Ive been seeing Nail Spa for a few years now. 10 points for all staff here.I felt so welcome and comfortable at here. The staffs here are greats. She took excellent care of me. My hands feel much nicer now.SO WONDERFUL! I have never regularly gotten my nails done, but now I will.

I came here based off a recommendation. Its clean, their product selection is nice. Prices are decent. The employees were not very friendly however and the service I received was subpar to say the least. The shape of my nails was not right and the polish is spotty, my toenails were cut extremely too short and the tech that did them seemed like he didnt want to be there. Though the woman who did my nails was nice and chatty. The lighting in there is terrible so I didnt see any of the imperfections until I got home...

Each time Ive made a visit to the salon there has been poor customer service. I asked for a specific polish and they tell you what polish is best, but it should be what the customer wants. When Ive asked for a design I was told I dont do much designs only a little, you dont need. I will not return to this salon due to poor customer service and lack of skills. I highly encourage some customer service training in addition to continued educational classes for skill set. Never again....

WHY didnt I read these reviews first!? Ive NEVER felt the need to complain about a simple French manicure in the probably 20 years I have been getting them. I thought they were pretty hard to screw up. But these folks found a way to screw mine up completely. Why on Earth would you glue the white tip more than halfway down the nail!!?? Not to mention the size tips you selected for my fingers were far too wide. When I tried to bring this up I was met with mumbling and okay, okay. Clearly the technician didnt understand a word I said. Needless to say the end result was completely atrocious. This particular manicure also left my fingers extremely sore, way more than I have ever experienced. Please save yourself the time, money and trouble and AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

The mixed girl cut my foot up during my pedicure. I’m in a lot of pain. She continued to cut me up after I asked her to take it ease up. My foot is bloody and in pain days later.

Have to say my pedicure wasn’t that bad! Nice and relaxing but my nails on the other hand are terrible. The guy didn’t even cover my WHOLE NAIL with nail polish. Not to mention it’s been one day and there already chipping. Like I seriously don’t recommend.

If I could give them a zero and still do my review I would. Dont go to this salon if you even want to call it that. If you want to be treated like a person. I went in for a pedicure and it looked like something that my niece could of did. I dont recall the girl who did it but she young with a nose ring and a tattoo across her chest and long nails. Her attitude is HORRIBLE I asked her to clean the polish off my skin and after half a** doing it stated verbatim I cleaned it enough even though there was polish all around my toes on my skin. She then stated if I clean it up anymore it will be gone yes youre correct it will GONE off my SKIN!!! I had already paid and it wasnt like they werent getting there money so a simple touch up isnt too much to ask for. Once I asked to speak with someone else who could better assist me I was told everyone is busy and the manager is gone for the day. Instead of my toes being cleaned up 2 associates proceeded to try to have an arguement with me and say I dont see anything wrong with the service she gave. First off she was rude and snappy and instead of you all helping, you all decide to try to bring me out of character. This place doesnt care at all for any customer and there service is beyond unethical.

It said on the sign for gel acrylics it was $30 and I sat down and she said it was $40. Lady was very nice but did a pretty bad job, uneven nails and didn’t paint the sides or very top of the nail. Each nail is basically a different shape. There is also glue all over my cuticles and around my nails. They also spoke Chinese infront of me as if they were talking bad about me. I wouldn’t really recommend getting acrylic nails done there.

Very professional, quick and efficient and I luv the convenient hours open until 9pm.

This is the absolute WORST NAIL SALON that I have ever been to in my entire life. I try to avoid going in here because a lot of them rush on you and do sub-par work due to not paying attention. I went in today for a full set that cost $30. The woman who took me was rushing me to pick a color. Then when I sit down, I tell her that I want short coffin. Short coffin IS POSSIBLE. This woman barely filed and buffed my nails. I had red gel polish when I came in, she did not even file all of the red off. I had to constantly correct her filing like can you please make it crisper...but you are supposed to be a certified nail technician?? When she started to polish, she did not polish the entire nail! Why does your customer have to ASK YOU TO PAINT THEIR ENTIRE NAIL. Ultimately what upset me the most is that she tried to argue with me and say that short coffin nails cannot be done. I can pull up 100 examples of short coffin on Pinterest, so I would have preferred if she said that SHE couldnt do it, not that it cant be done. I will never in my life go back to this salon. I work hard for my money, so to have someone so willing to take it but not put in effort to produce good work is despicable. My nails are uneven, some nails look coffin others look square. That woman RUSHED, constantly checking the door instead of paying attention to what she was supposed to be doing. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY COMING HERE. I feel sorry because there is one girl I believe her name is Diamond and she does good work (she is an African American woman), but she was not there when I first came in. I hope that she can find another shop because this shop is bad vibes and bad service. Thank you for reading. I just do not want people to experience what I have today :(

