I had my first experience at this salon with stylist Cocoa last week. I was completely blown away with my entire experience. Cocoa is so pleasant and exudes such a radiant positive vibe. That’s major for me because some stylist can do wonderful work, but their attitude can be terrible. She took time to listen to me and discuss the look and color I was going for. She was gentle with my hair and explained things along the way. I got full balayage color all over my natural tightly coiled hair. She then did a silk press and trim that made my hair look like it was laid by the gods! I walked in with a dull fro and left with slick radiant strands blowing in the wind. If you are in search of a new stylist who is sweet, compassionate, knowledgeable, and well versed with different textures of hair. Cocoa is your girl! The salon is beautiful and clean also.

My daughter Jazz received a haircut and style from Miriam at Ziba Luxury. Shes 15 and as you can imagine, teenagers are extremely difficult to please. I really want to love this place. I showed up for an appt and they didn’t have it saved in the system so I waited an hour. No biggie. But the manicure I received only lasted a couple of days and for the price of the services I expected better. I will be in search of a more affordable, well run nail salon in the future.

I’ve been here a couple of times before before they rebranded it and needless to say it was less than satisfactory. I came today because everywhere else was booked and I’m genuinely happy that I did. The interior has been updated and redecorated and the prices are much more comfortable and the quality of service/work has gone up as well. I think I’ll start coming here regularly again.

My sisters and I loved getting our nails done here and loved the care we were given! The store looks so nice inside and has such a pleasant vibe. The end result are definitely worth the price.

My review is strictly for Kia who gave me amazing service. She was pleasant very chatty and gave a great pedicure.I WASNT PLEASED that a male manager came up to her in the middle of my service to speak about another client that was coming in 15 minutes. I truly feel like this could have waited until she was finished with me. It was if he was rushing the service. Very unprofessional.Again Kia is amazing but the manager could use some customer service training.

I love cachet. I stumbled upon this place while comparing salons in Charlotte with a.coworker. ever since I tried cachet I wont go back to the place I was frequently patronizing since i moved to Charlotte. I love Ryan and Calvin and request them when they are available. the prices are a little higher than other places but the place is gorgeous clean and doesnt have that salon smell. they also offer wine and cocktails. I have only had 1 issue with cachet and after speaking to the staff I wasnt hopeful that the situation would be made right but the manager was called and the right thing was done so I will continue patronizing.

First time here on a Sunday afternoon. Don’t like how my nails came out. You can see a lot of errors in my nail color. Wasn’t asked if I wanted my nails cut, only what shape I wanted. Have had better work/service than this.Wont be back.

Came here for an interview to shadow a master stylist that acted like she did not want to be bothered literally did not speak to me directly, would tell her assistant to tell me things, took her a whole hour to say hello, didnt explain anything at all to me even though i was there to shadown, assistant was also rude, not helpful & left me there to basically watch a stylist that didnt want to speak to me, honestly anyone looking to work here please dont literally go anywhere else

Diana has been doing my nails for several months since I moved to NC. She started working at this salon and I drive from Concord to get my nails done. The shop looks clean but it is definitely over priced. I swear I pay double now but I love the nail tech! From looking at the other nail techs work, it does not look worth it at all and today when I go, I hope I get a complimentary drink since Im paying 100+ to get my nails done!!

Went for a mani pedi. I’m not sure why they couldn’t even offer a glass of water but was offered NOTHING to drink by the staff, was never given any type of massage on my hands OR my legs, she didn’t even do a top coat on my toes as less than 24 hours later two toes have no nail polish on them at all and it’s chipped and messed up on two others. WAY OVER PRICED!!!

