Got my nails done by Donnie. Make sure to book your appointment with him! He’s super professional and always filled with creative ideas for your nails. He’s been doing my nail for about 4 months and all my sets have been my favorite. Reasonable price, gentle, and takes his time with his sets.

My sister and I visited this nail salon for the first time. “Under New Management” banner hung above the door. This is never a good sign but I wanted to give it a try. I got a regular manicure and pedicure. I was more than dissatisfied with both services. The paint job on my nails wasn’t crisp. My sister’s toenails looked great. Unfortunately there isn’t consistency with the skills of the nail techs. The same nail tech started on my hands. My cuticles were not cut evenly and there was a lot of cuticle leftover. When I asked for it to be fixed, she started digging into my cuticles without resoftening them. The second and fifth finger of my left hand bled. She wanted to try and salvage the right hand cuticles but I told her not to worry about it. I didn’t want to risk further injury. My sister’s manicure paint job looked decent so I asked that nail tech to paint my fingernails. Job was decent….still not up to my standards. They don’t have dryers/blowers for the nails so we were just left there to watch our nails dry. My sister saw a can of nail dryer and got up to bring it to me to use because I didn’t want to spend another moment there. Even though they knew how dissatisfied I was, I still paid the $60, no tip. As I left, I told a young lady waiting to “run!” and shook my head. She ended up leaving. I’m glad I saved her from an experience similar to mine. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place and will not be returning.

Overall I had a great time today! I got the deluxe pedicure but I got burnt by the hot towels; make sure to tell them if its too hot if they dont check with you first. My sister got a french manicure along with her pedicure and the woman who did it did an amazing job! Id definitely come back, but Ill try to get one of the women instead since it was a guy who put on the towel when it was too hot.

I have been here three times and I am never disappointed! They are always very detailed and very kind and do such an amazing job. I get SNS done every time because I’m horrible at biting my nails, and it is flawless

This was my second time at Noa Nails, and I will start off by saying the staff is super friendly and they have a good setup to follow Covid guidelines. The atmosphere is chill and they work in a timely manner.Today I came in so excited to get a cute valentines look, and I had an example photo (the black/ silver nails from NYE) and wanted to copy this same look but in pink. I also asked for almond shape. Things went well until I saw the final result. The glitter is basically a straight line across the lower half of my nail when I specifically asked for a glitter ombré/ fade, and every nail looks so different and is so inconsistent. Also every nail is a different shape and different lengths!Maybe from far away they look okay, but I am very upset with the final result and will be filing them later today to all be the same length. These had so much potential to turn out great, but instead looks uneven and like someone took no time or the inspiration into consideration.When I’ve had one decent experience and then this happens, it makes me nervous that I cannot have a consistent experience there. Ive been coming to this nail salon for a year to see beng. She is amazing never in rush and my nails were always perfect. She recently is no longer an employee so I decided to give another nail tech a try in the salon! I get SNS and the shape was off some thicker than the other and 2 nails broke the next morning the person who did my nails cut my finger open literally and the gel polish started chipping on my toes. I will not be back they are under new management and the service is just not the same save your money.

UPDATE: no this is the location I went to youre located near Starbucks and Panera !!!! And no it was only 1 client when I came. YOU GUYS ARE RUDE AND MONEY HUNGRY DONT RECOMMEND !!!!They’re rude and overpriced like they’re in some upscale area. $75 for a basic pedi with gel French tip. Then gets rude when you politely say nvm I’m going to just leave. They’re money hungry and made sense why it was only 1 customer on a Friday (which is rare) don’t recommend

It was really good but make sure you know the price of what exactly is being done. Mine was 95$ for pedicure and manicure w gel polish !

Good service. When I go get my nails done I dont rush the techs. I want them to do a good job and let them take their time. Only bad thing is rude customers but thats is everywhere nowadays.

I got my nails done Thursday here and have had two break by Monday. They rush the experience and do not care about the quality of your mani pedi. I do not recommend this place.

Nicely decorated place. They were very friendly people even though I came in close to closing they fit me in and didnt rush. The lady did a good job. I got a gel manicure and my hands look younger.

This was my first time at NOA Nail SPA The building and the Spa looked very new. The inside looked clean and new. I didnt have to wait was taken the chair immediately. The staff was very nice. My Nail tech was nice offered me something to drink and gave me a list of services with prices listed in a very nice folder. I chose the Simple Life Pedicure for $26.00 no polish. The mail tech took her time was very gentle and did a great job.

