I got sugared for the first time by Tiffany and it was SUCH a great experience! She was the sweetest and was super eager to answer any of my questions. I have THICK hair and this removed pretty much all of it, unlike any of the waxing experiences I’ve had (that’s probably in part because of the sugaring, but also because Tiffany is so good at what she does!). Literally got in the car and immediately wrote this review in the parking lot because I’m so pleased with how my appointment went. Thank you, Tiffany!!

Khiana was a pleasure to work with. I called last minute wanting to schedule a session for my mom. She was very accommodating. Once at the session Khiana made my mom feel comfortable and at ease as this was her first time. She explained the process and made her laugh! I had my first sugaring appointment yesterday and I was so scared for my Brazilian. I dont do well with pain and have hated waxing. Khiana was so helpful in easing my nerves and talked me through the whole process. It definitely still hurts but I felt way better after sugaring than I have with waxing. You can tell that Khiana wants you to be as comfortable as possible and allows for breaks when needed. The whole process took about 30 mins and I am very happy with the results. I will for sure be scheduling another appointment.

I absolutely love this place. I normally see Khiana and she is amazing. Today I seen Jasminique for the first time, and she was just as amazing. She made me feel comfortable and created good conversation, you can’t go wrong with either one of them. Wouldn’t dare go anywhere else!

Great experience with my first time getting a Brazilian. I have since continued to drive over and hour for my maintenance visits because she is just that good. I am plus sized and was concerned about everything and it wasnt awkward at all. She chats with you the entire time and before you know it you are done! Office ia adorable and clean as well!

Do yourself a favor and see Khiana for your waxing/sugaring needs! She is so genuinely kind, was on time, and extremely meticulous. I have been to waxing places in the past who rush through and end up leaving a few small patches of hair, but that did not happen here during my sugaring experience. Love this place and Khiana 10/10 recommend.

Khiana is the best! She does the work so fast and does a great job. Even better she always makes me feel super comfortable and relaxed. Also the sugaring process is SO much better than waxing, youll never go back to wax.

I went to Queen Sugar Hair Removal a week ago , and of course I was nervous being that I heard so many different variations of the experience.. Khiana made me feel so comfortable and relaxed that I will go back again for maintenance.. The shop is very clean and inviting..
