This is the only place to get your nails done! I love these ladies so much and have been coming here for the past 5 years. They are so friendly, professional and entertaining! I usually get pedicures and they give great calf massages and also help take care of ingrowns. The services are very reasonably priced as well. Check them out if you haven’t yet!!

Unbelievable. It will take weeks for my hands to heal. Said she’s being doing nails for 26 years. You should know better!! Also charging $3 extra due to Covid-19!! Waited for 3 hours WITH A APPOINTMENT!

Is it possible to add 10stars?? If so I would. It is hard to find a really nice salon with great people. I always have amazing ladies that work here and are so nice and kind. Whats even better is they really make a great effort to get to know you. I had visited here 4 months ago and went again today. I never want to visit another nail salon again but here!!! I get so many compliments at work and I tell them where I went for a great price!!!! Plus amazing staff you wont be disappointed!!

Very nice staff! I would like it better if the supplies were cleaner but over all the ladies did a good job. Very calming, good music and welcoming. They do not do designs so if thats what your looking for call first or just keep looking else where.

Should you come here? YES! Great atmosphere and fair prices. They are polite and conversation starters. Speak very little in their language so they mostly speak English (which is a plus for me). I was lucky to wait 10 minutes, however they get packed fast! Make an appointment it will be easier. Rose did my pedi and Tina did my fill in, no complaints!

Great service, competitive pricing. The big winner for me is that the staff are so kind and funny and after a few visits you really feel like family. Exhibit A: A “regular”couple just stopped by *just* to introduce the team to their new baby. The staff politely excused themselves and proceeded to love on this family. Feels very loving here. 🥰

Absolutely love this salon. The women who run the shop are absolutely amazing and become family! Always a great experience. I get gel nails and pedicure regularly. I always leave happy. This is a no frills space but quality work and you always leave in a better mood after being around these women.

I agree with all the other positive reviews on here... the place is clean, and the staff is fluent in English plus extremely friendly, welcoming and fun! Tom and Rose work fast but pay attention to detail and really want their customers to be happy! And on top of that prices are on the low side. Very happy I found Nail & Spa!!!

My favorite salon in Charlotte! They are very welcoming and make you feel comfortable, which is not always the case at nail salons. I drive all the way from Huntersville because I havent found another salon that is as friendly, and does such a great job. Im sad Julie is no longer there but you cant go wrong with any of the nail techs. Trust me, you will have a good time and a good laugh while getting your nails all the way together!

My first visit here for a gel-manicure Tues. June 18th, 2019. D did an amazing job and was very friendly. The price was definitely reasonable and the other nail technicians were very friendly. I am very satisfied and would recommend this spot!

This was by far the best experience Ive ever had at getting a manicure . My nails have never looked better! The experience was above and beyond the services with great conversations and information on great products. I have found my forever nail salon!

Their high rating is well deserved! Bright and clean shop with super friendly staff. Spent half the time I was in the chair laughing. Prices were super reasonable ($26 for pedi including sugar scrub and massage, $10 for a superb brow wax) and they did an awesome job. I def have a new go-to salon!

This is like a home away from home. I have been coming here for over 2 years and I really wouldn’t get my nails done anywhere else. Not only are their prices fair but they will treat you like family!!

I would definitely recommend this place. I went here because my normal place was packed. There is nothing fancy about it. The manicure was quick and relatively inexpensive and looks great! Everyone was friendly and the whole room was one big conversation.

Theres nothing fancy about this place — a little bit of color on the walls, some artwork and a few plants would go a long way — but the people are wonderful. Ive never been somewhere that everyone seems so friendly with one another. Customers and employees all chatted in a very relaxed way. I also really appreciated that this was the first time I didnt get a comment/complaint about my toe nails being so short (long toe nails freak me out - its just a thing)! Ill absolutely be back.

This is by far the best nail salon I have been to! We made an appointment for 5 people and they started us right on time and we had all of our services done together. Its so rare to find a place that will do a group at the same time and not separate the group. Everyone there was super friendly and did a great job. The biggest thing for me is that they actually spent the time to do my 10 year olds Mani and pedi and didnt just rush through it because she is young. I will definitely be going back!

I decided to go to Spa & Nail based on the previous reviews. Im so glad I went. Everyone was extremely nice and personable. The prices were great. I got a basic mani and an organic pedicure. I thought Id miss some of the perks received at bigger, fancier nail shops, but I WAS WRONG!!! 😊 Spa & Nail is a pleasant surprise tucked away in a busy location.

The staff is super funny, provide excellent service, great result on nails and brows. When my Dad was sick and after he died, this was my happy place. The staff asked about my Dad and afterwards would listen to my stories. Such a great place with extremely kind people. 😍

I have been searching for a great nail salon in the District. I found it! Lambert and crew are absolutely amazing. The space is great and the service is impeccable. I asked for gel nail art and got exactly what I wanted. Rachel was so patient and was such a perfectionist. I appreciated her attention to detail! Free parking was an added plus.

Fun, energetic staff. Im from NY and picked this place out of a long list of salons and bars due to the high rating. My signature polish color is stark white, which is very difficult to perfect on both hands and feet. THE BEST mani and pedi paint job Ive ever received.

I wanted to treat myself after work. I called, and set up an appointment. I walked in, and i was warmly greeted. Everyone was friendly and talkative. There was no strong smell of polish, and they had the door open which let the noce breeze in. I will coming back.
