First time I went here was 2 days ago my nails already popped off I have been getting my nails done for years and this Has never happened! I gave this location a shot since moving over here but also I asked for my nails to be done like this picture and the pink looks off. I will be reaching out to them for a fix today. I always go to nail max off n wendover road amazing quality for same price! He wore headphones didn’t ask the shape I had to tell him more so they didn’t make me or the last customer wash our hands. I paid for my nails I want them done right I’ll update later today after they fix my nail! Also I work from home so I didn’t do anything for my nail to pop clean off like that. I tipped him and all for doing my nails and I saw the difference in quality I knew my nails were not what I wanted but I thought he tried his best but this is unacceptable. Overall don’t go here!!! If I could leave no stars I would. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Upon entering the salon I was not greeted. The manicurist drilled the gel off my natural nails which caused burning. The paint job was done terribly. My gel polished peeled within a couple minutes after I told the guy that the polish didn’t cure well. I do not recommend this place to anyone!!! First and last visit!

This lady will literally rob you for your money. Her lashes go up 10 or 20 more dollars every time, & when you tell her you don’t want your eyebrows waxed or do not need them done she will still do them to get her extra ten dollars. The first time was 55, which was still way too much. The last time I went she charged me 70 $ 😳 I proceeded to pay &’just not come back… cool. But I used cash. & gave her $80. She counted it & shoved it in her pocket so quick like I told her it was a tip or something. Smh! Then always does the “love you baby” when she gets her money 🧐 i will not be back

Since I moved here in September 2020, I could never find a one stop shop. Well that was until I stopped in a few weeks ago to get my eyebrows and lashes done. Ended up sitting in the chair of the best nail tech in the City. Selena and her husband do an amazing job. The atmosphere is so light and fun. The fact that she treats every customer with a funny touch. She even tells everyone she loves them when they leave. UNHEARD OF IN THE PAST. Hands down, the best around.

I wish I could give this place no star at all. I paid $95 dollars for acrylics and a pedicure , by the first day two nails came right off. By day 5, I had no nails on my fingers.

Never go here!!!!!! The guy that did my nails was supposed to give me a polka dot accent nail...he never got around to it even though I asked 3x. The chick that did my feet was a mess. Smoking a weed pen (the whole time), cut my toe when she drilled my gel polish off and then put oil on my feet and said oh sorry Im gonna have to use regular polish. Then charged me for gel. Never go here ever. Theyre rude and the place is janky. Go to Tip Top Nails on Central so much better. I only didnt go there because they were super crowded today. Next time Ill wait.

Great conversation, gel mani & pedi...my mani is fine pedicure horrible my feet still feel rough on the heel. Maybe because I arrived before closing so they were rushing. I’ll stick to my normal salon on central ave. Won’t be returning!!

I think she was drunk, seen her turn up a wine bottle. She never really asked what I wanted just started doing stuff, it was weird. When trying to tell her how I wanted my nails, she did not take good direction. Then she pushed me to her husband to shape my nails, which was horrible, because he left the acrylic all around the bottom of my nail bed. My nails stared popping off not even a full week later! Don’t go here! They are amateurs ripping people off!

MAKE SURE YOU GET A PRICE QUOTE BEFORE THEY TOUCH YOUR NAILS!!! I have never felt so taken advantage of before at a nail salon. I always get the same service anywhere I get my nails done; a basic French acrylic set (white tips, nothing painted). Most salons do not charge extra since it is actually quicker for them versus painting color. However, on occasion I have been charged an extra $5 if anything. I went in for a special of $22 for a full set that was posted at the door (normally $25). When I went to check out, I was told the charge was $40. I voiced my concern and was told that white tips were more expensive. After a bit of a discussion, they eventually dropped the price to $30 (this did not even include the discount they advertised for coming in earlier in the week which is the whole reason I came in the day that I came in for my service). I paid this charge, but there is no way I will ever return to this salon.

The first time I came here Lee did an amazing job which is why I didnt rate a 1. The only thing is that the cost came out way higher than anticipated especially when the pricing posted says something else but I blamed myself for not asking for a quote as I did get some designs. Yesterday I went back for a fill and the gentleman there did my nails. They are embarrassingly horrible. There is glue sticking out, the polish is over done in some areas and missing in others. It looks like my nephew did them. My husband who always thinks my nails look good even when Im not super impressed bc he doesnt know much about it was shocked and said they looked messed up. He said they look like maybe the person wasnt paying any attention. If you go there only go to Lee and make sure to get a price quote.

This place is filthy and I will never come here again. First of all the nail tech was walking around in something that looked like a night gown! Which was strange. The other 2 associates were on their phones and never once greeted me or looked up from their phones. She rushed through my eyebrow wax and now my eyebrows arent even the same shape. My nails were sloppy and looked like a teenager could have done them because the polish was all over my skin. I asked for gel Polish and it was supposed to last 2 weeks but it only lasted 2 hours! As soon as I got home I was opening a bag in the kitchen my polish peeled completely off! On 3 nails exactly. I will never come here so everybody dont come here either unless you want to waste your money

Dont waist your money. They try to talk you into getting something that you dont really want. Then after I got my nails done... My left hand thumb nail popped off after ONLY 2 days! On the 3rd day the right hand nail popped off. I went back for them to fix the job, the owner Lee refused to fix it unless I paid. When I pay my money, I want the job done right.

They are NOT GOOD !!!! Asked for a letter on my nail, she called herself using SHARPIE ON MY LETTER. That is so unprofessional. All of my nails are different sizes and some wider than the other. Caught an attitude and threw my change down. WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK IF THEY HAD ZERO STARS THEY WOULD GET THAT!!!!

I had not been here in over 15 years, but I moved away. They used to do really good here, so since I was in Matthews I had a Gel Fill In...$28 btw. I new immediately they were not going to make it 2 weeks. I chose the white tips. None of the lines were defined, none of the tips were finished to the sides of the nails, very sloppy and negligent work. 2 days later 3 of the nail tips are chipping. She did not clean under my nails and really didnt give my nails long enough to dry. 10 days later the SINGLE coat of clear polish is YELLOW and peeling, the white is chipping horrifically and some of the overlay at the cuticle is jagged.Just dont waste your time here...
