The quality of service has gone down. Waiting 30mins or more for service when you set an appointment. My original tech moved and I was stuck with a new tech. He did well at first then slacked off. My time and money are valuable. I was going here over 5ys. I will not be back for service due to quality of work. It was good while it lasted. Bella Nails now has my business and I Love it so far.

I have used this nail salon for almost five years and recently the quality of work and service has diminished greatly. I received a fill-in not even a week ago and have had to return two times in one week to fix broken nails. They rush through their work and try to argue with you when you express how you want the work in which you are paying for done.

I got my nails done her about 3 weeks ago and I have been complimented on my nails every day since then. Doe did a great job on my nails and I highly recommend them! My shape was gorgeous and my design was executed beautifully!

I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years and I’ve never had a set of nails as bad as this! I went on Saturday 09/26/20 and my thumb nail broke the next day! On top of that the nails are bubbling! I went back in and was greeted by Sandy and she said oh you have to pay for it to be fixed or wait for the person who did your nails! My issue is I got a sitter to get my nails done and had to turn around and get another sitter to get my nails fixed! The same lady was available to fix my nails but only if I payed her! This salon used to be great but as of now they are offering poor service and clearly no one wants to take initiative or ownership over the poor quality of work! It’s ok for GOLDEN NAIL SPA to take my $50 but when I come in because of poor quality they place it in the hands of the same person that messed it up from the start.

Everyone at this salon does a great job! The salon is always clean and sanitized.

Hands down best nail salon on this side of town clean professional and great service John gives a great pedicure cuticles are clean feet are soft polish is applied perfectly and does great designs and he can also duplicate anything on a nail definitely check this place out

Wow! This place is phenomenal!! I stopped in Thursday to check out their polish colors & make an appointment for Friday. Everyone was super helpful & friendly! When I arrived early for my appointment I was seen almost immediately. Tina gave one of the best foot rubs I’ve ever had, was incredibly thorough and my toes & hands look fab!!

UPDATE:I visited Golden Nails a few weeks ago and got a pedicure and my nails polished. My toes werent polished the best and my nails were great. The guy that serviced me left before I was finished drying so I couldnt even ask for him to fix it. Super annoying I just dont understand the decline in service. Im almost ready to give up its so hard to get good service when it comes to nails and toes.I was very fond of Golden Nails even with a few mess ups over time, but today took the cake for me. I called today at about 4:20 pm to see what their hours were. The guy told they had normal hours today open until 7:30 pm and they would take the last person at 7pm. I walk in at 6:45 pm and two ladies (the older lady and I think Cindy) say “oh we are closing at 7pm. So I say “I called a couple hours ago and the guy told me 7:30pm. They are just looking at each other. I’m disgusted don’t randomly change your hours after you told people something else. Oh well a customer lost 🤷🏾‍♀️.

Was referred to by several friends. Jon does a great job and takes his time and makes sure you’re satisfied. I would highly recommend. Parking is easy and appointment went very good.

I have been coming to get my nails done here for awhile now and I absolutely love this place. The owner and workers are very kind and professional. My friend Vicki is the best she keeps my nails on point. If I could give a million stars to Golden Nails Spa I would. I would never go anywhere else.

So way before Covid I used to go here and I LOVED the quality. Then I took a break from getting my nails done, which lasted longer than I wanted due to Covid. Flash forward to last week. I made an appointment to get my nails done on my birthday to treat myself. They looked pretty when I left which is why I’m giving 2 stars but by June 16th A WEEK LATER 2 nails had started lifting. And today as I write this 2 have popped off. Like I said before covid I came here all the time and one thing al liked was rhe quality and durability of my nails leaving this salon. I don’t know what has changed but this is Unacceptable. I wasted money for nails that barely lasted a week. I would’ve been better off letting my 4 y/o nephew do them.

I have been to many nail salons in South Charlotte and this one gives you the best quality for the money your spending! My nails always last until my fill in time with no broke up nails ! Dough is always booked up because his work is great but his mother does an excellent job as well ! The customer service is great and friendly they will really help you instead of just getting you to spend money ! I would definitely give it a try if you want to spend your money on nails that won’t break !!

I swear by GOLDEN NAIL SPA!!!! Great PRICE and SERVICE. I REFUSE to go anywhere else. EVERY TIME I go to some other place for an emergency/last minute fill-in, they were the biggest mistakes of my life. These ladies take care of your COMFORT and your NAILS. Fun and not rude. Will not rush even when busy. If youre not getting your nails done here, you are wasting your money.

Cindy is absolutely fabulous! She did an excellent job and delivered exactly what I asked for. She took her time and provided great customer service. I will be returning very soon.

The Best Nail Spa In Charlotte

Went in to get eyebrows done...everyone else who came in after me was served and helped before me. I guess getting only my eyebrows done wasnt as important to them as it was to their customer. Very bad service and disrespectful treating there customer the way they do. Set there for 40 minutes with 4 customers going ahead of me. Be aware of only getting your eyebrows done...not enough money for them. You will be put on the back burner!!!! Go elsewhere to get your eyebrows done or plan to wait 40 minutes to an hour!!!!

If I could give this place less than a 1 star I would. The nail tech I had was rude through the entire service. She told me I waited too long to get them filled so she had to do more work and continued to make the same comments the whole time. My nails after service look the they have grown out already and can still see me real nails under acrylic. I called to have them fixed and was told they would have to charge unless I go to the same lady. I explained why I didn’t want to go to the same lady and was told I’d have to pay then. I will not be back to this nail salon for their poor customer service.

