Love this nail salon! I’ve been going because it’s conveniently located near campus and the service and quality is always spot on. I’ve tried other salons nearby and still always come back to this one. They have soooo many color options and that’s what I love most about it! :)

I absolutely enjoy my experiences here over the last 3 yrs,my tech has been doing my nails for the last 10 years- however lately Im getting concerned over the product quality..I have returning more often for broken nails than ever. 🤦🏾‍♀️ I mean not just a chip...lol the whole 💅 ....

First time visiting this nail salon, very friendly. Next time I will be making an appointment because its really busy even though I didnt wait long, watch out depending on your services prices can add up😂 I just may have found a new nail home, depending on my next visit with an eyebrow wax.

They do an amazing job. My favorite tech is Tommy!! He does an awesome job every time I get my nails done. Im going on 2 1/2 weeks and my nails still look good!!

Ooookay, so I went here yesterday for the first time. Got there at 5:58. They close at 7:30. I originally asked for a pedicure and a gel manicure. But as the pedicure was going, I requested tips, a full set. So the pedicure was terrible. My toenails were not filed. Only cut with the clipper so they’re a weird round shape. The polish is uneven and he, Peter, missed some spots. When I asked him to make corrections on the shape, he told me my nail bed was too short for him to square the nail. It’s not and there was plenty of nail to work with. After the less than great pedicure, he proceeded to try to fix a broken thumb nail I had. I asked repeatedly for him to just cut it. I had to ask 4 times for it to be cut. Granted, he misunderstood me about what I wanted when I told him in the pedicure chair. He was trying to fix it so he could just do a gel polish. So after we deciphered what I wanted, I was sent to Tommy’s chair. He did a great job shaping and placing the tips. Except for my thumb, it was crooked but I fixed it. But the polish job is trash. I got mood gel. It’s too thin. See through. On my cuticles. Not on the sides of my nails. Just horrible. I didn’t leave until 7:34. And it cost me 75.75. I’ll be returning today to give them a chance to correct their mistakes, but I’ll never go there again after. 0/10. Would NOT recommend. Idk how to post photos but I have them for them to see.

I love this atmosphere. Everybody is so cool and relaxing. Ivy is my personal nail tech for all of my needs. I am never dissatisfied. I just pick some colors and she creates the masterpiece. 2 years every holiday she brings my nails to life with her creative hand drawn designs. And lets not forget the jams they have playing in the background. I just love this place.

Quick in and out service, although I do recommend calling ahead on weekends. Great job on nails!

I have been visiting this establishment for 5 months consistently with the same nail tech. I tip well & made appointments online for each visit.I made an appointment with the nail tech 3 weeks in advance for my birthday. The nail tech advised that I have an early appointment.I arrived on time & the nail tech wasn’t there. I waited 20 minutes. The receptionist called the nail tech & she didn’t answer. I waited about 40 minutes. She didn’t come or call. I was offered to reschedule for another day. Another day doesn’t work bc of my birthday plans. The receptionist didn’t show compassion regarding the situation and had an attitude like it was my fault the nail tech wasn’t there.I requested a call from the owner as I was told a manager was not present. I haven’t received a call from the nail tech or owner.I left my contact information as well.That was my final visit! I will not be returning!! Very unprofessional establishment!!

Great service. I arrived without an appointment was seen within 15 minutes. Lanna was very patient and nice. I had chosen a mood changing polish by mistake and she offered to remove it and replace it with another. After much deliberation I decided to just keep it. Thanks for your patience and not having an attitude about it. Im very pleased with.

Love this place and their Hawaiian jelly pedicure. They do a great job and take their time. Also like the easy appointment booking online.

When I got my feet done there the person was very accommodating very nice very attentive went back two weeks later got my nails done the man who did my nails barely spoke wouldnt give me his name gave me chunky nails that didnt even look realistic and when I asked that they be shaved down some to make them look better and not look like a blob of clay that was sitting on top of my finger he had an attitude I asked the manager to meet me in the back because she had somebody at her table I didnt want to talk in front of another customer to make their business look bad she really didnt come back so I had to go to her table and talk to her in front of her customer then she fixed my nails based on my pedicure it would be a five Star based on my manicure it would be a one star

The prices are reasonable and its an very clean establishment. You make your appointments online and their work good. No complaints overall.

