I have been going to Venice for a while so I know the prices …I go to get my nails taken off and was told 20 when before it was 10. I questioned if the prices changed…. Instead of a professional response the man says if you don’t like our pricing you can go somewhere else …which is what I did. I was not even argumentative with him initially or afterwards… but noticed he says that to others….so screw this place …I’m not giving you my money and you talk to me like crap….

Pretty good for my first time and I think her name was Victoria she was a pleasure to be around and kept me laughing. Kim did my nails, Victoria did my feet. Sorry if Victoria isnt the correct name its the only name coming to mind.

I have been going to Venice for over a year now and I have always had a great experience. Kathy is amazing and takes care of her clients. She does amazing nails, is very patient and a great conversationalist. All of the pedicure techs work very hard and are understanding if you don’t like a color and would like to change mid pedicure. Make an appointment with a specific nail tech they do get busy, so that way you don’t have to wait. Over all good hard working techs that will do what they can to satisfy your needs and wants.

Ranee was the only reason I kept coming to this establishment, which is why I rated this place three stars. She’s such a talented tech! However, I stopped coming to this establish due to the owner. She is by far one of the rudest, most unprofessional people I have encountered. From yelling at customers to her staff, both occurrences in front of other customers, on various occasions. Even scheduling an appointment over the phone with her is difficult because of how short and rude she is. I love Ranee and her work but I cannot keep spending my money at an establishment that does not value their customers or staff. Do better!

By far the best nail salon in Charlotte! Gel manicure was only $30. Staff is very polite and salon is extremely clean. They were also following all covid 19 precautions with temperature check and hand sanitizing station as you walk in.

I came in tonight to get a pedicure and s and s dip. I just want to say Cindy is the best. She wasn’t informed that I need S and S until after 8:00pm and she still took her time and made my nails prefect! We need more nail techs like her.

Very well managed salon. It was very busy but they kept things moving and were very friendly throughout the entire experience. Pedicure was extremely well done. Safety measures seem to be spot on. I would highly recommend.

WISH I COULD LEAVE -0 stars. Very poor and rushed service !!!! Asked to get me and my gf nails fixed and they wouldn’t even fixed them after their nail tech was rushing and brushed against them. After I called to come back and get them fixed , the owner hung up in my face !! Employees make jokes and laugh about you and speak in their language so you don’t know what they are saying. Felt very uncomfortable !!! I URGE ALL BLACK PEOPLE TO NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. Spent over 100 dollars in services and all I wanted was one nail to be fixed after it was their mistake !! I had a manicure with just a buff and shine. They made my nails look so healthy without any polish. Staff was super friendly. I made appointments for 3 people with ease. We didnt have to wait at all. Comfortable atmosphere.

I never recommend this place. The staff was not professional at all and when you say something they laugh on your face. Everything’s is extra charge and the communication is so bad. They don’t really do all the services they included in the package. When asked they say that’s all we do.Ridiculous!!!! And I highly DO NOT recommend at all

Manager is always yelling and rude to workers in shop. She did my nails, but was inattentive and rough. I still have a high rating, because Ive been many many times and all the other workers that have done my nails are polite and give great services.

So I went in for an appointment yesterday and I showed them a picture of my acrylic set that I want it. The lady that did my nails said she could do them but really couldn’t. The whole time she was hurting my fingers bending them any kind away and even cut me to the point where I was bleeding. Secondly my nails look nothing like the picture she didn’t shape them and she didn’t use the right product as the picture it was powder and she used gel. This is the first nail salon I went to where my nails look horrible and I spent 120 horrible quality. Then the next morning I woke up my nails and my fingers are in so much pain and agony from how she did them yesterday she literally put the acrylic on my fingers on my skin and when I complained she did nothing about it. I called to tell them what happened and explain how I felt and how we can fixThis she didn’t want to help in anyway she said sorry no refunds and if I want these nails off my fingers even though they did this damage to me I will have to pay to get them removed mind you I’m in agony right now because they did this to me. Horrible business will never recommend to anyone never ever spend your money here just horrible I will be contacting the business bureau on this problem.

