Pleased with Tammys work. Walked in for service. Basic Mani Pedi plus design was $51. I enjoyed the environment, they had nice music to pass the time. Spacious so no one was ever in 6 feet of me. My nail polish chipped but thats my norm, would return.

Let me tell y’all Ken showed out! When I tell y’allmy nails are dope AF showed him a picture and he recreated a unique design that was way better then the original picture.. Ken does beautiful work! He is very friendly and communicates to make sure everything is perfect for you from color to shape to design. I picked out some colors and let him freestyle and he did not disappoint! I recommend and I’ll definitely be coming back to him! 👌🔥UPDATE: And again I went back to Ken and this time he delivered the perfect nail shape and KristieV did this beautiful heart design! 💗 Soo pretty! They all that! Okay I admit I had to trust the process with My(Mi) She had me thinking she didn’t know what she was doing at first but my nails turned out great. Not everyone know how to do dip powder right! AND MARY OHHHH MARY know how to do some feet baby. I watched her and requested her and was not disappointed. She got that ingrown with ease too no pain!

This is probably the worst possible nail job Ive ever had! They use cheap gel polish if its even gel. I had to go back four time and each time the manager gave me an even worst job than before. I will never ever ever go back there. Dont waste your time or money. You will regret it i promise. Maybe not immediately but definitely

I haven’t had my nails done professionally since 2007….I was going on vacation and wanted a nice change, needless to say I was excited. But it was premature. This pic was taken today 9/9/21, I got my nails done 9/1/21. Why do they look like this so fast?!!! This was just another sign for me to find and support a Black nail tech, luckily there’s one a block away from this location.

Lee does wonderful work. He’s done great work whether it’s hand design, Ombre acrylic or designs. I’m never disappointed.

Soooo….this just happened. I love these nails and more importantly I love the care that went into creating them. This is not the first time I’ve gone to this shop. I’ve always had a pleasant experience with each tech I’ve had. I also think the owners are doing a great job in managing the place.But Ken is something special!!! This picture does these nails no justice. He took time and care with my nails and me. No one has ever walked me to the colors to let me pick out what I wanted. I’m not talking about the pallets, I’m talking about the actual powders they use. He asked me each step of the way was I pleased. He’s his own best/worst critic. And best of all he cleaned my nails afterwards. Shape is on point, cuticles look amazing…yes the art is fabulous, but the care is what got me. Ken, Ken Ken!!! I have been spoiled and will look to only get you to do my nails when I’m at Ombre. Money well spent!

I came to this place for the first time based off the reviews and let me tell you how happy I was!! I was getting my nails done for my wedding and Ken was OUTSTANDING! His work is perfection. I definitely found my place in Charlotte!

Was initially very happy. The nail tech couldnt do exactly what I asked, but she got the general idea and they looked good. For two days. Day three 2 of my nails fell off. By day seven 6 of my nails have fallen off. I work a desk job and I do not have long nails. Do not reccomend.

I’ve been coming here for a few months. Usually the service is pretty good. However, this time I was very disappointed. I got a new set of acrylics. The nail tech looked like she was rushing and was going way to rough. My cuticles have cuts all around. She even cut the skin under my nails w the nail clippers. It was bleeding everywhere. Lastly, she only put one coat of nail polish, so it looks incomplete.

This was my first time coming to this nail salon and it definitely will not be my last. I had my nails done by Mindy and she surpassed all of my expectations. I love my nails. I love the customer service I received. Just everything was amazing and I will be sure to spread the word about this business.

I don’t come to this salon, but it came up on my Facebook so I thought I would give it a try. I visited on Sunday August 15th and now I wish I never did.The nail tech John was horribly rough and the process seemed rushed. He cut into the skin of my cuticles leaving them sore the day after. He knew he cut me, but continued to be rough and used the drill too close to my skin. Also as you can see in the pictures, my nails are uneven, gel is bubbling and my nails look like an amateur did them. I didn’t notice how bad they were until I looked at them in my car in the sunlight.I didn’t want to go back in to address this because it was so busy and I already felt rushed in the first place. I was going to get a pedicure as well but the service from John was so bad that I just needed to get out of there.

I definitely recommend this place. Very spacious salon and the employees were very professional! Dan did a great job with my nails, they look better than the reference photo I showed her!

