This is the best manicure experience Ive had since moving to the area a year ago. Not only was my person professional and highly competent,she was friendly too. And the atmosphere was very soothing. Too many other manicure places are set up like assembly lines and rush you through. Lavender Spa had soothing music, a fountain, and a layout that felt very lush. Their prices are competitive with all the other shops in the area. I have finally found my perfect salon

We have consistently had an excellent experience. My wife and I go for our “date nights” and it never disappoints. The facility is clean, we never have to wait, and all the staff is friendly. We especially appreciate they make you feel as though you’re being rushed out the door. It’s definitely a relaxing visit.

Everyone at Lavender is professional and kind. They do an amazing job of making your nails beautiful and keeping your nails healthy. I especially like that they are staffed to do your fingers and toes at the same time!

My pedicure was very relaxing but they cut my toe and it was super painful. Hard to enjoy my pedicure when it was burning the whole time! This was my first visit, so it wasn’t a great initial impression.In response to the owners reply, the pain experienced was from the technician cutting the side of my toe with her tool, not from the split nails.

My daughter and I decided to visit Lavender Spa today. Mai regularly cuts our hair and today was our first time back in our new world. The notices on the door are self explanatory, mandatory mask wearing for clients and staff easily put our minds at ease as well as temperature check. It was seamless and easy. Having a hair cut with a mask was a new experience but totally fine...we’re all in this together. Lavender is taking precautions, it was clean, we felt safe and are happy to support our local business.

I love the Lavender Spa and Nail Salon! I wouldnt go anywhere else! Every time I have been there they have the best service and quality of care! Their establishment is so clean, friendly and welcoming!Even with all of our current situation with COVID-19 and Social Distancing, they are taking all the proper precautions and steps to ensure safety for everyone.Also, a huge shout out to Mai - if you havent had the amazing experience of her services you need to now! Very clean. Lots of covid precautions. Very easy to get our appointments and we were pleased with our pedicures. The extended massage in the upgraded pedicures really does feel longer than usual, so we didnt feel cheated, for sure!

I decided to get back out for spa services after the reopening and am very impressed with all the Lavender is doing to make their spa a safe environment. Mask are worn by all employees and guests, temperature is taken at the door and hand sanitizer used on entry and exit. For my services Plexiglas was used on all three sides for separation/protection. I am a long term patron on Lavender and am amazed on how they have stepped up to offer their services in a safe and comforting manner. I highly recommend!

I had my appointment yesterday and was so pleased with how professional staff waswith all of the necessary precautions. It was obvious that they have made changes to protect staff and clients. Sanitizer was available as you enter and leave. It was a great feeling to be back at Lavender Spa and feel Safe.

First and foremost I think it would be wrong to not call out the new steps they’ve taken due to the Covid pandemic. Any worry I had about going to a salon was completely erased once I entered Lavender Spa. I have always been so impressed with how clean they keep it but they’ve taken it to the next level. Between temp checks, sanitizing surfaces consistently and other things I felt they took the concern of the public’s health very seriously.So thank you Lavender Spa for doing everything in your power to make sure your clients are safe!And as far as delivering fantastic results for my hair I am never disappointed. I always leave so happy and with my hair so healthy and soft.Mai you are amazing at what you do, and so patient answering all of my questions.I would give a 6/5 if possible.

This has been my go to spot for years, however I hadnt been since the start of covid. Went today when I finally had a kid free moment. they did an amazing job being safe and sanitized. Online check in consent form, temp taken. All staff masked and gloves. Staff was actively cleaning and sanitizing while i was there and cleaning things used in me even down to cords which didnt touch me. Very thorough. Plastic sheilds on both sides of you and at the bottom seperating you and pedicure person also. I was the only one there this Tuesday morning. They do a wonderful job, I did a gel Mani and pedi. Thanks lavender staff!

Just went today after a long COVID -19 hiatus. Wonderful set-up fully in compliance, took temperature, masks required, Plexiglas partitions separating the technicians for mani and pedis. Felt very comfortable and safe and enjoyed the service and relaxation!

