I was so pleased to find Bling Nail Studio after MONTHS of searching in the area. Its about 30 min from where I live but worth the drive. Nails are sculpted...which is not done in cheaper places. Products are all high quality. Swarovski crystals, gold foils, glitters and colored acrylics are only a few of their huge range of offerings. You can see all of the nail artists on IG. Ana did the nails in these pics. Fills last up to 8 weeks! Yes, 8!!! However this is NOT....I REPEAT NOT the $20 nail shop! You get top quality work here and no disrespect to other places, but quality work takes time. Katy is the owner and there are 5 or 6 artists in residence. They also do unique work, such as encapsulated nails, or shapes, such as the Russian nail shape. A beautiful spacious salon, good hearted down to earth ppl, free parking...I love everything about it. Appts are booked online.

Ive been going to Katy for about a year now. She does really good work, but she needs to take a customer service class. She goes by appointment only but is never on time for her appointments, yet if you are 15mins late then you are cancelled. My last appointment with her, I was waiting for a whole hour. She had one of her other techs prep me in the meantime, but he started taking my permanent stones off . I wasnt upset with him though because Im not his regular client and he didnt know. When Katy got to me, she complained for a while about my nail shape , Russian almond, and kept saying how much work it is, how tiring it is, how she doesnt make any money off it, ect. I was offended because even when I come for a fill in Im paying $60 or better, but I didnt say much because I was already upset about waiting an hour and I didnt want my temper to get the best of me. Long story short, she didnt replace the same quality of stones as the original that were accidentally taken off, and when I gave her one star on punctuality, she got offended and told me she was canceling all my future appointments and I can go find somebody else. How can she be mad at me when she was a whole hour late? And then told me how my review wont matter because people are still gonna keep coming to her regardless of what my or anybody elses review says and she wished me good luck 🤷🏾‍♀️Your work can be the best but nobody likes rudeness & trash customer service.

I made several appointments with Bling (fill and pedi) for Friday, June 26, starting at 10am. I made the appointments Thursday June 25 around 4pm. Bling NEVER confirmed the appointments via email on Thursday June 25. On Friday morning around 9am, I received phonecall from the S.Stephens, stating that I had overbooked my appointments. I told her that it didnt make a difference because I needed to cancel since the appointments were NEVER CONFIRMED. While on the phone with me (now around 0914), she confirmed the appointments and cancelled them under the guidance of Katy the owner. The canceled activity had to post, otherwise, they couldnt get the 25.00 for a cancellation fee..I couldnt cancel the appointments on the app because they NEVER confirmed the appointments until they had me on the phone THE NEXT DAY!! IF YOU NEVER CONFIRMED, WHAT MAKES YOU ENTITLED TO THE CANCELLATION FEE!?!

My first time going to this salon was this past Friday , when I tell you I love this place when I walked in i thought wow this place is nice , I got greeted by Katy She came and asked if I would like wine or something to drink which was nice .. my appointment was at 230 when I got there I waited no more than 5 minutes and was already sitting down ready to go I had the pleasure of getting Katy ( the owner ) and when I tell you she did an AMAZING job, I’ve never had a nail lady that takes as much time and detail & Dedication as she did for my nails , my nails were rough going in and she hooked me up . I love them so much and would recommend to anyone. Ladies remember you get what you pay for , they may cost more because they are better quality.

Katy has extremely poor customer service! She has very good work but treats clients badly and the nail techs! She should humble herself and treat people better because karma will catch up to her. I will make sure to never recommend this shop to anyone!

This place is a class act! The atmosphere was AWESOME, great music, comfy chairs,and they even served wine. Tony did my feet with swavoric crystals and the compliments were endless! I will be returning

I recently relocated here from Upstate New York and was going to a nail Spa such as Bling. As a matter of fact my nail tech was the one who referred me to her (Katy). Little did they know was that I had been having my nails professionally done for over 10 years. The look of my nails are very important to me. If my nails aren’t looking right, I don’t feel good. I scheduled my appointment on Vagaro like it was requested. It assigned me to someone that I chose. But later that week they sent me an email assigning me to someone else. Little did I know she was a intern. My nails were awful. I had originally booked other appointments for Katy but then went home and canceled every last one of them. For fear that they were going to assign me back to the same person. My nails cost me a lot, but did not want to make a scene. Even gave the intern a tip. That’s the type of person I am. I know how to do things more professionally. I cancelled the rest of my appointments, now typing a review and never ever going back.

