Been coming here for 8 years the girl with very long hair and glasses shes the best I get all my services with her except for the pedicure her husband works there hes great with the pedi

I always love coming here, service is great. Always come on the weekdays because they tend to be super busy on Friday’s and Saturday’s! Usually come to get pedicure and full sets, always come out satisfied! :)

Got my nails done friday and a few hours later they began to chip. They fixed it that same day but by Sunday one whole nail had chipped off. Highly disappointed. Wont be going back.

Love this place my nails turned out so good the lady was very nice and my toes look beautiful.

I’m writing this review for my friend. She just received an acrylic set. The application was treacherous. In less than 24 hours nails were flying off left and right. On her behalf, I would NEVER recommend this salon to anyone. For the cost of the service, you deserve way better than a sloppy application.

I got my nails done around 1 today and 6 hours later, theyre already chipping. This was a gift to myself and I tipped the nail lady well.. Im super disappointed.Update: I called the shop and they were able to fix it same day. That really made me see them in a better light. :)Update 2. Got these done friday. Its Sunday night and a whole nail has chipped off. Not going back. This is rediculous.

Ive been going here for a while now..Cindy is my go to tech for great manicures. Great prices.. They are always reasonable however , probably due to Covid 19 its been an increase in prices.

Take me right in and they ask what you want, and the help gets right to work on you. They do a wonderful job, I have been going there for a long time.

Went Friday on my lunch break. Staff was friendly. I noticed that after he put cuticle oil and lotion on my feet and legs he never cleaned them. Got in the pool on Saturday and almost every toe has polish falling off. Very disappointed.

I moved here from New Jersey and was nervous about finding a new nail place but Hollywood Nails is the first and ONLY place I go to. Cindy does my nails perfect every time. They even stay open late some times because they know me and my friend get off of work late. The whole staff is so nice and friendly. I definitely recommend Hollywood Nails to anybody that is looking to find a permanent nail place and feel at home!

The lady was very professional, she didnt talk too much, and that made it easy for me to relax and enjoy getting pampered. She was friendly and did my nails exactly like I asked her to.The prices are a bit steep, but I think its worth it. I am satisfied with my nails, and I will be going back. She did quality work and am looking forward to going back to this place in the future.

Took 3 hours from full set gel polish. salon was COMPLETELY EMPTY and it took him 3 hours to do a basic set. and for all that time they looked horrible. never again.

The man who did my pedicure was great. I always ask that extra attention be paid to my heels and he really went to work on them. The wait was less than 20 mins on a Saturday morning. I will definitely be coming back

Just got my nails done today. what a great experience i had. i got a full set with a pedicure, it was very professionally done. the staffs was friendly, i highly recommend this business if you want to get your nails and toes done.

I have been to every “upscale” nail salon in Charlotte (Cachet, Polished, Ayrsley Nail Bar etc) and this is the only place that actually did what I asked. Not only were they friendly and professional, the service was quick and priced extremely well. Tina was amazing and my nails are BEAUTIFUL!

** HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE **After a few days the gel nail polish started peeling. Typically it will last 2-3 weeks. I returned to the nail salon within 5 days of service and was told they will NOT redo my nails, because it was longer than 2 days of when the service was provided. I have never felt so irritable about spending my money for it not to last longer than a few days.I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE HOLLYWOOD NAIL SALON EVER AGAIN!!!

Today I went to Hollywood nails and the girl who sitting in the frist chair, to the left is usually likely to do my nails. But today she broke my nail and over during the time of me going there. I noticed that she gave me gangrene. She broke my real nail. I was so upset. That I walked out. I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to go there. She is always in a rush doing ppl nails to get the next person in her chair. But is usually willing to give you a cheap price. I guess , this is the price I pay... If your a person who prize your real nails... Dont go there. You will only be disappointed in the end. Now I suffer with a short nail with gangrene.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! I only gave one star because I had to give a rating in order to post but they SUCK!! It ALWAYS takes forever to get service then they half ass. I understand the business and that it can be overwhelming but you should deliver each and every guest PROPERLY! Meaning it shouldn’t look like my niece painted my toes or that I have on press ons like come on smh I spend $100+ when I go and I can’t get a top of the line full set and pedi smh I will NEVER go here again! I don’t even think all of those nail techs are licensed that’s probably why they do such a poor job. Then when you make a complaint they treat you sooo rudely like it’s crazy!!
