Everybody provided such amazing customer service and made me feel so pampered. Foot massage.. 20/10. The services were amazing and I was more than satisfied with the results.

The crew were so rushed to perform my services that the technician deeply cut my finger. This is 3 days later but I was bleeding a lot. After cutting me, she poured my used dip powder back into the container. Also destroyed my cuticles with the filing tool, shaving my skin off. This will be my last time coming here and I’ve been here frequently. But there are so many options and they’re over priced for the lack of quality.Update: second image. Only a week after getting SNS 2 nails chipped right off. Save your money.

Just recently started visiting Catchet, on South End, and my nails have never looked better thanks to Kalvin. He is so good at recreating the pictures I bring in and have a blast each time I am there. Thankful for a salon that is up to date on trends and makes each visit a great experience.

Ugh I love it here, the vibe inside is peaceful and calm and the nail techs are so nice. My sister and I came in and we loved the results.

If zero stars was an option, I would give it. I am mortified at the experience I just had at Cachet in South End. I came in for a scheduled appointment with the technician Kay, who had done my nails on multiple occasions. When walking to wash my hands she told me to hold on before I washed them, and went to the front desk to speak with the receptionist. She was there for a while and came back to me and said she refused to do my nails. She stated that I didn’t pay for my nails to get done the last time she did them. I was confused, embarrassed and simply mortified. I remembered back to the last time Kay did my nails, months ago and remembered that she used a different dip powder than usual which resulted in cracking on half my nails within a day and a half. Due to Cachet being completely booked the next day, and then a holiday weekend when they closed on a Sunday, I was unable to come until the following Monday. Which was less than a week later. By then, every single nail had broken. Kay redid the set with the usual dip powder NuGenesis, and all was fine. When I went to leave the receptionist charged me for a full set and after explaining the situation he called the manger who told me that I didn’t need to pay for it. As usual, I went to Kay and gave her my usual generous tip, and went along my merry way. As a regular every two week client, I came back religiously after that, booking with whoever worked with my schedule at the time, and coincidentally it hadn’t been Kay until today. After her refusing, I had no option but to get them done by someone else and due to an event the next day I had no choice but to get them done there. Withstanding the embarrassment of everyone around me who heard the very disrespectful exchange. I will absolutely never get my nails done at this establishment again.

This nail salon may look small from the outside but its actually pretty big and the staff are so nice. I enjoyed getting a pedicure with my girlfriend and I didnt feel like they were rushing on a Saturday

Don’t waste your time or money! After supporting this business for 2 years they have become insensitive and unworthy of our communities business. Poor customer service, lack of detail, low skilled technicians and overall entitlement should make more people go elsewhere.

Recently got a pedicure and was not advised of the up charge for callous removal until after service was rendered. I have never been to a nail salon that did not remove the dead skin from your heels as part of the service. My feet look the same as the did when I walked in just new polish. The atmosphere was nice as was the staff but I will not be back.

Made an appt for 5pm, and waited 25 mins while people who walked in after me and had appointments after me were seated first. But however Kalvin did an amazing job on my nails

The absolute worst nail place in Charlotte. DO NOT GO HERE. I had SNS removal on a Friday evening and replacement with a new color. I had to request twice that evening for the nails to be smoothed down properly. When I went to check out there were charges on my bill that I did not have done. After some back and forth they were removed. I still graciously tipped 20%. By Sunday multiple nails were cracking on my right hand. I called the location and they advised free repairs were only done by three days of service advising that I had to come in by the end of business. I do not live in Charlotte and therefore had to plan to go back to Cachet for the repairs. I went back the next Saturday after the manager/owner approved the correction and the individual doing the correction was the original person who did my nails. He attempted twice to match color without the guidance of a color chart. Each time was incorrect. On the second attempt instead of fully removing the color he attempted to take the new color and paint over the pre-existing SNS color that was also incorrect. Clearly that will not match to the correct color. When that did not work. He started filing down three of my nails on the damaged hand that did not need repair and when I asked what he was doing he then said that he was going to replace the color with the incorrect color he placed on the other two fingers. I told him that was not the color I wanted and I never agreed to that. At that point others got involved and after 45 minutes I left has I had to go to work. I requested a refund which they do not offer and they offered me to come back in for correction again. This is two hour total travel for me which given the countless screw ups I doubt are worth my time to go back. When I left my left hand nails was the original nail color I wanted and my right hand two nails were dark pink and three nails were a completely different pink. Not to mention my right was never smoothed or anything. At this point of post, my left hand is beginning to chip as well. I have done SNS nails countless times at my go-to location and never once have I ever experienced anything like this. Save yourself the headache and the money and go elsewhere.