I had my first service today (Ombre Full Set—Tips) and was pleased with the environment, customer service, and the service itself. Shaquana was prompt, timely, and made me feel comfortable. My nails are beautiful too!!!

I’m not directly sure about the nail service at this facility, but from what I’ve seen online their nail techs are pretty skilled.My concern is with the hairstylist at the shop, Herlin. I received a blowout last year, and I was impressed by how long it lasted, and although I had a little heat damage after, I wanted to commit to receiving trims by her. So, when time rolls around for me to schedule a follow up appointment (trim, which is something she strongly suggested) she never replied. I figured it was some slight miscommunication and I would try to reach out to her some other way, like IG for instance since that was her main marketing source. I sent her a message, a week goes by and still no reply. So I check the message again and it showed that she neglected my second attempt at reaching out. I find it insolent and unprofessional to handle business in that manner, and I truly regret exchanging my money for her service. If there was something wrong or she wasn’t comfortable with acquiring more clientele, then she should’ve made it clear instead of otherwise. Customer service is obviously an unfitting pursuit for her business, and she should consider re-evaluating the intentions of her brand... because if she’s not in the profession to satisfy the consumer while making a profit, then there’s no need to waste her and other people’s time.

I feel very shorted! I went here three times. And only one time was I satisfied. That was when I went in as a walk in. The other two times I was with new technicians. No one told me these women were inexperienced. I had to learn this from another cliente.Both ladies did some sloppy work. My nails were awful. The first time I got a fill in for red bottom nails. There was black polish underneath my nails. I was embarrassed to show the bottom of my nails. And the worst part is that the girl left early and my designs were done by a more experienced tech and she didnt clean the bottom of my nails. The last time I went the girl put tips on my nails, and the diamonds come off the nails the next day. What really upsets me is they dont tell you these people are just learning to do sculpture nails but you get charged full price. My work hours do not allow me to just be available anytime.

Shaquanna was friendly, professional but a little slow. My nails were pretty but I wouldnt say they were 90 buck worth. After getting so far behind the owner talked to her in a nasty tone and my nails were finished sloppily one side has a hump with no gel at all. I blame it on the owner as to why she felt the need to do a half behind job at the end. Overall it was not a terrible experience.

I started going to this nail salon this past April. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!! Very professional atmosphere. There was a time I had to wait 30mins or so bc Katy was running behind. She took accountability of the late appointment and took money off my service. That is what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I am very particular when it comes to who does my nails and found a nail tech for life in Katy. I use to go to Viva Nail Spa in Concord, but since finding Katy, I will never go back to Viva. Katy does such an awesome job and I have and will continue to recommend her and the salon to others!!!

The nail technicians were not that friendly.The Nail technicians were good.The videos were nasty and ful of pornography.My daughter and I were so disgustedwith women wearing hardly any clothesand showing their breasts and rear endsWe are not coming back.As a follower of the Lord very offensiveto us.

Walked in and immediately had an employee shake her head at me and yell from across the salon that it was appointment only and that if I didnt have an appointment there wasnt any availability. From there I think the owner got up to greet me but by that time I was already checked out. Disappointed cause I was looking forward to making an appointment, but that was far too rude. Not very welcoming.

My FIRST experience was to say the least very disappointing! I had a 1:30p appointment, drive THIRTY MINUTES to get there at 1:10p by 1:24p (I looked at my phone) my nail tech told me to give her 10 mins! Okay cool !!! 1:45 comes & goes *crickets* by 1:58p I get up like I have to be back to work at 3p. WHATS THE POINT OF APPOINTMENTS IF YOU DONT GO BY THEM??? They do an amazing job (hence the appointment made). However, no ounce of compassion for wasting my time & gas for NOTHING!!

