My wife been going here for over 5 years and shevis extremely happy with them very professional

I have no words.... they were sleeping when I walked in. Like actually so sleepy that they were startled and disoriented when I asked for a basic polish change. The swatch they gave me of the gel colors had like a grand total of 6 colors. Go literally anywhere else..

The guy there did my friend nails horrible, had no sensitivity towards her as a customer. He was supposed to do coffin shaped ( however you spell it ) it wasnt even coffin shape. He was quick no apologies. He doesnt need to do nails!!! My polish is already coming off my French tips 2 days later

The reason I give 5 starts to this place isThey do an excellent job! Today I did pedicure I....Love it!They might not talk that much but they do show customer appreciation in their details.The price is truly affordable, comparing other places around.So if you are looking for a place to do your toes , please consider this. Give it a try! I dont think they disappoint you😀🌚🌞🌠🌦

The customer service was absolutely terrible! He did not form my nails the way I wanted! His attitude was like “what do u want”! I felt rushed, I felt very uncomfortable!! Their shop was desolate and with people like him, I understand why! I paid and left before my nails dried! I will NEVER go there again!

Owner added acetone in front of me to the gel bottle then applied 3 coats instead of 2 and I still can see my nails throug. He tried to blame manufacturers quality and said even if he puts 5 coats it would be a same. I went to next salon to redo my nails. My 5 Y grand baby does better job! It is just like I was told they are good at pedicure and that is it!

This man is so rude and disrespectful. I just asked if I could get square round nails and he tells me you get square or round there is no such thing... or I can go somewhere else. I told him I was a good tipper and would talk him through it. He told me no and to make up my mind or leave. I told him nicely ...Sir your right I will leave... he snatches my hand and painfully ripped off the four nails he glued on. I went to another place down the street where they served me drinks... apologized to me for his behavioral and they did not bad mouth him afterwards.. which is integrity. Now I know why Solar nails were empty before the 4th of July holiday. This was just my personal experience. I found out at the other place that what I wanted was called coffin shaped nails which I got many times in the past from numerous places. I just was not familiar with the nail lingo because it was rare that I did my nails being military. Now that Im retired I want to get back in the habit. Sir, you missed out on a customer who spent 300 dollars getting the works done down the street and tipped 35 dollars. 🤷🏽‍♀️

So my boyfriend and i came to get our nails done. Only 2 people working. When the guy got done with my nails he goes to start the pedicure for my boyfriend except he doesnt tell him to put his feet in the water. No the man makes him sit and wait till he cleans his wifes mess. The water was barely lukewarm. This not Acceptable. Plus the man messes up my nails so bad i already want to take them off and go somewhere else to get them done right

The man who did my nails was careless and wasn’t professional. I wanted a full set manicure and he didn’t give it to me, I got a French manicure and he painted it instead of using white tips so I can still see my nails under the acrylic . He also made me pay before the service was over while the lady maid my friend pay hers after service. No cleanup from the acrylic or and oil for my cuticles afterwards. I wish I could post a photo

Had an appointment this morning and the man was very rude and disrespectful. He should not be in a business dealing with people at all!!! LAST TIME GOING TO THIS PLACE

DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE! Nail Tech filed down my natural nail so thin, then applied gel polish. My polish looks like regular polish and I had 2 nails brake within 5 days. They would not refund or offer to redo my nails 😡😡😡😡
