I loved this place! My wife and I just moved to this area about three weeks ago. Not every place has made us feel welcome but this place made up for all the places that did not. Lynn and Ivey were our pedicurists and not only were they professional and did some of the best jobs on our toes that we’ve ever had, but they were so kind. They took us when it was almost time to close. They kept apologizing for not being able to do our nails because we were there at the end of the day but we understood that people have families to get home to. Kevin “with a big K” as he said was so friendly. He made conversation with us and made sure we didn’t fall on the way out. Plus, when I say this place was clean, I mean it was spic and span. This is coming from someone who monitors cleanliness like a hawk (a hawk I tell you!) when I go anywhere and find it mostly nowhere. But this place was actually clean and we saw them cleaning with our own eyeballs. It smelled good. The atmosphere was nice. It was just an all-around wonderful experience and punctuated my wife’s birthday. We loved it and we will definitely be back!

Such a quick and clean service! So sweet, staff is super accommodating and make you feel comfortable right away. And the massage chairs! Really liked it and Im quite picky with cleaning and my nails, they did a wonderful job.Edit: Two weeks later: While I am dying to come back, but Im trying to be a little economical right now haha, their prices are perfect though and do plan on coming back; However, I felt the absolute need to post that after two weeks, my nails have NEVER felt stronger! I have been doing manicures for over a decade, and usually my nails feel great when done well, but I have to commend you. My nails are the healthiest theyve been in months after trying so many nail salons, I finally found the one!

I went to this place with my coworker and it was a nice and spacious salon. We called in to do an appointment so I was grateful I did that because the next day we went in, the salon was fully booked. The color options were amazing! The pedicure was very relaxing and very needed for me. I will be coming back to this salon from now on.Great customer service, decent pricing, clean facility, and on time appointments.

Always an amazing experience here from the moment you walk in, you are greeted with kindness! I am very picky and have tried a few nails salons when I first moved to Charlotte and can truly say I won’t go anywhere else! Great prices compared to competitors too! These ladies are always so sweet and welcoming, very attentive and safe with COVID precautions as well. I highly recommended Laura or Michelle for SNS dip and Bion for pedicures.

Since I moved from my hometown, Ive been looking for a nail shop that is just as good or better - Apple is it!! My nails always come out perfect and Ive had them done by 3 different people now. The pedicures are okay, Ive had better massages, but they still deserve 4 stars. I would give 5 stars if they had better cleanliness. Id prefer my sns to be poured out of the container into small cups so multiple people dont dip their fingers in the same powder, and I dont see them pull their tools out of vacuum sealed packs- indicating they may not clean them as often as other places.

Extremely unprofessional. I’ve been a client over 4 years and it’s happened far more times than I’m willing to accept. They fall behind or come in late and when they finally get to you there isn’t enough time in their schedule for the service you booked. It has happened with several technicians, the last being the owner. I made an appointment for a reason. I was especially annoyed because I was going on vacation. This particular time the owner messed up my French manicure not using a bright white for the lines and it looked terrible, ( she used the 2 colors I chose for the top costs to make the lines ( so her mess up) I subsequently switched off to another tech for my pedi & I asked if either the pedi tech or anyone else could just polish my nails over, regular color because it looked awful, her response : they were too busy and didn’t have the time to fix it” I will never go there again. I went locally to have my nails redone,

Nice and clean, went twice with an appointment each time. Went to my 3rd appointment and upon arrival the nail tech told me she was running behind. She was just getting started on another customer’s full set; my time is valuable; I left! They should notify customers via phone or text when they’re running more than 15 minutes behind. I won’t be returning

I recently moved back to Charlotte from Raleigh and was looking for a new nail salon. This place had great reviews so I decided to check it out. The shop is beautiful and spacious inside. There was plenty of room to spread clients out. They were following all Covid protocols as far as masks, hand washing, taking temperatures. I loved the hot stone pedicure. It last 45 minutes and has so much good stuff packed into it! This is definitely my new nail spot!

Went here to get my nails done for prom and was highly disappointed. The service was poor, the nail tech said she had years of experience but the quality of work was awful. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and never had an issue before. I decided to try Apple nails because I heard good things from a friend, but I see poor quality in their work. The design was bad, the application of the acrylic and the shaping wasn’t done right and when the color was applied, I was left with an indent in my left thumb. My pinky finger’s nail fell off in less than a week and I was left with half my nail bed coming off. My nail is now dying and I’ve only got half of it left. I went in to complain and they told me they can’t put anything on the nail or do anything to help me. Would never recommend this place to anyone. My nail technicians name was Tu.