Scheduled a mani gel- and they delivered! First time customer- with COVID happening this place really stepped up the game! Temp at the door w waiver, hand sanitizers as SOON as you walk in, and as I made my way back I was greeted w nice hellos & an even cleaner nail salon. Great job! I will be back (:

I visited this spa for a quick 30 minute neck, back, and shoulder massage. It was perfect! Scott, the massage therapist, is amazing! Ill definitely be back.

I have been going to Lavender for years. They always get me in and out if I’m on a lunch break, but give me extra time if I’m not in a rush. The staff is friendly and the facility is clean.

I got a massage here one time. Great location, nice ambience, and friendly, polite staff. Prices were comparable with most other local spas.Though it was a great location, nothing stood out as being incredible. Easy parking outside and easy in/out access from main roads.

I have been here three times now & its a special treat each time. The staff is courteous & professional. The design & layout is such that it definitely has a feel of a spa, instead of a nail salon. I was extremely pleased this time with my pedicure, such care was taken with all respects, very pleased!

WOW! Very disappointed! Asked for square tip nails they were crooked, rough, shorter on one corner longer on the other. Didn’t clean under nail for fingers or toes! They charge extra to cut cuticles. Isn’t that part of a manicure/pedicure? I stopped in the middle because the filing was so off I was afraid of how the gel nail polish would look. For $95 I would expect the best talent to be in there.

I will start off by saying that the reason that I picked this nail salon is because of the positive commentary regarding the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. WRONG. I dont believe I have ever been greeted with such lack of connection and customer service. This is a beautiful spa with GREAT potential. I liked the separate lobby where you sign in prior to being back to the spa area. However, dont make me ask for a beverage, and in this day and age, all nail salons that are going to charge the prices that Lavender Spa charges, wine and champagne are a necessity. Both of the technicians that worked on my friend and I neither greeted us, never asked if we were comfortable, and for me, literally yanked and pulled at my toes and hands without any sort of care in the world. It was a really uncomfortable situation. The outcome for me was subpar. In addition, a guy not getting any polish or any other treatment should not be paying the same as his female counterpart who received polish on hands and feet, thats a no brainer. The setup and layout of this salon is great, with lots of potential. However, a building means nothing with people that dont value their customers and make them feel comfortable and appreciated during their visit. Hope this helps someone else make a decision to choose elsewhere for your nail needs.

I brought 14 ladies there to celebrate my birthday. We received services such as pedicures, massages, & full set with artificial nails. I was told everyone could be serviced at the same time. Once we were there only 8 of us were serviced at a time. We were all rushed through our Pedicures and didnt get a chance to soak and enjoy the experience. My friends were disappointed with the attitude of the nail techs and Also we did not receive a discount for having a large group. I would NOT recommend anyone to take their money to lavender nail spa because you arent appreciated.

Quickest place I have ever had a gel manicure. In and out in 30 minutes. Multiple people work on you. Very professional staff.

I like that they offer two people to work on you at one time do you can get your mani pedi at once instead of one after the other. But what I cannot stand is that they ask you directly can you pay the tip in cash? First of all that is SO TACKY. And if you say I only have a card, they say can you use a debit card. The lady actually had me pay for my service with my credit card and then made me use my debit card to pay a tip. She and two other workers just started me down while all this happened. I think its really rude and awkward to assume youre getting tipped but to have the gumption to stare down a customer and make demands of how they pay? Stop being so cheap! This is the cost of running a business !

I LOVE Lavendar Spa!!! I have been going here for almost 6 years. The ladies are always very welcoming and professional. The Owner, Jackie, always ensures that everything is top of the line. Lavendar Spa is amazingly clean, and high quality. They work very hard and try to ensure that every customer is pleased. Prior to Lavendar Spa, I would go from place to place looking for a consistent place that I can go....Once I started here, I NEVER go anywhere else. I have my manicures, pedicures, acrylics, spray tan, waxing, massage...Love this place and love the ladies!!! I highly recommend!!!
