This place is horrible I repeat do not go here I have been there a few times before but ever since the new owner whoever they are took over it went downhill The pictures with the orange Nail polish they did my nails it was thick and messy I had two people that did my nails for a gel manicure that took almost 2 hours smh save your time and your money go elsewhere like I did after leaving there I had to go somewhere else to get a polish change the picture with the pink Polish that’s from another salon up the street in the picture it doesn’t look that bad but I promise you in person it was horrible

They had failed to even take my cuticles off my nails stating “they are chunky huh” excuse me? On top of that they did my nails so poorly one stone is upside down.I tip everyone for good service and thus far they didn’t deserve a dime from me for the service. I will never be back unless it’s to get my refund.

Hateful!My mani/pedi was of good quality outside of the tech being too rough. My elderly mother had an entirely different experience.I did not check reviews prior to my patronage; however, a cursory review of ratings following my visit disclosed the same treatment my 80 year old mother endured. Mom only needed a color change and fill. The tech completely removed her 1 week old surface (including nail tip) and proceeded to reapply a clunky layer of surface followed by 4 layers polish, Frankenstein-ish similar to a previous posted review. I calmly expressed my displeasure for the quality and alerted the male tech we would return the following day for someone to remedy the situation.Fast forward to next day… The male tech stated they would rectify but proceeded to make excuses about the poor quality. We obviously did not apply the product and his misplaced ire was inappropriate, hateful and passive aggressive. The pinnacle was reached when he told my 80 year old mother it was her fault tips were not used because she didn’t ask for them (reminder, the tech REMOVED tips and didn’t reapply!).I refuse to engage in a verbal confrontation. The salon had no intention of rectifying the poor quality and sought to take advantage of an elderly person. I’m grateful to have been with my mother to ensure she was not swindled and ultimately mistreated. DO NOT USE THIS SALON!

Its a nice place with plenty of parking available. Pricing is average and service was good. They offer beverages, soda / wine / water. The pedicure I received was very good even though it was only a basic.

I have always had a very pleasant experience! The staff is very welcoming and friendly. They create a very warm spa atmosphere and match it with good work.

I had the most awesome deluxe pedicure with Kay and then Leah did my nails and brows. They were prompt, courteous and took their time! The best! ✨✨✨

This was my second visit. No better than the first. The tech that did my pedicure nicked me twice, nothing major, but dang that hurts. So the manager is doing my manicure, she cuts me once! While she’s polishing my nails a customer checking out has an issues with her total charges.....$5 difference. Manager leaves me to discuss the issue, after 2-3 minutes I say “excuse me, could u finish my polish” to which the customer replies “After they are done with me!” Oh hell no! I didn’t tip either tech and walked out with an unfinished manicure. Will not be giving them a third chance!!

I’ve been a loyal customer to JoJo’s nail salon for over two years. Nothing short of excellence. They’ve come under new management about 2 months ago under the name “Belles and Beaus”. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences since. I won’t be returning again.

Terrible staff. Terrible work ethic. Manager sits on her phone. Terrible service. I left one star because I couldn’t leave 0. Do yourself a favor and pick a different nail salon

After about the 3rd visit they know what you want and expect, first timers dont get upset,it gets BETTER.

Rating this a one star only for the welcoming attitude of the staff when I first walked in. Unfortunately after having my feet in water for about 10 minutes and they still had not started my pedicure, I was not happy. Then a customer came in after me walked out because of the lengthy wait time, the lady who was going to start my pedicure ran out to get her back then asked if I can wait 5 more minutes so she can start with her first!! Needless to say I asked for a towel to dry the cold water from feet and leave without a pedicure.

Had been going great for the 1st couple of visits got a full set the 1st time and several visits got my fills this last one ,I noticed I had a fungus on my thumb when she took the polish off, the nail the lady proceeds to drill .I asked her to take the nail off and treat it ,she ask where did you get your nails done last ? I said here no response ,so I had to take that nail off finish my service, all she was worried about was the payment... I showed the owner & told her I got them done here, so thats when it had to happen no discount was offer nor an apology ,so I guess it was my fault ? I wont be going back they lost my business!!!

Walked in on a busy Sunday afternoon on a whim to get a pedicure..ended up getting the deluxe with an SNS mani. The BEST pedicure I have ever received! My mani looks clean and my toes look great. They were extremely busy but they took me in and didnt rush my service...even had margaritas! This is the best nail salon in the Steele Creek area and I have tried all of them. The manager seems to be nice and my technician was attentive and took her time.. no rush or hack job here. Love this place and will be returning very soon!

Moving this review under the new name. When I orginally posted they were not on here yet...it was under JoJos Nail Salon:New name Belle & Beaus... Whats causing me to rate them a 1 is because of my last experience. I brought my own color and she was upset that I didnt want gel polish...I mean upset. Her tone changed and she got aggressive and started saying fine more money. When I stuck to my color she then says...more money to take off gel and do your polish. I said no problem....she says $55. I guess she was hoping I would change my mind and do what she wants but I said ok. Yep $55 to take off tips and paint regular polish. I didnt even get a manicure. When it was time to pay I looked at the menu and asked why is it $55 when the menu says it should be $35 and thats with a manicure and gel polish. She says oh yeah yeah $35. So.....it just felt all wrong...if I didnt look at the price/menu she was going to intentionally overcharge me. Trust me..go somewhere else. Passion Bar is around the corner near HT.Work on customer service and not get upset when a client doesnt want all the up charged services.

