Got my nails done Friday came back Monday for a nail repair and she did such a sloppy job. The nail shape was different, how she put the diamonds on my nail was so sloppy didn’t even match!

I was in your salon on 4/6/19 for a basic pedicure and a manicure with gel polish. When I paid my bill, my receipt said $64.50. I looked over my bank account today and saw that My card was charged $74.50 instead of $64.50. My gel polish started to peel off my nails over the next 2 days after my visit. I came to the shop today, on 4/11/19, to get it fixed and to address my card error. When I came in, the ladies call out and asked what I needed. I asked one of the ladies to come to the desk to talk to them about my concerns but they never walked up to speak to me. I wasnt going to yell out my problem when they had customers. I was trying to be courteous. When I waited about 10 mins or so, I walked up to one lady to show her my nails. I told her that I had been in on Saturday and my nails were peeling and asked if they could be fixed. She told me that they had to be redone and I would be charged AGAIN! She didnt have time to talked to me about anything else. I called my bank and reported the charges to them and it is being investigated. I always go there and have never had a problem until now. The bank said that my total was forged to look like a different amount and they would take action on this. All I wanted was to get my nails fixed and get my over charged amount back. I was very nice and did not cause a scene. I will never go there again.

Horrible service. I came back the next day because my nails chipped within 24 hours of getting a fill and They wanted to charge me for a color change because I wanted to get a different color because logically why would I get the same one so it can chip again. Just not right to me you’d think they would accommodate the customer to satisfy them to keep them since I paid $35 for my services. And they are dirty nothing updated everything in boxes. I’d never recommend going there

They messed my eyebrows up the lady took mostly my whole eyebrow off and other then that the wax was spread almost all over my face and all I asked was for my eyebrows and when she was finished she didn’t even show me how they look I went home and looked at them and see how they was messed and not only that one eyebrow had a messed up shape and the other one looked liked a straight line. WORSTTT PLACE EVERRRR!!!

I won’t even list ALL of the bad experiences I’ve had because I already know it’s my fault for returning and giving this place my business . However, this last time is what really took the cake. First of all the lady at the last station on the right that does eyebrows AT HER DESK is totally unqualified . She did a horrible job!!! I attached a picture so you can see how much hair she left behind and she literally burnt my eye lids so bad I couldn’t even sleep last night ! The pricing menu said $8 she charged me $9. Never again will I go here and I wouldn’t advise anyone else to they are not a sterile salon either !

I’ve never paid for a basic pedicure and didn’t get a quick massage. They do not do a proper pedicure unless you pay way more for it. Which is stupid because I’m already paying $25 plus tip for basically nothing. I could’ve done it myself. The only thing I liked about my pedicure was the color I found to put on my nails. All I’m saying is literally any other place will give you a pedicure with a massage. I mean that’s the only reason we get them.

SO GROSS. I watched them not clean the pedicure basin in between clients. The painting of my nails was mediocre - a toddler could have done better. There was also no music and the tv wasn’t playing so the atmosphere was awkward with the nail techs just taking to each other in a foreign language. If this place is close to you, make the drive and go somewhere else.

DO NOT COME HERE! The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Came in on a Saturday and got French tips and nail color chipped next day. Came in the following Monday and was advised they couldn’t fix my nails and that I had to spend $20 to get new color. Save your time and money and go to any place in the area besides here. Owner is also a rude and racial profiles. Ridiculous

This place is awful. They do such a sloppy job in there and can never take no for an answer. Constantly trying to sell you more services. Anyway, one time I went in there to get a fill-in. The guy who did my nails did such a sloppy and unprofessional job. My nail beds are small, so he needed to use a smaller brush to put the gel powder on. Instead, he used a fat brush and got gel all over my fingers so they were dry and cracked. He didnt even try to clean it up for me. I told him how horrible he did and a lady offered me a discount, I didnt leave him a tip. Second (and last) time I went in there was for a simple manicure. I only went because its located right by the expressway and I needed to hop on there quickly after getting my nails done. Their manicure is $12, versus the $10 norm at other places. The lady did well with the manicure, but she was sloppy with putting on the polish, so I had to make her do it over. She kept trying to pressure me into a pedicure, but I had already gotten a fresh pedi in Atlanta. She kept trying to push services on me and I said offer me one more thing and Im leaving without paying. She shut up then. Overall, they do a sloppy and unprofessional job. And she thinks I wanna let them ruin my feet??

My nails only lasted one week. I had five loose nails by the second week. I asked for square nails, and they gave me coffin nails.

I started coming to Diamond Nails on East way about 5 or 6 months ago because my old nail tech had relocated. I start seeing Alex at the Diamond Nail shop and for the most part I was satisfied, in spite of the different charges that I was told. I spend $80 and up on every visit and that may or may not consist of a fill pedi, and nail design. Nonetheless, Im charged that. I pay with no problem but it seems that since Im no longer a newbie I get treated like a non paying, complaining customer. I told Alex that I wasnt pleased with his creativity, as far as, the design I was going for on July 5, 2017 and he wouldnt correct it, in fact he basically told me to leave and refused to accommodate me any further. Customer service and quality was not demostrated at all and I will never go back to Diamond Nails as long as Alex is there.

This place has terrible customer service which caused me to walk out. If I could give no stars I would. Dont go there and waste your time and money. Very poor service.

I would give it 0 stars, but its not an option. i have gotten acrylic ever since i was in high school. my nails never had an issue of breaking besides minor things, and absolutely never had the acrylic pull my nail off. i went into this place and i have had two nails break and pull a quarter of my nail off with it in under a week. the tech did my acrylic thin and uneven so im assuming thats why they broke. i will never return this location and will make sure all of my friends and family never return.

I would not recommend this place to anyone, they are over prized and do a sloppy job. Never going back , especially not after one of the ladys cut my finger while shaping my nail.

This place is horrible. Used my debit card and they charged me an extra 16.50 on my card and refused to give me my money back. They are the worst I dont recommend them to anyone they are robbing people on the low.
