After sheltering in place, finally came out for a much needed pedicure. Felt comfortable and staff is following all the proper protocol. Great all-out pedicure. Liked that I was able to book an appointment online.

The place was efficient but just not super clean. First thing I noticed was a bunch of dirt on the floor as you entered the salon. As I was getting my nails done I noticed all the plexiglass had not been cleaned and I could see fingerprints and overall grime left on the plexiglass. I’ve been looked at the countertops and they were not super clean either. It was a Monday morning and had just opened. Disappointed for cleanliness but employee was good.

I love my nails. I had roody i think and he was super fast and nice! Did exactly what i asked for. Definitely go here.

They did a beautiful job and I love the color and shape. I am holding up my baby girl Chinese Crested Hairless dog named MeiMei which means flowers in Cantonese.

Rarely do I give one ⭐️ reviews but today I feel compelled to share my observations.Hopefully, my comment will bring awareness to the passive classism and prejudices that are often subtlety expressed in today’s “upper class “ neighborhood establishments.I have given this salon 2 opportunities to change my opinion but unfortunately what I have experienced can’t be ignored and would be a disservice to our community if I remain silent.Many of the employees are extremely rude and dismissive. When I walked in, I had an appointment, one of the women ordered me to go to the back to wash my hands. I was not greeted with a smile or a standard salutation.Nevertheless, I proceeded to do as she requested. I was then given a seat at the pedicure station. The woman literally spent 5 mins rubbing my feet and then painted my toes. (I was charged $30 for this btw) .After, I was directed to the nail station and waited there for almost an hour for my nails to be done, I witnessed several Caucasian women walk in and get serviced, (without appointments) . I also observed 3 African American women come in, at different times, for the same service and get directed to go elsewhere due to the “long wait”.During my unnecessary and prolonged wait, I was never asked if I wanted anything to drink but the other patrons were asked if they wanted mimosas etc. When I had enough of waiting, I asked another employee when someone would begin working on my nails ( I had an appointment for).After being abrasively scolded by the person she asked, an elderly woman came out (not greeting me ) and asked me what I wanted. After I told her she said it would be $55 , as if I wouldn’t be able to afford it. I kindly said “yes,I know” and she began to work on my nails . The first nail she did looked horrible! So I asked her for a more simple style ($45). She did what I asked of her and then still charged me for the more expensive service.I truly did not want to write this review but I felt compelled to after the way I was treated and the way I witnessed other ppl of African descent being treated. Treating ppl differently based on how they look on the outside is wrong and somebody must speak out against this !I am not upset by how much I spent. I am disturbed by the blatant disrespect shown by the employees.Classism must stop and the more it is discussed, the more it can have an opportunity to be addressed.As a business owner myself, I see the need for management to require the employees to take a professional development course.This salon is beautiful and could be an amazing experience for everyone if the customer service issue is addressed.

Two “tips and dip” nails broke off within the first week. Step was skipped in the nail process.

I got SNS here with Tin Le and he did an amazing job. Didnt have to wait to get started, followed all Covid 19 precautions and really took his time and was very detailed. Id picked out a lighter color and he recommended trying a slightly different shade and it was perfect. Ill definitely be coming back!

I had an appointment today at 1pm for a pedicure. I picked out my polish and a staff member prepared my water. I soaked my feet for a half hour and no one came by to tell me the status of my appointment. No one said we are running behind, someone will be with you shortly. I was totally ignored. At 1:30 I put my sandals back on and told the lady with a gray dress and sneakers that I am leaving. She said sorry. Thats it. I will never be back to this salon. Totally unprofessional and they dont care if you have an appointment or not. There are plenty other salons to spend my money. The inside of the salon is gorgeous but the customer service sucks and they dont respect your time.

They are very nice and friendly but the work quality is very poor. I think it was the worst mani/pedi I have ever had in my life. The very day I had the service, the gel began to lift. I noticed several flaws when I was home. The women who performed my service kept patting on gel in areas where there were dark spots. Out in the daylight, it is VERY noticeable. I think she found it necessary to do so because the gel was very old and streaky. Im going to email the salon to see if I can have a refund because I do not trust the quality of the product or work.

