The minute I opened the door I was greeted with a welcome and how are you... I use to come here a few years ago. The new ladies are very courteous and friendly. In the times we live most people are cut and dry cold but if you want to get away for a little pampering come to this nail shop. I’m glad I came back. Thank you lady’s. I loved this place, but sadly I think I will have to find a new salon. The lady was super nice, did a great pedicure, decent fill in, but when she did my eyebrows she ripped half the skin from my eyelids. After I got home I realized why I was in so much pain, she ripped my skin off. Not worth the $20 tip i left. Ill try to post pics

Atlantic nail salon is hands down the best in & around Charlotte. I have been going to them for a couple of years but had to relocate so I tried a few other places to spare me the commute. HUGE mistake! No other salon can match the talent the nail techs at this salon bring. I go to them with complex designs & they always accommodate my desires with excellent customer service & designs that are beautiful & unique! Other salons not only fail to execute nail art to perfection as Atlantic does, but they charge way more for standard nail jobs. Dont let the negative reviews deter you from treating yourself to this gem of a salon, they deal with difficult clientele being in an urban location who sometimes take advantage of the technicians accommodating nature & try to get free services. Needless to say, I have returned to this salon & cant express what masterful artists these people are. I walk in needing a fresh look, and leave feeling sexy, powerful & ready to conquer! I wont go anywhere else!

Today was my first time and the gentleman who did my nails did a great job he took his time and the atmosphere was relaxing i fell asleep ☺ this is my new favorite place i will return oh and they didnt have an attitude either😊

First off they have a Grade A but when I was there I saw bugs (roaches) . The place had a bad smell . Not nail polish smell but fish from the a/c unit. They charged me $70 for a pedicure and full set. They keep changing the prices while your there. I got a basic shape not coffin or anything crazy . WILL NOT BE GOING BACK EVER!!!!!!!!!! $45 for gel girl bye

My mom went there a few months ago to have a pedicure. The man who did it, made several cuts in my mom’s feet. She was bleeding, and after a few days she got an infection.Two weeks ago, I was driving around, and I decided to give them an opportunity because a friend of mine told me that they fired a guy that used to work there. A lady, who is super nice, made my manicure, but two days later the nail polish came off. I called the lady and asked her to fix them, so she asked me to stop by. Once I get there, she just put nail polish to cover the error but she didn’t try to fix it well. It took her less than 5 minutes. The same night, I didn’t have nail polish. It was gel nail polish, so I am very dissapointed about expending $40 dollars for a two days manicure, while I’ve been to other places and it last two weeks.After that, all my nail polish started two comes off. After less than 4 days!!!

I came on my lunch break and Eddie did a wonderful job on my nails and even took the time to reshape and do a design for me as well. I was so pleased that I came back after work to get my eyebrows done and his wife, Christine, did an AMAZING job waxing and reshaping my brows. Eddie even remember my name which has never happened at any nail salon before. Theyre both so friendly and do an excellent job. Thank you both so much! Ill be back in two weeks :)

This WAS my favorite salon when Christina was there. This is a 5 year old picture that has been up here but no actual credit was given. Christina would have fun with my nails when it came to designs and i let her freestyle it! She is to this day the only person that has done my nails how I like them. I truly miss her.These beauties are her work. I went back one time when she was not there and things changed and I haven’t returned since. So the 5 stars goes to her and if she comes back so will I! #teamChristina

It was my first time here today because I was prepping for graduation and havent been to a nail salon in years. The ladies were very nice and Ya did a great job with my nails, not forcing me to upgrade with extras. The only thing I didnt like was the result of my waxing (eyebrows & lip). Usually people would pluck out the short hairs remaining that didnt get caught by the wax, but the lady that did mine didnt do it. I didnt notice this until my glasses were on and I was halfway home. I probably wont do waxing there again since I have to finish the service myself, but I do recommend going for nails.

I decided to come to this nail shop based on the reviews. I saw that Eddie had been rude to a few customers but I hoped it wouldnt happen to me. My first visit was great. Eddie prepped my hands for gel polish and Christina did a wonderful job applying it. We even had a great conversation about her newly born son. She showed me so many pictures and videos. My nails lasted for 2 weeks exactly. I went back a second time to prepare for a cruise to the Bahamas. I got gel polish again and also a pedicure. This time, Eddie completely did my nails. They looked great! Unfortunately, my thumb nails started peeling 2 days later. I was already on the ship and had no way to contact them about my problem. So, I waited until I got back (6 days after getting my nails done). By then, I could see that the tips of a few others nails were only days away from peeling as well. I went back to the shop and this is where things changed. Eddie only wanted to fix my two thumbs because it had been longer than 3 days (shop policy). I felt that it was unfair because I had no way of coming back within 3 days nor could I call and let them know what happened. I felt someone who truly cared about their shops reputation and growth would just eat the $15 loss and repair all of my nails. Eddie became quickly annoyed with me and refused to fix anything at all. He felt that agreeing to fix my thumbs was a stretch. I asked to speak with Christina hoping that she would have a different opinion. She didnt. In fact, as I showed her other nails that were beginning to lift she claimed that she saw me lift them on purpose simply because I wanted her to have to repair all of my nails. The back and forth continued and she tried her best to put words in my mouth to make it seem like I was the problem. I mentioned that she probably wouldnt want me walking around with messed up nails telling people that I got them done at her shop. She claimed that statement (which is truthful) hurt her feelings. By this point, she had already begun filing my nails so I allowed her to fix my thumbs. Never once did I raise my voice or get rowdy and yet they practically shunned me. No one even looked me in the eye for the remainder of my visit. Christina said, Have a great day just as I walked out of the door. I didnt say anything back. Whats funny is that I was just going to drop it but the way she reacted (with Eddie in the background agreeing that he heard me threaten the shops reputation) is what made me post this review. I love getting my nails done. I loathe shops that smile in your face and act like they love you until you have an issue. They lack a lot in decor but I liked their energy so I overlooked it. However, maybe they are lacking because they lose loyal customers by treating them like the enemy. All in all, I will not be returning. I warn anyone that chooses to try this shop. If you have any problems, they are not going out of their way to fix them.