Service was fast, organized and clean. My nails came out beautifully and I will be back soon!

I decided to try this place since its all over Facebook. I am super happy with my experience. My tech listened to me and did a great job. I showed him a pic of what I wanted and told him to use his own techniques. I will definitely come back & my daughter is coming a well. My only suggestion is to make an appointment. Walk-ins are ok by appointments take priority. This place is busy from open to close.

The most professional service I’ve ever seen. Literally the nail techs are so nice and they always give you a drink as well. 10/10 service I love my nails thank you guys

My first time here and I will be returning! Nice open space, multiple choices in regards to nail colors and pedicure services. Clean stations, drinks and good music provided. Nails were done well. Shape is clean and acrylic isn’t too thick! Great service

I tried this place for the first time after it kept coming up on my Instagram feed. I was about to head out for a trip and normally get gel manicures on my short natural nails but wanted a little pizzazz. I made an appointment online and was a little overwhelmed at first when I walked in on a Sunday on 12 pm and saw how busy there were already and had just opened. There wasn’t a problem though, the process was streamlined well and smooth. I did not have to wait for my appointment. My nail tech was Ken who listened to what I wanted, he took his time and my nails came out great. I will say they are a bit long for my taste but will just have them cut down my next visit. He also really focused on getting my cuticles together. You can tell that he likes what he does and good at it. I will say that I also had a pedicure that day by Tina and it was unremarkable and she barely touched one of my feet when it came to scrub and massage. I will go somewhere else for a pedicure but will be making an appointment in the next day or two with Ken for my nails.UPDATE: After attempting to make another appointment, I discovered that Ken does not accept appointments which is a bummer. I was booked with CeCe who I also found was unremarkable. She seemed liked she was rushing to get to the next client and did not shape at all even though I mentioned it to her. It seems the service is inconsistent depending on who you get. I will leave the 4 stars due to my first experience with Ken and the staff tries to accommodate with appointments. Unfortunately, due to the inconsistency(my first pedicure and last visit with CeCe) I don’t think I will be back unless I am in the area and had free time to sit and wait for Ken which I usually do not have.

My nails turned out beautifully thanks to Cindy at Ombré Nail Bar. The customer service was excellent with a Great Atmosphere. Plus they play the best music while you wait so ladies if your looking for a place to get your nails done this is it!!!!

Please dim the lights (too bright) and dont ask if I want extra after I already said no. Im here to get what I need and relax. For my first visit, it was worth the trip and I would return in the future. These are just suggestions that would have given a 5 ☆ experience.

My nails were in bad condition due to a previous manicurist’s job at a different salon. But Ken definitely fixed them and they look perfect now. So happy with the results. Definitely coming back again!

This place is very organized. Its appointment only, and they have everyone in and out. They check your temperature as soon as you walk in and everything is clean and sanitized. And my nails always come out great!

Very nice experience for my 1st time. Location is clean, they use disposable and disinfected utensils. Staff was very friendly and very skilled to do designs, gels and many other things. I usually stick to a very simple design but I did like that she was very attentive to filing and making sure shape was on point. Will definitely be back!

I went in for gel manicure. The technician was skilled and quick. Did not have an appointment. If I could change one thing, technician needs to make sure they dont file back and forth on the sides of your nail which causes breakage. Also check nails to make sure they are smooth around the edges.

Have been a couple times, good environment! my last appointment was with will! He is great I really like the way my nails turned out. Before then I did my nails with someone else but my nails didn’t last very long. She did great too. They do what you ask them to do & they do not try to over sell anything that’s why I like it so much! definitely will be coming back !!

Emily gave me an AMAZING pedicure. My feet have not been this smooth in a long time. Her customer service was just as good. Chloe did my gel manicure & design. It was her first day at Ombre Nail Bar but shes not new to this work. I showed her the picture & she delivered!Henry was very pleasant and made sure I was happy as a first time customer. They have a new client. My daughter was happy as well.

Making my appointment online was very easy. This was my 1st visit to this nail salon. I am 150% satisfied with my visit. Kim does a wonderful pedicure and pays attention to detail. I have never been to a nail salon to where I take a picture of what I want and they do my nails exactly like the picture (I did request a different nail shape). Amy did a great job with my nails!!! The ambience was relaxing and enjoyable. I will be returning back to this nail salon and highly recommend it.

