I have been going to Serenity Salon for a few months and always have a great experience. Trinity is very friendly, professional, and does excellent pedicures and manicures. She is a perfectionist and takes her time. She is also very punctual, which I appreciate. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience here! I was referred by a friend who got a great deal for a gel mani and pedi that lasted 3wks+. I live in Ballantyne so trying to find a high quality gel polish mani that’s not $45+ and lasts for at least 2 wks is not that easy. Here at Serenity I paid $30 for a gel polish mani that automatically included cleaning of my cuticles, my desired nail shape, and a nice hand massage(other locations will charge a la carte). Trinity was very detailed oriented and so gentle with my hands, she even included a complimentary nail design on each ring finger! It’s almost been a wk and my manicure still looks immaculate. She also offers hair, lash, and facial services. I am so impressed with my mani that I will definitely be coming back for a hair service! Finding quality work and exceptional customer service is hard but thanks to Serenity Salon & Spa I don’t have to fret!

My sister and I went to CK nails and they completely butchered our nails. We came to serenity and they ladies were able to fix it for us beyond our expectations. They were super nice, extremely friendly and had the best costumer service. This is by far the best nail experience I’ve had! Beyond 5 star experience!!

I go here to get my legs waxed and they’re perfect. Super friendly and the service is excellent. Suman A is the best for waxing, she’s off on Tuesday’s.

This spa/salon is magnificent. The women who work here are professional, fun, thorough, talented, and personable. I know that when I go to Serenity I will receive impeccable service in a relaxing atmosphere. Their prices are extremely affordable and the space is clean and inviting. My first gel manicure there lasted nearly four weeks! So awesome!

Ive been to quite a few salons in Charlotte but none of them have been as amazing as this one. Trinity is super talented. I get everything done here from lashes to hair color and I always leave happy. Shes very sweet caring and have always felt like her priority is to make sure you leave feeling beautiful and happy. Im so fortunate to have finally found my dream full service salon.

This is hands down the BEST experience Ive had with nails and eyebrow waxing. The ladies are so friendly and professional, they did not cause any pain or bleeding (which ive experienced getting nails done in the past). They are sweet and sociable if you like to talk, and very flexible with special requests. I had french fingernails done for my wedding, and gel color on my toes. I am so pleased with the results and will be back again and again!

Trinity is so sweet. Her smile is infectious. I literally could not stop smiling for half an hour after I left.I have to be honest, Thida did an amazing job on my nails. She is hilarious, has the same wicked sense of humor I do. Very intelligent. Shes kind of my new girl crush.Talking with her felt like I was catching up with one of my dearest and oldest friends.Need some self care? That question is rhetorical. Just stop here and get some. They take appointments...but the crazy thing is....they keep them!!!! They are ready for you at your time.

My friend and I went here today for a girls day. She got a manicure, pedicure, and her eyebrows waxed and I got a pedicure and my eyebrows threaded. We both loved the place! The ladies were all so friendly. We all talked and laughed and had a great time. They took their time and didnt rush and did a great job. We had a blast and we will be back!

Trinity did a great job with my hair cut and beard trim. Even got a nice head rub with the shampoo. Will definitely return!

Hair cut was a huge disappointment. 65$ for a haircut that didnt make a smidge of a difference, is ridiculous. I do NOT recommend going to this salon for a haircut. The lady was nice who cut my hair, and thats why i give 2 stars instead of 1, but she did a horrible job. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME! I cant speak for the nail or spa services but the hair services was terrible.

I moved to SC 4 months ago and have been going to a nail business near home. I was looking for something more upscale and discovered Serenity Salon & Spa. Price was comparable and atmosphere was so much better! I had a pedicure and manicure by Trinity. She was very friendly (something I dont get at the other place - they barely talk to you). The service was outstanding and relaxing and similar to the service I received when living in NJ. Only comment would be to offer water or coffee while getting a pedi. Otherwise, no complaints and happy to find a spa that is comparable to place in NJ. Trinity is a special person. I plan to return!

The owner actually did my nails and she was wonderful. She did a great job on my hands and toes. I asked for leopard print on the ring finder and matted nails and she did it no problem. Enjoyed it so much I made another appointment for my bday.

I cant speak for the hair services but after being told I needed a reservation for an eyebrow wax in Ballantyne, I drove 8 minutes, walked right in and saved $6 here. Trinity was sweet, fast and did a decent job. Will definitely go back next time Im in the area.