Im here in Charlotte for work so I stopped here maybe an hour before they closed and they got me all the way together.! Very nice girls . Loved the music too. I was so happy . Will be back .!

Nick was GREAT! He took his time, made my nails perfect.Although, I will say you have to wait even with an appointment. I had to change my appointment to not have to wait. Something should be done a little better with making sure appointments are met or notified if it will be delayed.

Cheyenne did a FABULOUS job on my nails. This was my first visit, and I was very nervous. But thankfully the employees were courteous, the shop was clean and inviting. I am very particular about my nails, I like colors, and designs...this shop can accommodate specialty shapes, and designs.

The boutique is inviting and comfortable.I see Shay regularly. She is always very friendly and cares about the quality of her work. She is often booked so appointments are suggested. Shay is a great artist and can hand draw anything if you show her a picture or even describe a feeling.

Calvin did an awesome job on my nails. Hes also very friendly and made me very comfortable.

Sabby did my nails and did an amazing job. Super excited with how well they turned out. Also s beautiful salon, very accommodating. 👍

The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars is due to the lack of consistency with the techs. This salon is sooo hit or miss. One day you’ll have a tech that does a great job and the next visit your nails don’t look professional at all. My most recent visit was a positive one though. I went on a Friday afternoon. They weren’t crowded and I was seen after only a short wait. My nail tech’s name was Jimmy and he did a fantastic job! My nails look amazing, he worked quickly, and he was friendly. Next time I’ll just make an appt with him.

My experience is always great. I love the place. But I went to a different nail tech my nails started lifting after 8 days. Ive never had this happen. Maybe its the way he prepped my nails but I was highly disappointed.

I was having an awful week and decided to come in here and get a pedicure. I was a walk in and didnt make an appointment and I waited only 5 minutes. Crazy good for a saturday. My tech Victoria was super sweet and my nails look amazing and my feet feel fantastic and rejuvenated. Will return to this place!!!

So the first time that I went was a Sunday and it is the busiest day probably. The waiting time had been about 2 hours and then the girl took like 1.5 hours just to do a full set, no designs or anything. BUT this last time that I went was AWESOME. I was in and out in about 1 hour! There was no waiting time! And my nails were beautiful thanks to Vin!! I definitely recommend this place and definitely recommend going on a Saturday! Youll love it. Its clean and everyone is always nice !

I asked for a SOAK off specifically, when the tech got to working on my nails he just started popping them off with the nail tips that you use for a full set. Ive never gotten a soak off here before so I wasnt sure if this was their normal protocol for this or not, so at the end I asked the front desk if this the how they normally do their soak offs just ripping the nails off and he said he didnt know so hed had to ask. So the manager came up and said did you tell the nail tech you wanted a soak off? What? If youve been here for any service you know you let the front desk staff know what you want and they set it up. I told him I let the front desk staff know and he was like oh well the nail tech may not have known you wanted a soak off not just a take off ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? Whats the point of the front desk staff if they are not relaying the service you want correctly! Then the manager said hed ask the nail tech and apparently he didnt know I wanted a soak off (which they actually do not just rip them off) so the best he could do for me was to take $5 off of the $15 cost. Then proceed to tell me there was nothing else he could do because my nails were already ripped off. A LITERAL JOKE OF A MANAGER. Leaving my nails super damaged and two of them nail ripped off completely to the nail bed. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL I typically come here for pedicures and I will NEVER return here for the simple fact that if this is how they treat your nails I want no part, also trying to blame the customer when the two front desk staff backed up the fact that I SPECIFICALLY asked for a SOAK off. Not to mention the fact that I told the front desk my mom was paying for it and once I sat down they had not 1 but 2 people come over to me to tell me that I still needed to pay for my $10 service even though I received awful service and I already told them I would still pay. AWFUL AWFUL SERVICE!

Today was my first time there and man was my mind blown!! The pedicure and nail services I received were amazing!! And then to top it off I got ready to pay and my nail tech had explained to me that some one in the salon had already paid for my services! The spa is lovely, however though every time I go there my nails come out looking like they have a mound of polish on them. Nice but not nice enough for acrylics.

