The owner Hannah told me it would be extra $5.00 to take my gel polish off my toes to do a pedicure if I wasnt getting gel polish back on my toes. I never heard of such thing at all. You have to take the polish off to do a pedicure regardless. Neither less to say this was my first time going and it will also be my last.

Waited 40 mins no service, no drink offered, no well be with you shortly, Nothing! MY sister says there work is really good here but if you can get past the trash customer service.

Ive been looking for a new spot close to me on the South Side. Im the type of person who checks reviews on just about every service I pay for. I must say i was skeptical about this place based off of the reviews. I waited about 10-15 mins and Tracy came asked what I wanted informed her of the style far as my tips. She knew exactly what I wanted and executed! Paint job Amazing on nails and toes! I even messed up 3 toes, she fixed them no problem! She definitely did her thing!! Plus my huni loves them!! So Ill definitely be going back!! If you looking for a new nail tech go see Tracy at Mylan Nails! 💅

Set an appointment at 4pm, sat until 4:10pm and no one serviced me. I asked if I needed to reschedule, tech says she will be with you shortly. Mind you I called and asked for an appointment due to time constraint. Only three working with a client, the one for me was in the back on personal call while I wait. A paying customer, who would do that. Well too many nail salons around for me to worry about one. You just lost a customer, due to your POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

First time going there & I must say I’m very pleased with there services! (Eyelashes,Eyebrows,Full Set & Pedicure) Very friendly & they don’t rush, they actually take the time out to know what you want & how you want your nails! My eyelashes came out amazing full just how I like them! Eyebrows are perfect. I would definitely recommend there services

I have been here several times one nail tech is good and the lady who do my pedicure is good but the owner is very disrespectful in front of customers and her kids I will never go again in life because when you go to get your nails done you go to treat your self not go back and forth with the owner that don’t even do your services I don’t know what her problem is I know she didn’t like the fact I didn’t want her to do one of my services and got a attitude I told I pay for my services and I can have who ever I want to do them and it’s not you cause I don’t like how you do it. Today she accused me of saying something about a customer polish when it was another customer saying I don’t know what I’m talking about when little did she know I wasn’t the one. The moral of the story is she in professional and disrespectful to customers and I’m not the other one she done this too and won’t be the last so if you want to go and have a quiet relax time don’t go to Milan Nails

Me and my mom went here the owner sucks at doing nails acrylic is not neat the younger girl who works there does great nails and the other workers however the owner is disrespectful and has no customer service skills . Told my mom she made her wait hours to get her nails done so she would never come back because the owner got upset someone didn’t like their nails and lashes in which has nothing to do with my mother but the customers asked for my moms opinion . You cannot get mad for constructive criticism and obviously your workers are good definitely wouldn’t recommend coming here terrible service

I have very short nails and I decided to get acrylic to help with nail biting. This place was amazing. The employees were very nice, waiting wasnt a problem with those comfortable chairs. Im tired of places having those plastic chairs that look like theyre about to fall apart. Theres one lady, I forgot her name, but she spoke Spanish as well, which was great. My mothers English wasnt fluent and that has caused some difficulties when she gets her nails done so it was nice to know that someone would be able to understand her and understand what she wants. Overall, very sweet, amazing job on the nails, and pricing isnt that bad, twenty two for my nails(short, regular acrylic).

I called to make sure they wouldnt be busy since they are currently having a sale for 20% off. They told me I could come in at 12 for a full set. she told me the male nail technician would be here in 10 minutes. Its been 45 minutes. Im still waiting. And I just realized that they told me my discounted price would be $25, but thats the original price.

I would give lower stars my nails are alright not to bad not much color choices for SNS but what really made me leave this comment is customer service should be number in I can in she asked if I had sns, and when she finally did my nails when she finished she went to the back and left me 15 mins I touched my nails to see if they were dry they were so I asked another lady can I have cuticle oil because the nail tech which I think is the owner who did my nails left to eat in in the back and when I asked for cuticle oil she came out and said 40$ for you and I rolled my eyes paid the lady who was in the floor and left! If you own a business customer service is key!! Never will I come back to this place !!!!

Wasant welcomed when I came in! Lady with long hair that worked on my nails was very rude. Def didnt like the color at all! You can honestly catch this 20% discount they claim to have. At a WAY better nail salon on a discounted day! Never again.

They did a good job for my pedicure. But workers took others who where not there befor us.I got there at 4:40 and left at 6:59.they took two other people who were not in there before me.I asked her when she will take me and do my pedicure and a worker yelled at me and said I ask to many questions.

Please save yourself a trip. I went there to get my nails done. After inspecting my nails, they are uneven, still have GEL POLISH on from my last visit, and each time I have gone they have charged me different prices and make up a reason as to why they are charging that price. I will go somewhere different from now on to get my nails done because I have clearly been wasting money at this place!! I wish the old owners would come back.

If I could give 0 stars?! Gave it a try two weeks ago! Should have took heed the man is absolutely terrible guess they use him for new comers and was rude after telling him my shaping was off. He used a drill on a pedi, never seen that procedure before. Decided to give a second try with a different tech “Cindy” I same customer service practice not good, she ate my cuticles with the drill , very rough, complained of the discomfort and she dug deeper. The express pedicure that lasts a hour and it’s only wet feet, and polished toes is a joke!!!! Stick to your regular place this salon is absolutely terrible will never go again!!!! Save your money do not come here !!!!!

I visited the nail shop for the first time and the customer service was terrible. The man in shop was rough and did a terrible job shaping my nails. When I asked him to correct it he was rude.

Messed up my nails and didn’t even fix their own mess up. Was gonna charge me even more to fix then I ever had before. I been going there for a year now and they switched manegment and they just don’t care about their customers.

Very rude. The first time I was talked into getting something I didnt want. Thought I would give it a second chance and was even more disappointed. I ended up asking the lady to stop with one hand only being filled with acrylic. My nails hurt and the lady was rough. Ive kept my nails done for years and never have I just walked out from such dissatisfaction. She ignored my complaints of discomfort and said to me just go!.

Horrific experience. Customer service was awful, they are unsanitary, and very rude....i now have nail glue on the screen of my phone as a result of my wasted time.

Honestly the reason why people keep having problems with this nail salon is because of th new owners . Before , this was the best nail salon when Kevin and his wife were working there . The reason why they have 20% off is because they have no costumers . Ever since Kevin and his wife stopped working there .

I wish I couldnt give them one star the place is horrible after sitting here for 15 mins I was told that the next nail tech will not be available until 25 mins why not let customers instead of having them sit here the old owners need to come back how cant you manage 4 customers I will not be returning again just close it down its useless and the quality of services sucks.