Worst nail salon Ive ever been to. First I read the reviews before I went, but I thought let me see for myself. I went on a Sunday as they were the only salon in the area open. They were busy but I only had to wait about 15 mins to be seen. As I waited a crowd of women started to walk in. Long story short the job was rushed and I ended up getting a style of colors I didnt ask for. I told the nail tech I didnt like it and I wanted the design I requested and she proceeded to tell me she didnt have time! This was 2 hours before they closed. So I drove across time the next day to get the original design I requested and they looked decent. I didnt even get to the next light before my rhinestones fell off. Golden I will never cheat on you again!

Quick service, very helpful and followed directions very well, I just went in for an acrylic fill-in but I was more satisfied with the way they looked afterward than when the nails were first applied!

Theirs a man working here DO NOT let him touch your feet. I get my feet done because I work hard and deserve it after two weeks of being on my feet I want my feet done right I should not be paying you and my toenails still hurt he also did not say two words to me very unprofessional he tapped my leg when he want me move my feet I HATE HIM ugh

Horrible experience. My first time and will definitely be my last. Very unprofessional. If you dont like what they do to your nails they start to get very rude and nasty. I left with my nails not finished because she wouldnt take them off or do them how I wanted it!

I have been going here since they opened but recently they have really slacked up. The customer service is no where like it use to be, very unprofessional! I went to get a manicure & a pedicure on Tues, March 21, 2017, today is Sat, March 25, 2017; my nail does not look like they were professionally done. I dont know if its the nail polish, maybe its the nail technicians, or just maybe its both but they arent up to par nor professional. My polish looks like I did my nails at home. I like my pedicure though. I do not see myself returning to Jojo Nail Salon after this visit.

She did a horrible job on a basic pedicure. All the nails were different sizes and shapes. New name belles and beaus. Do not go here.

I always go to jojo’s nails and i usually love the job they do, BUT i went two days ago to get acrylic nails & it was the worst experience i ever had. My nails were done by someone i have never seen there before he was rushing, some nails are longer than others, the acrylic looks bumby and im so unhappy with the job that was done on my nails, it looks like i’ve had these nails for 1 week and its only been 3 days

Some of the nail techs can be sassy but other than that I like it there, I love the decor and the variety of free drinks and I love chatting with the other costumers though the owners have a loud but cute widdle baby.

The cutest salon.... love the colors you can choose from also..plus they are open on sundays!!

Worst nail salon ever. The service from my nail tech was horrible. She did a rush job and lack the skill to polish nails and follow through on pedicure procedures!

Dont go if its close to closing time. I got a rush job, bleeding cuticle, glue all over the place. And I got no help with finding the color I really wanted. Guess it was too hard to find especially since I had a pic of exactly what I wanted. This was my 2nd and last time for me.

I, unfortunately & sadly, have had multiple bad experiences with Jojos. I truly wanted this to be my new go to salon because its so close to my new house & it is a new salon, but they need a new brand of acrylic or primer or something because the nails never last days let alone two weeks (which is the standard amount of time for a fill). I thought it may have just been the nail tech, so I gave it two other chances & had the same result. Ive had acrylic nails for about 12 years & Jojos full set & fill are definitely in the running for the worst Ive seen.

When they first open it was okay but today will be the last time i come here only reason why im still here ia because ita the holidays and i need my nails done but other than that horrible customer service. We get in sign in and have a seat but yet other people was coming in and they where calling them and helping them out while me and my neice was waiting finally my friend that was already getting her nails done said something to the guy in the front desk and he had attitude with her and said oh i thoight they left when clearly we was right in there face and we kept getting up to check if anyone was going to help us . I dont reccomend this place forgot to mention right when we entered a lady left mad for the same reason that people was getting called before her while she was sitting down waiting to get called .

Basically was called a liar I got a gel manicure on the 1/6. I had to go back 1/11 to get it fixed because my polish lifted. Went back on 1/18 for a polish change and today it was lifing again. I was told that the reason my polish was lifing was because I didnt get another manicure both times I have been back someone else was there getting nails fixed because their gel was also lifting. Even if i didnt get a manicure this time my gel shouldnt be lifting from the sides. Because they didnt log my visit to correct my nails on 1/11 in their computer he told me I wasnt there wth I will never go back again after I was very upset I told them I dont want them corrected just take the polish off Le proceeded to go to the customer next to me still pretty much calling me a liar to her. I have been going to this shop since last February but recently soaked off my acrylic and started getting gel manicures or a polish change. The last two times my gel lifted the same lady had done my nails I honestly think it was her but after the way I was treated today I will never go to this nail shop again. I have no reason to go get my nail fixed the follilowing week with the same color Im beyond pissed. After le continued to go to the customer next to me and still talk about my situation I left jojo nail salon with the foil still on my nails

DO NOT go here for pink and white!!!!!! they put the white on first then the pink!! my nails looked awful and it took 2 different nail techs to fix my nails! they were very rude and are not true to their over the phone prices.

So it’s clear that this place isn’t the JoJo’s that we once new. I’ve been twice since the change and I honestly can’t even explain how bad the service has been. I won’t be returning here.
