I went into vi nails because it was close to where I’m staying and had the best reviews in the area. Didn’t expect much, it’s a neighborhood nail salon, but I left with high end nails probably the best manicure I’ve ever had. The prices seemed at bit high to me at first, for the shop but….These ladies DELIVERED.I had to wait a bit since it was a Saturday and I walked in. The application took longer than it has in the past but omg, it’s stunning. Art takes time. Got my nails done 3 days ago and they’re still looking brand new. The shops decor was a little dated, but they had the warmest most friendly vibe. But was very clean and sanitary, 10/10 would recommend.

Is Cindy and V at Vi nails are awesome cindy and V does the best designs they have the best service most places dont even give you beverages while you sitting there waiting or getting your services done anymore they do everything from waxing lashes nails and toes. Make sure you get the deluxe or milk and honey pedicure if your looking to get pampered. Vi Nails is awesome

I’ve been here to get my nails done 3 times. Each time they always do a bad job. I paid $48 because my nails are Long & I got gel. My nails started lifting ,CRACKING, and the polish was chipping the next day. I went back to Get them fixed and Cindy had an attitude because she said she wasn’t making money off my nails. The polish job sucked.

Vi Nail is a nice, relaxing atmosphere nail salon with a full service. So dude’s come on with Steve and Cindy I h lop h get your feet done and have a drink while you’re getting your feet rubbed. The staff is really nice and helpful. And yes they do eyebrows and eye lashes so beautiful

So yesterday was my first experience here. It was absolutely amazing. I went in expecting to pay at least $250..... I DID NO SUCH THING. so let me give you a break down$50- fill-in, two nails repaired, gel polish$40- deluxe pedicure gel polish$10- brows waxed and look fukkn awesome (excuse the language)I also went in wanting my lashes done. but the owner (or I think she was) was so brutality honest in tell me NO. Her tone was horrible but she was passionate about what she was saying and absolutely meant that I did not need lashes. It gave me more confidence than I already had.Not to mention, I not only paid for my services, I also treated my cousin, who absolutely needed a day off. $40.So in total I paid $140 for services on 2 people.Moral of the Story:GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT BUSINESS, CONTINUE SHOPPING

Paied $42 to get a 15 minute GEL pedicure. It was a rush job and I ended up coming back 4 days later because the polish was cracked. they only changed the two big toes and then they put the wrong color on my toes so now the yellow does not match. STAY WAY

Lady did my feet polish and all and it only took 10 minutes at the most. I think I could have done better at home. I will NEVER Return

The only reason why I took away 2 stars is because the older Asian lady (not sure if she is the owner or what) asked the Latina if I tipped (I did). That was NOT professional and shouldnt be asked while the customer is sitting right there. Outside of that, everything was great and everyone was nice.

The daughter at this establishment is really unprofessional. I have been here a few times and she does good work but is nice to whom she wants to be nice to. She was very rough with my pedicure, and she made me bleed andI still had dead skin on my feet as she was painting my toes. She got to my nails, and did them well but still her attitude wasn’t very unpleasant. Felt as if I was bothering her, THE PAYING customer is bothering you. Imagine that.

This salon is an ABSOLUTE scam!!!!!! They are closing down for good and I now see first hand why. They tried to inflate prices due to knowing that they are closing down. Had no real nail color selection, salon looked unkempt and ran down. Even the display of nail art looked like my 9 year old placed rhinestones onto tips. Owner was unpleasant and couldn’t be bothered. Went in for a fill in and a pedi. Ended up getting my daughter a pedi as well with a polish change and she tried to tell me that should cost $145 dollars. With a fill for me being 65 dollars of that!!!! Tried to say because my nails are “long”. Don’t get it twisted money wasn’t the issue, I don’t mind paying for quality. And I normally do so at my normal salon, but due to everything going on my normal salon is closed, so I tried to give a smaller business a chance. Instantly regretted it. Should have known they were jenky when the form of payment had to be VENMO. Couldn’t even take payment like a normal working business. Would be willing to bet the technicians they had in there were not properly licensed that’s why they could not conduct business properly. Paid for the rather mediocre pedicure...(she didn’t even scrub my feet, and started out the pedi by splashing herself in the eye with callous remover...should have known something was off at that point) Worst experience EVER. Left without my nails done and luckily found a wonderful gem of a salon where they did my nails BEAUTIFULLY and were completely mortified at what I had just experienced. Nail community is very small and they all love to speak on each other, not the first time they’ve heard horror stories about this place, already found out who the owner is and she can bet her bottom dollar if she EVER thinks about opening another salon I will be sure to let anyone I can know not to go, poor behavior like this starts from the top.

