2 weeks in n here they are.. Gel...I go there often.. Only get purple nails.. Started with acrylic but now Im going to jail and Ive always got colored tips is amazing how many combinations they can come up with one color this is an amazing place staff is friendly Im not that talkative but they make me talk in a good way I like them

So this place is hit or miss my pedi tech is super on point and super booked Le sigh. So they hyped up this new guy saying he was good so I wouldnt have to wait 45 min for my regular tech lets just say I knew it was a disaster waiting to happen the staff were coaching him the whole time UGH. Anywho my Pedi looks good after a whole month but my Dipped Nails (that I hated but paid for) popped off in less than 2 weeks.

I was not satisfied because I got there at 10:30 a.m., and didnt get waited on until almost 12:00p.m.!!! They took at least 2 people that came in after me and I didnt leave until almost 1:30 p.m.!!! I wont be going back no time soon!!!

Absolutely horrible they have been out of a machine for payments for over a year they filed my nails down to the skin I walked out of there with nubs instead of an overlay which is the picture in pink I posted they are over priced and very disrespectful I had 3 ppl walk out of the shop because they saw how nasty and horrible my nails looked

I walked in and stood at the counter where the book was located. No one acknowledged me. I waited and checked out the prices. No one acknowledged me. I asked the 2 ladies sitting near me if they were waiting. They were. I sat down. No one acknowledged any of us. 15 minutes later a white woman walks in. She barely put both feet across the threshold of the door when they yelled, Can I help you? Pick your color. I will never go back. That is terrible customer service!

I cant count the number of times Ive gotten a pedicure (from somewhere else) where the nail tech rushed through my pedicure, barely touching my toes. So many times I was left wondering why I even bothered. WELL... If youre like me you are in for a wonderful surprise when you visit Nail Art. They do THE BEST pedicures I have had in a very long time. It doesnt matter who you get because every nail tech gives your feet quality care...AND they take their time.I am very picky so I am not the easiest customer to please. I know that when I come here I can relax because they shape your nails, remove cuticles, and calluses thoroughly...all for a low price of $20 and... They spend at least an hour on your feet.There are a few things that keeps my ratings from being perfect.#1 The nail salon is a little outdated ( Im OK with that considering the low price and the exceptional job to my feet.#2 Long wait...again they take their time with each customer so I know to bring reading material when i come.#3 Nail Art is not the place to come if you are in a rush for a quick pedicure even if there isnt a wait...but again whos complaining?...Surely not me. I LOVE THIS PLACE!

Its not fancy but this salon has efficient and professional technicians. Youre in and out quickly and they consistently provide beautiful results. Be prepared for cash only services.

Really like the place. I wasnt getting my nails done but my best friend was. I like this place because they offered me to sit beside her while they did her nails which I thought was extremely nice most places dont care which is fine but I just thought it was a nice friendly thing. Most nail places I go the person usually doesnt talk and just does the nails but here they guy was very friendly and even joked with us I really liked the atmosphere here. I also like that they take their time. Most places rush to finish but here they took their time to make sure it was correct , Ive always admired quality over quantity so this pleased me very much. I Will recommend to everyone.

Worst place ever!! Not only I had to wait 3 hours to get my nails done but I got skipped, I had went and no one was before me I needed a fill in,someone after me needed a full in as well and they called her before me and I had already been waiting for 3 HOURS I ended up leaving. Its not my first time having a bad experience with them. They prices are cheap but there service and attention is cheaper. Im still looking for a good place to go to.

If youve never been to this nail shop and happen to be in the area, find somewhere else to go!! They will not allow you to pay with card, theres an ATM machine in the shop and they charge a fee. The gel polish they use is thin and cheap you have to request for a third coat of polish. The time in the nail shop was extremely long and the technician stopped every five minutes to provide change to everyone. First visit and LAST

I have been a customer for a little over 5 years. I only worked with Helen. Today they lost my business due to the lack of professionalism. I have been through this before but today was the day I said no more!! I ALWAYS make an appt before going in and today was no exception. I made an appt at 3:30. I showed up at 3:15 and she had a customer. I was hoping she would be done in the next 15-20 minutes. Here comes 4:20 and I’m still waiting. This has happened several times! For me to pay between $100-$130 every two weeks this is unacceptable and I’ll just take my business elsewhere where I feel more valued!!

Took three hours for a pedicure, pink and white, and eyebrows. They are slow and more concerned with what they think looks good than what the customer wants. I asked for my eyebrows to be cleaned up and left with no eyebrows. I specifically told her twice, do not make them thin. When I complained she said thin looks better. And then tried to charge me. I said I didnt like a lot of white on my nails they are mostly white. Horrible service. Also the place is really run down and I should have walked our upon entering. If they dont care enough to keep the shop looking nice who knows what their sanitation is like. Lesson leaned.

I have been going to this place since 2005 getting my pedicure done by the same girl. They are good at what they do so i dont mind waiting. Everywhere you go theres going to be a wait. When I know that I wont have time to wait I nust call ahead and make an appointment. I dont go anywhere else for my pedicure because people just want the money but they dont do a good job. I give them 5⭐️

I’m not sure why I keep trying this place. The customer service sucks!! After a long day at work the last thing I wanted was to deal with was someone’s attitude and that’s exactly what I got.