Got a full set today. I asked him for narrow super square nails which isn’t a hard shape to do and after repeating and correcting him a couple times I still ended up with fat lopsided nails. $70 worth of disappointment 😪

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! To be honest, as far as quality of work, its not necessarily tremendously greater than any other salon, but the atmosphere and aura of the salon makes you feel like royalty! The plush seats are so relaxing and make up for not being massage chairs (like many other nail salons). They serve you drinks and can engage in conversation if youd like, or let you casually dose off if youd prefer. If youre looking for royal treatment, this is certainly a place to go.

I rarely post reviews but I was very discouraged with this salon today. I used to just walk in every time I wanted something done however I really like one nail tech and called ahead to schedule an appointment. When I called the first time it was busy, fair enough. I waited some time and called back again, this time I spoke with the front desk attendant and she was not listening and put me on hold for thirty minutes. She never came back on to confirm my appointment or even take my name. I called again a short time later to confirm if I had gotten an appointment and the line was busy so I left a voicemail with my name, number and reason for calling. I never received a call back and honestly as a constant repeat customer, I feel disrespected. I believe myself to be a enjoyable client. Was this a simple mistake? I’m not sure but I am disappointed with Cachet nails for the first time.

So my nail tech recently joined Cachet, she has been my tech for 5 years. Ill follow her to the moon and back if I have to...she is just that good!!! Next time you book ask for Loang you will not be disappointed!!!

It takes a lot for me to write a negative review as I generally try and not rate an establishment based off of one experience. However, today, I made a 2pm appointment for a pedicure. This was after I was made to feel like redeeming my gift card (that had been purchased at their Southpark location) would be a huge hassle because it would require them to call and verify. After I explained that I would make an appointment at the SP location if I could actually get through as it was busy every time I called, the person who answered the phone at the South Blvd. location reluctantly scheduled me for a pedicure at 2pm. I arrived at 1:55 and waited in the lobby until 2:15 before asking when I would be able to get in the pedicure chair. The person working the front desk looked all sorts of confused and said “maybe 15 more minutes?” When I explained I had an appointment because I was on a time constraint and couldn’t wait all afternoon, she told me that the nail technician had called off right before I arrived. Fine-I certainly understand that things happen. But this was never communicated to me when I arrived or during the 20 minutes I sat waiting. Time is precious-especially for this mama who had a babysitter at home. When I explained I couldn’t stay and wait, some semblance of an apology was mumbled without any further attempt to remedy the situation. I will not be returning after this experience. Charlotte has plenty of nail salons that run with competency and courtesy for its patrons and their time.

I have gone here consistently since Ive been in Charlotte. I can honestly tell yall that I have had the best nail experience up here at Cachet. Heres why: they offer a relaxed atmosphere and a great selection of nail polish and gel colors, a great group of talented technicians, drinks, and a beautiful salon.The down side is parking. The best time to go to get better parking is early in the week like Monday or Tuesday. They are less busy and parking is somewhat available.My go to favorites: Mai and Kelly.Yes, its a bit expensive (like $$$) but its well worth it.Appointments are better because you wont be waiting (then again, I wouldnt know since I always have one).

This was the first nail salon I found when I moved to Charlotte two years ago and its my absolute favorite! The atmosphere is chic, yet relaxing. They offer wine and other soft drinks while you get your pampering on which is a nice plus. Ive only had one bad experience where I received a new technician on her first day and it was honestly just not a good gel manicure whatsoever. When checking out, I didnt want to complain but the woman behind the desk could tell I was not completely satisfied and when I told her I was not very happy with the way my manicure turned out she didnt even hesitate to let me come back the next day to have it redone free of charge! Overall, its a great spot to get your nails done and pretty decently priced in comparison to other places.

Every time I come and allow a man to touch my nails, they are too rough. When I inform them that they are being TOO rough, instead of them adjusting, they find a way to make it your fault. Lastly, I’m very cultured and I actually speak the language, so to hear them speaking unfavorably about customers is not only unprofessional, it’s unacceptable so this is the last time Cachet Nails will get my business. I am DONE. I’ve tried to multiple changes, however, nothing has changed. Very disappointing customer service.

I live in New York and frequent the area once a month. I have been looking for a salon to get my Mani/pedi. After advice from an area local I stopped by only to wait 45 minutes with my feet in water. I left my foot trail of water and my never again. Nothing special it is not an upscale salon.

