My experience was not great. The owner makes up her own price she is not the nicest person. I just went Saturday to get a lash fill in. Well half of them came out on Sunday. I called to see if I could come and get a fix... the lady was very rude on phone. I dont like the service at all. I will not be returning nor will I need referring anyone. My lashes look horrible. I would rather pay more for better service and quality work

I am very disappointed with my visit here today. I came in for an eyebrow wax and a pedicure. The lady that did my eyebrows simply put a strip of wax on and ripped it off… no plucking or trim. I had to ask her to trim them. They took the regular polish off my toes and then told me they only did gel polish. Well what else what I going to do at that moment they had already taken the polish off!! So I said ok well I guess I have no choice but to proceed. I literally got a 7 minute pedicure which was a cut of the cuticles and a stroke of the scraper to remove the dead skin and I was done!! That 7 min cost me $45 for that pedicure. I said is that it?? He said yes $45 for toe!! WTH?? I can’t with Nancy’s!!

Le is the best at lashes, but I definitely think them only doing gel is a get over, but I really only go for the lashes and brows

Got a good pedicure here, BUT because of less seating space for drying time due to Covid, they are only doing gel services which are more expensive than regular nail polish. That may change, so call first.

I use to visit Nancy Nails years ago when I lived in the area. I happen to be in the area last week and stopped in for service. The salon was clean and immediately Vicky assisted me with my need. She was very friendly and professional. I was quite impressed with the work she performed. Thank you Vicky for a great experience!

Ive been going here for 8years... But this is crazy... I love the staff Nancy, Mike, Jenny, Savonni, Hanna & B etc. Hanna will blow you mind with her pedicures. Oh Savonni and Jenny are awesome with lashes & brows. Mike is my guy and I go faithfully every 2 weeks for years now... Nancy is the owner & she runs a right ship she Is best at everything in there. She even works with elderly, disabled, & diabetic customers. I refer everybody here too... Its busy as heck on the weekends but weekdays are calm... Not pricey for the average woman who gets herself pampered on a regular so its fair. Clean, relaxing, oh & no kids unless getting a service. Grade A. Stop by and see for yourself...

First time going to Nancy Nails and I definitely will not be going back. Gel polishes chipped on my toes and hands after 3 days. I called them and they said that gel polish last for about a week or two. When actually it last for about 2-3 weeks. I went back so they could fix it and the next day It started chipping again. They are way too overpriced I paid $90;for a pedicure and fill in

This shop is the best place to get things done. Some people don’t understand that they close at 7PM, which is why they accept the last customers at 6PM. The workers also need time to finish the customers that were already there and then clean the whole shop when they finish working. If someone were to come in at 6:30PM those customers wouldn’t be accepted due to the fact that it would take the employees another 30 minutes to clean the place after they finish who they’re working on. And every time I come here someone complains about the credit card machine saying that “You swiped my card three times, I’m going to dispute this.” When will some people learn that there’s a reason why they have to swipe until it is accepted. If the card wasn’t accepted yet, then it should be voided in 24 hours. If you don’t have RESPECT for the people working here, just find another place. They don’t need all this useless drama there.

Not sure about this place...sometimes theyre nice, sometimes theyre a little rude. If Im paying for a service, I feel the service provider should listen to what I want & not tell me they do things differently. Pedicures are awesome...nails??? Everyone there is friendly but they need to do better on their details. I received a full in and my nails are not smooth, polish wasnt painted even and not all nails are shaped the same.

Don’t know how to do mink lashes AT ALL

It has now been over two weeks since I visited Nancy Nail Spa and my nails look as if I just had them done. I chose a gel manicure with French tips and they still look fabulous. I will be going back this week for a pedicure and WHEN my fingernails begin to look used, Ill be sure to go back to Nancy Nail Spa. Really nice people, too.

I took almost 2 hours to do a regular pedicure. I did not get any designs, only a regular polish. They put me in the chair and then started working on other people who came in after me. When I spoke to the manager about it, she went and look at the sign in sheet and said sorry and someone will be with me next. The lady doing my toes walked away several times from the chair and didnt say anything to me. I thought she went on a break because she was gone so long. When she finished my toes, she just walked away from the chair, she didnt ask for payment or point to go dry my toes. My toes looked ok, but the customer service was terrible. I will not go back and I told the manager why. Im glad I was not in a hurry to go anywhere.

Hannah did an awesome pedicure on my feet.. This was my was my 1st visit to this nail salon and I will definitely be back.

Nancy has provided my salon services for nearly twenty years! The shop is always clean and neatly appointed, and the work and products are always on point. I prefer some techs over others, but any one of them provide professional work!

Went to get a nail repaired. The tech rushed and done a poor job. Maybe because he didnt care to make 3 dollars for nail repair. I asked him nicely to fix it. He told me to go back to the nail salon that usually does my nails. Bad customer service. I asked another tech what color polish she was using she said its a dark purple. Well I could see that and I know my colors. I guess she couldnt read the label. Would never go back

Ive been a faithful customer until today when the music of choice was unprofessional. The song repeatedly played the F-word, B-word etc. When brought to the owners attention, she did nothing. Her response was oh, its the radio. I informed her theyre children in the spa and the music is offensive. She has choices and I do too. I scratched my name off of the list and left.As a Spa in a predominantly African American area, some of these businesses offer subpar services and its no longer okay (never was actually). I went to Nail 2000 at 5304 Sunset Rd, Ste C down the street.