Very unprofessional. I left from getting serviced. I was here at 9:40 am 10 mins after they opened. I always pay $25 to get a full-in and the lady changed the price to $30 talking about my nails long and this would’ve been my second full in because the first fill in 4 nails came off and I had to glue them back. Than I was told it’ll be $3 to repair a nail with service and she told me it’ll be $7. So all together $37 for a fill in and nail repair. Than I thought was told there was walk-in only, so I requested a nail tech. The older lady came and got me to sit in her chair and told me the nail tech I requested had an appointment coming in, but when you call in they tell you walk ins only. I won’t be coming back here and it’s crazy because I been coming here for a year and never had any problems until now and besides I feel like they talk bad about customers in their native language when you have a complaint and I don’t like that!

I love this place! Every time I go, Im greeted at the door. All staff wears their mask. They take my temperature when I arrive and give me anti-bacterial gel for my hands. If I cant get the nail tech of my choice, its ok because Ive had 4 different women work on my nails since going and every time, they look beautiful. Im never in there for more than an hour and a half. When the staff isnt busy, you see them sweeping, wiping down chairs or helping one another. It always smells good in there. Its a wonderful atmosphere. Im always relaxed and comfortable when I go. I love it there and Id recommend anyone! ...and when I feel good; I tip good!

The pink & white nails on their price menu says $50. But they charged me $75. I took regular pedicure also which was charged $25 same as the pricing in menu.

My diamonds came off 2 hours after leaving salon. Gel polish on my toes chipped the next day. I was overcharged for horrible service. My finger was cut while getting them done and still burning 2 days later. I will never come here again and advise people to go somewhere better and worth there money. This place sucks

I loved the atmosphere. Ive only been once, but Ill definitely be back again. I was seen 10min.s before closing and they still kept their doors open for me. I came in for a full-set, and Lily did my nails without complaint and even though it was late she still took her time and I loved the outcome!

Today was my First Time visiting Venice nails I absolutely loved it there kathy did my nails she was the sweetest My nails were damaged due to previous nail salon I went to. I moved here in November I think I have found my new nail salon for good.

Phong is wondeful when she does my feet cares so much and she funny. Only place that touched my feet.

The owner started my nails and abruptly stopped and started yelling at her workers. This was not the first time I’ve been on the salon and she was yelling and carrying on . Very rude and unprofessional. She never even came back to finish my nails. So they made me sit foe 45 mins to wait for another nail tech while they had others seen before me. So I left with 3 of my polish taken off of my nails and that was it. No one apologized no one even tried to help. I will never step foot into this establishment again

Incredibly terrible customer service. I am a patient and hospitable customer. it was clear they did not want to do my nails. not sure if it was due to my skin tone or what. but I am quiet and polite. I gave them no reason to resent me. I waited almost 2 hours to be taken care of. while everyone else was cared for before me. and once I finally got my nails done the immediately chipped. I have hear before of other friends of mine being racially discriminated in the shop, but didnt believe the stories until it happened to myself. this studio should be ashamed.

I went to get my nails done it took 3 hours and this is the worst SNS set I ever got. I have lines in my names when I touch them it looks like little cracks. And on my nail that’s a different color it has a big white spot on them. When I went to speak with the manager she was very rude and disrespectful because I was not happy with my service... The environment was clean and classy, COVID-19 precautions were on point. Chloe did an amazing job on my nails and I was in and out in a very timely manner.

So I walked in for a Fill in and wax, I had 1 broken nail before I arrived. To replace the nail the nail tech insisted on ripping off the broken nail with tweezers which resulted in her ripping off part of my nail and skin!!! She then tried to apply glue, alcohol for 20 minutes. I Then asked for a different nail tech who fixed it but when I was ready to pay they only offered a 10% discount off! I said that’s unacceptable your tech had a accident that resulted in breaking my skin! Not cool, never am I coming back!

I visited the shop to get a mani/pedi. Is super unorganized they write on sticky notes in they do not keep up with customer that have always been waiting Versus customer just walking in. The work it self was sloppy & they rush your service in attempt to get as many people in the door as they possible can. They skipped over me in provided the same service I came for to someone that came in after me. When I confronted them they couldn’t have cared less.

Veronica you did a wonderful job today! Excellent job! She took her time, was neat, clean and patient. That is customer service; treating others nails as though they were yours. I waited over 1 hr before I even got a chair and Luke warm water waited an additional hour before they even checked on me at that point I got a water change.Asked could I get my nails done as well something simple the man laughed and said no…Very rude and unprofessional!First time visitor! Never coming back.

The people are beyond rude especially when they’re busy. One of them kept asking me what I’m getting done and if I’m paying. The young worker yelled at me “I need this chair!” Super unprofessional and way over priced. Charged an extra $15 for gel polish. Definitely don’t waste your time or money.