I went to Cachet in South Park on Sunday, 8/11. I got a SNS manicure + basic pedicure spending well over $100 + tip. I enjoyed my experience at the salon, the receptionist is a sweetheart. However, later that night, not even 12 hours after getting my nails done, a nail pops off. Keep in mind Ive been getting SNS for years, at a much cheaper price and never has this happened. It literally popped off like a press on nail. Being that I work in SC, it was frustrating having to make that trip back to the nail salon the very next day to get a repair. Sam, was very apologetic & fixed my nail w/ no problem, he was so kind! Today, Wednesday, 8/15 -- I have one nail left (the one Sam fixed). This is extremely ridiculous & K, who did my nails on Sunday needs A) proper training & should practice having patience w/ customers or B) should take a new career path. He knew he had skipped a process in doing my nails b/c he couldnt even look me in the eye the next day when I came in to get a repair. I blamed it on the products at first, but this was human error. Long story short -- IF you go to Cachet, make sure K doesnt touch your nails or youll be spending $62 for press-on nails.

I had a wonderful experience. My mother and I came here and we absolutely love our nails and toes. We will definitely go back and recommend this nail shop.

I heard great things about this place so I decided to try for myself.... and boy was I ever disappointed. First off I called the day before to set up an appointment and when I arrived they didnt have any nail techs there that could do my nails so I had to wait, then she did the fastest fill of my life, paid very little attention to detail leaving excess acrylic all under my nails and then not even 4 days later I had a nail break, And here I am now not even at the two week mark yet and another one of my nails is almost completely lifted... would NOT recommend wasting your money here

Honestly not worth the money. It’s very pretty on the inside but the nail techs aren’t that great. I had a polish manicure. All she did was cut my cuticles then proceeded to do the gel polish (No soaking or massage). She couldn’t get my nail shape right. I had 2 acrylic nails so that they would match in length with my real ones. I had to return to have them corrected because they were lifting and dust/food would get in between my real nail and the acrylic. On top of everything they made it seem like I was lying about having them done there because I couldn’t remember the lady name. They told me I wasn’t in the system and that the lady I described definitely didn’t work there. Eventually they figured out who it was (Lilly). I didn’t receive an apology for the confusion. That was my second time there and it was the same horrible experience as the first.

Very disappointed with this business. I went in for the first time on Saturday for a fill in and gel polish. While I waited, I asked for a price sheet to compare prices. (Ive been getting my nails done for 7+ years in many different cities, so I know the average rates well). I noticed everything was priced higher than average, so I presumed better service and quality. I finally sit down, get my acrylic nails filled and decided to pay the $20 extra for gel polish (all other places are $10-15). But I figured I would be busy the next couple weeks with the holidays, so might as well. I leave and go on about my day (also, no extraordinary service or quality for higher prices, same as any nail salon) and realize that night the gel polish chipping on my right thumb. It wasnt too bad, so I let it go and figured I would get it fixed the coming week. Fast forward to Wednesday morning and the gel has almost completely peeled off one thumb nail and has started to peel on the other. So I call to tell them what happened and see when I could stop by to have them repainted. APPARENTLY, and might I add UNKNOWINGLY, they have a 3 day policy. I called on day 4. I was told I would have to pay $10 ($5/nail for repair). Even after explaining the polish was chipping the same day of service, and that I was not told of any 3 day policy. I was still told there is nothing they could do. So youre telling me, not only did I pay $20 extra for the polish that started to peel instantly, but 4 days later (ONE day after your policy) I have to pay $10 to have them repainted?! As a first time customer, I will not return to either location if this is how they treat customers.

