Great place to get your nails gone. Ask for Tina she did an awesome job on my nails. And they have great prices. This is inside the Walmart at 8180 Tryon St. Charlotte NC. Oh and by the way Im very particular about my nails. So if I give someone praise then they did a good job!!!

I LOVE THIS SALON! The only problem is, like most salons, each nail technician has their own manicuring method. Ive gotten great French gel manicures that lasted for almost 2 months, and Ive gotten others that started to chip or peel after 1 week. Stick with whichever nail technician does your nails best. If they are heavily booked, and you must choose another, request 1 or 2 extra gel coats if your regular nail technician normally makes your nails thicker.

Very poor service and they shorted me four dollars in my change when I paid them.

I have been here twice. The first time she messed up my thumb and didnt fix it I came in on my lunch and had a $28 gift certificate she said they had to use the whole thing, okay whatever. She said it was the machines fault not hers. So I came in today on my lunch again it is time sensitive. Got the exact same service to give them another chance. This time she messed up my pinky doesnt acknowledge it, and you can literally see through my nails. She didnt use enough polish and did a very sloppy job. I couldnt have her correct it because again Im on lunch. I will not be back here again. This place is horrible. Note, that I also had a different nail tech hopping for a different outcome

Ive been going to Regal Nails for over 8 years. Tammy is my main tech so when shes out which is rare I have to wait until she returns. Im the type of person in which if I find someone I like who does a great job, I stick with them. So like I said over 8 years, they must be pretty good :)

I’ve been coming here for years just to get my eyebrows done with Tam. Before this, I’ve tried threading and waxing with others but Tam is just simply the best. I’ve had others mess up on my eyebrows but ever since I’ve been going to Tam, she has corrected my shape and now my arch is beautiful! I will continue to come back!

I have been going to this nail salon for many years. I always make an appointment so that I don’t have to wait. Brittany does my nails, pedi amd eye brows and she is amazing (no complaints). When Brittany is busy Kelly does my pedicure and she is incredible. They both do amazing jobs, no complaints and I highly recommend both ladies. The prices are worth the services.

Everyone that works at the salon are very friendly. Tammy and Brittany does excellent nails, pedicures and eyebrows. Im in and out in 45 minutes. My experience was excellent.

Poor service today. I was not playing musical chairs. 2 minutes before the guy was to do my nails stated someone will do your nails. Hes took another guy who came in. Oh yeah, it was going to be a 20 minute wait. If you see more then 5 customers dont waste your time unless you only plan on having 1 thing done.

Their customer service is absolutely ridiculous they ALL have nasty attitudes and rush when doing your nails I went there Saturday for a fill in and was told it was a 10 minute wait, I ended up waiting 25-30 minutes and then I called them because a part of my design fell off they act like they didnt understand me and told me to come in well I went on this morning and they said someone will fix it give them 5 minutes and then she came back to say oh maam we are too busy you will need to come back around 12 or come back a later day... I spent $60 in there it was a total waste of my money I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN ! Thanks for nothing

Honestly hate it now. I went to another salon to get my acrylics on and then I come here as I really need to get a fill in done. And they came out looking worse than how they were when I walked in. They are not the same shape. The height are all different. The lady who did mine broke my nail in half and just fixed it with the powder And I have a crazy small nail like what the heck. They were stingy with the nail polish too. Im never going back there ever. Even the boss or manager could do nothing. Saying its a fill in and that its my nails fault. Like how is that an excuse. I was so scared for them to touch my brows. I would give them a zero if I could.

Horrible experience , I have done pedicures in other places and I have not once had any problems. I have went to this salon 4 weeks ago and I have received a pedicure my last visit, a week later I have seen that an infection had appeared and I have had a lot of pain with it . they do not clean well their utilities . In my visit I also had gotten a full set and their tools were filthy. I recommend you NOT to come here, it would make a bad outcome after. If I could rate this , I would rate this place a -5. Please go somewhere help , do not go to this place for any service .!!!!!!

I would give this place no stars!! I went in with my girlfriend to get a full set as soon as I was writing our name down on the sign up sheet she said NO! No more for tonight? I was like why not you guys close at 8pm and I’ve always been taken in after 8. She raised her voice and her tone was so ugly when I was telling her calmly. I had a horrible experience here. I was cut threw times. “DD” the one who did my nails derailed a hole on n my skin and was very aggressive with handling me. She then proceeded to put theee coats of clumpy polish on my nails. I left and when to another salon to fix what they did. Do not waste your money here. Customer service and everything is horrible.

Usually have a good experience, but this time the nail tech cut my cuticles and caused me to bleed MULTIPLE times and refused to provide discount. She also told me that it was my fault she cut my cuticles. The nail tech also left to tend to other customers often while in the middle of doing my nails. VERY unprofessional and I WOULD NOT recommend.

Worst experience ever! Im from out of town number one. I get to the nail shop at 7:05pm signed in sat there for 25 minutes and then one of the female employees comes up to me and my friend and says they can only do one service so we have to pick which one because they are busy and close soon. Now my issue is if you were so busy you saw us sign in and what we wanted and then let us sit there for 25 minutes before telling us youre too busy. Highly upset did not get anything done Ill spend my money some where else. What a load of crap !