I give this place 3 stars because I do like my nails and toenails but I was not truly satisfied with my overall experience. I went with two of my girlfriends and being with them was fun but I was rather disappointed with the level of communication and prices. The nail salon I am a regular at charges $25 for a fill in with gel polish and $35 for a deluxe (the works) gel polish pedicure. Polished charged me $45 for a fill in with gel polish and $25 for the most basic pedicure I have ever received which consisted of maybe 15 minutes. I was also charged an additional cut down fee when the girl barely cut my nails back and rounded them off like they were initially. I read the reviews before going in and I joked with my friends I was going with and sure enough $25 gets you wet legs, polished toes and some barely rubbed in lotion. No massage, no scrub, no paraffin wax or warm towels. The girl who did my pedicure talked to me once to ask me if I wanted to add on treatment for my pedicure and pointed to my shoes as if to say give me your shoes. She also did my nails and didnt say a word to me for the hour and a half I was there (most of the time was spent chatting with friends while they finished their treatment) Yes the decor is nice the chairs are pretty, but give me the massage chair any day and that complimentary drink or water at the not so pretty nail salon. Are my nails beautiful? Yes! Are my toenails beautiful? Yes! The only way I would ever go back to Polished is if some of my girlfriends insisted, I would not go voluntarily. I will never cheat on my people at Beautiful Nails of Indian Land EVER AGAIN!

I was having a fantastic day until I went to get a manicure! My first time here and the service is NOT friendly. I asked for a gel/matte full set that I could’ve done at home. I wish I would have read the reviews before heading to this place! Fully suggest avoiding polished in waverly!

The lady who did my pedicure was too quick ! She didn’t massage nor cleaned my nails properly. One of the fastest pedicure I have ever had. She didn’t even file it properly. I had to come come m file again. Not going to go back

Walked in with no appointment on a Sunday afternoon and our wait was between 5 to 10 minutes. Great service, friendly staff, beautiful salon and great prices. Definitely going back. Over all very relaxing!

I really wish I would have read the reviews beforehand. The place is beautiful but don’t let this fool you! I had to remind my technician to use the stone on my heels during my pedicure. I asked her to fix the polish on my toe that was smudged after she put on my sandal & she said she would after we finished my mani, well of course we forgot. Then during my manicure she left bubbles on my finger nails that the polish had created, when I showed them to her she tried to file them out. Do not overpay for this place cost was $70 for something my 10 year old could have done better!

I will NEVER get my nails done here again. Paid $50 for SNS and less than 24 hours later the top shine coat is already coming off!!! The nail tech took off my other nails with finger nail clippers and then decided to cut my REAL nails so short (without my permission) that I had to add the “tips”. Needs less to say I have to go pay another nail bar to have my nails redone the CORRECT way. I am beyond upset and disappointed. Waste of money & time!!!!!!

Popped in here to get my nails done because the location is convenient but I prefer and recommend their location in Southend. This particular location was disappointing. The set up is nice and the Decor/design is similar to the other one (white furniture, glass, etc.) BUT clearly they do not have a cleaning service or staff who cleans regularly. Plus, they may wash their wine glass in the same sink that they wash nail implants in. (I’m not 100% sure of this but I did see sanitation jars right next to dirty wine glasses.)My nails came out nice and my mom likes here set too. However, the entire time I was worried about sanitation.

Experience was horrible & not relaxing or enjoyable. The water was lukewarm at best while soaking my feet. I left out of the salon soooooo greasy & oily. My feet were so oily that the color of my flip flops rubbed off onto the bottom of my feet. I could not wait to get home to wash the oil off. The staff was not “that friendly.” I would never recommend this place and would never go back. My nails are not even. Nail tech didn’t massage my feet or legs, she just rubbed A TON of oil AND lotion onto my legs and feet.

Made appointments for myself and a few friends, and when we arrived at the salon they definitely were not prepared for us and all of the service providers were busy. We didn’t mind waiting a few minutes, but when they were ready for us it all felt very rushed and the level of service we all received definitely didn’t meet my expectations (especially given the fact that their prices are slightly higher than other salons in the area). The decor is all really pretty, and it is in a great location. Just wish the final results would have been a bit better!

I love Nancy! She does such an amazing job, she’s friendly and relatable, and she knows so much about colors and nails when I’m lost. Me and my mom prefer her over anyone else at the salon. Our nails stay perfect for so long! The atmosphere at the salon is great as well.