I have been a loyal client of Cachet. The staff (not front desk) are friendly. My acrylic nail came off out of nowhere. I’ve been getting my nails done since I was sixteen and that’s never happened before. I called them and they “fixed” it for me. I was in the middle of a meeting, picked up some paperwork and a different fingernail fell off. It didn’t break, it just simply fell off as if I was wearing cheap “glue nails”. When I called them this time they said they were going to take my name and number, pass it on to a manager and see what “they could do” for me. I told the lady I don’t need any free stuff, I can afford it, just letting you know I think your product is old. It’s been four days and I haven’t gotten a call back. It’s embarrassing to have your nail fall off in the middle of a meeting! And to have this happen twice and they don’t even seem to care seems like poor customer service ! I spend over $150 every two and a half weeks with them between pedicures, manicures, eyebrows...and I tip well. I will be taking my business to the ppl next door or polished. Maybe their product is not old and their customer service is better!****UPDATE: 04/29/2019I broke a nail while at the beach. I thought I’d give this place another chance on my way home. ONE nail is what I needed fixed. ONE. There were about 10 “nail technicians “ sitting around. At least the receptionist asked. That’s how lazy they are. Why is polished on South Blvd closing and not this place? Still TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Really nice Staff. I love the set up of the Salon. I scheduled an appt for a Saturday morning at 9:30am and had to WAIT until 10:00AM because there wasnt anyone available to do full set. Which really defeated the purpose of scheduling an appointment. They were not busy at all. The tech did a really crappy job on my nails. I got a full-set and they were popping off in less than a week. There were so bad that I had to visit the SOUTH PARK location and get another full-set. The nail tech at the South Park location felt really bad that the South Blvd tech did such a bad job on my nails. They were so loose than she popped the rest of my nails off in less than a minute. Ive never said this before, but I really felt like it was a waste of money. Honestly, Im never going back.

Ive been happy with my nails the 3/4 times Ive gone to Cachet. Each time Ive had a different nail tech and they all seemed to know what theyre doing. Parking is LIMITED & the waits can be lengthy but services are worth it. Last time I went, Vinh did my nails and he gave me EXACTLY what I wanted and I was happy when I left. They are about $5 more on all services than other salons but its worth it to me because Im picky and havent been able to find anywhere else in Charlotte that gets my nails right.

I’m not going to give this 5 stars. Main reason is the receptionist customer service. I’ve seen different faces there and all girls are rude and act like they don’t want to work. I recommended a friend there and she went and informed me that she walked out the nail place because the receptionist was rude. When I went I was told last client I taken a 6:30pm. My friend arrived at 6:20 and receptionist told her no because receptionist wanted to go home. Very bad service on their part. Only reason why is 4 starts for me is because of the nail techs. They are amazing especially Shaina

Got full set and pedicure. Nothing special about it. You are paying for location and scenery. I will say that it very relaxing the pedicure station has very big comfortable chairs. Parking situation is terrible with minimal parking spaces available.

I walked in with my daughter, and asked how much gel polish on her toes and hands would cost. Because typically it doesnt last long at all, maybe a day or so on a kid. Adults is a different story. I had not been to Cachet in a long time due to my SNS popping off in the past. We started going to North lake, then the customer service at Cachet started going downhill.After today I will no longer pay another dime into their business. Usually I do not post reviews when I know the business is locally owned. I try to resolve the issue, however after I thought the issue was resolved today. I received a phone call from Jimmy who was extremely rude.I was advised that it would be $12 for her toes and $10 for her hands today, when I asked about gel. This was before we sat down and waited for service. My total was correct in the end, it was $85. I was advised then my daughters total was $50. I advised the lady checking me out that the lady to my left advised me that it would be $10 and $12 when I arrived. Her response as well as Jimmies was well she is new.I stated well that isnt my fault that is yours for not assuring she was trained to ask prior to assuming she knew the answer. Jimmie walked off to talk to the tech as they still tried to charge me $50. I stated Im not paying $50 for her nails because that is not what I was advised.I was told well I can remove the gel and put regular police on her nails. I said thats fine however your not charging me to remove the gel and your also waisting my time because its close to 5pm and I need to have my daughter at the doctors office to get her shot before 5:30. Ive already been in here several hours. You didnt even hand us a slip when I walked up here I asked you where her slip was. Obviously Im not trying to get over on you and money is not a problem at all.However had you told me $50 I would have told her to wait until I took her to Northlake. So then th lady charges me $22 for my daughter. I left a tip on mine but not my daughters. I leave and next I get a phone call from Jimmy stating he spoke to his staff and she stated that she told me, I said well she was standing right there as I was disputing it. So why did she not speak up?He said well we dont appreciate it. I said number one Im the customer, I own a business myself and I dont appreciate you calling me back after I left paying what you all asked me to pay and thinking the matter was resolved. Again money is not a problem and if I was standing in front of you I would show you that. Again I dont appreciate you calling me this way at all. That is so unprofessional, and the reason I posted this review.I will not be back at all this time. You do not call your customer back on the phone to argue after you resolved the matter. It would also be different if I just walked in and stated I want gel polish on my daughter hands and feet and never asked. Topping it off all you done was painted her toes and nails. Who in their right mind would pay $50 to get their kids toes and nails and its only going to roll off in the bathwater. Gel or not...Fix your customer service and I dont appreciate been told one price and then charged another. Then you call yourselves fixing it and calling me after I left. Get real!

