Best nail salon in Charlotte. My nails always look great no matter who does them in this salon. You feel relaxed during the process and not the typical get you in and out experience you receive in most nail salons in Charlotte. The price is right, the salon is clean. The staff is gracious and friendly. I usually make an appointment and they accept walk in clients, too. I wont go anywhere else to have my nails done.

This is my go to salon. Always clean, courteous service and they do a great job! Ive been a client for 15 yrs they are my extended family.

Terrible mani/pedi I’ve ever had. I asked for things to be done and they weren’t. Not friendly at all and the worst paint job on my toe nails. Also, didn’t massage my feet and hands at all. Won’t go back to this nail salon.

Went here for the first time. I was greeted by a younger lady that was very courteous and friendly. What really sets this off from other salons is that it is very modern looking with 3 flat screen tvs and the store was immaculate. Service was very prompt and they even offered me a drink. Love the way my nails look, will be coming back!

I was very disappointed with how long i had to wait. I waited for more than an hour and a half just to get my eyebrows waxed!!! but i was happy on how they turned out.

I highly recommend and enjoy Expert nails. Everyone is always polite and the service is always prompt and great. I especially thank Tommy and Kim for the great services Ive had there.

I waited with my client over 20 minutes for her to get her nails done, the nail techs began on her nails. 2 walk ins came into the shop. I sat and waited over 30 minutes and the 2 people that walked in (after I had already been waiting) were asked what service they wanted and if they wanted to be helped. Skipping over me! I’m deeply hurt & disappointed! If I could give this company a 0-star I would. I will NEVER come here anticipating for service AGAIN!

These people boldly lie to your face about their products. They treat you like a criminal if you ask questions and then they try to make you feel that it is you who are in the wrong, not them. I will never set foot in that establisment again. I will also post on all social media exactly what happened and encourage everyone NOT to spend any of their money there for ANYTHING.I fully expect this post to be deleted but will repost as often as it is deleted. And on ALL social media, as well.

When I arrived my nails were a mess!! even the owner was like u waited to long for a fill in... asked I asked him the prices, they were very reasonable, then he fixed my nails. I got a gel fill in. He fixed my nails so quick, and accurate. Im definitely coming back to this place!! plus they have my favorite brand of nail polish. OPI 😀!! the best colors in the universe. They offer beverages and make sure ur nail polish is completely dry before you walk out. Definitely coming back for more services. Friendly staff too.

Worst experience ever.... 2 of the nails techs are very rude. One of them go by the name of Kevin and Im not sure of the other ladies name. But he doesnt take constructive criticism very well. I waited a total of 30 minutes to be serviced (between waiting to sit and them soaking my nails way longer than it shouldve been) and they messed up my nails. When I advised him of it, he got upset and begin to slam things and speak in his language, I believe the lady who walked over was his wife (very rude) she begin to ask what happened and when I told her, she replied we cant waste our products on you while escalating her voice . They are very rude and unprofessional. I would never ever visit that place again. Their greed for money is no good. As people walked out due to waiting times, they started to rush in which they begin to devalue the customers they were currently servicing who were waiting awhile. Worst salon in charlotte. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. They need new owners for sure. I will stick with another place by the name of Pure Luxe who does an awesome job on your nails and their customer service is outstanding.I wasnt satisfied with my nails because I showed him exactly what I wanted and that is NOT what I ended up with. He may have dipped it in the SNS way to many times which is why the color was different than what I requested. If I am going to pay that much money for something, Im sure anyone would agree, I want what I asked for. I explained that and I was still yelled at and told they were not going to waste their products on me. I attempted to let him correct it but felt very uncomfortable at that point because he was very mad and started being very rough with my hands. So that doesnt excuse the fact that you are very unprofessional and will not grow in that manner if you continue to treat customers that way. Ive found a nail salon that has awesome customer service. If anyone is looking for great service and a friendly atmosphere, check out Pure Luxe or Posh nails, they are both awesome and I have never had any issues with them. Expert nails is the first place ive been to that didnt meet my expectations and got upset because they did something wrong. You should value every customer you encounter because WE are the reason why you are still in business. They lie just to get your business and I dont like it at all.

Got a gel manicure. They didnt scrape cuticle, so the gel paint was painted right over my skin, and peeled up 3 days later. Went back to have fixed and they told me they had just grown out. Will not be back.

If I could rate the salon less than one star, I would. Literally the only good thing about it was that there wasnt a wait to get my nails done. The woman who did my nails was extremely unfriendly. I paid an outrageous extra amount to have Louboutin nails. My nails are crooked, its only been 48 hours and already the gel polish is coming off in places. She didnt paint them thoroughly and now I have bald spots on my nails. The acrylic is lumpy and uneven. Im extremely disappointed in the service I received and the nails themselves are dreadful.

Was very uncomfortable due to staff being unwelcoming and almost rude. Cancelled manicure but let them finish pedi they had already started. The work was sloppy. Couldnt wait to get out of the place. Horrible experience.

I stopped going to expert nails because the owner is very disrespectful. One of the workers did my nails and it seemed like she rushed. I had paid before she painted my nails but I was not satisfied with the job. All I wanted was some type of negotiation. She said she was right and I was wrong because she did my nails fine. The manager also said he couldnt help, I would have to pay more money to get my nails fixed, and yelled if you dont like it then get out of the shop and call the cops! They also took the polish off of my nails like they were going to fix it before the manager started ranting. I lost 30 dollars and my nails had no polish on them. I would not recommend this shop to anyone who wants respectable service when they dont like the outcome of their nails, toes etc.

I went their to get my nails done and the service was quick, fast and did it well..they serve refreshments and everyone was respectful and spoke english well.