I love this salon I have been going here for about 5 years or so I moved with them from the first location. Sam is awesome he’s very efficient. Winnie is such a sweetheart she hooks me up with all the hot designs. Love love this place.

Bee was awesome. I got a pedicure and eyebrow wax. Very happy with results of both. It had been awhile for both and I didnt feel any judgment at all which was greatly appreciated. Plus, she is hilarious. Ill be back whenever Im in the area again.

I enjoy coming to this nail spa. They took their time on my manicure AND my pedicure. That makes it for me when a tech takes their time to make sure it is done right and I enjoy it. I will be going back.

I came in for a full set and the front desk was so helpful, I made an appointment and I was seen right away but not with the Nail Tech I originally made my appointment with (Lana). When I got with the other nail tech (Trina) i felt like she had an attitude from the start! I told her the shape I wanted (stiletto) and she told me it would be an additional $5, which was not a problem for me but when she shaped one of my nails I decided Almond would look better. When she was shaping the rest of my nails she would ask If I thought it looked fine and multiple times I had to tell her no because they didn’t all have the same shape and she seemed to get an attitude about it because I kept saying no. Some of my nails were shows oval, Almond and some nails were longer on one hand compared to the others and I pointed it out MULTIPLE TIMES! At some point I guess she just gave up on trying to fix it and moved straight to the gel polish. The colors were beautiful but it just DID NOT LOOK GOOD because the nails were different shapes. When it came to the end I see she tried to charge me for the WRONG SERVICE and the Stiletto shape WHICH I DID NOT GET!!!! It’s a nice place and I would probably go back if I got a different tech.

Lien is amazing when it comes to doing my nails. GUARANTEE she does the best!! The store is always clean not over powered by the chemicals and what not

The first time I went the girl used an electric file to take the gel polish off my natural nail. She then filed my nails and clipped skin instead of the cuticle. I had to come back the very next day because my gel polish chipped. A few days later a different nail chipped. I tried them again with a different person. She also used the electric filer to remove the gel polish instead of soaking my nails. When I left my nails looked good, but were more brittle. I have had every nail break. I will not be back. If you can’t take you time to soak my natural nails (which they had time for since I got a pedicure), then I can spend money with you.

The receptionist was nice but I told I would receive a call back and never did.

I went in to get a manicure and left with a bandaid on my finger. The nail tech was rushing and cut very deep on my cuticle. Accidents happen but this is extremely deep. The service was discounted $5 and should’ve been free. Risk of infection clearly. Cuticles are clear to cut. Can’t get in water and my job requires that. I asked for a bandaid and one lady ignored me. I didn’t want nail glue on a cut. WILL NOT BE BACK!!!! Still bleeding 20 minutes later.

I would never go here. If I can give one star I would. I went with my girlfriend to get her nails done. We came in and she wanted a 3d nail design the couldnt do it. Then while taking off the nails we found out that they cant do any hand painted nails. We decided to leave since they cant give us what is needed. We will just pay for the nail removal. They first write down $5 then scratch it out and then wrote $10 and said thats the charge for both hands. I really cant believe it

I Waited 30 mins with my sister to be seated. So while I waited I picked out my color when I was seated my sister was serviced within 5 mins and she play for the deluxe and it was over before she could even get fully seated but I had to wait another 20 mins just for them to turn my water on so I could soak my feet while I wait. They did not even want to do that!Then when I was serviced they lost my nail color and said I had to get up and find it with wet feet. I got a pedicure from Kevin but I could barely get his name because when I ask for his name he ask why do you need to know my name. Really!!! Too much!!!

Lots of chairs for pedicures, I counted at least 25. 16 seats for your manicures .another 6 swats at the counter for manicures. .. They get you in quickly

My daughter & I went in to get a deluxe pedicure for $45, and was not ASKED nor INFORMED of the additional cost of getting gel polish(we assumedwe were gettingregularpolish). We noticed a $10 price increase at check out & told the clerk we didnt ask for gel polish nor was informed. She proceeded to take us back to the chair to have it removed, but we were already shoes on & ready to go. It didnt make since, to remove our shoes & have the polish removed if it wasnt our fault! We paid & left. I advise anyone getting anything done here make sure you ask before they do anything extra on you even if its polish!

