The service was great and they work pretty fast they did a great job on my nails

Its ok, if I lived here I wouldnt come back... I had a new guy, basically he was rough as heck and didnt want to do design on my nails.... he was slow and took too long for a fill.. Pedicure was lacking and overpriced for what I received. I wouldnt recommend this place for an out of towner, they did treat regular customers well. Served them wine.... didnt even offer me water...

Decided to give this location another try. I watching 13 women come in and get serviced while waiting. I spent 4 hours in this location for a SNS fill in and pedicure. I waited a hour for my pedicure. Then moved to the drying station to wait to get my nails started. After stating that Ill pay for my pedicure and leave, I was moved to a nail station. The older gentlemen started my nails, needless to say it was obvious this was his first time doing SNS. Asked for my nails to dipped an extra time, he told me that they dont do that. When all it would have been is similar to another coat of Polish. Dont care what I need done going forward, Ill drive to my old nail spa 30 minutes away.

Sam is the best. Just love him. He listens to what you want and ask for, he doesnt rush through your service just to get to the next one. I do my own hair, my own lashes and brows, so my nails are my treat to myself. I like how he takes his time and does a wonderful job with both nails and feet. Hes super nice, sweet and friendly. At first he was on the shy side, but as I kept going to him, he opened up and talks with me. Sam is definitely my guy!!

Please dont go to this place. I had nice full eyebrows before I got them waxed here. Now they are uneven. The technician put waxed on my upper lip before I could even respond when she asked. Now I am breaking out horribly. I had a small bump on my upper lip and she ripped the skin off of the top of it. She double dipped the wax stick so I know the whole batch is contaminated. Good luck to the person who came behind me.

Great prices! Great service! Sam always hooks me up he does my hands and feet. They also do lashes and eyebrow services as well. This place can get very crowded at times. I always make an appointment 1st.

This is by far the best nail care service Ive ever received!!! They are very attentive! The staff is awesome!!! They dont rush!!! I am one of many long time customers!!! 14 years and counting!!!

Good place to get a reasonable priced manicure and pedicure. Like many places service is dependent on who you get. They all do well on ManiPedis. I only get my natural nails done, I do not know how they are with acrylics. TyeTye is the best at eyebrows, but she only works a couple of days out of the week.

Staff is nice. The acrylic is always crack in on my nails and needs to be a lil more thicker. Some of the staff needs more training on applying and shaping the acrylic on nails so they wont look all lumpy.

Came in to get myself and my daughter mani pedis and the pedicure part was great. When we were moved over for manicures my daughter and I were given the same tech instead of two techs so we could be done together. Apparently we were supposed to share a chair as well. I was told they needed my seat and made to get up and stand while my daughters nails were done. I will not be back. That’s poor service.

They are actually REALLY better than they look! The salon needs a 100% upgrade. However its convenient & they know what they are doing.

I think they be using the cheapest acrylic bc it never fails ,my nails lift within a week of getting a fill in everytime,only when i go here, but i like Sam he does good designs...just wish they used quality products so it can last a little longer..so i might go somewhere else for the fill in part and let Sam do my design if i have time.....and yes the nail salon needs a major upgrade!ASAP!# #The black nail techs in Charlotte do way better , the quality and designs are bomb!!!!🔥🔥🔥🔥I just wish they took walk -ins like the Asians (Appointment only) with my schedule and kids I cant make appointments.😢

It’s a great shop you just have to ask for the right person. They have great customer service just aske for Cindy or lee they both do a great job.👍

I will never go back to them AGAIN the man who did my nails was rushing he didnt file my nails i got lumps every where polish on my skin acrylic thin, acrylic have way on my nail like i had them for over 2 weeks some of my nails are side ways its look like i have on press on nails i wouldnt go to him if i was you

I tried so hard to like this place because it was convenient and reasonably priced. I went there about a year ago for a pedi. A non-conventional (aka NC) looking nail tech did my toes and they were great!! The only complaint I had, and I really didnt complain, just thought it unprofessional and rude, was when my nail tech cradled her cell phone between her shoulder and ear and yacked the whole time. When I came back a few weeks later, I was glad to see my NC tech there and she motioned for me to a pedi chair. Once I sat down, the owner or someone with authority decided to last minute switcharoo and had a different tech (who SUCKED!!!) do my pedi. I assume since the replacement tech sucked so bad, the owner decided to give her someone elses customer. I felt bad for not speaking up and for not defending my NC tech and for paying for a crappy job. Rudeness all around! NEVER AGAIN!

Terrible!! I waited an hour to be serviced tonight. Two techs had completed their work and were acting like they were getting ready to leave. Not one asked me what I was there for. When I finally asked another tech what the hold was, she said something to her coworker. I left without being serviced. Do not go here!

First off the wait was over an hour long and second off when I finally got seated I waited another 20 to 30 minutes for them to do my nails and then when I got somebody to do my nails that person was in a rush because they didnt want to do my nails and they just wanted to go home

I hate going her it the wrist place in Charlotte they alway mess something up and then talking bout we not fix I got my lashes done may 31 and come the 2 they came off the whole lashe not just 1 the entire set and the lady say I have to paid to get my lashes done over Im just going to go th nail first