I use to come to this place alots for over a year but stop going cause Mai had an attitude sometimes with me and I didnt like it. Also because I couldnt afford their price all the time. Mai does a good job on your nails and can do nice designs on them. I would recommend them to people that dont mind dealing with the attitude that Mai have at times. I havent been back there in a long time. Maybe I will go back soon. The pictures I provided are Mai acrylics work she done on my nails.

I just walked out the nails salon, without getting any services. been going to this location for about a years I loved it for the most part, but the daughter(Mi?) has such a nasty attitude and rude presentation. I just could not take her personality anymore and in order for me to continue to be happy with myself and not to catch a charge for whooping this little girls ass I just left and I will take my business to another establishment and will never go back.You dont ever have to pay for somebody to be verbally abusive to you.

Ive been going here for years never had an issue. I had very short nails and they were so patient and kind enough to still do them. They have always done my eyebrows and I dont go to no other place but then to get my eyebrows waxed.

Staff talked me into getting the gel nail which cost 40 dollars.My nail broke a week after.. so I went back to see if she would fix the broke nail without charging. Which is what most nail shop do !Instead, the young girl was working on her mothers nails and left me waiting for them to tell me she doesnt have my color. smhI knew from that she was planning on charging me. I walked out and will never come back again. Money hungry.. and need to learn how to treat consumers.HINT: NEVER WORK ON STAFF WHEN A CONSUMER IS WAITING>

Horrible experience. Walk out of there with 2 bleeding feet and horrible nails. Do not let Tina do your pedicure. She was watching TV while doing my pedicure. She was paying no attention. I used to love that place but it has really went down hill.

They do beautiful nails and nails arts. If you like a certain nail shape like pointy/coffin or square nails, they specilize in them. I ve been going here for years and I am always very satisfied with the work that they do.

I love getting my nails done here.... Most places cant do my nails because they are short but they allways do me good and MA ! 9 times out of 10 shes doing them i never have any problems ... They are GREAT ! Very quick at it too! Been here for 1 year go to them every 2 weeks lol ... Or sooner.I made this comment 3 years ago it is now 2020 August & Ive returned. They have new owners who are super friendly I loved my pedicure but I hate my nails... also love my eyebrows too... I just would never go back to get my nails serviced.

Half ass manicure and lousy nail buff job. My nails were half shiny. This Hispanic lady working there kept looking at the door and customers coming in and not paying attention to her job. Lousy hand massage with cuticle oil not hand cream.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I older lady complained about my Bestfriends son crying (he’s a baby he’s gonna cry) I understand that you shouldn’t bring a baby to a nail salon but things happen ! She didn’t have to say he was annoying, then half of my Bestfriends nails wasn’t painted and my nails here left looking like trash they are rude and don’t do a good job , I’ll never return

I use 2 like them until Diane refuse 2 do my nails all because her daughter usually do my nails & she wasnt there that day & het mom wanted me 2 come back the nxt day when her daughter returned back 2 work. I had 2 work & I wanted Diane 2 do them & she got offended when I said go ahead & do them & Ill let ur daughter reshape my nails when I come back & 4 some reason she took that personal & when idk y she took it personal because has done my nails b4! She over charges people all the time. Always trying 2 make people pay more than they want 2 smh! Ill havent been back & neva will! I was dedicated 2 this shop 4 3 yrs & 4 Diane 2 refuse 2 do my nails made me feel some type of way! But f*** them I love the shop I go 2 now & the prices is good! & they have better products. My acrylic doesnt chip off all the time now lol

Prices are high and they want you to pay your money for the services but if you have any issue with there work that you paid for they are ready to argue. Horrible experience. Very poor customer service. I do not recommend to anyone. Im sure many ppl know about this place bc its almost empty every time you walk in! Mi and her mother told me not to come back bc I had a complaint about the horrible job they did on my nails. My gel polish was peeling off my nails after being done only for 1 day. I was charged 40 for a fill in with gel polish! Do not waste your time or money!

Horrible experience. My nails were burning when the nail tech applied the acrylic. I had to tell her to stop. And there were roaches crawling on the walls. I was disgusted Im so surprised that this establishment is open for business.