I was extremely pleased with my experience at Ombré Nail Bar today. I was a walk-in and this was my first time. I did not mention that it was my first time but I was handled with lots of care. Mike did my pedicure. He took his time and was very patient with me- that is something that will keep me coming back to a nail salon, for sure. (After all, we do these things primarily for the pamper.) Mindy was quick but she did a great job with my nails. I received a fill-in with gel polish. She knows what she’s doing. :)I was pleased with my overall experience and will definitely be back. In addition to taking good care of me, I believe their prices for most of their services are fair. My first experience here was good. I was scheduled a certain technician but she was off so they gave me someone else. She was nice however she kept asking me to upgrade my service. At some given point it becomes annoying. If a client wants to upgrade their services, they will. They dont need to feel pressed to do so. Very clean environment as well.

I usually pop in so I dont always get the same level of service. But there are several stations so Ive never had to wait. The shop is clean and the techs are generally friendly. I also think the price is very reasonable. Mary did an excellent job on my last pedicure. She took her time and made sure the pedi was perfect before I left. I will definitely take the time to make an appointment with her next time!

Came in for a fill in and pedicure but my amazing nail tech KELLY realized my original set (from another salon was lifting on all my nails. The take off service was the best decision I made because the foundation and shaping of my new set is everything. I will be back

I have been coming here for months , they give very good service. and have not once disappointed me when asking for a certain design or type of nails and none of my rhinestones have never fallen off nor has my polish ever chipped on my nails or toes. they have good quality.

The one only good thing I can say about this place is they are quick to seat you with a nail tech, but other than that it’s nothing to brag about. They advertise all these beautiful designs but when you come in and specifically ask for it, good luck with getting someone to replicate that design. There are only a couple people there that can do good designs, but again, good luck getting them to do your nails. I FINALLY got someone there who was a pro at designs but after that first appointment they told me I couldn’t make appointments with them anymore just walk-ins. But when I walked in and asked for them, they weren’t available all day. I was put with someone else who did such a rookie job on my nails I asked for them to be fixed and after talking angrily in his language to the lady sitting beside him, WITH AN ATTITUDE he cut off all my nails off and walked away. I was placed with someone else and she did an ok job but not after I sat there for 2 more hours. And on top of everything else, their prices are HIGH. As much as they charge for nails, we should get premium and quality work but that’s a hit and miss. I have tried this place a few times hoping my customer experience would improve but it’s no different than any other nail salon except they charge more than most places. And each time I went in, they tell me I need a new set JUST TO CHANGE THE COLOR. The last nail tech I saw even tried to argue with me about not being able to do what I wanted without taking off the set they just put on 3 weeks before - when it would be an easy fix for a fill (I’ve been getting my nails done for 20 years so I know a new set is not needed every visit.) I say all that to say, save your money and go elsewhere - it’s better to get what you pay for. :)

I won’t be going back because of the language barrier. I tried to tell the young lady what I wanted and she had to call someone else over to interpret what I was saying. And in the end, my nails were still not right. They do have people in there that speak and understand English very well but those are the people that are always busy. Also with my schedule it is just not possible to make a appointment ahead of time. Not saying you should not try them but I would try to set it up ahead of time so you know you will get someone that you can have a conversation with.

Eh It’s okay. More like a flip a coin to get tech who’ll are particular with their work. I was expecting my full set and pedicure to be more like the pictures they flaunt on their media pages. The shaping of my pedicure wasn’t square so I ended up filing it myself. My nails are chunky and my real nails are not that big lol. At least their powder is great. No burning.

A client told me about me about this salon. I love it. Especially Long his great and funny. I take my niece with me now every 2 and a half weeks for Manis. Went yesterday and we got pedicures for the first time and it was amazing.

There was a language barrier. I discussed what I wanted and the nail tech. said she would do it and it wasn’t right. She had to keep calling somebody over to interpret and it still wasn’t correct, I even showed her pictures. My shape is awful. My nails are crooked and different lengths. I got a cut down which is extra (that’s fine) but I got charged for the filing . I was confused. My experience while in the building wasn’t pleasant because there were several unhappy customers due to rude staff. And the workers had nothing to say but “Welcome to America “ of course my total ended up being 85 dollars and I still don’t know why…… I don’t really care at this point . I was just glad to get out the there and I won’t be returning !

