Laurel ridge has been one of the best places ever to stay and feel comfortable at. The staff is kind and caring and very attentive on maintenance. The grounds are clean and there is security in the evenings which is very very reassuring. I wish I could get them 6 stars. ♡

My husband and I moved in on March 8th and we are loving it! The staff has been lovely and they’ve made sure we felt at home. The property is clean, my neighbors are friendly and I love the fact that we are so close to everything. Our apartment is just what we were looking for and the very first place we checked out when relocating from Florida! Thank you for making us feel right at home!

Lisa could not have been more helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure my partner and I had everything we needed to move in. Lisa was very accommodating with the little things that mattered a lot to us. Could not have been a better experience.I am very pleased with the property so far. Great maintenance, great landscaping, and the units are beautiful and affordable.EDIT:After living here for about a month, it truly has been wonderful. Any minor issue I have had was fixed by maintenance VERY promptly. Very pleased so far with my experience still :)

Our overall move in experience was quite pleasant. Lisa was an absolute treat to work with and she was very responsive and helpful. Lisa definitely made the move in experience much easier and less stressful than I have had at many other apartments. The maintenance crew is very kind and professional and have helped address our concerns quickly.The apartment itself is nice, but certainly not perfect. Single pane windows and poor weather stripping create open drafts throughout the apartment. On day one the central heat wasnt working properly and running constantly, which required submitting for maintenance. All of the electrical outlets are outdated and several didnt work at all. Instead of properly replacing the outlets (prior to us moving in) they just put big covers over the outlets, that then extend anything plugging into it further away from the actual outlet hidden behind. (Maintenance did fix the outlets and heat that we had requested, in a timely fashion.) There are also three separate light switches in the apartment that are connected to nothing. Two switches are suppose to run to receptacles, for turning on lamps, because there is no central light in the living room, but arent actually connected. Its nit-picky, I know but when using it everyday its really annoying. Lastly, there is no secure outgoing mail. If you want to send something you have to place it on a public table located next their front office doors, where literally anyone could come in and grab it if they wanted to. So, if you want to send something valuable or any sensitive material, you have to go to your post office down the road. Certainly not a deal-breaker, but inconvenient for sure. A simple out-going mail drop box could fix this.Overall the community is very friendly, clean and safe. We have been enjoying our new home and believe the pros far out-weigh the cons. If looking for a new apartment in Chattanooga I would certainly recommend this location.

This was my first apartment and it was absolutely the best experience. Everyone on staff from office to maintenance, all were great. Very good communication with them. Nice apartment layout. Really enjoyed my stay there! Highly recommend.

I have been at Laurel Ridge for 10 months and it has been a great experience. The apartments are really nice and clean. I like how quiet the community is. I greatly appreciate the pest control service since there is a balcony/patio for every apartment. Besides the nice apartment, I would say the staff at Laurel Ridge is the best thing about this place. Laurel Ridge staff members are professional and kind. The first month I lived here, I had a couple problems that needed to be fixed. The first problem was the hot water was not working. I was able to talk to someone in the office, and right away they had someone come fix the hot water. The second problem was the breaker was not working properly, so everything electric would turn off randomly. The office was not open because this happened late in the evening, but I was able to call the emergency number for Laurel Ridge and a staff member was at my apartment in less than 20 minutes to fix the problem. I am so thankful to live in an apartment complex where the staff is professional in fixing any problems that arise in a very timely manner. Even though I encountered a couple problems my first month, Laurel Ridge deserves a high star review from how they handled the problems. The staff truly cares that you are happy with where you live. The only negative thing I would say about Laurel Ridge is that I do not like the water saver toilet. Since the toilet is supposed to save water, it has a very weak flush. This makes me flush multiple times just to try to get everything to go down...so that probably doesnt save any water and it is a nuisance. Overall, Laurel Ridge is wonderful place to call home.

I have been living here for almost five months. The appearance of my apartment and community is very nice; however, there is an bug problem that has yet been resolved. Other residents has also stated they have seen multiple insects such as roaches here as well. Pest control comes often but it is ineffective. If there wasn’t such a huge insect problem, I would rate this complex five stars because management is responsive.

Honestly BEST EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had!!!!! I moved here about 5 months ago from Miami, and from the beginning Krishna and coral were beyond helpful! They made my move so easy, and worked with me professionally and efficiently. I’ve been living here now for 5 months and I love it! The staff is super nice, very kind, and professional. I feel extremely welcomed every time I come in to the office! They give us free coffee and snacks which is a plus for me haha. In regards to the apartment it is very spacious! The closet size is great! The kitchen is remodeled and so is the bathroom! And I have to give a shout out to maintenance ! They are on point with everything! They resolve anything within a day! So I love that!Over all I have nothing but great things to say about living here. I truly enjoy my time here!

Laurel Ridge is a very quiet apartment complex. The location is perfect because there isnt a lot on the street of Bonny Oaks, but its very close to the highway, so I cant get anywhere I want in a quick manner. The staff is also great and I love the tennis court and fitness center.

Carol is very helpful and informative, approval was fast. Only thing is that when you choose an apartment online you don’t really know what’s renovated or not. Plus there’re aren’t any photos of the NON renovated apartments online. My main reason for applying was that the apartments were all renovated. So I think it’s a little misleading and there should be some information stating whether an available unit is renovated or not before you apply because the non renovated apartments cost just as much as the renovated units. Which is expensive for an outdated apartment.

Laurel Ridge Apt. really seems to care about every detail of the apartments. The landscaping is always beautiful, the security makes you feel safe, and they are on top of any issues you may have.

