fridge wouldnt get below 65 degrees and my washer wasnt working correctly either. I put in another request and it took about a week for my washer and three weeks for my fridge to be replaced. Next, I log into the resident portal to review August rent and other charges. They did pro-rate Julys rent, because I moved in halfway through the month, but didnt list my first two months free. Oh, and surprise, they charge $125/month for UNCOVERED Parking! The parking charge isnt listed anywhere on their website and you are not made aware of it until you are signing all of your leasing documents. I tried to reach out to the office twice through the resident portal, but I guess they only send messages, dont receive/read incoming messages... The service request feature on the portal also doesnt work. Convenient... I would steer clear of this apartment, deceptive practices, not very organized, and not the luxury apartment complex they present themselves as.

This is a beautiful building with great apartments. That said it is difficult to comprehend locating a apartment complex next to a chicken processing center. The smell is horrible.