Nails and toes look fabulous and the massage chair was a plus everyone was very nice and I got 5 dollars off because of points you receive each time you visit😊

Terrible. I came here based on the reviews and boy was my experience far different. Faye did my manicure and pedicure. The pedicure itself was okay, but the polish job was subpar.The gel manicure, however, was awful. She made a point of telling me that she was taking her time with me even with other people waiting (?? I had an appointment and I spent $75...). This raised a red flag. When she finished, she rushed off to the next person without giving me a chance to look at my nails or even file the sharp, uneven edges.I went back up to her and showed her that she missed the edges. She touched up a few nails but was eager to get back to the other person. That woman got up and left and Faye and the owner chased her out the door into the parking lot to persuade her to come back.What a waste of time and money. I stopped at a different nail salon on the way home to fix them because I didnt want to go to work looking like a child painted my nails. The pictures are what they looked like when I left Venice Nails *after* they were fixed.

I have been going to Venice for almost 2 years now. The staff are friendly, funny, and make every visit memorable. The owner is super outgoing and they offer a different, but great, experience for each customer. Kathy is who I love doing my nails! She is very creative and has an artistic eye. She creates whatever you want, and helps when you dont really know. If you tell her your vision, she helps bring it to life!!

I was given a number as usual after check in. The nail tech came to get me. She started clipping my nails. The Co-owner Ann who was very rude and unprofessional yelled for her to stop now. She made the tech go do pedicures. The owner her husband finally got upset and started yelling at her on the salon floor in front of customers. Several others were not happy about the circus. Terrible place of business!

The lady had messed up my pedicure color by putting white on first ( I didn’t ask for that she did it on her own ) after she was done applying my color you could still see the white under the color it look terrible and bumpy I asked if I could get another color the owner of the nail shop was very rude yelling at me saying I’m wasting her time they have customers waiting and I need to leave .... my friend that was with me told the owner she’s a nail tech and the application of the color on my nails was done wrong that’s why it looks like that .... the owner got upset and yelled at my friend saying then you do her dam nails ... the owner was yelling at her employees and myself and my friend... I definitely will not be returning and do not recommend this place they do not take accountability or have good customer service and the owner yells at her employees and her customers.... I’m only giving this place 1 star because I have too .

I went to them on April 19th to get my nails done for my birthday for the most part my nails were okay but now that it is time for me to take my nails off I remember the excessive amount of glue the lady put under and on my nail and it is hard for me to take them off in fact my nail broke this morning and it won’t come off because it’s still connected to my skin I’m upset because I paid $110. that’s it I just wanted to inform y’all so y’all don’t waste y’all money on them.

I got a overlay and they put the Dipping powder on with the color .then I came back to get a fill in I thought they where going to take the color off .they fill it in and put a gel polish on top of the dipping powder .. this how it look after one week...for 85 dollars come on never again .i try to tell them and they start talking they language 😡😡

I’ve been a loyal Venice customer for well over a year! I see Kathy as my nail tech. She is the most talented nail technician I’ve ever seen in my 8 years of having acrylic/SNS nails. Kathy can practically read my mind when I suggest an off the wall idea. This is truly the best nail salon in Charlotte and I always recommend everyone here. I’ve also had numerous pedicures here from various technicians and its always consistently great and a very good price point!

Appointment at 6:30, didnt get seated until 7:15. Pedicure tech kept slapping my legs if she wanted me to move. Mani tech did her best, but was not a good experience when I felt rushed for being in there past what they would have wanted when they got me started late.

More on the expensive side, but they do an excellent job! Very pleased

I went in yesterday morning to get eyebrows done by Kathy. They advised me to come back at 1:30 and shed be available to do them. I went back and Kathy was booked up. I was upset for having my time wasted. Theyll tell you anything. I have been a customer previously but their disregard and disorganization is a problem. Im done with this place.

Ive been coming to Venice for a while now, and Im a big fan of the atmosphere, cleanliness, and professionalism of the staff. I especially appreciate the fact that they temperature check everyone at the door and enforce the requirements of face coverings during this Kathy is who I personally see to get my nails done, and she does a lovely job each time. My nails last for a while and I always get compliments on how great my nails look. Definitely recommend!