I have been a customer to Nancy for over 10 years.. yesterday I went in to get a fill in and a pedicure for mothers day and I was charged 40 dollars by a man for a fill in for gel nails never in all of my years have a been charged 40 dollars for a fill in even a customer next to me said wow I got a full set and I only paid 40 dollars.. Im not a person to ever complain but I thought this was absolutely to high for a fill in.

It used to be great! I got a pedicure by a man and it was terrible! He actually hurt my toe where he clipped it. The polish job was not smooth and was thick so it bubbled. I have always had women there so my pedicure & havent been disappointed. This was terrible! I wont be back.

Ive been going to Nancys Nail Spa for over 5 years... Service is great as well as the workers... Everytime I come in im always asked if I want anything to drink.. Nice refreshments by the way. Everyone there are very personal and the atmosphere is so relaxing. There is nothing like walking into a nice clean facility, great customer service, great music, them understanding what you want and how you want it. 5 stars for me!! Great job you guys

Went to the salon with a friend who got immediate service. I sat and waited for over an hour. When it was FINALLY my turn to be seen the bottle of nail polish was knocked out of my lap and I was charged $10 for it. The bottle of nail polish was literally almost gone. Shouldve just walked out but I paid the $10 with no receipt. Never coming back and I wouldnt recommend this particular spa to anyone. Poor customer service.

Disappointed. If you know you have appointments, why not hire people to do the walk in clients, we don’t know who has appointments or not. Over an hour of waiting and not even being acknowledged to what I needed was a shame. They took 2 walk ins that needed fill ins just as I did before me.

I went in to get a fill in with gel my nail chipped the very next day. I came in for a repair and a couple days later it chipped again and my nail on my middle finger came completely off. Terrible experience

I went in on November 16, 2018 for a manicure with gel polish, I went on vacation and the gel polish started peeling off in chunks. Upon my return I went back to complain and was told there was nothing they could do, gel polish is only guaranteed 2-3 days. Everytime Ive went to any other salon gel polish has never come off it has to be taken off. I wouldnt recommend for gel services.

I loved this salon! & Swore by them @ one point. Until one weekend Nancy went out of town. She left some younger guys there who Id never seen before. & I told him how I wanted my nails done & shaped. Very nicely, & he told me he couldnt do what I was asking him. & said to me if I didnt like it, I could leave! The lady next to me getting her nails done looked at him & me in shock. So i grabbed my things & ran across the street to LN Nail. I hadnt been back to Nancys except two times for my brows only. I love how the mom does my eyebrows. Or either that married couple...the wife, she does nice eyebrows & their wax doesnt irritate my skin. But yes, go there. Get the married couple, Nancy herself, or the young girl, whose mom does the eyebrows. If you go to the married couple, the husband is very OCD about how you hold your hand. To the point where its almost kind of annoying. He does AMAZING nails tho. & The man who looks gruffy & smells like smoke...hes mean & rushes you.

I was mistreated by Nancys husband who serviced me, after he learned that I did not have the money to get the services that I normally pay for. I got gel polish and it came up the same day after going up there for the same thing (3times) the owner Nancy was rude and started talking her language and laughing very unprofessional.... I wouldnt recommend anyone ever going there... I been a loyal customer for years and the new girl Lisa really messed up my nails... I repeat stay far away from them.... Never going back again.... Very rude and today is my birthday and they made me cry and my feels was hurt.... Poor service very very very rude... I paid $30 days for a gel fill in and this is the thanks I get going up there 3 time within 2 days... Nancy blamed it on my but as we all know gel polish is SUPPOSE to be they best.... She said it probably came off because of the work I do... FYI I dont work Im a stay at home mom... But even if I did gel polish is suppose to last the longest... Last but not least Nancy told me not to use my nails anything dont change my baby diaper or nothing crazy right.... Oh yeah Nancy also gel polish my not be for my nails; however, I have been gel polish since its been out because B does them and I never had a problem...

Young girl does eyebrows and toes sooooo good but the guy who did my nail not so much was charged over 70 dollars for nails that were not shaped correctly and had air bubbles in the gel polish. He will never get my money again.

My first time visiting Nancy Nail Spa was unpleasant. When I arrived I was greeted, asked what service I would like to receive. Most of the nail technicians were busy, except a few who were sitting in the back on their phones. After an hour and thirty minute wait, I still had not received any service. No reason was given as to why I wasnt seen. I left the establishment and went across the street where I received the service within 5 minutes.

I think Ive found a new nail home!!!!! Everyones professional, polite, and a wonderful atmosphere....best days are Monday-Wednesday so make sure you take heed bc business is booming Thursday-Saturday!!!

I went for a fill in today and the guy convinced me to get a full set said it would be $25.00, why he charge my credit card $30.00, dont appreciate that he lied I dont care if it is $5.00 difference, dont tell me one thing and do another. Ive had previous good experiences but this time nahhh.
