I will not be returning to this salon. After getting my nails done on Friday, 2 days later my nail started lifting on Sunday, and that same one broke Sunday night. In addition, the paint job on the nails were horrible and also began to chip over the weekend. I called to ask if I could get it fixed and the receptionist told me it would be fine to just walk in. When I got there, the owner said he’d have to charge me. After I explain to him I was just here Friday, he caught an attitude and did a poor job on the nail repair because I expressed to him it didn’t seem fair that I had to pay because of the poor job that was done Friday. Instead of repainting the chipped nails, he simply painted over the chipped areas. Terrible hospitality, and unprofessional.

I’ve been here before & the experience was okay. Was going to try it again so I made an appointment for a pedicure. Arrived at 10:25 (my appointment was at 10:30) signed in & sat down at my chair. Receptionist brought me colors to choose from after sitting for about 15 minutes. 20 minutes later I still hadn’t been helped. Ended up leaving without being serviced. I would have understood if I didn’t have an appointment, but I did. Don’t go here, very unprofessional.

Took my nieces, nephew, and aunt here for some much needed pampering from a stressful week of mourning. I choose this place due to its website description and rating. Wanted to treat my family to the best pedicure service they had to offer but was quickly disappointed when we arrived. The receptionist took all five of us to our pedicure chairs, offered us drinks but that was about it. We sat in our seats not knowing what we were waiting for or whom. We weren’t offered colors to look at while we waited nor were we soaking our feet the 15 mins or so that passed our appointment time. I understand that businesses are under staffed and services can run over but while we sat in our pedicure chairs the least they could done was let us soak our feet. The rest of my family got good services from what I observed but as for me, the guy who worked on me could use more training. Right off the bat my polish looked like it’s already grew out, today is exactly one week when we got our pedicures and my gel polish look like it’s over two weeks growth. Very disappointed!

Nails look ok besides some minor residue leftover! Very nice receptionist but I complained about a woman wearing a mask that wasnt over her nose and mouth which defeats the whole purpose of the mask!! After complaining the worker pointed to show the woman who complained! Not that i minded it was just very unprofessional! Unfortunately i may not be returning

My first time visiting, signed in waited for over 20 minutes without being addressed. Just told to sit at pedicure chair. After waiting, and watching the people that came in after me being served for other services. I got up, and left. They still didnt say anything. Very poor customers service!

I called ahead of time to get a price of the services that I needed done. The first thing that went wrong is the young lady doing my daughter’s manicure skip over the steps of soaking and cleaning her hands. She said they didn’t do that anymore but a lady sitting beside us was getting a manicure as well and her tech did every step. She wasn’t going to do the massage until I mentioned it to her. I told my tech that I was getting a full set with NO GEL because I was going to change my polish. He told me “no regular today”. I laughed thinking it was a joke. When I went to check out I was charged more than I was told over the phone and I was charged for gel. When I said something I was immediately meet with attitude and another nail tech came and joined in. He told me he would take off the gel and do regular BUT it would be an extra charge. I could not believe it. I told him no I would pay and not come back. I have never experienced this before. This is not how you treat your customers.

Very clean, prompt and professional. I got the sns dip nails. Looked very natural. I also love the fact that they serve complimentary wine and beverages. Highly recommended!

0 Stars. Would not recommend this place to anyone. The location is nice but prices are expensive and you are paying for the nice environment not for the service. I got s&s nails and the lady filed my natural nail down so thin that when my nails came off, my natural nail completely cracked off and is punctured. I also asked for a design on one nail that the lady said she could do and did not do it well. Unfortunate experience.

The guy is really rude and doesn’t like black customers. The girl who waxes does a horrible job. The guy kept telling me 30 minutes for a pedicure every 20 minutes. Didn’t want my business and was rude about it.

I called at 11 am to make a appt at 2:30 and the receptionist confirmed. I get there and I’m seated and thinking the next person will be right over. In the process I asked for a bottle of water and after more receiving it 15 minutes later I had to ask again. The receptionist are always dressed sloppy and unprofessional, and you can tell they are young and have never worked in a professional work setting. 30 minutes later I’m still sitting here and haven’t received service. When I asked why they take appts if they didn’t honor them, she explained they were busy. I understand being busy but isn’t the point of an appointment to guarantee a certain time slot. No one has all day to sit here and wait. This is my last time coming to this nail salon and I would recommend everyone else also go where there time is valued. This place is poor at best and the staffing are extremely unprofessional. Then I finally get serviced and the receptionist switch to a guy and he was even ruder! He interrupted my nail tech to see a pic of a girl he wanted to date. And then when I cashed out he was too busy texting to even give me his h divided attention and hand me my receipt. I literally grabbed it off the printer and signed it and drop it on the counter and he didn’t even notice. This place gets a negative 0 in customer service!