If you like to wait 4-5 hours to get your nails done, this is the place! The employees don’t speak enough English to understand the basics “square, no cutdown, red… etc” it’s so annoying trying to explain a basic style to someone who can’t even understand you. I was passed around to 4 different nails techs because they didn’t know how to do a basic style and/or was ready to leave. They are unsanitary and quantity over quality. Overpacked and rushed.

This place is amazing when I showed the guy the type of nails I wanted he told me that they put stickers on it and they didnt have those stickers so he got creative and started painting the palm trees on my nails and added birds and my nails didnt look exactly the picture but I thought it looked way better than the picture and he shaped the acrylics perfectly and I loved it and I also gave him a 5$ tip for his amazing palm tree design that he did on my nails.

Its always a joy and a pleasure getting my nails done here. Great people and great work! The entire staff is great but Danny is my favorite.

Love coming to Ombré for my nails! Came for the 1st time right after they opened & haven’t gone anywhere else since. I usually have an acrylic set with gel polish and have seen several different artists... my nails always come out beautiful. The nail techs are happy to work off photos or freestyle & the owner is so gracious.. I actually arrived early one morning and heard the tail end of an employee appreciation speech he was giving. It was really nice to hear & made me feel good to support someone who appreciates his team!

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! I had been going here for a while with no problems or complaints! Seems they have new staff that is not very experienced! My polish job looked like my 2 year old granddaughter did it! The manager, or whoever the man is that walks around, had to re-do my nails! He didnt clean them up...no cuticle oil or anything... then he just walked off! Ive never walked out of a salon so disappointed! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! POOR POOR QUALITY AND SERVICE!!

We are from out of town so chose this place based on great reviews. It is a huge salon, but comfortable and very clean. The guy who did my pedicure filed my nails on an angle, all sloping down toward my big toes on each foot. I guess I wasnt communicating well how I wanted them straight, so I got out my nail file and evened them out myself! He was cool with it. He was a perfectionist and worked slowly and meticulously; re-did one hand of my gel French manicure to make the white thicker. This place is pricier than back home, but my daughter and I were both very happy with our services. The only downside was the TVs were tuned to the Victorias Secret show and then a JLo concert; I abhor the objectification of women, so that would probably keep me from going back if I lived there.

I came here with my daughter two weeks ago and loved it. They do such an amazing job that I came back and found my new nail place. I highly recommend Ombré Nail Bar.... all the techs are great.Rose is the best. She is attentive and listens to your wants and makes sure you are happy before you leave. I had to wait an hour before she got to me but she is worth the wait!

My first time here and first time getting nail and spa services since pandemic began. My son treated me for my birthday( his girlfriend recommended) and the Heavenly pedicure is just that! And my nail tech took her time on my feet! That is a rarity nowadays. Atmosphere was upbeat and relaxing my full set is beautiful mood change gel eyebrows arched to perfection I will be back!! 🥰

Hannah is the best nail tech that Ive ever had and I am from Chicago!!! It is a beautiful place with great energy! We were walk-ins but we did not have any wait time. The leg and foot massage was amazing! Plus, my nail tech removed a long time hang nail that I had been trying to remove but couldnt. Also, she did my pedicure polish so beautifully! We will definitely be returning to this nail shop for pedicures and manicures! Lastly, the prices were reasonable.

I had a great experience Paula was my nail tech and she took her time to make sure everything was perfect and I was comfortable. I got a deluxe pedicure and it was so relaxing. The receptionist was friendly and professional ,this place was great.

I had an appointment scheduled and was seated immediately. The atmosphere was nice for the large establishment but I was not pleased with the service received. I felt it was being rushed and the quality of the application of the gel polish to my toes was subpar and the plain manicure left my nails uneven and not in the shape that I requested. I’m sure this does not speak to the quality of work of the other technicians but I definitely would not like to be serviced by her again.