I’ll start by giving them the only pro they have and it’s an absolutely beautiful salon! When I walked in I thought this was going to be my new spot (you know every female tries to find THEIR salon). Not only are they extremely overpriced, but they’re skills are underdeveloped. I had to go back and get my nails redone because the first time, they did a sloppy job on my feet and my nails did not have a clean shape or paint job. I just went back this morning to get it redone, the lady fixed my toes perfectly. But I had to get the manager to redo my nails bc he said he wanted to make sure they’re perfect...they still look like trash. They billed me $147 for sloppy work and wasted my time by having me come back and still messing it up. DO NOT GO HERE. You can go somewhere else for basically half the price and better the service.

Im honestly disappointed with my first, and now last, experience at Catchet. I was referred to them by a coworker, whose nails always look great. They are close to my office downtown and I walked-in 1.5 hours before their posted closing time.I was shocked to find the place almost empty, even on a weekday. There were only 2 techs working (currently with clients), and then one other seemingly employee sitting at a station playing cards and chatting with the receptionist. She barely greeted myself and friend when we walked in, which I found strange, given that she really wasnt doing other work-related tasks. I made sure to ask if they take walk-ins, and if there would be enough time before closing for myself to get a full acrylic set and my friend to get a basic gel manicure. She confirmed, but said there would be a 30-45 min wait. We were a bit shocked at that estimation, given that we could see the two other clients were at least halfway through their services. Regardless, we were already there and agreed to wait. The wait was actually only about 20 min.At this point, Im taken to a station by an employee (not that I would know should it have been a busier day, as none of them were wearing any kind of uniform or even the same color clothing, like other salons do). The tech was cordial enough, but his overall service was lackluster. He didnt cut my cuticles, no lotion, no hand massage (all things included at other places with a standard manicure). He didnt cut the nail extensions as short as I wanted, saying they would get shorter once he was done. He literally just put the acrylic on my nails and one round of top coat. Additionally, they were filed unevenly and crooked on at least 3 fingers. I was disappointed, but at that point, had been there over an hour and needed to get home.At checkout, I was told it would be $55 - which seems crazy, given that I only got acrylic laid on top of my nails and nothing else. Additionally, there were no service costs posted, nor a price brochure when I asked the receptionist while we were waiting. I had to walk out with over-priced, crooked nails that I then had to go home and file down. Less than 3 days later, my cuticles are peeling due to inattention and I can already see them growing out.Overall, I would not recommend this salon to anyone. It was a waste of my time and money.

Love the look of the salon & the nail techs are sweet. However I came in for an SNS service & it was applied incorrectly. It was very patchy & the color of the SNS was spotty & discolored. I came back less than a week later because the set just looked so bad after what wasn’t even one full week. I asked for the service to be redone but I was told that they would only do it if it was within the first 3 days. When I explained that it was only my second time coming to the shop and that I was not made aware of the policy prior to this incident, I was still turned on fixing my service and having it done properly. I wasn’t even offered a discounted redo on the service I was just blatantly turned down. My set hadn’t even grown out from the cuticle and it was very obvious but nothing was done to correct a bad service on their part.

Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had. If I could give 0 starts I would. As soon as I walked in it took 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged that I was there. The lady complained the whole time while doing my nails because I wanted SNS. She kept telling me what she wanted to do and not what I wanted (which was coffin shape) and that my nail bed was too wide. She then got smart with me and started talking about me to the guy because I didn’t like what my nails looked like and would talk over me when I would try to explain. The guy was actually nice and soaked my nails off, however didn’t even offer to fix them or do anything after being there for almost 3 hours. Looks like only 3 people actually know what they were doing in the shop when it comes to nails. So I would recommend scheduling with them. And don’t be fooled by their Instagram or social media post because not everyone can do nails here.

May does an amazing job on acrylic nails and she is pretty fast as well. She makes them very thin and not chunk and does a perfect job of shaping your nails. Prices are a little expensive for pedicures and be aware they charge extra for new nail shape or a nail fix with a fill in.

The only thing this salon has going for them is the way it looks. First off it is overpriced for the quality you receive. Every time I have been my nails turn out different it is never consistent. My nail shape is always messed up. They are also always out of the color I want. Terrible service and terrible quality!!! I will not be returning as well as letting others know not to go here.