This review is not a reflection on the nail tech who did an amazing job creating a custom color for me, but rather the experience I had with the front desk employee after the fact.At checkout she had a computer error running my transaction on a gift card which deducted the total service amount from my card balance but supposedly did not create a transaction in their sales. A manager was called over and I was handed a receipt for my service and was informed it was taken care of.Almost 2 hours after the fact I receive a call from the front desk employee saying the transaction never cleared and I had to pay twice for the same service. I insisted that the error was not my fault as the balance had already been deducted for this service, that they should contact their computer systems customer service to figure out where the error occurred. I then receive a call not even 20 minutes later requesting I pay again as they still couldnt figure it out.I had been very patient and understanding until this point ensuring I was not trying to scam them of their money and would gladly pay again if it resulted that the original transaction did not go through. I even tipped my nail tech almost 30% in cash before I left the building. I was in no way trying to pull one over on them and ultimately paid over $70 for a basic gel manicure all because of their system error. She was also completely aware that this would charge my card balance twice and did not seem to care at how completely unfair and unprofessional that is.I have worked in customer service for years and would have never handled a situation this way let alone call the customer demanding to pay twice BEFORE calling their computer system for clarification on the issue first!After using that gift card only once before I feel robbed of all the money on it that they have now pocketed twice from their own system failing to work properly. As compensation I was given a few points totaling maybe $15 off for my next service which is still beyond insulting after how unprofessional this entire experience has been.I will not be returning and recommend anyone else to avoid this place if this is how they treat their customers.

My nail tech Ive been seeing for years moved here. This and the new ambiance is probably the only reason I go there. The service is just ok but they are ridiculously overpriced.. $105 for new gel and a pedicure is just crazy.. I had to return to repair my chipped toenail polish a few days later.. I love the new location and wouldnt mind the pricing if the service matched the numbers. Also those menu prices for snacks and beverages is a little ridiculous. If you are spending $100 plus on services a minimum of one or two should be complimentary.

I have been a customer of Cachet for years. However, the past 3 times I have gotten my nails done by 3 different staff members and each time my results have been less than satisfactory. The shape of my nails have been uneven, polish all over my actual skin and the polish is not smooth on my nails. I would recommend they have a staff meeting to address the quality of work their employees are producing. This place is a little pricey and I would expect more from a high end salon.

The only gel manicure I received that didn’t at least come with a lackluster massage... or maybe she just forgot, but I felt like too much of an inconvenience to ask. It was also quite strange they were insistent I looked at the basket of colors right before polish and never let me actually go up to the colors to choose, so I didn’t even get what I wanted because I felt rushed. A 3 star experience at best, but since it was about $20 more than most places for services not even provided.. I have to give them 1.

She was doing a great job at first. but i has my nails removed and then i had another set put on and my pinky acrylic was put on weird so now it sticks up. i got white sparkly sns but instead she did 2 layers when you’re supposed to do 3 layers. my nails are pink with barely any of the sparkles my nails look horrible

I passed by this salon and it was pretty empty. I figured I would stop by to get a simple pedicure. I walk in and was ignored by the 2 receptionist up front. When they finally acknowledged me they had my sign in. After I signed in I was left just standing there waiting for them to tell me what to do next while the receptionists were just talking to each other. Finally someone came from the back and told asked me if I had an appointment. I told her no and she explained that they were booked all day. I don’t understand why the receptionist couldn’t have told me that when I walked in. I don’t understand how they were booked if the store wasn’t even packed. Horrible customer service for a upscale nail salon. Wish I would’ve read the review before because apparently other people have had issues with the receptionists

Very clean and pretty. Some staff are on a higher level. When I get lucky enough to get one of their best my nails can go 3 weeks without needing to be redone.

I was here before in June for my b day and had. Terrible experience when it came to my nails the pedicure was perfect I came again in November cause I received a gift card I was able to get the pedicure but not the full set once again I was disappointed with this service I was told 30 mins wait then it was a hour then was we didn’t know if we gonna have anyone to do your nails. the woman that did my pedi was excellent.. but I sat here for over a hour excited about my nails and very disappointed when I was told I could have them done 😢

Rushed service nail salon with aggressive nail techs who make rude comments and mock you in Vietnamese. Receptionist staff is unprofessional. The overall ambiance is nice however the poor customer service unsettling.Sadly, this is my first negative review on any platform. I have reported this establishment to the Better Business Bureau. I will not ever return.