Loved loved loved this place Lilli and Pung did my full set and pedicure and might I say those sisters have the magic touch!!! They asked me every step of the process if I liked every thing before they continued. They took their time to make my feet and nails look elegant and exactly as I asked. No chunky nails or bumpy acrylic at all. And might I add they’re also funny 😂. If you go to this place please ask for these 2 ladies they make sure everything you receive is great quality.

Three days ago I went in to get a mani and pedi here. My nail tech Chloe was super sweet and nice, she did a great job on my nails. I chose a pretty gel gray color. Fast forward three days later and my gel nails have turned PURPLE. I immediately called and made an appointment to see what had happened and she was willing to change the color knowing something was wrong with the polish. Like any employee would she checked with the owner and the owner told me I chose a MOOD CHANGING NAIL POLISH. Which I never signed up to begin with. Anyone who asks for a mood changing polish wouldve been informed by the nail tech that beware this is going to change the color of your nails. After telling them I didnt want this color the owner told me it was going to be $20 to change the mistake of their own polish. My nails still shaped and well groomed 3 days later they still wanted to charge me! I have been a repeat customer several times and have always enjoyed coming here but I will not come back here after this incident. The owner knew she lied straight to my face and it wasnt even busy.

I walked in before 5 people and still did not get serviced until after them and waited almost 2 hours. I would not recommend. To packed they don’t remember who came first!!!!!!

Terrible experience ! Yes it’s a beautiful facility but they had terrible service ! I have seen the nice work they have done maybe it was the lady I received. I did not feel welcomed at all she did my nails in like 15 minutes and I never expressed to her that I was in a rush and they still had a hour and a half to close. I have only had my nails done for a week and they look horrid. She did not shape them properly and when Intold her I did not want gel she rushed the process did not offer to help with any of my belongings as I walked to the dryer. Yes I am aware regular polish does not last as long but it should definitely not chip within a week. I was very disappointed and even though I was referred by others I will not be going back. Just BE AWARE and ensure they service you as they should I was so tired I didn’t pay attention and I honestly didn’t care, I was so upset with the service I was ready to leave. FYI I got my nails done on Monday 05/06

Technician put my tips on crooked, informed her I felt they were crooked as soon as she did it. Said she would fix it and proceeded to apply acrylic over it and file it but it was still crooked. Applied design unevenly. Charged full price. Nice looking salon, lots of polish choices but in the future I will do pedicures only.

My BF and I went for pedicures. We were told the wait was 30 mins, ended up being an hour. They took someone who came in after us. They overcharged us and did NOT do a good job. Would not recommend.

This was my second time going. The first time I went I got a full set they charged me 60 for a powder gel set. They were thinly drilled. The second time I went back, I argued with a lady about not having a sns dip nail. They charged 81 dollars for a fill-in and regular design. The problem with not having prices posted is that they charged what they want to. My fill in and design should have never cost more than a full set. I will NEVER go back. They are very hostile when you say something they dont like.

Showed the tech a picture of how i wanted my nails, she DIDN’T Do them as shown. I was told a price that is far more expensive than the actual pic because they weren’t done the same!! I waited 15 minutes until i SAID SOMETHING for them to even fill a bowl for my pedicure. My spot was overlooked for servicing!

Awful honestly .I called made an appointment for 3 full set . they said at 6 they could fit us in . when I should up I was told it would be 45 mins after an hour and a half went to leave. The owner begged me to stay saying she would give me 10 or 15 percent i cant remember. So I stayed that was a big mistake. It was me and two of my sisters so one set was good mine are crooked with little acrylic and my other sis took less than 30 mins they were sloppy super short she had acrylic all over her nails. I told them i wasnt paying for that so they took her nails off which is fine because she wanted them off. They could have took the acrylic off her hands too after all it was there fault it was there. So i went to pay for the two sets and she didnt even give me a discount . I will never go back there.

Signed in and was not greeted for 20 mins. When the gentleman finally greeted me and confirmed service needed he skipped over me and serviced 2 people that came in as walk ins after me. Very unorganized

I’ve been coming to Venice for the past 2 years and I don’t go anywhere else. Kathy does my nails to perfection and she is not afraid to take it there on the creative front. She has excellent customer service and is down to earth. She has a great imagination and always keeps my nails up to date with the latest trends. Kathy is hot hot hot!! This is a really great salon and they have all sorts of colors available in SNS, Gel, and your basic nail polish! Sky is the limit when getting your nails done at Venice. I love with salon!

Andy did my manicure and pedicure. He did a great job. Very thorough and professional, while still personal. The facility is gorgeous. Great polish selection, even though I typically bring my own. I actually forget it and he ran it out to my car!!! Great service.