Good price, fast service, friendly, clean and organized. I recommend this place if you want to be in and out within one hour or less. I come here often now and will continue to come here on my lunch breaks when due for my fill-ins.Thank you Eddie.

I moved to Charlotte and have been going here for about 3months The price is great but the overall customer service is horrible!!! Im currently here at the shop after I was recently here Thursday for a fill in it is now Tuesday and 2 nails have already broke. I didnt come to the shop for freebies but to show them their work and to get my nails repaired. Long story short instead of apologizing or rectifying the issue the owner just jumps to the conclusion that I wanted my nails repaired for free I just simply wanted to get my nails repaired and willing to pay Since the owner saw me writing this he PUT ME OUT!!! With my nails half done.Yes its CHEAP but not worth the DISRESPECT!!! I rather pay $50-70 any day and get great customer service!!!Eddie the owner& his wife think they can disrespect paying customers no sir I will not go back and I will also be contacting the health department because I know for a fact that the condition Eddie THE OWNER left my nails can easily cause an infection.. I will try to upload the pictures..Every time Ive been here Eddie has been rude but I just get my nails done and keep pushing but today the rudeness got to me and I felt I had to write a review... Which got me PUT out.. We are in USA and Im entitled to MY OWN OPINION!!!!Please find better service WALMART nail salon same price WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GREAT WORK!!

My experience at Nail Atlantic was very pleasant. While decor is lacking a bit the place is very clean and organized. I was attended to quickly with quality work. I got an acrylic fill in, cut down and gel color with impromptu design by Eddie. He was very nice and chatted with me enough to keep me entertained while his mother in law did my pedicure. His wife did my eyebrows and they turned out spectacular with zero discomfort! The only suggestion I would give is to give longer massages during the pedi, Ill definitely tip more for that!! Prices were fair and I would come back and recommend to others.

I had to wait 45 minutes for a pedicure. Then I was rushed through my pedicure service and told they were about to close. After sitting at the dryer table I was asked three (3) times to pay, even though my service was not completed. I did not appreciate the customer service experience at this nail salon. Bad experience.

I used to love this shop ! The owners just recently sold the nail salon and the New owners STUCKS !!!! They can not do nails, toes or lashes. The nail polish comes off in a day , lashes comes off in a day ( when they usely lasted me a month or more with previous owner) then when i called and told Kelly about it she hung up on me TWICE ! I wish the first owners sold it to someone that actually lived to their standards ! I had to find a new nail salon because of the poor quality !

I went yesterday for a fill in just because I didnt know want to drive to my regular place. The guy who does the nails the older one did mine while the lady did a pedicure . HE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO PAINT NAILS NOR SHAPE YOUR NAILS CORRECTLY!!! I had gone there a year ago they did a good job I believe they were different owners but I honestly hate my nails that I took them off this morning. My nails looked really ugly and they were all uneven. If I could I would upload the picture of my nails. Never will I go there again. Its true the price goes toward the quality I rather pay $50 for a fill in and pedicure than pay $35 for both. Also one of my nails broke lol. So save your time people and I wouldnt want them to fix my nails again so Im okay with no refund or there policy. THEY SUCK!!!!

Worse customer service I have ever gotten. Ive been coming to this nail shop for years. .....The owner (the lady) is amazing . But her husband is very rude and Nasty and doesnt do a good job. I got my moms nails done ( full set ...which he did) 5 days ago and its lifting. .. I wasnt able to take her to get them fix due to work.... so I called and spoke to the husband.... to see if I can stop by so that she can get them fix....He was so rude and disrespectful that I couldnt believe what I was hearing over the phone. All I wanted was to get my moms nails fix... I didnt want a full set or a refund. .. just fix.... When I originally got her nails done... I paid $97.00 for 2 fullsets... 1 pedicure. ...and a fill in.... and for that amount of money I should be able to stop by and get a small mistake fix...like that.... but instead all I got was disrespect. . And horrible customers service. ....Word to readers I am not taking from the level of service youre going to get if the wife does your nails. .... she is heaven sent. ... but her husband . ... warning you may receive bad customer service. .... rudeness. ... and your nails may pop off. I never said she had two nails left I said she had two nails that needs to be fix... YOUR NOT LISTENING. YOUR TO BUSY TRYING TO ARGUE!

I went thru all the reviews and was excited to get a full set because I havent had my nails done in forever. The hours said they open at 9:30 and I pulled up at 10.....and they were closed. Now its back to Google to find a nail shop. Smh

1st time visiting salon and received a full service pedi/full set. My pedi and pedi tech was awesome, but my nail experience was another story. My nails lasted about 48 hours before they began to loosen, lift, or break. Went back just 5 days after application, was told I was still responsible for repair cost. Payed for repairs and a fill in to maintain fresh nail appearance, and just 3 days later the nails began to loosen on the opposite hand. I just finished removing them all to eliminate any further disappointment. I later learned I supposedly was serviced by the owner; MORTIFYING!!I will not be returning to this establishment.

I have been going here for the past 3 times I got my nails Nd I had great service and my nails have been exactly the way I want them but today I went my nails was just horrible after me telling the lady with the short brown hair my nails was crooked multiple times she did nothing about it and even charged me more this time then she scraped my nail on accident but instead of taking the polish off she just painted over it which made it worst