First time there great experience! The staff were all very friendly, clean environment, and even had great music playing.

I had an unfortunate experience here at the SouthPark location-The nail tech who I had kept nicking my cuticles to the point where one of them was bleeding, she was beyond rude, insulted the nail color I picked out twice, and when she was drilling off my old SNS the drill was way too hot and felt like my nails were burning off. I have never experienced such horrible and unprofessional nail service before. Plus they did not have very many colors to pick from with the SNS. I know that this place does have talented nail techs that are good and I hate to have my experience ruin that for them but I would not recommend this place.

Everything was nice. But my nails look very messy like I did them myself. Mad I gave a 18$ (20%) tip without noticing. Never again.

Had Trisha and although she did a good job on my nails themselves (full acrylic set) nothing else was that great. She didnt push back or cut my cuticles, she didnt take off the access part underneath the nail down by the tip of my fingers, and she didnt even put any lotion on my hands or arms .$45 and none of that was done plus like $10 for a mimosa in their bar. Beautiful place, just wish the simple had been done

I will not be returning to this nail salon. I’ve been a loyal customer for well over a year now, I always get acrylics with gel. I haven’t had any issue at all until the last few months (about 5 times—I probably gave them way too many chances to fix the situation). The gel over my acrylic kept lifting and peeling after 2-3 days. Each time I would voice this concern to the different nail technicians and always they told me not to worry this time, that they’ll make sure it won’t happen again. Well, Each time they started lifting and peeling by day 2 or 3, conveniently when I was out of town and could not make it back within their 3 day window to have it fixed. I’m very careful with my hands/nails—the most I do is type at my desk job and wash my hands (as most people do throughout the day). There is no possible reason this should have happened this many times with multiple technicians, even after voicing my concerns. Not sure if it’s a certain product they are using or if they are missing a step in the process, but I will be seeking a new nail salon in Charlotte. Extremely disappointed because this location was very convenient to where I live and I enjoyed going up until these problems came up, but for the amount they charge for these services I’m taking my business elsewhere as I feel a bit cheated by this establishment.

Beautiful shop, the reason I was initially attracted and I guess it depends on who you get because it seemed like I got the short end of the stick that day. The tech was cold and didnt offer me anything to drink the entire appointment, as soon as I finished she gave me the ticket n said go pay at the front as she walked off to go talk w another tech...this was my first and probably last time, her work was standard but there are too many other options in charlotte that have excellent customer service on top of great product....good luck management

I went to Cachet with a bridal party for wedding ready nails. We reserved the private room. We were told that everyone would stay in the room together. This did not happen.. they took 4 of us out to do our nails. We waited around a long time to get all of our nails and feet done. Then a worker told us they were delayed because we added to our original amounts of services needed. ( we did not, we actually had one reserved girl not show up and some girls decided not to get a pedicure because of the wait). I had to tell my technician about 5 times to give me the standard pedicure, even pointed to it on the menu, but she still gave me the delux. I also had to instruct her to cut my toe nails and she got upset because she had moved past it. I was however happy with my nails once they were completed. I got SNS and a regular pedicure. My nails did not even last 3 days later. They starting chipping and peeling.. I’ve never had that happen so soon.. overall very disappointed, especially because they charge more than typical salons.

Hands down, best manicure and pedicure. Beautiful place and amazing staff! I just recently had the microbladding done and I love it. Gina explained everything to me and she was so sweet. It probs my equals a 10 minute tattoo has far as pain level bit results we worth every second. For the first time I have beautiful brows that look natural and permanent. Oh, and that arch. Just call me sexpot Elmore. People are constantly telling me they love my brows. It makes such a difference. I had to go back for a touch up to finish the process which is normal and they are beautiful. Shout out to the very talented Gina! Would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful location, but unfortunately my service was not up to par. I came in with my mind set to do a mojito manicure, but no one asked me what service I wanted done. Nail tech that did my nails, painted my nails and then proceeded to put lotion on my hands to massage them. Needless to say it messed up 3 of my nails which instead of redoing them she tried to just paint over. It looked sloppy so I asked to redo them and she didnt seemed to be thrilled about it. Also I ended up paying $17 for basic manicure, when the price on their website was $15. Not that big of a deal, but because of overall experience I will not be coming back.

