What I wanted… & what I got. Hate leaving bad reviews on places. They were nice… the guy seemed agitated tho which was a little annoying the two ladies were in better moods. The color I can get passed but the acrylic job itself is bad. He used a nail on my thumb that was too small & they left the skin around my nails looking worse than when I got there. Edges are a complete mess. I really liked the location and the place itself, but won’t be going back.

Horrible service, the nail polish was thick and it ended up looking so bad. It seemed like a 5 years old painted my nails. Never coming back.

I got a manicure and pedicure and not only did they rush the process, when I left the polish separated completely. I wanted to go here because its convenient but its worth it to travel somewhere else

Been going here for manicures and pedicures for easily over six years. Always treated well always get a good job done, pleasant relaxing experience. Recommend them highly, great way to get some time to relax. Prices are reasonable.

By far the best I’ve gotten around here. They take their time to get it right. It’s always lasted so long and looked great.

Need an appointment right now, due to COVID but they are distancing customers and everyone wears a mask. They also have masks for sale (lots of options for adults and kids).

Everyone in the shop is friendly and they all do beautiful work no matter what type of nail technique youre hoping for. The shop is always impeccably clean which is a big asset set in this field. No one wants to walk away and learn they have some type of nail infection. They even use liners in their foot tubs. The prices are always comprable if not lower than most. Even with their new increase, nothing is highly priced. The price of a regular pedicuimre has only increased $5. The new fee is only $25 and the work is beautiful. Gel manicure has increased to $25 and Im still always pleased. Ive been a steady client ever since they opened 12 or 13 years ago. They always change the interior around to make it a better fit and to keep it all fresh and new. Their newer pedicure massaging chairs are excellent Recently added some new Crystal lighting that is absolutely gorgeous

Great place. I had my daughters 7th birthday here. They let us bring snacks and drinks and treated the little girls like grown ups. They loved every moment of it. Their prices for little kids are great too.

Place is clean and has agreeable atmosphere. Was satisfied with my pedi; however, I did not care for my acrylic job. Not only was the tech working super quickly and harshly (I know quick is the name of the game but this was rushed) but the nails themselves came out bubbly and with debris/dents in the polish. Tech actually separated the acrylic nail from my real nail so that it looks like its already grown a week. Top coat also peeled off? My sister got a clear coat done and it peeled within hours. Overall dissatisfied :(

My lady took her time, as she always does and I thank her. The atmosphere is quiet and comfortable.

The lady took forever to find the color I wanted and then treated me like I was a difficult customer for wanting that color. Ive never had a place make me feel that way! Then they would go complain angrily in Vietnamese about you in front of you. Trust me, Im not been paranoid you can tell when you say something to her and she didnt like it so shed switch the language right after with not even a micro second apart to say something with a tone to their coworkers. I even said once, like I AM RIGHT HERE! ...lol they went HUH. The lady that did my pedi was an animal, so freaking roooough! It HURT so bad!! Everything she did: from cutting my nails, to filing to removing skin push cuticles back was SO painful! OUUCH! She has f NO CLUE. And Im a tough cookie. At one point I screamed in pain Aaah! came from my heart and there she went again complaining in front of me clearly taking about me in Vietnamese, not even trying to be discreet about it. SO RUDE! Not once they asked, are you Ok?Take the name relax OFF your business name please! Thats just a joke.. .The mani was no better, she didnt leave my nails in the water long enough to for my cuticles to soften (like 10 secs) then she complained to me about my cuticles not been soft enough, then she decided not to remove them. She rushed so much it was even starting to get funny! I was hiding my laughter at this point. Almost squirt lotion from across the room for me to apply it myself she was so disconnected. That place was deserted! No-bo-dy was there. On a weekend??? Ive never seen that before. No wonder why though. And WHY the hurry? Their business is dying right undee their noses and then trying to rush you instead of providing me with a good experience to keep my business. IM A PAYING CUSTOMER! Obviously I will never set foot again in that place ever. Thats what I get for giving a new place the opportunity

I went on a Sunday with my mother in law and sister in law and none of us had just one person work on us. It was almost like an essembly line where one would do one thing then the other would come by and do the next thing. This didnt allow for a restful or relaxing experience. Also the guy who did most of the work on my mani/pedi didnt ask how I wanted my nails shaped and he cut one toenail super short. He also didnt clean up my cuticles or the skin around my finger nails and there was ZERO hand/arm massage. I really do not recommend this place.

Terrible service. Only cut my cuticles and put my nails in water for a few seconds and said that was a full manicure. Never ever will I go back.