Not personable, at all!! I asked for a service that any place like this should be able to provide, nail tech didnt understand English well enough to understand anything beyond pedi and mani. My wait was longer than what I was told and I was charged more than what the posted rate indicated. There was, no thank you, no nothing. Blame it on Covid? Or just another typical nail joint, like this one...

I stopped coming here 2 years ago….this weekend my usual salon was crazy booked so I came back to Modish. Now I remember why I left. They made my nails a completely different color than the one I picked although they got it right for my toes HOW SWAY??!!! They told me they could do them over if I sit there 30 minutes longer of course& no apology or discount for the error. I hate this place

I was very excited to find Modish Nail Spa 6 months ago, every two week my daughter and I would visit for a manicure. On 4/29/2021 I dropped my 16 year old daughter off for a manicure and she was charged $76.00 for the same service weve both been getting for the last 6 months for 75.00 dollars. I wouldnt have a problem with paying the $75.00 if the tech could explain what she did different to increase the price and she couldnt explain, I showed her the mistakes that wasnt corrected when my daughter asked her to fixed (acrylic outside nailed, and several nails lumpy) I just need the service to reflect the price, and if each tech can charge different prices it should be in writing Thanks for the pass 6 months

I look forward to coming here every few weeks to see Michelle and the rest of the Modish team! The entire staff is extremely professional and hospitable. The ladies at the front desk are so sweet. Michelle has the most talented nail artistry is Charlotte. The time, effort, and care she puts in to her work truly shows in the final results. The owners are there every day, never turning down a customer. They truly provide quality service. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my nails.

Literally the day after I got them done

This review pertains only to eyebrow waxing not nails or pedicures. I went to the salon on 5/25/2021 for a nail repair and eyebrow clean up. The nail repairs were great and no complaints. The lady (Angie) did fine with the nail repair and I thought the same after my brows were done.The first concern was when she kept applying rubbing alcohol to clean around my eyebrows and eyelids. In my experience, witch hazel is normally used. Next she applied cuticle oil to my eyebrows and eyelids. Again, in my experience, tea tree oil is used. She then proceeds to cut my brows saying she would trim then a bit. Before I could speak up, she had cut them! Next, she applied the wax and cleans up my brows for each eye. Then she goes back over my eyelids and brows with alcohol (which confused me). At this point, my eyes and eyelids were burning and I tell her. Angie fans me with her hand. Lastly she shows me the result and I say its okay and pay for the services rendered and even leave a small tip. My eyes have burned consistently since Tuesday. Today I go to the salon and speak with the owner and Angie. They listened but had a blank face about what to do because they never had this happen before. I said at the minimum I need a refund and you guys should be responsible for my doctors office expense. He refunded the $10 and ells me that I dont need a doctor just neosporin for four days . I told him Ive been using it and its done nothing and it hurts. Plus it looks like a scar. Still no reaction by either of them. Angie apologized for her actions and the owner told her no alcohol. They were polite about listening but I didn’t feel heard. Angie did say to call if it gets worse. I dont know if they are licensed estheticians or not. Either way, this is my PSA NOT to go to Modish at university for eyebrow arches. I don’t know what else I should do as it relates to damages or resolution. A refund of $10 does nothing for my pain and appearance! I have pictures and a video posted on my social media accounts about this experience.

Today we went to get our nails and toes done. The receptionist sat us down and told us 35-40 mins. That’s was okay we sat down and my mom is noticing that people are going before us. I asked the receptionist what’s going on? She said that she didnt ask the nail tech to take that client. Okay cool. We waited another 10 mins a couple came in waaaayyy after us and they started in their feet I went back to the front to see what’s going on again. The “OWNER” told me to speak to him I told him what was going on but instead of listening he was fast talking me and said she knows who’s first when clearly you did not ask her what was going on. He said I didn’t have to get my nails done there I can leave so that’s what I did very disrespectful. And I will call channel 9 on you all.

This establishment has more employees than anyone. All I wanted was an eyebrow wax and after 20 minutes of waiting with people coming in after me for mani/pedi services getting taken care of immediately. This place is an absolute joke. If I had seen the low ratings before, I would not have wasted my time and for anyone reading this, I suggest taking your time and money somewhere else!

I rarely get my nails done, but when I do, I will definitely be going back here! The salon was clean, had a great ambience, and reasonable prices. My nail tech was so sweet, and gave THE BEST massages, both leg and hands!

They told me originally it would be $25 for a manicure but did not give me a manicure they instead filed my nails and polished my nails. I told the nail tech that I asked for a manicure and she told me it would be $20 more totaling $45. This was not communicated originally which was very unprofessional!