This is my favorite place to go to! Everyone is so friendly. The pedicures are never rushed and I always leave feeling so refreshed and well taken care of!

Today was my first time going to Apple Nail Spa and I am absolutely impressed with everything I witnessed. From the moment I walked in the door, the sanitary measures that were put in place were great. The lady behind the counter was so happy and attentive.My nail tech was Anna and she was amazing and personable. The Salon was clean and the atmosphere was very positive. I will definitely contemplating on making this my new salon. I highly recommend!

I visited this salon for the first time today. I was greeted by a rude associate. Her name was Anna. She literally yelled from the middle of the floor “check in and have a seat” okay as a first time customer checkin where??? She’s pointing to the iPad, I had to tell her ma’am this is my first time here. Instead of saying sorry she said “who did this to the iPad” after realizing the iPad was on the Home Screen and there was no place for me to checkin! She continued that behavior and walked around yelling at everyone with an appointment book.Michelle was phenomenal but knowing there’s someone like that, makes me want to take my money somewhere else. So unprofessional she ruined my whole experience.

I had a WONDERFUL experience today with Anna! I was recommended to her and Apple Nails through a group on Facebook, since my old nail tech moved out of the area. Anna did an AMAZING job on my nails. She was patient, personable, and seemed to really enjoy what she does. One can always tell when an individual loves what they do based on the quality of their work. I am just so impressed with the quality of her work and the fact that she actually took her time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be returning to both this location and Anna. It is truly rare to find a nail tech that is not always in a hurry or pushy and she was not. Apple Nails also does 5% cash back on services when you pay in cash. SO MAKE SURE YOU PAY IN CASH TO SAVE A FEW COINS! They also have a rewards incentive program for a free pedicure with purchase of another service after purchasing 10 services over $15 each. I mean... what other nail salon does things like that anymore to keep customers? I am just so impressed with my whole experience and I highly recommend Apple Nails and Anna to anyone.

I’ve been to Apple Nail Salon twice (I’m currently having my nails dry) and I really like this place. They have a lot of good sanitization and COVID procedures in place. They wiped down the seats and tables after people sit in them. They are reasonable and the staff HUSTLE so that nobody waits. It’s a great spot!

The best!!! Everyone here is great but I do prefer Lynn for my pedis. I’ll be honest, when I first went here, I was skeptical cause they all stared at me when I walked in and didn’t come of very friendly but it all worked out great and it’s the only place I go now! Always busy so make sure you make an appointment. They provide a wide variety of services.

Very professional and good mannerism. I’ve been to quite a few nail salons and they always seem to have terrible attitudes but everyone here was very nice. This is my third visit, I was with my daughter in-laws the first 2 times and brought my granddaughter the 3rd time. I’ll definitely be coming back

I have been coming to Apple Nail Spa for a couple years now and the service has always been great. I’ve tried others in the area but they just don’t compare. Apple is a very clean spa and all the employees are very nice and accommodating. I would just hope they start to include more options such as chrome polish and more unique nail design options.

I was a little disappointed as far as this being my first time here. I made an appointment the day before booking it for a gel manicure at 1:30, the technician convinced me to do SNS instead. It felt extremely rushed. She did a great job on the polish but left a glue like substance all over my fingertips and wasn’t shy about twisting my fingers in all sorts of angles. I guess I’m used to having the technician give my hands some sort of lotion rub at the end of the service but she was obviously rushed. Not blaming this on her at all by the way. But AS SOON as she finished my nails she set a timer for 5 minutes and walked away to start her next client and left me with a sticky note to bring to the front desk. For $40 it was a little ridiculous, I’ll be going back to my previous technician- they didn’t do great nails but at least they tried to take their time.

This place is THE best. Super clean, professional, efficient, and friendly! They operate like a well-oiled machine and keep wait times low without forsaking quality of service. I’ve seen several nail techs and had a great experience with each and the receptionist is so sweet and organized. I’ve been in during super busy times as a walk-in and am always impressed with how quickly I’m taken care of. Added bonus: they were so sweet, accommodating and patient when I brought my wiggly 5 year old in for a birthday mani/pedi. I won’t go anywhere else if I can help it! What a wonderful salon! Clean, big enough for a party, lots of techs so you don’t have to wait long to be seen, and did i mention clean? They have organic pedicures available and they are divine! You can choose your own scent, based on what you need and the woman who worked on me was so pleasant. Highly recommend.