Beautiful, open airy nail salon serving wine , mimosa and champagne. Many stations I was able to get in and get out quickly.

I try to not be too particular about my nails, but my recent experience was less than pleasing. I had high hopes for this salon as it was so conveniently located near my home & work, but I’ve learned my lesson and would rather drive 20 minutes away to uptown to get better service. Both times I have gotten SNS on my nails the top layer peeled off within less than 24 hours. The first time I went in to get it fixed they were happy to serve but with them having to drill off the top coat, my real nails peaked through the bright red SNS—it was not a cute look and definitely not worth the $45 I paid. This happened the second time I went as well. When I went in to get it fixed the receptionist was less than helpful in trying to find a solution for me. She mentioned it was only a 3 day grace period after I had let her know I didn’t have the time in my work schedule to stop by and no one informed me about the 3 day grace period. She also tried to pull up my receipt by phone number connected to a point system but was unable to find the service meaning I also didn’t receive points for my last service. The same issue with my nails peaking through occurred again and I asked if the nail tech could fix it by adding a layer. I could hear the nail tech and receptionist whisper about having to do my repair as if it were an inconvenience so when I went to check out I ended up paying for the repair fee even though I felt like it was not at all my fault and rather a mistake on their part for using inadequate products and techniques. There are way better nail salons in CLT and I would 10/10 NOT recommend Cachet in SouthPark to anyone.

Way overpriced! Can’t say they do a better job than any other nail salon for what they charge, they also sneak in extra charges for services they don’t even perform (I was charged $5 for a massage I didn’t even have). The prices are not shown on their website which could be helpful and are higher than their South Blvd location. The worst part though is how RUDE the receptionis is! Gave this place a few chances because of the location and convenient parking but Have been disappointed every time. Not Returning again.

My first visit to this salon I arrived about 2 hours before closing . The receptionist informed me that there was not enough time to complete all of my services prior to closing . This was supposedly due to the clients already being serviced ! I made an appointment for two days later.When I arrived two days later at my appointment time, the receptionist booked all 3 services (wax, SNS fill in and pedicure) at 3 separate times. At the time I didn’t understand how horrible this was until I had to wait after each service until the next tech was available . In total I was there over 3 hours!!!! The tech who did my pedicure even commented on how there were several techs available who could’ve serviced me instead of me having to wait. There were others getting my sand service that arrived after me but left before me. The front desk receptionist came over and explained the 8-10 other techs weren’t certified to do SNS so that was the reasoning for my wait ( I thought that was odd, but ok). The front desk is awful and my SNS by their “certified” nail tech was mediocre. I do not think I will be visiting again.

Went to get a gel manicure for my engagement photos and I left the studio in tears. Id worked hard to grow my nails as long as they could get and the tech filed them wrong the first time (I asked for natural and she must have heard square). Then in order to get them back to a natural shape, they were filed even more. I left with awkwardly filed nails that were way shorter than I started with--some are even filed crookedly. The polish is uneven on one thumb and I have polish on my skin. When a customer is coming in saying theyre going to have photos taken of their hands--I would expect a little more attention to detail from such a costly boutique.

WAY Overpriced for what you get! They don’t use name brand nail polish, yet they’re more expensive than other salons. My friend‘s gel polish fell off her entire nail bed within 2 days, the others are peeling off. Nail shapes are unevenly shaped and polish was put on in a way that my nails look bumpy. The complimentary wine is the smallest amount of ever received at a salon and if you want a refill it’s $9. The staff was nice, that’s the only reason I gave 2 stars.