When I got there they received me on time. The staff all very friendly and caring. Had wonderful conversations.

This was my first time going because my grandma said they do nails great. I had a full set, I do hair so I have to take them off every once and I while , and idk what the man used but it was so hard taking these off like PAINFUL! My nails were split in the middle and bleeding . My natural finger nails are so damaged now !

I have only been here twice due to location being close to my home. The guy who did my nail this last visit was kind but he shaved my nails to the MOST uneven shape. (I didn’t notice it till the polish was put on and how bad they look.) And I had to tell him to STOP because he wanted to file my big toe down even further. I even had to tell him to clean up my nails because he left uneven nail polish around the toes. He was very rough with the tools and I kept yanking my feet away.I was disappointed with this experience and I will probably never come back.

This is my second visit to NOA and it did not disappoint. Got the Luxe pedicure and Vanh (?) did an excellent job, her foot massage was transcendent. The salon is posh and clean; and they play Christian rock; which I thought was great, but if you aren’t a fan bring some headphones and zone out. It was a lovely experience, my toes look and feel great and I will be back.

Could only give 3 stars. The gentleman (Jason I think) who did my gel manicure, cut me TWICE. I do not recommend him at all! I did not come treat myself to experience pain and dried up blood on my fingers. He was apologetic at least. Also, he starred at me while I filled out the tip which I thought was rude. On the other hand, Jenny was amazing!! Almost fell asleep while she gave me a pedicure. Took her time and was very friendly. Lastly, if you like Christian churchy music, this is the place for you. I’ll be bringing my headphones next time I come to see Jenny and only her.

The worst experience I’ve ever had, they hurt me twice and the woman in turn spoke to me so rudely. Dont waste your time and money there.

I havent been to this business in a couple years but I am working in the area again and needed an acrylic fill with gel polish. I called ahead and was told there was no wait which was true. Was serviced by a gentleman who was pretty rough with my cuticles, ok, it hurt! The rest of the process was fine. My biggest factor in the score is the price. I go to 2 other locations to have this service done and this is by far the most expensive. I pay 30.00 at one (yes thats super cheap) and 36 at the other. Noa charged me 43.00. I wont be back.

Loved my pedi nail tech was very attentive

Ive been a loyal customer of NOA for almost a year now. The staff are always friendly faces to see and theyre pretty understanding of customer needs, you just need to talk them through what you need (ie; nail shape) and theyll accommodate as needed. Theyre friendly to you so long as youre friendly to them. Their service is always impeccable, they usually offer you something to drink while youre getting a service done, and overall its a great place to unwind.

Clean, Sanitary, upscale, and pleasant.The tech did a good job.

I have to say nails look good except too short. I think she filed them 5 times. Had a bit of a wait then what usually takes about an hour took much longer. Nails ended up much shorter than I expected. Much slower process than other times.

I usually have a good experience here. However today I had to walk out. The man that was proving me a pedicure was rude. He did not speak, he was rough with the tools he was using and his overall energy was completely off. There are too many nail salons open for me to spend my money somewhere that I am treated poorly. I will not be back.

I normally get my nails done before I go out of town; however, I did not have time before leaving. My girlfriends and I drove past Noa Nail Salon last night and decided to come this afternoon to check them out. Excellent service, clean, very affordable. Just an overall wonderful experience. Beng, the nail tech did a wonderful job on my fill-in. Definitely check them out if you are in Charlotte! 5 stars for me....

Ive been coming to this nail salon the past 2-3 months. They even know my name already. But last time I was very disappointed. I came to do my acrylics like usual. And this time I asked for the same lady to do my nails again. Since she did it so perfectly and detailed last time.But this time I had still 5 acrylic nails from last time I came. The last nail she started to take off as I am crying in pain she keeps telling its okay honey. As she literally rips my actual nail in half pulling the skin under my nail too. Making it bleed. Then she has the audacity to even charge me for taking off the fake nails off! Lady you ripped my nail. I asked to stop and she didnt listen. Then she pours acrylic on top of my damadge nail when I told her not to do it. But she just ignored what I was saying. I never write reviews. But this was a horrible experience.

Awful place, everyone is in a hurry to do things as fast as possible. Got my finger cut, my fingers dirty with gel, the overall manicure quality is low, as well as the hygiene over the place. Never again!

Nice ambience (mainly as it’s new) but staff constantly chatting amongst themselves. Mediocre customer service: Inattentive to details and a tendency to push specific services, a rush to get the job done. Beware of price inconsistency. Overall, would recommend going to a more established salon.
