Don’t believe the negative reviews!! If you have a good attitude they treat you so well. Very sweet staff and my service wasn’t rushed (huge plus for me). My pedicure was perfect, my eyebrows were done as requested and my nail tech was the kindest man. I highly recommend this nail salon.

Not impressed at all. First of all, the pedicure chair was very old. The foam was coming through the arms. There is no way to disinfect the foam & it harbors germs. The tech brought over tools in a sterilization pouch that had NOT been autoclaved. The color indicator on the pouch confirmed it hadnt been sterilized and the pouch had never been sealed. I am in healthcare. I should have listened to my gut and left then....but I didnt. The polish was all over my cuticles. I had to go home and clean the edges with polish remover. My child could have done a better job. The staff was friendly, but the work wasnt good and I have serious concerns about cleanliness, especially during this time.

Took my best friend as a Christmas gift. Nail tech working on her pedicure did not do a great job. Someone else had to finish. When I went to pay they asked me to go to Walgreens and get cash and I stated I will not do that. I left a very generous tip and they did not process it. I saved money there. We will not be back. Very disappointed. Unprofessional.

They were very friendly and nice. Did not want me to put tip on card. Only cash for tips so had to go home and get some money.

They are VERY NICE and friendly. They do a very fine job.

The guy [no I dont remember his name] is the ONLY one i let do my nails when Im in town . HANDS DOWN best salon in Charlotte & im very pickey when it comes to my nails. Also for it being located off park road the prices are so reasonable. Did i mention they are open on SUNDAYS ! I love this place. & only go there when im in charlotte. Thank you Nail Tek

I was in the salon for just a repolish. That was all I needed. There is a definite communication problem in getting the staff to understand what you need. I only go there on rare occasions if I have a problem between times with my regular nail technician. They should be more customer oriented in the way they work with their customers and the way they communicate with them.

Excellent! Had a manicure yesterday at another salon (terrible) so I stopped by to see if I could get in. So glad I did! They are so nice and didnt rush at all! I will definitely return!

The staff are very nice and caring. The owner verbally abuses the staff if one of them spends extra time with the customer. I will not go back anymore. The nail salons should be banned from operating if there is no English speaking present. By law they have to bring an interpreter.

I felt very unsafe there as only one technician in the whole place was actually wearing their mask over their nose.

Waited 50 minutes for service (even though I had an appointment), was asked if I was pregnant (even though I’m not), was laughed at by another tech, and the girl scratched off the tip portion of the receipt so she could get cash. When I asked if I could not tip on the card (which she was lucky to even get a tip), she rolled her eyes and said, “bring cash next time.” I’ll never go back...

They open at 9am I sat outside until 9:32am for them to open. Then as I walk in lady tells me to sit in the new chair because they are strong. WHAT? I brush that off then I asked for a manicure I still have dead skin on my feet. I will NEVER come back here!!!!

I’ve been here many times because it’s close to my home.....Went in today to get eyebrow wax and was told if I didn’t have cash they wouldn’t do it because of the small amount....wouldn’t except a debit cardNeedless to say I will never come back$$$ is $$$

Lady ruined my nails trying to her my sns off. Got mad that i didnt want another sns but regular manicure. Used Polish machine to get the sns to the point that my nails are paper thin and breaking, didnt get my cuticle ooff. Also refused to accept the customary tip with my debit payment basically forced me to give her cash. Very rude ladies talking loud and what I assume gossiping in ther language.

My sister and I went to get our nails done for prom and for the most part they did a good job. they cute cuticles to the point where it hurts and they speak very loudly in their native language. it is kind of offensive and not very welcoming. oh and if you complain about something they do not speak English the rest of the time and they also get very mad about tips. would not recommend.

Rushed. Did not prepair nail correctly. Used kid sisscors to cut tips. I have a hair in my gel nail polish. Acrylic under my pinky nail.

I was the last customer of the day. The nail tech did excellent work, but the ladies talked loudly in their native language, which is highly unprofessional and offensive. Not welcome at the end of a stressful workday!