The worst experience in Charlotte. Place is not clean. ( you may want to think twice to visit this place -not safe). Staff is very rude. Quality of service is 0! Find other place to go! Don’t waste you money and time.

Kind service, but this place is a dump. There’s hair on the chair, food trash on the bench nearby, and the floor resembles an uptown nightclub at 1am. After 2 coats of my toe polish, he checked to see if I liked it. It was literally awful...I asked for a 3rd coat, which he gladly did! But...the level of effort and professionalism that led him to even think the initial 2 coats were good enough is alarming. I most definitely will not be back.

Horrible experience and waste of money. The nail technician (an older woman) rushed through my pedicure and had a rude attitude. Didnt file properly nor apply lotion to legs properly. Not relaxing at all. Its a joke. My sister got gel maniure done and same thing. Rushed and very poor work. Choose a better salon.

I used to love this place but the last 3 times Ive been here it has been so bad I will go to one of the 20 other nail places that are closer to me. FYI be sure you know how much your total should be if you have a gift card for a specific service. They will over charge you. This location has so much business that they see no need to try and fix poor service issues. Patronize a small business and leave them to them selves. The Rock Hill location is great! Just make an appointment.

This salon made it to a 2 star rating, because it is within walking distance and out of the 6 - 10 workers 3 were nice and actually spoke. The women that I believe to be the manager, persona was definitely off and was not welcoming at all. I thought I was the only one that felt her non-welcoming spirit, but several other customers picked up on it as well. For the prices they charge, each and every customer should be greeted with a smile. Lastly, my rating also reflects the fact that my pedicure and manicure was rushed, and was not offered a beverage. Not sure if it was because I look young, or what. Nonetheless, I was flabbergasted. Nice looking place, but I won’t be returning.PSA - tips are cash only! Which they only tell you this at the end of your service. Which is pretty inconvenient for the customers and suck for Polished workers.

Service is still as good as Stone crest location as my technician has moved to this one but traffic on Providence at 485 is terrible making this Waverly location a challenge. You have to step up to get to the seats here which can be difficult for us olders.

Tee did a great job on my nails and eyebrows! She put a lot of TLC into my visit. This is my 2nd second visit to your salon...Stacy was my nail tech that visit..she also did a great job. The atmosphere is very pleasing!

Beautiful place but don’t let this fool you! They do very poor quality work. My nails were not well done even after asking to fix a couple of them that either had bubbles or didn’t have nail polish all the way on them. My sister acrylics were crooked and were poorly done as well. I will never go back to this place again.

After Nail tech was done with my pedicure, she took all of her implements right over to a new customer without cleaning them. She was rushing and gave me a pedicure on 15 minutes. Dont go there unless you want to risk getting an infection.

Phuong is the best!!! I had a gel manicure done by another manicurist and was very dissatisfied. I went back a few days later and Phuong was SO apologetic and went above and beyond to redo my manicure. My 1 star experienced turned into 5 just because of her. Thanks Phuong!!

I seen Kathy today and not only did she make my pedicure absolutely perfect she was very inviting and made me feel so comfortable will definitely be back to her !! Thank you Kathy for everything you did such an amazing job

Awful experience will never return. Opposite of relaxing. High chairs are so uncomfortable. Didn’t even do the gel nails correctly and 2 days later it’s chipping.

A 25-30 minute wait ended up 45+. After 45 minutes and at least 2 others who walked in after me for the same service, I left. There are no reservations on Sunday so no excuses. Other times I went here the quality was poor and sloppy

This was my first time getting a manicure and it went well. I didnt know what to expect going in, but the staff was very nice and attentive to me. My hands were handled with care and they feel wonderful. I was even offered many drink options before and during the experience. The only drawback for me was the inability to add a tip on my credit card (had to be cash), and upon walking in I didnt know where to go or who to talk to because there is no receptionist - but I was engaged very quickly. Overall it was a very positive experience for me.

The quality of service was super slow. The floors, seats, bathrooms were really dirty and they didn’t clean the tools or tub after my pedicure. In addition, they had trashy tv on which was NOT appropriate! Don’t waste your money. It was a huge disappointment for Polish. Especially since this is new.