The community is very friendly and convenient. The staff take extra care for the residents. But make sure rules are enforced. They have mobile apps to pay rent and get service when needed.

This ia a great place to live. The entire staff office and maintenance crew are very knowledgeable of their jobs and perform them well. The apartment complex is in a great location & I would tell anyone who is looking for a place to live to check Laurel Ridge Apartments.

Great Staffing. Immaculate Service provided from the front office. I have been here 6 weeks and the only issue I have is parking. There isn’t assigned parking so it can be difficult getting a spot at my actual unit.

A $700 non refundable move in fee after paying $50 for an application ha. This place is a scam. They stole $50 from me, be wary about them. My credit is good and background is spotless.

Apartments are pretty nice the staff and maintenance are great. The planes are noticeable but not too bad. However, the train noise is awful, you can hear them up to 2 am blasting their horns down Bonny oaks.

I have lived here for going on 3 years. I love it. I have great neighbors! Most everyone who lives here are hard working families, singles, and college students and a few retirees. It is a great mix of folks. The management is great and the maintenance crew is quick to respond to emergencies. The grounds are animal friendly and the pool and pool area is kept very clean! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great apartment community.

Laurel Ridge Apartments was my Home for 7 years, I left because my job transferred me to Georgia.I looked at many apartments when I moved to Chattanooga, LR had the floor plan options, facilities, safe environment and price that I was looking for. My job required me to be away for days/weeks at a time so I came home at all times of the day/night; Ive always felt safe and secure here at LR; which is the most important factor for me.Ive always interacting with the staff over the past 7 years (paying rent, etc. - you can pay rent online too, no additional charge). Ive seen many people come and go....but the present Manager, Krishna is awesome and she is very professional but still is very down to earth and personable. The Maintenance Team of Jimmy, Allen and Allan provide quick maintenance service, always with a smile.Ive seen many changes over the years since the new owners/staff have taken over: my apartment has new cabinets in the kitchen/bath, new flooring, new appliances, ceiling fans in the BR and Dinning area, the grounds and buildings are beautiful (they are groomed every day and the walkways/buildings are pressure washed when needed), which is very important (place looks great).... oh yeah, there is a campus garden where I grew tomatoes, cabbage, peppers and green beans last year...:)I know this is a long review.... but this was my Home for 7 years.... if I must live in an apartment again, I hope I can find one with the same standards as Laurel Ridge Apartments...:)Jackie

Takes care of needs in a timely fashion! I love the property so far. The noise level is compliant and my neighbors are super friendly; they welcomed me with open arms the first few days of moving in.

So far, its been a great place to live. It is very convenient to my job. The scenery is very nice and the noise level is low. Feels great to come home.

I been here over a year now and I must say that the management team is very good. I only have two things to say, first the neighbors over me sounds like giants walking and the pet owner need to start picking up behind their pets when they are done using it.

Lived at Laurel Ridge Apartments for the past 4½ years. Love the landscaping, the apartment floor plan we had is called the Magnolia. Two story, two bedroom, galley kitchen, 1½ bath and just the right size for two of us at 1,152 square feet. Anytime we had a problem requiring maintenance, we received service quickly and they took care of the problem. Located on Bonny Oaks near Volkswagen and just a few minutes drive from the Hamilton Place Mall, Highway 58, Hixson and downtown Chattanooga, this location is very convenient to many other places in and around Chattanooga. Weve been looking at many different apartments as it has come time for us to move. Doing this we see that Laurel Ridge Apartments provides a great value to those of us who prefer apartment lifestyle living. If you are looking for an apartment in Chattanooga, I highly recommend that you check out Laurel Ridge. The swimming pool, convenient mailbox location and much more makes this a great community to live in. Within two weeks after moving out, we received a check refunding our security deposit.

Horrible experience trying to view apartments. Management and staff need customer service and diversity training. Badly.I won’t say all of management. Crystal is great to work with over the phone but make sure she’s there to give you your tour or you will be severely disappointed. If you’re not looking to move within the next month, they won’t even take your viewing seriously.Look elsewhere

We just moved in and every corner there is something great and new! We looked at several other apartments but this one was definitely the best choice!

Its a decent apartment home with few problems. Pet friendly, small gym, and laundry mat on site. The big bonus here is that everything is within a 10 minute drive. Whether its down town, Hamilton place or hixson

The staff is very helpful, even after I moved in. Additionally they are continually improving around the community since I moved in. If you need a service request, they are quick to get that fixed as well.

This is the worst complex Ive ever stayed at. I was in a horrible accident and was unable to work. I let them know that the rent would be covered but it would be late. I was never late in almost a year. They were so RUDE to me and threatened to call the shariff department on me. The office staff are VERY RUDE JERKS save your money because they advertise hardwood floors but they actually linoleum. Waaaaay over priced

Typical apartment building, but they have a contract with Xfinity (Comcrap), so you wont get EPB. If anything goes wrong with the cable or internet, Comcrap will charge YOU $50 per visit to come out, even though you have no control over the coax cables running through the apartments. In one apartment, two out of three coax cables are bad (according to the comcrap tech), but he couldnt fix them because they would need to coordinate with the apartment management. Management said Comcast had to fix them. So now, there is no TV in the living room because the cables are bad.

Ive seen a few giant cockroaches and theyve shut the water off twice in a month when I have to get ready for work for maintenance. I can also hear a train every 20 min. Getting pretty tired of it. Only option for internet is Comcast which is crap and theyve wired the light switch at the door to turn off every outlet in the living room