My nail tech did a great job on my sns, however instead of doing the normal last step she put clear gel top coat and had me place my nails in UV lamp. I have had SNS done many times at other locations and this was never done. Sadly, that day I noticed the gel coat coming off already and the flat matte powdered base is showing through. Of note she only applied one coat and I only cured under the lamp for 30 seconds, my left hand was even less as she took it out. My left hand is where I saw the gel top coatComing off almost immediately.I know have to take time out of my busy schedule to try to get this fixed. Not sure why she did such a beautiful job and did not follow through with standard sns application. Maybe she needs better training. I put my trust in her she knew what she was doing but clearly not. I would prefer just a refund as I cannot come. You can see from the picture the matte color is coming through.Edit:Spoke with manager and I am expected to take time out of my busy schedule to come to have them fix their poor workmanship or poor quality sns product. I will avoid using cachet all together as I have had poor quality at south end location as well. I was also told by manger some of the “sns” products require a gel coat?

Beautiful salon! But the good ends there. The staff and techs are unfriendly and cold. I have gotten an attitude every time I try and call to make an appointment. On top of it, my SNS manicure has lifted EVERY time I have it done there- and I have gone 3 or 4 times now. I have had SNS on my nails for years and it has never lifted before.After multiple attempts to allow them to do better, I will not be returning. There is a reason they have such a low rating on google.

One of the most prettiest or shall I say pettiest DISRESPECTFUL HOMOPHOBIC nail salons ever!!! Three different nail techs refused to service my friend because he was a fabulous male with nails. I didnt want to waste the one star however, it seemed to be mandatory.

My fingers hurt like beep Gina did a horrible job skipped on my services for the cosmo pedi then charged 185 for a 140 job front desk fixed and then I showed her my nails lets just say I came back hour later to get both pedi and gel set redone thanks to Hanna but I will never go back to charge that much and I got a $20 service whew I took pics at salon girl Gina go back to the basics and buy your own supplies and stop treating people like that I could burn that place down but I’ll go try another salon to get the service I deserve for 140 I wouldn’t of even gave 1 star

Got SNS done on Mothers day by Tuesday the top coat was peeling off and 3 nails were lifting. I have gotten SNS done before and have always lasted 3 to 4 weeks. Spoke with the manager Mika (not sure if thats how you spell her name) she said I had to come in within 3 days. I advised I got off after they were closed and Friday (today) was the only day I could come in. I was advised when I got my nails done they only do appointments M-Sat. And I explained that to the manager. I can understand if I got a regular mani. Or my nails were chipped, no they are lifting and top coat is peeling off, that should not happen I. Less than a week with gel pr SNS. SNS should last 2 weeks min. They refused to fix or even look at the obvious proof they were done incorrectly. They much rather lose potential clients than fix an issue they obviously created.

My first experience was OK tonight I walked in knowing they close at 8 and the receptionist said they were closed it was only 730. I left called to make an appt for tomorrow but they stop taking appointments at 7 Im so confused being as tho they close at 8 all I wanted was a pedicure nothing fancy .I guess it takes longer then a hour for a pedi these days with gel polish thought Id found my nail salon guess its on to the next

I went there with a friend and never again. I dont mind paying for a good quality job, but this one was just expensive and really bad.

We take our last customer at 7pm...then your closed time is 7pm. Not 8pm.

They told me to wait 30 minutes th3n said they were too busy for me after I waited.

We walked in at 7:10 to get two pedicures but were told they don’t accept walk-ins after 7. We were the only customers in the salon so they may as well go home for the night if that is their policy. Bad customer service!

I really dont understand if they close at 8 and I arrive at 7 (1hour before they close) why they couldnt do a simple gel color on my hands. Then I went to the Nails salon at South Park mall and did Mani, pedí and gel color.

Extremely overpriced and rude staff. Worst nail salon experience ever.

My wife was not satisfied. The place is way overpriced.

Arrived at 7:20 wanting a pedicure & was told the technicians want to leave at 7:30. The hours on the door said they were open until 8. Bad business practice! Disappointing.