If you can require a deposit you should send out reminders of appointments as well ,the place Is a lil hard to find the navigation does not pull the suite .I called no answer then I got a text ,when I said I was having trouble finding it she wasnt very friendly or helpful . Yes we realize your busy & have other appointments but being rude is not necessary! I felt uncomfortable when I showed her that I couldnt get the all of the product off my nails & she replied I should told her so something earlier & it could be worked out so she wouldnt have time to do my nails cause she had other appointments. I was ok with that until my nails ended up very short & not what I wanted for my B -day nails . She continued w/ her clients not once checked on me or said another word I felt that was rude as well . I was a paying client & Im in the service / beauty industry myself. I wouldnt treat a new or existing customer that way . No matter how good your skill or work is customer service & professionalism goes a long way so needless to say I wont back ...

She does phenomal work on my nails every single time! But the owner Katy always has a unpleasent mood. I feel bad if i ask her to do something or change it if i dont like it. She always has this attutiude and says i dont have time for that and always seems to be in rush for the next customer. I really think she should be more pleasent and work on her customer service skills. She comes with a hefty price as well $80 for a fill and stones on 2 hands. Be warned go to katy but dont even slighty upset her. And its been like this every single time i go to her!

Katy does amazing work, however, her customer service and appreciation is lacking. She can come off rude at times. She tends to shoot from the hip, which I dont mind but the delivery is key. She expects you to respect her time and will tell u what she does and doesnt have time to do, but will have you waiting way past the 15 min mark while shes finishing w/ another customer. Unfortunately, sometimes when ppl are great at what they do and make alot of money doing it, customer service and appreciation becomes non-existent. They act like u need them and forget that the customers are the reason why theyre so successful. As I mentioned before, Katy is a master at what she does, but at the end of the day Im not going to keep driving 30 min across town to get my nails done at almost double the price itd be at most places for someone that doesnt seem to really appreciate it

I was very disappointed!I got recommended here and was super exicted. Made an appointment but couldnt it on time because of personal problems but I texted them and let them know 2 hours in advance. Didnt get a response. I ended up coming and being like 15 minutes late and as soon as I arrived I received a text saying cant take me in. A day before I made a 20$ deposit for this appointment. I came and spoke and told her the reason again and she said she cant take me, she booked. Then asked when does my deposit expire, she said if it not done on same day it expires. As a first customer I was just disappointed. I feel ripped off and robbed. It said no refunds but I did not read if late u loose ur deposit. Very unprofessional and just was disappointed. Never will I try to go back there again. I will not recommend this place nor speak well of it

I am a bonafied nail critic! Moved to Charlotte 3 years ago from Chicago so Im use to getting flashy bling and creative artistic nails. I came to Katys Bling nails for the first time and I really wanted an appt with Katy cause I saw her work on IG and been looking for somewhere in Charlotte where someone could actually do some real nail art. Its been a real task..matter of fact been so cautious cause the last time I had got my nails done was back in Feb I contracted Paronychia at a diff nail place. I lost all my nails and it took literally a year for me to completely get rid of. Anyway.. Katy was not available but she referred me to her other nail techs I was able to get appt with one of her other techs..very nice sweet person my appt was at 10 and soon as I walked in I was in the seat getting my nails done (very impressed). This place does not use fake nail, your nails are shaped and created using acrylic which was the 1st for me, unfortunately I was not pleased with the finish..my nails are lumpy the acrylic on some of my nails were too thick and uneven and not smooth..you can rub on the top of my nail and feel the lumps..the nail art I wanted was simple nothing extravagant but it turned out nothing like the picture. My nail tech couldnt find the color I wanted so we had to pick a darker color.. Funny thing tho jus recently saw almost identical nail art posted by Katy of what I wanted so I am confused as to why my color and request couldnt be replicated. In addition I told Katy that I had another appt so needed to make sure that the appt did not go over an hour..I was reaasured that this would be possible..did not leave until 2.5 hrs later so I had to leave in a rush or I would have stressed my dissappointment then. The cost was extremely high for something so simple so I am wondering how much it would cost for something really bling. I am not really sure if all the nail techs are at the same quality as Katy but I think if I do decide to go back I would have to only go with Katy but she is so booked so not sure I will be back if I cant get appt with her.

They did take me in at 430 for a pedi i guess there was just miscommunication and i feel awful - not trying to bash just giving my honest feedback. I even offered to not do it and just come back and it wasnt too much tude it was just i felt like i was the problem .
