I really enjoyed Mimi. She did my pedicure today and it was my first time here. She was very sweet. Massage was amazing. I only gave 4 stars because they need better air conditioning and maybe some spa music in the background? I was surprised how many customers were on their phone with it on speaker. Kind of rude of them. Oh well. Thank you Mimi! I will see you again soon.

Not sure if it was the time of day, 2:30pm, or if its just that they were busy, but this place is not clean, there is not good customer service, and the prices are more than a better salon in Dilworth. The nail stations need to be cleaned off. There was powder and dust everywhere. There were nail clippings on the floor and in one of the empty pedicure chairs. Every busy is trying to survive but I think this location needs some attention from the owners.If you live nearby, its convenient to Walmart and there is plenty of parking. For physically handicap customers, the salon has tight quarters. They have installed barriers that provide a plastic shield between them and the customer. There are lots of color and style options available to suit everyone.

I typically don’t waste my time doing a review; however, I have say something!1st- AVOID GOING HERE!!! Save your money, gas, and time!My experience:I came in to get my nails soaked off and to also get a manicure, simple right? Well, as you see in the picture I posted prior before this review, you can still see the previous set & how discolored my nails are & how lumpy it still is. As a customer/client, I don’t know what the procedures are nor what steps are taken first; therefore, I waited patiently for her to “remove” the previous nail set. Yeah—so much for that!By this time (which took an hour 1/2) I was over it and just wanted to leave. I go to the front to pay and they wanted to charge me ***$30***!?! A JOKE!She (Lam V) attempted to defend herself “You ask for manicure”.Of course I did not pay for this atrocious work!Advice to the owner: Nail tech (Lam V) NEEDS to be retrained and/or either fired from the position.Thanks,Ani

Sam was amazing. He took time and pleasure with my pedicure. He got things from my feet I didnt even know was there. Very nice and gentle. The atmosphere was so clean, especially with this Covid-19. I give them 5 Stars. He is my guy!

I went in on new years eve got my nails and feet done which felt like a rush job.....got the little diamonds on my nails all of them came off that day. I had to go in the Walmart nail salon because they were closed for 2 days.. Walmart did it right....i noticed they had skipped steps once Walmart REDID them. $90 lost

The first time I came they did a great job but second time I came waited over 2 hours and end up leaving third time they called me and told me they were ready and yet again im still waiting good work but not worth the wait for wat they charge

I will say that is was not the quality of the nails or tech that did my full set ! It was the checking out experience and how they tried to charge me 20 dollars more then the price! I got a full set with white tips! Which should have been 30 dollars ! She charged me for gel nails ! White tips only get a clear coat!!! And when I asked why all the sudden no one could speak English! This is not how u run a business ! I will never go back even tho the nail tech was awesome!

I just started going here been like 3 times to get jell nailsand liked it but I want return because the last to time my jell has chip after four days. They fix it but whats the use. Did really like it there every one is every nice and its comfortable

Was in town for the weekend. Decided to stop and get my lashes and eyebrows. Spent $35 just for my lashes to come off next day . Definitely not worth it. Never going back. That was my first and last. Employees rude & place could use some cleaning .

Dont do it slaves and a very bad owner. I have been getting my nails done for years. He is the most rudest owner/nail tech I have ever met in my life. He told me that I was asking for to much for 20 dollars. And mind you I was spending 100 dollars on my feet and nails. This man told me I dont have the right to say nothing. He does not have a sense of humor. I been going to this place sense I was 26. Im 32 i will never go to the ghetto place ever again... If you ratchet this is the place for you. This salon is horrible. I cant judge the work that they do because I havent been seen yet but I got here at 445 its 7pm on the dot. There is only 2 techs and they have the same people in their chair that they had in when I walked in the door. How does it take 3 hrs to do a filling. Both ladys are getting a filling on is getting two nails fixed. No one greeted me when I walked in after a 2 hrs of waiting I had to ask how long would it be. She told me 30 mins and another hr has passed. I have an event tonight so I stayed and waited but I will never come here again and you shouldnt either

A friend told me about them wheww! I seen about five roaches crawling and one was just crawling over the lady foot soaker...she Ignored it like it’s the normal ! South Park would NEVER! Came in to get a fill in was turned away . Was told that Gel polish in regular nail was better when the owner did it it was extremely disgusting. Explain to her I didn’t like she told me she don’t know what to tell me and if I change it it’s will be $35

In my opinion customer service means so much & having a good positive attitude towards your clients means the world if you want repeat service & good reviews... But my experience at SO SHARP was far from that the lady who did my nails was incredibly rude not once but a number of times while she was doing my nails... With that being said I wont be returning. & plus I have always waited 30 mins or longer they are always under staffed. But they do actually do good work if you get the right nail tech...

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I went in to get a full set and a pedicure. Started great then I picked my color. They put the wrong color on my toes and said to let it dry (ok whatever) started getting my nails done and I told the lady They put the wrong color on my toes then my nails. So then I had to tell them to change the color on my toes that they messed and she started painting OVER the gross color they put on there. I said ugh no you need to take the wrong color off and paint the right color on there. She said it would be $5 more. I told her no that they messed up. So I am getting ready to go and I left my vape in the seat and started looking for it. Either the lady in my seat or the employee stole my vape. So don’t go here if you want to get robbed. I will not be back and I hope you don’t go back either. These people were rude af.

I hate getting hair cuts and will go months without getting one. That said the main draw is the cheap 10 dollar price tag. It is a school so many are slow./unskilled but they do a bang up job for the price. Keep your expectations low and make sure you have 1:15-1:30 minutes to spare. Keeping the cut simple as helps to keep time/mistakes down.

I love T and NeNe been coming for 6 years and I continue to do so . Even tho the owners are never there the workers are amazing Ty and Shawn do amazing lashes!!! I just wish T and nene was back.

They are the slowest nail salon I have ever been too, every time i have come here they have been under staffed. I always end up waiting atleast 20 to 30 minutes before being serviced, and I come during there slowest times. However Ne-Ne is a beast on those eyebrows and lashes.

Very professional nail techs. I usually have my eyebrows arched and Im never disappointed.

I do not advise you to go here they made my nail go to the side and left acrylic underneath my nail.

Terrible service! I went in at 6:20 pm didnt get out until 7:30 pm, there was NO WAIT only got my nails painted. As I was waiting the workers were doing each others nails before I was even waited on!!! Do not go here!