Ive been here 3 times total. each time by a different nail tech. first time, I was satisfied enough to return. the second time I paid for a more expensive package and had to return the next morning. The pedicure was nice till the heel, which looked the same before the service. They did agree to fix that problem and told me I needed to pay to repair the design, which was fine. I sat in the broken foot Spa about an hour, four techs came over looking and says neither is skilled enough to copy a design, put on the day before. Soooooo I had to wait while for same person to finish two pedicures just to do three nail designs! When she got to me, she rushed, did one nail twice and I still left with a smeared design cause she didnt like it dry before adding the top coat. On top of that I referred two people, they were not impressed. I will not be referring or returning.

I always get great service at Cachet. Every two weeks. The best place to go.

My toes looked beautiful but my nails were left a mess. I had caked up crud all around my nail bed and on my fingers. Then when i came back to get it cleaned up they still did a half ass job of cleaning it up. I wasnt impressed. I heard so many good things so I was definitely disappointed.

I got my nails done less than a week ago and it looks like Ive had them for two or three weeks it already looks like I need a fill in. Not impressed. The lady kept stopping in between my service to look at her phone and didnt even clean off her space before servicing me. I got a full set and the acrylic and shape of my nails are uneven and I am very disappointed. Theyre quick to take your money ask you if your happy so you have no reason to complain but the quality of the work is poor.

Walked in. Someone came up right away and sat me down. Everyone was so nice and they have a variety of beverage choices. Theyve got customer care down pat! Ill be returning every two weeks.

So I am pretty disappointed unfortunately and will not be coming back. The quality just is not worth the price. A bunch of my coworkers had gone there and their nails looked pretty nice so me and my sister decided to try it out. Shortly after getting my nails done the girls at my work nails were popping off after not even a week. Only four days after getting my nails done my pinky nail fell off, I didn’t even feel it when it happened. I called them and asked about their policy and they said they only have a 3 day policy, so I would have to pay to get it fixed. So I’m going to go somewhere else. I paid $50 for my nails to only last 4 day that’s more then $10 per day, that’s kind of crazy for my hand to look pretty for a short time.Side note, it is really nice inside but I do not suggest getting acrylics done there.

I paid 58 dollars for my service including the tip and In days one of my nails broke and my polish came off. The nail techs do not talk to you or acknowledge you really. Yes its nice in there but the day I went it seem like everyone had an attitude and I spent way to much money for the service I received. I will different be going back to my cheap nail salons!

Went it to get a Pedi and a fill... I usually go to the SouthPark location, Ive visited the South End location before and had a pretty good experience! The gentleman that did my nails provided me with horrible service!! When filing my nails he barely filed them down and proceeded to put the acrylic overlay on them when I mentioned it to him he responds with saying youre getting color its ok no sir, its not ok I was not intending on getting color not only that I now have to completely soak my nails off in my next visit because you can clearly see where I needed a fill. When he went to polish my nails he maybe put 3-4 layers on gel polish on them causing them to be super thick!!!! Ive never had a bad experience before, I spend entirely too much each visit on both my grandmother and I to leave dissatisfied!! (Photos are on my yelp review)

The talk their time to get ot right found myself waiting for my return to Charlotte to get my nails down there... I love in Atlanta Ga where the nail techs rush to get down and I hardly ever truly satisfied...

Parking aside (ugh it’s bad) this place is great. I’ve gotten many services from Cache (mani, pedi, waxing, acrylics, gels, dips...) and I have no complaints. They do what they do quite well. The big chairs are fun for pedis. Love that they serve wine- it’s really a nice place to unwind. The prices are good.

Always great service and attention to detail. It’s clean and they have a full bar. They are also great with kids.

I went there a few times, first few times were great. But after about 3 visits, my nails broke off.... when they never did before, ever........ and I’ve had my nails done for about 3 years prior. I’ll never go back. Remember,......looks are deceiving.

Im pretty easy and can work through any situation but when it comes to service theres has to be a level of expectation.. you must respect peoples time..the same way we as customers have to respect your time, it goes both ways. I scheduled an appointment, arrived early and was sitting there an hour later.. unexceptable. you may want to train ya techs on what to do scenarios.. meaning if a client books a pedi/no polish and then changes and asks for a pedi/french .. you have to use common business sense to deal with those scenarios. can i say the receptionist was doing the best she could? Not sure however you may want to put someone that is more firm to actually run the salon... much luck to you all im out
