After experienced rushed, poor quality service next morning after shower, and dry off the gel polished bubbles and peels... returned for correction, to no avail. Will not be returning.

Very professional and quick. Rarely a long line. I get very basic nails and I love them. The workers never give me a problem.

The smile on my favorite nail tech and my baby girl doing his nails on my sons birthday rainy weather may be making the queen city dark but this place is a ray of sunshine. My weekly get away 👍😎2 years later I am getting married and I drove 45 minutes to get my nails done because no one in concord can do nails like Pinky’s.

I love how friendly the people are. The lady who did my nail polish and design was a perfectionist and so creative. They also were very nice to my daughter. She enjoyed their hospitality. ❤️

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The salon looked and smelled VERY CLEAN! The quality was incredible and prices were great! The staff was EXTREMELY friendly and more than accommodating. As an out of state salon owner I would highly highly this place. They use fresh, sanitary implements on each new client. Theyre licenses are all posted and up to date. Definently a go to nail shop. 3 other places were very rude and unprofessional when we tried to offer our business. Im glad we found this place!!

Never going back!!!!! Step 1 to running a successful business acknowledge your customers when they walk in the door. I waited for 20 minutes and apparently I still was not important enough to be acknowledged. I will spend my money elsewhere. In fact having a wonderful experience getting my nails done at Solar Nails. If you go there and dont get acknowledged go across the street where the people are nice and want your service.

I had a terrible experience with a previous nail place (solar nails on S. Tryon, cough cough) and went to Pinky’s to correct the problem! My nail tech was compassionate and knew exactly what I wanted! He sprinkled a little humor to make me feel better.... all in all, they were awesome!!

I left not even 30 minutes ago from getting a simple gel fill in with matte black gel polish and not only was the nail tech okay with letting me walk out with horribly done nails, they were rushed. Regal nails in Walmart is so much better. I’ll never go to Pinky’s again. Worst job I’ve ever had done for the money I spent on them. Highly disappointed.

Ive been going to Pinky Nails for about 15 years. The only person that does my nails now is TINA. I never have to worry about what how I want my nails to look. She handles it all and Im always very pleased. She is excellent with making sure that my nails and feet are done perfectly. She takes her time and never allows me to leave disappointed. TINA IS THE BEST. Her entire family is WONDERFUL. If you ever go, ASK FOR TINA!!!!!!!!!!!

She recent got a baby and the guy in the first table got me then ... I’m so happy with the attention and the work they do. Some people expect be trate like queens but some customer are rude! I read a review on Foo so I requested him. Amazing job. I have gone to 7 nail salons since my nail tech left & none had done a good job. I am a former nail tech so I check every detail. I was glad someone finally posted a name for who they reviewed so I could select them. I had acrylics so he is def good with that. Very maticulous with details. Great job!!

Today I paid $60.00 for a full set w. Gel Polish and a pedicure.I have been a frequent visitor to this salon since Ive moved to Charlotte 10+ years ago.They used to be reasonably priced with great service.Today my services were rushed and as a result, my FRESH, 5hr old gel polish had a bubble after I got out of the shower and is now cracked! I will NEVER go back to this high-priced low quality salon again! I will be going somewhere else to get my fill-in and I cant wait!

The son did my nails and he did a okay job. He was very friendly and made sure i was pleased b4 i left. Now as for the two ladies they were very rude and snobby. May try somewhere else next time.

The staff and clients were so friendly and welcoming.**Birthday celebration wasn’t so kind to me - I claimed full responsibility when I called the next day to ask about repairing a nail I had damaged ** Lambo made sure to call when he had time to squeeze me in between clients while I was close by and still in town -even though the shop was very busy- then he fixed my damaged designed nail with a smile and didn’t ask for a penny after!I’ve honestly never been to a salon with better quality and customer service, I’d give 1stars if google would allow. I’ll definitely be stopping by to get flawless and beautiful nails anytime I’m in the area. 💃🏽💅🏻🥰

This is my favorite nail salon in Charlotte. They are clean,. pay attention to detail and remember me when I come back. Today i drove past 6 nail salons to come here. I even came once with an injured wrist and they were very careful. We are moving soon and Im going to miss Pinky Nails. Ill come back when Im in town.

Expensive...Male tech kept harping that I get a new set. I too got acrylic fill-in with gel polish and price was $38 plus $8.00 eyebrow wax. The job was so WHACK and thick that polish started peeling off 7 days later. I went back in on the 9th day (today) and owner argued with me. She said my nails looked old and she did not believe me. I pulled up my transaction for $50 to Pinky Nails and she could do nothing but shut her mouth. Poor service.....I will never patronize again!!!!!