This was my first AND LAST time visiting this location. I went with my little sister she got a pedi and wax, I was GOING to get a manicure. First.. Other customers who came in AFTER ME who got seen. Second, the manager and an employee were arguing in front of the customers which is a NOT cool. So after waiting and being overlooked, one of the employees FINALLY approached me to ask if I was the pedicure. I told him no I was the manicure and at that point, I didnt want one. So I walked out. That is not my idea of customer service and I am definitely NOT coming back. First impressions are lasting impressions.

I live in Raleigh NC but i travel to Charlotte almost Every two weeks For family purposes, I found this place on accident an Ive been coming to this nail salon ever since. Staff is Friendly and The area is Clean! Never had to wait More than 10 minutes before i was in a chair. They work quickly but i have never left unsatisfied with my nails or Toes :)

The owner is super rude. She speaks with you very nasty and unprofessional. Not friendly at all. Some of the staff are friendly and that’s why I’ve continued coming.

I have been going to Venice nails for over a year now & set appointments with Cathy!! She is amazing and always makes my nails look amazing.I usually just do solid colors, or an ombre for the most part. However, when I do decide to be adventurous she KILLS it as ALWAYS!!!!

I found this place a few months ago. The salon is very clean and well kept. I did a SNS full set. Kathy did my nails. It was the first time, I went to a nail salon and the shape was done right. I was also very pleased with the service; very professional, dependable and on time.

I received terrible service from a nail tech here. She was insensitive and kept on filing my nail when I told her it hurt. Please be mindful when you come in here. Not all the techs are friendly!

Favorite nail salon in Charlotte! Clean environment and Kathy always does my nails exactly how I want! She takes her time and is always up to date on styles and trends. 10/10 would and have recommended!

I have patronized this business since their opening. The quality of their work definitely depends on who is doing your nails. On Sunday, I was double charged by their system. My bank told me to reach out to the merchant. When I called they were rude and unprofessional. The woman who answered the phone who I am certain is one of the co owners answered. When I explained the issue she was became belligerent and told me she wanted my bank statements and would not speak over the phone and hung up. I will no longer patronize this place and if you choose to do —- take cash.

Yikes! I had to come correct my original review. I thought* what really set this salon apart was their customer service BUT I WAS WRONG. I was treated very poorly after waiting patiently for 2 hours for a service that they then refused to do because they wanted to go home. Seemed like they were yearning for some drama and that’s exactly what I don’t like about many nail salons. Would not recommend and will not ever be back based on the way they treated me.

I love how Jason does my nails. I came from Florida a week ago, not knowing who would do my nails. And oh boy He is an angel sent from heaven... and management i loved it.

I called to make an appointment and as soon as i I arrived I was told to hurryy up and pick out my color that they are busy. i also asked about a very simpleeee design on 2 fingers & it was “20$“ extra?? they kept changing the price multiple times for the sns from 40 to 50 to 60$.. I was there for so long and still left unhappy with nails that did not come out right. Did not get the ladys name but 100% seemed as if she had no idea what she was doing , she messeddd up my REAL nails . shaping them very terribly after asking her to fix it & making them short , crooked and uneven - as well as man handling my hands and being rough. she and the other nail tech were rude and laughing , not helping at all. i then asked for another person to take over at the end - the new lady tried to help fix them but there was not much she can do at that point. everyone there was unprofessional and unclear. Be careful what nail tech you go to.

My nail tech was too busy worrying about everything else going on in the salon, that she ended up cutting me TWICE with the drill!!! Also since she was too busy worrying about everyone else instead of me, my nails are uneven (from the acrylic that she never filed down properly) and there are visible bubbles in the polish. When I asked her to file down the acrylic so that my nails would be smooth, she looked at me then kept going on with her conversation. She was too focused on everything else, and now my nails look a mess!

Please do not patronize this nail salon! They file false reports to law enforcement in order to muscle respectable people out of their hard earned money!

Friendly staff, great selection of polish, greeting at the door, complimentary wine. I’d suggest making an appointment if you are going after work at 5 because they are very busy, and for good reason - they do a great job and I had a great experience.

I have been going to Kathy for a while now and she is absolutely amazing! Anything you want done she can do! shes even done calligraphy on my nails by hand. I get SNS and only SNS and mine literally lasts for weeks! I have recommend so many people here and to Kathy and they all love her!