Summary: Long wait, dirty tools, rude staff, old decor. I went in to have gel nail polish removed. Usually they wrap a foil square around the finger and let it sit. After a REALLY long wait, they just soaked my fingers in acetone for 45 minutes and then used a dremel tool to remove the rest of the polish. It left my nails weak and thin and my skin was super dry! Not only that but the staff was rude and the place had NO ventilation giving me a headache after 10 minutes! I was in there over 1.5 hours just to remove polish! Another con is that the tools are all dirty and the decor looks like its from 1980. Decor Nails on Park Road is WAY better. Id go there if youre looking for another place in that area.

It took forever. But it was worth the wait. Their prices are great and they took their time and did their job. I would go back anytime.

LONNNNNNNGEST WAIT EVER!! 3 hours for fill in and toes polish change. Staff rude and slow. Keep stopping to do eye brows. Dont file toes good . Pedicure lady nice but not good at all. They only accept cash. I think they not reporting all that money to government. . Hummmmmmm

I just walked out.Old polish bottles on the wall. No selection. Wanted $33 for a fill in with gel polish. No credit cards. Cash only.This place looks,dated and unclean.

I was a first time customer I went to get a pedicure I was in the area, I got a overlay on my toe the lady that did my pedicure she cut my cuticles so bad to the point you could my white skin meat .. She drilled way to deep into my skin then act as if she didn’t see what she did, I had to put neosporin on both of my toes ..then they don’t have a sign on the door to tell you that they don’t take cards .. they don’t tell you to after the fact you got the service I had to walk next store to the grocery store to get cash from the ATM I will never return or recommend them to anyone!!

Ok, first HUGE issue was the prices of this place.. they are the same as Polished or a lot of more upscale salons... I will say that the lady who did my nails did a great job! But I have to state the prices are way too high for the experience you get (considering for the same price you could get the same great job and a way better experience) .. I wasnt offered anything to drink not even a water.. when I got In I said I wanted a gel polish/ pedi... they did have a lot of options for gel polish.. but for my pedi (that I just get normal polish on) was like less than ten colors in OPI.. the rest of the colors were knock of brands Ive never even hear of. I had to pick my toe polish and then ask for someone to show me the gel options.... the lady was nice but throughout the whole experience talked very loudly to other employees.. which after a long week I just dont wanna hear ... Im paying 55 dollars before tip.. I expect it to at least be relaxing.. it was not at all.. when I got my pedi she honestly kinda hurt my feet with the massage... she was talking the whole time to another employee and just jabbing into my feet ... the cleanness of the place was ok.. but the equipment was very low quality and outdated. Overall I would never go back here..for the same price I could go somewhere much nicer and more customer friendly.. even though she did do a good job it doesnt make up for all the negative experience... if they lowered their prices I think it would be acceptable to run they way they did.. but to charge what much more upscale cleaner, newer places do is just ridiculous. I would not suggest to anyone to go here over the countless surrounding salons.

My experience is always good with Nail Art. I moved here from SC last year in April in Andover woods apt and had a terrible time trying to find a new nail and pedicurist. i tried lovely nails. PLEASE NEVER GO THERE. THEY ARE AWFUL!!!. It looked like a child had played on my nails. They were rushing and did not care about you as a customer. I had gotten there 40 mins before closing and they did not even allow me time for my nails to dry so I went back next day and they charged me for redoing the color which btw still looked trashy. So I found nail art. They are perfect!. Ivy is my pedicurist. Trust she is the best in charlotte. When it was packed two times I have tried somewhere else and they arent nearly as diligent. It last atleast 3 weeks. Helen is my nail tec there and she is great also. They both take their time and focus on making sure you get the best service. I have to force Ivy to take a tip. It takes a little longer here because of the quality of service but they are great!

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I will not spend another penny in this place. The wait is always long and the nail technicians are rude. They only have one person who does eyebrows so you have to wait for to finish doing what she is doing to get to you. They tell you to sit and a person will come right to you. But you sit and no one comes and assists you. Today was my last day going to that place. Ive tried three times to get my brows done but to no avail.

I gave this place two chances. The first time I went I left because they have a very poor color selection. The second time I waited over 30mins for a color change on my toes. The staff is unprofessional and have no consideration for your time . You also are unable to pay with a card you must pay with cash only which is a huge inconvenience . DO NOT GO HERE !!

I paid $25 for slanted nails, polish on my skin, and cut up skin. Her excuse was my dead skin...whatever! Then my mom wanted a pedicure and they just left her sitting in water for over 20 minutes. My mom decided to leave and they got and attitude and gave her a towel, then snatched it.

The Chinese do not work, they give you a very high price, one told me a price then I changed my mind ... for taking a gel 25 dlr per pedicure and hands almost 100 dlrs without design osea hellow

My daughter did a full set and it was of no use to her after a while they fell off, she had them all broken and they gave me a pedicure and I waited 3 hours for them to be removed properly and when I lay down on the bed the paint was damaged the paint was of poor quality. And when I returned they were angry and did not want to attend to me.

They put gel on me and the next day everything came off and she didnt want to fix it, she wanted 35 more to put on again.