A week ago I spent $100 for my nails. 3 of them broke. The one I glued back is stillHanging on. I got the other 2 fixed. But they’re definitely uneven in length and crooked. The nail itself it’s definitely dented. And the man working the register never seems to acknowledge anyone. He just took my money. Didn’t tell me the price or nothing untilI asked.

Prompt and clean. Mike took his time and did an absolutely fabulous job. Every technician seemed experienced and all the customers seems happy—I know I was!

I always go to ombré but the service lately has been horrible. I was there last Monday had a fill in. I left and I realized the girl never matched my fingers up to make sure they’re all the same length and one nail wasn’t a coffin shape. By Saturday 2 nails had fine cracks in them. So I went back to have them fixed before they completely cracked. The lady was rude and said I needed a fill in. I said how can that be it’s not even a week. Had a pedicure it was by far they worst pedicure I have ever had there and I’ve been going there for about a year now. My polish is already coming off and it’s gel. My toe nails were sharp at the end so I had to come home and file them… they charge for every little thing and rush through to get more people in… I won’t be going back there. $125 in a week and ive been there twice.

Beautiful inside and my manicure was wonderful! Will try and do a pedicure again but I was put with someone who told me it was her first day and that she was being watched because she took too long. Pedicure was okay but took a long time. Then she did my eyebrows and luckily they turned out good but she was not confident or comfortable while doing them. But will go back and try again because the rest of the experience was great

I have long nails and within 2 days my nails were lifting up. I had to glue them back down. Never again waste of money!!!!

I understand they were busy, Especially on mothers day weekend. But they werent listening. Everything I wanted no one could do, so I settled on basic. My nails turned out cute but I came home and started cleaning up and they are peeling at the corners, and Im not even using chemicals. After coaching the tech my daughters nails turned out super cute.

I usually love this place but my nails didn’t turn out how i had asked, they didn’t look bad at all just not what i asked for. everyone was so sweet up until i told the front desk my thoughts. i said “i’m not mad at all the service was amazing, my nails just didn’t turn out how i wanted them to” and the manager was MEAN. incredibly rude, making me feel terrible and upset for not being happy with my nails. he said things that should not be expressed in front of customers. he said to me directly “you make my day so horrible” “i cannot keep my job, people like you make it so hard” & also saying i wasted their time, while i was literally standing there sobbing. all because i nicely said i didn’t get what i wanted. i still offered to pay full price because the nails were not that big of a deal to me, just the fact that he treated me SO poorly when i spoke up about my nails. i even asked him several times not to be mean to me but he kept being so rude and unprofessional. i kept saying i was sorry and i still loved the service and i wasn’t mad at all and he still kept being rude and eventually stormed off. one of the “receptionist“ came up after he left and gave me water and tissues and was very sweet and understanding. you should never dis-credit a paying customer when they are unhappy with something. especially when the customer is nice and understanding.

I really do like this nail salon because they are quick to take you since they have so many technicians and if you show them a photo they do a pretty good job also if the tech isn’t 100% sure how to do something they ask someone more experienced.The only issue I had with them is that I usually bring my mom whose English is not too good. So I feel like they treat her however, since she can’t defend herself. last time we went they didn’t soak her nails and I guess to save time use another nail to take it off. From experience it does hurt. They do have the front lady that speaks Spanish and she is nice but I felt upset because you are suppose to treat every customer equally or if you don’t want to comply to their request then don’t take the customer. One of her nails was filed crooked and I paid $85 with tip for her nails. I think that if you pay that much your whole experience should be pleasant.At the end what can you really do? Even though I really liked this nail salon we will have to look for a new place that makes sure customers aren’t rushed out and treated unfairly even though English is not their first language. You’d think they would understand because most of the technicians first language isn’t English too.

This salon is hit or miss. There’s barely a few techs that know how to do designs or nails for that matter. I came in a week ago for a design that couldn’t be done. The manager tried to talk the tech into it but you can tell he was uncomfortable. So I told him to just add sticker decals. My nails were misshaped and uneven. But the kicker is that these nails didn’t last a week! By the 6th day I was able to pop my nails off because they were all lifting! I’ll continue to frequent this shop for my pedicures but I will be looking for another tech.

This place is awesome 🥰🥰 I recommend this place is fantastic the people are nice and I personally loved Kate she did such a good job and the pedicure was great Kim did just a lovely job.