I don’t normally leave reviews but I always look for a local business with good or somewhat decent reviews. I had a great experience at this salon! Their SNS selection is incredibly large—for this reason I decided to come here. They have a huge variety on colors and designs. The reason for my review is due to the quality of sns and polish they use. My SNS chipped within 1week and the top layer is completely falling apart. The nail tech did not even out the thickness of the SNS and went too close to my cuticle—I was nicked and bleeding but I’m not holding that against them—cold weather usually dries my hands out. I used normal polish for my toes—which typically lasts about 1wk or so but after my first shower the polish just flaked off. Again—I decided to get normal polish so that’s understandable. My issue is with their SNS. I paid $45 (including a $5 upcharge—potentially for getting different colors which I’m ok with). Other than the quality, I would go back to try something else except SNS or normal polish. I’m not sure how to add the pictures on here but I have uploaded them on the ‘photos’ section.

This salon over charges for services. Its not the nail techs nor the two men who work there, its whomever the lady is that manages the nail techs. Shes not kind and she has a heart of greed. She tried to charge me $30 for two rhinestone designs on my ring fingers. Mind you, I supplied my own rhinestones. In the attached picture, you can see that the design was basic at best. Any other salon would have charged $15 at most. In total she tried to charge me $90 for what you see in the picture below and those are my real nails with an overlay of acrylic. Thats not worth $90 by anyones standards.Ive been coming here since last year but I wont be back. As you can see there are plenty of poor reviews regarding customer service and as a business there are no replies from them trying to improve customer experiences.

My husband and I were in for pedicures and me a fullset. They had him soaking for about 30 minutes and thats too long. The nail techs were arguing with doorman worker. They kept switching my nail tech to accommodate others. They were packed but they got people in amd out.

Mrs Kilee was amazing,the quality of service that she provided me with was exceptional.My nail length is long {according to them}so I love the time and patience that she took with me & actually wanting to go over and beyond by offering extra services which I much obliged lol. I only get my eyebrows done here and would get my nails did elsewhere until I had a very unpleasant experience with them so the owner asked me why I go elsewhere and not come here to get my nails did I was like the other nail salon did great nail designs and work but told her when it comes time for a fill in I will come here and I must say first impressions are lasting and this one they hit it out the park.This is what I got with gel polish

I have finally found a nail salon that has mastered my manicure AND pedicure!! Venice Nails is the best!!! They have great service, staff, a rewards program, PLUS wine!! The color and design options seem endless. Phuong is my favorite pedicure tech, but Ive had several great experiences with other nail techs as well.

Started going to Kathy after a recommendation from my best friend and I am absolutely in love! I get the SNS dip powder because I am a nurse and this style lasts the longest on my nails even through harsh hand sanitizers and soaps! Kathy does an excellent job at shaping my nail and keeping the natural look of the nail which I like! She is so awesome that I travel 3.5hrs from greenville, nc just to have her do my nails 😅!

Ive been this place several times only because they are open on Sundays but but work is rushed my toe nail polish never lasts more then a day without chipping . My nails always end up up with lumps

Ive been going here for over a year and finally made it back for a post-quarantine makeover, and boy did I miss them! Theyve always done outstanding work, and even with such tight restrictions they are doing a great job while still maintaining the new social distancing guidelines. I would wait all day to get my SNS manicure from their friendly and talented nail techs!

Let me start by saying I only get my nails done once a year and don’t believe in paying ridiculous prices for getting my nails done. When I say the service I received was worth every penny I spent. The staff was beyond amazing and I cannot stress enough how please I am with my nails and toes. Even the customers present were really nice and talked amongst each other. The staff offered drinks and made jokes. I cannot wait to return to my forever new nail spot!!!

I went here one time to get sns done. Next morning woke up with a crack going across my nail. Called and spoke to someone there who said they would fix it at no charge since they shouldn’t crack like that. Set an appointment for a few days later when I was available. Called in to move my appointment back by 30 minutes because I was going to be late. The manager answered the phone. Said I wasn’t on the schedule and she would charge me for the repair. I said why would your employee tell me it would be no charge. She said “i don’t care”. I said I will not be coming back again. She said “that’s ok”. I absolutely shocked by the managements rude behavior and attitude. Clearly customer loyalty isn’t a priority. I will never give them a dime again. I highly recommend going to Venice Nails Sap in Harrisburg. Similar name but different owner and a much better customer experience.