Ive never felt so rushed and pressured to.leave, the person who did my pedicure was rushing to get it done, I did not feel relaxed while he was doing my pedicure at all, he did not give a second for my nails to dry when he was already asking me to pay..what a ...!!! Im.not coming back to this.location..

Tried the location 3 times and it keeps getting worse and worse. They have 25 chairs and 5 people working. Made an appointment and still waited quality of the work was very low. Staff lacks experience. Wouldn’t waste your time or money going here.

This was the worst pedicure I have ever had. It took 14 minutes. I also felt like I was a bother when I asked for warmer water. The massage was about a minute per leg. They didnt even add anything to the water. No massage chairs either. Absolutely terrible. With all the nail salons around...choose a different one.

I’ve been here many times, and the quality of the work has varied. But recently, I experienced the worst service at a nail salon in my life.1. I came in with long nails except for a sort of medium cut on my thumb because it had broken not too long before. I told the man I wanted my nails even with (no shorter) than that nail. He ended up filing that one down almost to the thumb itself and the rest didn’t even match!!! Plus she kept them quite long and in an almond shape when I told him round!2. HE FILED MY SKIN. He was filing my middle finger and then just kept going around and then off the actual nail! The cut wasn’t even CLOSE to where the nail is supposed to be filed. It was at the nail bed! Why would you ever file there??? There’s nothing to file!!3. He was constantly talking to the man who was doing my mom’s nails. That’s fine with me, normally, but he was would be filing my nail and NOT LOOKING. He would chat with the man next to him and not even look at his own work. NO WONDER he filed my skin.4. The next morning, I woke up with a throbbing, pained toe. It felt like I had an ingrown toenail. One of two things either happened. One, I had one and he didn’t do his job right because he didn’t notice this on the verge of causing me pain and cutting it. Or two, he cut something wrong so now it’s sharp and jabbing me. Either way, he failed miserably.5. The “massage” was ATROCIOUS. He was PULLING my arm towards him, tugging on the skin, and I was LITERALLY being pulled out of my seat! I almost fell out a few times. It was in no way relaxing and hurt quite badly.(Bonus) This last one just annoys me. Every time I go there when it’s not too busy, there is this woman watching something in her phone with her earbuds in and sitting one of the chairs with her feet up. Go ahead and do that in an office if work is slow but pro-tip: don’t do it in front of customers! You look lazy and like you don’t care!The decor is gorgeous. But I feel it is to mask the lazy work and attitude of many who work there. I’m not saying all the people are like that. Like I said, I been there before and left with a semi-decent job. But this was just horrible.Ever watched Kitchen Nightmares? Yeah, this place is like the nail salon of all the horrible restaurants before Gordon gets his hands on them and teaches them some damn standards.

I came in and paid ahead of time. Then waited for about an hour to get someone to start my manicure. Eventually when a lady came to start she didnt belive that I paid ahead of time even when I showed her my receipt. Eventually when she found the woman who checked me in she started my mani. She spent about 15 minutes on the work and it was not good quality. The workers looked like they didnt know what to do. Would i recommend this place ? No

HORRIBLE!!! Do not go there. They’re rude , not clean, and they cut my finger!! I’ve tried to give them a chance and every time was poor service and poor quality. Inexperienced people and don’t understand the concept of good job, it is very disappointing. Don’t waste your money or your time.

I had gone a couple of days ago to simply get my eyebrows done and didn’t get greeted once I walked in I sat at these bar tool looking seats and waited 15 minutes had gone by without anyone even asking what I needed or still have not greeted me I being mad just left the shop and it seemed like they barely noticed I came in because everyone seemed too busy to care about a customer that walked in.

Went here over the weekend for a pedicure. I was early for my appointment and was helped right away which was nice. I was ready to sit down and relax for about an hour for the pedicure and it was over in 15 minutes. Way to fast for a pedicure that costs $30 with no massage chair. I also handed her my card at the end and the tech said Cash only which they do not advertise anywhere. I had to use their ATM inside the salon and pay the fee to get cash out to pay. I then go over to register when they have signs for apple pay, google pay, etc. I have no idea if this was a miscommunication or if they really dont accept cash??? Anyways, I will most likely not return.

Paid $45 for SNS and they didnt even last a week. Also, the guy who did my nails seemed bothered that I was there. Every nail was shaped differently and uneven.

I would not recommend this nail salon.