Had my first pedicure here, they were friendly and did a good job

Horrible customer service. They mess up my girlfriend nails and did nothing to fix the problem. They put the wrong nail color on and tried to tell her that is what she wanted even tho she we can clearly see that is not the right color. She didnt offer a discount or anything for the wrong choices that they made. They even too off the nail color already on her nails. On top of that they was being completely rude to her. Dont come here if u want good customer service. They care nothing about you just want your money.

This place was a great new addition to the world of mani-pedis! The services they provided were awesome and I was very satisfied. Perfect staff. Good prices! Ill be back soon.

NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE... they ruined my nails.... and had so much attitude when I asked them to fix it.. she scrubbed my nails too much on one side than other side when I asked her to fix it, she made it tooo short and at that point it was just ruined! And she was talking in her language to her co-worker throughout the time about me complaining....

Ashley and I went to this salon on Saturday March 22, 2019 and from the time the first lady sat down to do my feet I should have gotten up and left. She sat down (with a short dress on) and grabbed the front and shoved under herself. Very unprofessional! They did an absolutely horrible job on Ashley’s feet. The nails were not filed down and crooked. We had to go to another salon the next day to have the mess this first nail salon did. I will not ever recommend this place nor will I go back!!

One of the worst nail salons I have ever been to. They have no knowledge on what they are doing. Worst service ever. Don’t ever go to this place for full set or filling.

I personally never write a lot of reviews unless necessary. I was excited due to the deal they showcased on their display. I quickly regretted it the lady kept confusing me with the pricing and tried to upgrade me and Im so glad I didnt take her $5 upcharge the express pedicure was terrible she literally made the water placed my foot in it and put lotion on it then started painting my nails. The entire time I was furious I kept thinking $20 for this I couldve done that at home. My bestfriend took the deal for $5 extra upgraded pedicure and got the same treatment as me except she had to pay $25 for her lotion and water. To make matters worse I got my nails done and the whole time I was so upset because money for services is nonrefundable. My nails were clumpy and I never in my life just wanted my service to be over with.I wanted my nails done for my gender reveal party for the next day. If it wasnt for that I wouldve went somewhere elseIm never going back to the water and lotion parlor the mall should get a better nail salon they are making Northlake look bad.

Horrible service! Different staff all the time! They charge $1 per bottle of color to paint children’s nails. That was $7 plus $5 for colors! Owners only want money not giving quaility service

I sent my daughter by herself and they did her nails the colors are wonderful but the nails are uneven and they didn’t shape her nails right, had an attitude I would love to have an refund

Ive been going to Nail Spa roughly 4 months because they stay open longer than most nail salons. Went to get a pedi again and when she removed the polish, I had a fungus on two of my toes. Needless to say I wont be going back.

I have been here multiple times and each time I have left disappointed. I thought at first that maybe it was just a bad day but now I realize that this is just how they are. When I first started going there, the service was great but now they are very rude and snobby. There is a man there who is extremely rude. When I came in there to get my nails done I went to the nail wall to pick out my color. I was there for about a minute trying to decide which color when he came up to me and told me that he doesnt have all day. Unfortunately he was also the one that did my nails and I felt very uncomfortable. I have not visited them for about a year until last week. Again the man was extremely rude. We were looking at the prices on the door when he rudely said not to look at the sign to ask him. I just ignored him and the lady came to do my nails. All I wanted was a full set and she was trying to talk me out of it and but acrylics on the two nails I had that were not as long as the rest. I told her no and to cut them to make them the same and put on acrylics. She turned to the other women and said something in their language and started laughing. This is not the first time that they have made fun of their customers in front of us. They say something to their coworkers and then look at us and laugh. Overall I would not recommend this place. Please look somewhere else to get your nails done. The environment is really uncomfortable and I left feeling sad rather than relaxed. Im not quite sure why the other people have rated them so high but I just hope that you will look at each persons comment to decide for yourself.

Felt like my pedicure was rushed after I refused to get the $35 pedicure when there was hardly anyone in there. Lady that did my pedicure kept trying to pressure me to get the $35 pedicure that I told her like, literally, 7x I did not want.

Terrible service at this location
