I love Nail Wave my favorite salon, only thing I didnt like today they didnt dry my toes.

Ive been a customer for years. Im always pleased. Today, though, was my last time spending a dime there. The blatant disrespect and humiliation of customers who spend their hard-earned money and precious time waiting, should never happen. They think because they speak in their language that no one knows that they are talking sh*t. And Jenny... Be you, because that ghetto and ratchet facade you put on, is unbecoming of you.

I dont understand the high rating on Google. Quality is not worth the price here and SO GHETTO. I wont be back.

I was the first person there. They made me wait and took three others before me. Dirty and ghetto. New spot Venice nails. Clean, friendly, and fast.

1st time visiting. Super super busy thats why appointments are not allowed. Customers are loud profanity is the norm. However nail techs are awesome. Their work is great and they take their time no matter how many people are waiting. Jenni was my tech.

Been going here off and on for over 20 years. When I met Kelly she was working for former owners. She got to buy shop from former owners. She is a beautiful person and continues to be better! Love her dearly. Great job Kelly and Ricky!

Let me just say , please go somewhere else ...... i didn’t have high expectations of this place to begin with but i got a full set and my nails were burning while he was applying the acrylic (mind you my nails have never burned before.. EVER) and i asked him what he was putting on my nails and he did not reply and just sprayed my hands with alcohol. i’m not a professional but i think they definitely use MMA here because the acrylic was sticky too, just to be clear mma is banned by the fda. jenny was really sweet tho

Two stars, yes. The young man, Will, was nice but the nail job was not so nice. Two stars because the young man, Will, seemed somewhat knowledgeable about nails. I recently moved from Michigan and this was my first nail job on this side of Charlotte. He spoke somewhat clearly sometimes and others I had to repeat my question for him to explain himself. They did not have my color of pink for my pink and white fill-in so I sorta have 2 toned nails now. Also when he was filing the gel off of my nails he did not do a thorough job, I still have polish from my previous job on the side of my nails. I did not like the selection of gel polish they had and I dont use regular polish so I just had him put a gem on both of my ring fingers, which he did not know which finger that was. I will mention this, he told me the gems we 2 for $1 when the woman next to him said they were 3 for $1, so do the workers make up prices as they go or what ? The ambiance/environment wasnt too welcoming, maybe its just me and my preference but I feel that shop could of been better managed, decorated and displayed. Last but not least they do not accept cards, cash only.If youre looking for a quick job then thats your place, if you dont car about the quality then thats your place. I will NOT return to this place. If I could get my money back I would.

No appts but they are taking covid precautions. Staff was respectful and I had no issues. I plan to go back

Nail Wave offers very good services involving lashes, eyebrow waxing, and nails but as far as pedicures go I wouldnt recommend this place. My mom doesnt know how to leave reviews so I took it upon myself to share her experience. She visited this facility plenty of times before but the last time she went she happened to catch some type of infection. It later caused her to have to get her toe nail removed.

Ghetto!!! An they only do gel for nails and feet. The work is good but gel messes up your real nails. I have a new nail shop.

Signed in waited about 40 min for nails just for people to go before me !! literally the last one and still not in the chair. Nail techs sitting around not even wanting to take me in. Don’t waste your time if your in a hurry . Go to the man freaky for nails he the best one in there

I tried this place because my nail tech was on vacation and I was going out of town and desperately needed my nails and eyebrows done. BIG MISTAKE choosing this place. The people who work there are friendly yes, BUT, I developed a nail fungus under 3 of my nails. Unsanitary and unsafe place. Not only that but the lady who did my eyebrows took off a layer of skin on my right eyelid. She put the wax way too far down and it resulted in my skin being ripped off. I have never had a nail fungus nor have I ever had my skin damaged from waxing. I highly recommend you NOT go here! The gentleman who did my pedicure did a great job with that. The place looks clean enough but looks are obviously deceiving.

I only get my eyebrows done here and they always do an awesome job! I moved 3 hours away and still drive back for services.

Nancy does excellent with my lashes, I only go for lashes! The one time I went for my nails (years ago) they got air bubbles in them after 3 days! (Never again!) But I still go to get my lashes done! The environment is REALLY ghetto... and CASH ONLY? All businesses take cards nobody really carry cash anymore!!! Once I find a place that does lashes good and more classy my business with them is DONE!!

The customer service was really nice but when i went to get my eyebrows done with a razor it was already hair on the razor. When I asked about it she told me it comes from China like that sometimes but the razor was new, which I am not sure if that actually happens but she did take it out the box. My concern was did they put a used razor back in the box or did it actually come from China like this. She was very nice when discussing this to me but she also told me that sometimes lice is on the lashes, but that they make sure they take them off. Ladies please be careful. Though this happen the customer service was always good but someone else hair on a razor and lice on a eyelash is very scary.

They always do a great job with my lashes and eyebrows. I love how they put an extra layer of glue on your lashes after they finish which Make your lashes last longer, a lot of nail salons dont do that!! One day I went to Lee spa & nails bc nail wave was too busy, that was my biggest mistake! My eyelashes didnt hold on for long plus my eyebrows wasnt waxed good I will drive past 10 nail shops to get to nail wave and I dont mind bc I know I will be happy with my service!

Ive only tried 2 nail shop in the North Tryon area and by far this is e best of the 2.

The absolute best. Long wait during late afternoon or evening but its worth the wait nd ur money. No appointment no debit or credit just cash only. Not a lot of space so no kids allowed unless their a customer. Staff is friendly very talented. They do eye lashes for 20$ nd up nd they last for up to 2 maybe 3 weeks. I send all my friends here I love them

Beware......THEY REFUSED TO USE NAIL POLISH REMOVER TO TAKE MY GLITTER POLISH OFF and it was regular POLISH, THEY WANTED TO USE THE DRILL ONLY . SO I LEFT AND WENT TO JV NAILS. ROSE DRILLED MY NAILS SLIGHTLY JUST TO LIFT THE GLITTER A BIT. THEN SHE USED REMOVER TO TAKE OFF THE MAJORITY OF IT. THE DRILL MAKES YOUR NAILS PAPER THIN .....

Shop needs updates badly. The floor and chairs are nasty. The tv is never on for entertainment. It looks disgusting in the inside but l go for my eyebrows bc the owner makes them how I like it which the wait is long.