It was my first visit there.. I had read the reviews and saw the ratings so I thought it was the right choice unfortunately I was wrong! The young lady that did my pedicure did a great job and was very friendly thats the reason I rated it 2.. I also wanted my nails done, but unfortunately the young lady wasnt able to do designs so she handed me off to someone that did. This is where it went bad.. I went with a full set of gel nails and noticed the nails seemed a lot thicker then what they shouldve been and I tried to tell her, but either she doesnt understand English or just didnt care because she just made a hand gesture and said she would fix it so I just thought she had a different way of doing it then other people so I let it go, but I was wrong... once she had finally finished I wasnt really happy, but thought maybe I was being to picky so I came home and ask my husband, one look at them and he agreed they were way to thick so I returned to the shop and explained to the gentleman at the deck the program and he assure me it could be fixed so I waited and after about 10 minutes the lady came to see what I had questions about and she boldly told me there was nothing wrong with my nails.. 😡 Really?! Is the tips of your nails supposed to be the same thickness as the base? I dont think so!!!

Great service, friendly staff. I will be back and highly recommend them. You actually get a foot rub with the spa pedicure. Most places barely rub your feet/massage your legs. You must visit!

I use to go here all the time and Always recommend this place but today they lost a loyal customer. I always get gel on my nails and it last for 2 weeks, I went this time and got it done and it lasted less than a week and went back to explain what happen and a girl was like Ill fix them for u and the manager said no because is not guaranteed that it will last. Really? It always lasts what was the difference this time ? Clearly they were done wrong this time but he didnt wanted to admit it so , I will Never go back again and I will not recommend this place

I used to come here all the time, but I dont think I will anymore. They have no customer service skills at all what so ever. I went to get a full set done like I usually do and I was told that she had a wax coming in and it would only take 10 minutes. I said that was okay I can wait 10 minutes. But my nail tech didnt come back for 22 minutes and at this point I had to leave. She told me she can have me done in 20 min. I said okay. Then she offered me to get gel polish so it will dry faster and I said that would be great but I dont want to be charged for that due to my inconvenience. She said oh no, we cant do that. This tech was trying to upsale me when she messed up. Now shes doing my nails and it is a terrible job, nothing is filed down right and they are crooked. I had no time to get my nails polished so I left with unfinished nails and asked the price without polish and she said it was the same. I laughed and asked to speak with a manager and she said no one was there. I let her know that there was no way I would pay full price for a terrible job and no polish. just dont come here!

When I am getting a personal service done (nails, feet, hair, etc) I enjoy peace and quiet. I find it very inappropriate, rude, and unprofessional when another worker is standing over me talking to the person servicing me. This happened today and I politely asked the young lady to please not stand over me while I was being serviced. She walked away and then felt the need to come back 5 minutes later and tell me, the customer, that I was rude and that that they (the person doing my nails who also happens to be the Manager) were just talking. She continued to argue with me about my personal space and even after I told her to leave me alone and go away she continued. The Manager said and did absolutely nothing. She allowed this unprofessional creature to harass me, and speak to me unprofessionally. At the end of my visit I asked to be contacted by the Owners and the Manager replied it wasnt that big of a deal and she refused to give me the name of the worker who harassed me. Unacceptable.

I really enjoy this place, I will make it my business to come back again.

Ive never shared a bad review previously, but must do so now. Giving no stars with this review isnt an option, or I would have chosen it. NEVER get a waxing done at this salon. The owner, Cindy, did my waxing, and ripped off a piece of my skin. She attempted to blame it on acne after she saw what she had done, and said the area was red. When she gave me the mirror, it was obvious a layer of skin had been ripped off. I had zero acne, dry skin, nor any other contributing factors her careless error could be blamed on. Unfortunately I will be finding a new nail salon, because I no longer trust that any of their other services will be satisfactory. Only go here if you want to take a chance of leaving with extreme anger & highly dissatisfied!

Ive been here before and enjoyed my experience, The first time I only got a color change on my nails and pedicure. The second time I came I got a fill in and pedicure, the next day three of my nails broke, I type and count money all day, they charged me $7 to repair. A couple of days later two more nails broke and charged me $6 🤔. My last time here.

One of the difficult things about living in an RV is finding a place for a pedicure in a new city every month. Its the closest nail salon to the rv park at Carowinds, so I called and made an appointment. Love the late hours they keep. It was clean, very well organized, and I loved that I could communicate effectively with everyone there. The young guy that did my manicure and pedicure was slower than Im used to, but he was fantastic. He fixed up some rough looking cuticles and gave me a leg massage that about put me to sleep. When were in the Charlotte area, this will be my go-to spot.

Hmmmm... I am going to try it again, but I went a little under 2 weeks ago and my acrylic is lifting. I am interested to see what they say when I go back in. I am not very happy about this. Ok - I am changing my review from 3 stars to 1 - waste of money when your nails barely last 2 weeks. (I have had acrylic on my nails for over 20 years.... this is the first place i have been where the acrylic is peeling on more than 1/2 of my nails. (Furious over this) the reviews are correct where they complain about this. Complete waste of money here.

Usually have better experiences, went in for a light clean up and gave direct instructions but my eyebrows are too thin and way to much was done.

I go to Goldens every two weeks and I always see the same 3 nail techs. Service is wonderful and atmosphere is always nice.

Sam did my nails (acrylic) and it was the worst all my nails are uneven not the same length or size. Some of my nails are crooked, badly painted and put on. It seemed like he didnt know because someone was telling him to use which. Probably its me but I didnt like how in the middle of doing my nails he told me to pay now, idk but all the nail salons Ive been to I usually pay at the end when my nails are done. It was my first and last time ever coming here.