Today I got the deluxe mani and hot stone deluxe pedi and it was AMAZING. The massages were just what I needed.Update:I recently went for a fill in. The foot massage was rough. It was a rushed service. You can tell where the fill in was put. The nail tech who gave me a pedicure kept looking everywhere except at what she was doing. She seemed bored. She had short black hair. I think Ill try other places.

Yesterday was my first time visiting this salon after hearing so many good things recently. I called in and made an appointment. From the moment I walked in I knew I was about to have an amazing experience. I was greeted not only by the receptionist but also by all of the nail techs that were currently working on other clients. I was seated immediately and was catered to the entire time. Vi and Kevin were such a pleasure to talk to. Vi did my nails and really spend time making sure there were detailed and thoroughly done. I did SNA with tips. Coffin shape, and even designed 2 nails. The cost was AMAZING for the service. Looks like I finally found myself a new salon!

Came in on a busy Saturday morning and I was tight on time with less than an hour before I had to pick up my daughter. It looked crowded, but there are 8 adult seats for pedicure and I luckily got the last one. They even had two cute smaller pedicure stations for little girls. The pedicure chairs are also high quality, with no rips or tears. (This is important to me - shows they care about how everything looks and feels.) They have a decent amount of staff on hand, so thankfully there was no wait. My deluxe pedicure was relaxing and efficient. I was on a tight schedule, so it was completed with enough time to allow for drying but without feeling rushed. It may seem small on outside, but well organized, good use of space, and clean. I was asked multiple times if I needed anything to drink and overall customer service was great. Polite and caring. I will definitely return and looking forward to bringing my daughter with me next time. Thank you.

This is a classy upscale nail salon. Has a very nice decor, the pedi chairs are great and easy to use. My husband and I had Lucy and Ivy as our technicians. They were both kind and engaging. The most impressive part of our experience was the one time use pedicure supplies. This salon is very clean.They offer refreshments and have a top of the line check in system. I recommend this nail salon and I personally will be returning on a regular basis.GREAT JOB APPLE NAIL SPA!

I was really pleased to come across Apple Nail Spa. It is clean, inviting, and well appointed. The service stations are comfortable, and I enjoy watching HG TV on their big screen TVs. The staff is absolutely fantastic. They provide excellent nail services, are friendly, and and genuinely interested in making your experience a positive one. They offer nice amenities like beverages, including wine, and a punch card for discounts. The prices are competitive, and I enjoy the range of services offered.

I am not one to write reviews but I have lived in Charlotte for 14 years. Not once have I found a place as good as this one. They did my acrylic nails exactly how I wanted. The lady was so friendly and nice. She took her time doing my nails and perfected them. There is only one other time I have had such spectacular service and that was in Seattle. This place is absolutely friendly, inviting, and professional. They use clean supplies and do not overcharge for the work they do. Lets just say that this is the only place I will ever go to get my nails done. I am extremely satisfied with this nail salon.

The owners are more than honest and bend over backwards to accommodate you. Prices are consistent and fair, the nail techs work is also consistently good and thorough.Gift certificates can be redeemed for full value within 12 months of purchase. After that, they expire. All that information is found on the gift certificate, just like normal.Also, Apple Nails just moved 2 doors down to a fully upgraded space, and HOLY MOLY its amazing.Walk ins are accommodated, but I make an appointment to make sure I get my favorites! Get in there, and walk out happy!

I have searched all over the S Charlotte area for a nail salon, and have proudly made AppleNails my new place of choice. Everyone in the salon is good. I love that they often have two people completing your services at once so you’re done much quicker. Love this place and TRULY love the newly updated location.

My toenails and fingernails were crooked by the end and the wrong color was used from the one I picked, and when I commented on it during the process, I was given attitude. I enjoyed the experience besides that though. It was near closing time so I guess they werent really having it.

Seems every time I go I have issues, the work is pretty; but doesn’t last, I pay extra for gel polish, and within a week it starts chipping when done here. EVERY TIME... any other salon and it lasts 3-5 weeks.

This is my favorite place to go and escape the world for an hour or two. All if the technicians are awesome, you cant go wrong. I told them how I liked my nails filed, and shaped...they did exactly that! I go for SNS and they have tons of colors! No appointment required but they are busy on the weekends in summer and spring. They work hard in getting you seated when you walk in and waste no time. They work fast and efficiently and are so sweet! The atmosphere is nice. It’s a smaller salon that what I am used to but it’s very clean.