Thankful for no wait time. Not plz with being seated at a booth w/o a glass shield. For safety reasons this was my preference and reason i visited.

I scheduled an appointment with a specific nail technician and was told an another appointment was ahead of me and he didnt have time. Im already sitting and waiting But this other appointment was being called on the phone to cancel and wasnt at the shop. BEING TOLD LIES instead of accommodating the person sitting there. Never again

1st time here...beautiful inside,they work fast, they work together, & they are very professional❤

I want to give a 2 1/2 but it wont let me ....She was waaay to fast on my pedicure, which was $30. Didnt use a foot rasp to get the dead skin from my feet, she stated nobody does that anymore, we just scrub. I basically paid $40 for her to paint my toenails with gel polish ($10).The nail tech was sweet, nice conversation. I wish she paid more attention to detail and the precision of the symmetry of my nails. I probably wont be back. If I do go back, it will be to just say hello to the lady who did my nails.

Tech and Manager/owner would not listen to me when I was telling them that I needed more coats of gel polish on my fingernails to make sure that they would not break.. which is the same thing that I get every time I come there. So I will not be going back..

I drove an hour out of Town to visit their Place of business I a full set done The Nail tech had more polish on my fingers than my nails. I asked him to correct the polish he then left me sitting to start on another customer I waited a half an hour Nobody came to correct my polish nor put clear polish over my gel long story short I paid for a set of nails that has WET GEL POLISH WITH NO CLEAR COAT AND FINGERS THE COLOR OF MY POLISH BEWARE THEY WONT DO ANYTHING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE

I was a regular but I went in for my birthday with a particular nail design I wanted. She conned me into a acrylic overlay and kept talking about it being cheaper. Ling story short I ended up with nails I did not want for $70 after she quoted me 55!! The next day my nails were snagging on everything I am an Sns client!!

This place had the worst customer service ever..i literally was attacked as soon as i came in for a color change and cut down. They were rude and the girl that did my nails cut me twice. At this point i was done and got up. Then they rushed my pedicure and didn’t do everything listed at all. I advise anybody that’s going to go there to prepare for the worst because they are terrible.

The very next day my nails look terrible the tech rushed I paid for a fill in gel didnt last a week I will never go back !!!

I was already having bad day when I came in and it was raining. I revived the $40 deluxe pedicure with gel polish . Equalling $55. The massage was great but the male tech failed to push my cuticles back and now that the gel is set my cuticles are tight and hurt . He also was not going to trim the dead skin around my toes or even trim the cuticle . And the bottom of my feet are rough because he said I did not need the spatula scraper . And now as I look at the gel finish on my big toe and it’s dull . I’m just not happy with it .

Never would I have thought I would have to write a bad review on this place. Everyone was super friendly until a misunderstanding happened. I went to get a mani pedi and like always they try to offer gel and a certain nail shape to get money out of you I didn’t think much of it because business is business. Well I had a very unprofessional guy do my nails his name was tommy. He asked me if the nail shape was fine i said yes because i assumed it was square shaped. When it was time for me to pay before he painted my nails he asked are you sure you don’t want gel and i said no. Under his breath he said now don’t come back tomorrow and tell me you messed up one nail for not doing gel. I just ignore the comment. When i went to pay i saw i got charged for shape which i never asked for. I came back to his table he told me why did you say yes to the shape before. He kept telling me once the shape is done he can’t go back and i understood that but they weren’t even coffin shape. Overall he was very unprofessional and very inappropriate. If i could take back the tip I gave I would.

First time coming here and it will be my last. Didn’t even get my nails done smh.... Had my nails soaking off for an hour so she can start on other customers as they came in. When all the acrylic was finally off, she told me to wash my hands and while I was washing my hands, she started putting nails on another customer, which I then had to wait for. I told her I’ll just pay for the soak off and that’s it. I hate when they’re money hungry like this.. makes the work sloppy and rushed so I rather not waste more of my time and money.

I had the most amazing visit!

Got my nails done with a friend on Sunday (they let us come in at 6 even though they close at 6) and thought they looked great. The nail tech took pride in making all of her clients nails sharp (she told me and my friend since my friend asked bc she wanted stiletto nails) and we both got acrylics. Now it’s Friday (happened at 1am technically on Saturday) and the nail on my middle finger on my left hand just broke off. It made a snapping noise and it didn’t hurt it was almost like it was plastic or something. I’ve never had an acrylic nail break off so easily and so painlessly, making me think that their product is cheap and that my friend shouldn’t have spent her money there on such cheap nails. Real shame bc they charge more for stiletto and coffin shaped nails so it was all money down the drain!

My first time here and I loved. I sat with Tommy he was very nice and did an excellent job on my nails. I found my new nail salon. And also Alley at the receptionist desk is awesome she helped me choose dip nails😊

Great customer service and awesome pedicure

I came here for the first time about 3 weeks ago and my nails still look good. I have found my new nail salon. Only issue I have is no drying station which is cool because of social distancing but instead of making me get gel he could have just told me it was no drying station until the last minute other than that Ill be coming back for a fill in

Kim was fantastic!! I got the Hawaiian Pedi and a regular mani and she took care to handle all my finger nail and feet issues stemming from working in a warehouse during peak season. She took pride and I needed that. Will definitely be back.

This is my second time trying this place, to start the lady was rushing through everything, she got mad because they didn’t have a color that they had displayed and I had to find something else because .My nails were so crooked and she also got mad because I kept asking her to fix it, all in all my nails came out terrible and the one toe I had her re polish still ended up being messed up.Won’t be coming back.

This was my first time here but it will be my last time. I feel as though my service was rushed and unprofessional. I paid for a rushed pedicure, never received a massage nor did I get what I asked for. I asked for a design on my toe, I was told I can receive it when there not so busy. Needless to say my polish was not applied entirely on my toe. I had to repaint when I got home I paid for a rushed chin and eyebrow wax and still had to pluck hair from my chin when she was done. I will say my gel manicure was nice, but I will not go back to this establishment. The young lady at the desk was nice. I will not take from her professionalism.

The only thing saving my nails is the color. My nail already lifted the one is slightly crooked she only cut one of my toe nails ( I didntnotice until I left and really looked at it) and to top it all off she was on her perso ally phone the whole time. Like come on now

I’m going to try to make this as short as possible. The owner (I believe his name is Wayne) is a beast on the nails! I love his work. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for his staff. I got a gel polish on toes & nails that was absolutely terrible. She acted like she didn’t know what she was doing and cut me two times. My nails were thick, bumpy, polish left on my cuticles and skin, uneven, etc. Not to mention the two colors that I wanted were not available. I was SO dissatisfied with the service that I asked Wayne to fix it for me. He did what he could without removing the whole set, which should have been done because the work was amateur. It’s been less than 2 weeks and my nails are already chipping. If I ever return, I’m only requesting Wayne.

I made an appointment and I came in earlier and they started my nail appointment early. I received a gel manicure and my husband received a pedicure. My nails are on point and my husband said his service was incredible. I have found my nail salon. Great staff and service.

Very short wait to on Sunday afternoon and everyone seems to be friendly. I feel like I got the guy whos in training...ugh. no communication, creativity or care. He communicated by pushing and pulling my feet! I watched everyone around me get offered as beverage, but I guess I just looked well hydrated because no one said a word. No one in this place is getting my business again.

LYNN is AMAZING!! They were great before COVID& even better than now. Disposable pedicure packs, and hand sanitizers throughout, shields and masks...and they accept all forms of payments including cashapp! They make you feel welcomed no matter what service you get. LYNN gave me the best pedicure and french manicure of my life

Appearance of the salon is great, fully staffed. Their was a long wait with unclear communication of how long it would be until the service. The young lady who rendered the service was polite and informative. Will pick another time to get service, overall not bad experience. Be aware a regular pedicure is just that , but look for them to go above and beyond!

Hasn’t even been three days and my nails are already lifting!!! Had to tell the nail tech four different times to correct something on my nails bc he was doing a poor job. Never going back!!

3 words: I LOVE MELVIN!! He does my sns sets so perfect people can’t believe it’s not acrylic! I’d rate 5 stars but I’ve yet to find my pedicure match! Overall love the space, location and MELVIN!!