The owner started repairing my broken nail then walked away without saying anything & started doing someone else’s nail. Was extremely rude and unprofessional. He just told the receptionist “if they didn’t get their nails done here we don’t have to take them, next time don’t”. Clearly he doesn’t want my business

Every time I’ve went the wait time is almost two hours even if you set up an appointment with someone there. I’ve had a couple of different women do my nails here and they all do poorly. The nails are all difference shapes, the acrylic is thick & doesn’t look natural at all & no one here is friendly. Don’t go here

The salon looks nice and clean. I had my service with Lan and she was great! Their prices are reasonable! However, they charge extra for removing gel polish, even when you want to do gel polish again at their salon! I have been to other salons and they weren’t like this!

Over priced for bad quality. Nails and gel chipped and broke in 2 days. And I sit at a desk! Also cuticles coming up. And my feet feel like they did when I came in. Not worth the money. Don’t let free wine and fast service fool you!

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. The process seems very rushed and basic. I felt like the lady who did my pedicure really didn’t know how to cut my cuticles. She also didn’t know how to massage. The pressure was horrible and it felt like she was barely touching my legs. While she was very nice and the salon is beautiful the service and overall experience was subpar. The receptionist are very unprofessional and not aware of what’s going on. This place is definitely not worth it, Especially for what you pay. Do yourself a favor and go to mimosa nail bar in Noda where you ALWAYS get an exceptional experience. Like most places in university this place is basic and I guess caters to the college crowd.

Lan is very professional. She made me feel. Very comfortable with being in her chair. This was my second time ever getting the SnS powder on nails and she did a better job than the tech in Georgia.And the red wine made it even. Better. Not only do my nails look good but Im feeling kinda good too. Thankyou Lan and Modish for this great experience. See you guys soon.

I regularly get my nails done and it is difficult to find a place that consistently does an excellent job. Based off my first visit, this place is excellent. I got a gel manicure and pedicure. Both nail techs took their time and did a great job. Hands down the best gel manicure I have ever had. Typically, gel manicures always peel or chip on me after a week. The nail tech took her time and applied the polish so carefully. My gel manicure lasted 3 weeks with no peeling or chipping. My gel pedicure is still going strong! I will definitely be making another appointment and hoping the excellent service continues.

EDIT: Came back to edit my review from 2 stars to 1. My gel manicure didnt even last a week. Pretty disappointing when you spend $85 on nails for it to last less than a week...I have been to this location a few times now since it is in a convenient location for me. Every time its an okay experience. The most recent time I was receiving services for my upcoming wedding. I called a few days in advanced to make the appointments but they didnt seem to care or acknowledge we were there for a set time. Other people were served in front of us instead.The receptionist was not dressed very professionally. She was wearing see through leggings and an open back sweater. She was very kind, sweet, and helpful. However, I think that her attire should have been a little more professional. She also kept taking her mask down to her chin and walking around without it fully on.The music selection was far from relaxing. It sounded like a college pregame playlist with explicit language and just all around not what I wanted to be listening to while trying to relax and enjoy my day off.There were some other customers who were receiving services with their phone call on speaker. Again, not the most relaxing environment.My service was fine and tech was very kind and helpful but I do not think I will be returning here. It was just a very unprofessional and opposite of relaxing environment.

By the far the worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon ever. My nail tech Michelle was very unprofessional and once I told her I did not like my nails she argued me down, when I asked for someone else I could talk to she proceeded to get the receptionist and continue to argue about how I didn’t like my nails, it was clunky and unclean. The receptionist tried to fix my nails and I was really frustrated that I had to defend myself to why I didn’t like my nails. So he decided to go ahead and soak the sns off my nails and told me to go somewhere else where they could take care of me. While I’m soaking the sns off my nails Michelle comes over and continue to talk junk about how I wasted her time and so on. The receptionist even said she has a bad attitude but nothing seems to be done about it. I refuse to pay for something I don’t like. It was a waste of my time and energy. I arrived there a little after 3 and even had a picture to go by to make it easier but it turned into a disaster; I didn’t leave there til about 6 o’clock, with my nails undone.

The owner is very rude and arrogant! I went here for 2 years but when Lee left I knew it would go downhill.

3rd time I have made an appointment with this place and every time I am waiting 30-45minutes to be worked on. It’s unacceptable and unprofessional. They need to stop taking appointments all together. I use to come to this place faithfully but it’s out of hand now. They have completely lost a customer in me. It should never be this stressful getting service. It’s obvious they do not see the issue with what they do. Today was my final straw.

I won’t be going back anymore. I noticed a black hair in the polish after my dip manicure was finished and my manicurist (wish I knew her name) argued with me after I politely asked for it to be fixed. She said “nobody can see it” and that it’d take 10-15 more minutes to fix. I had to continue saying, “I’d really like for it to be fixed.” She finally gave in and was rude the rest of the time. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional.

I have gone to both locations and following their check in process had them to come back and advise that they are at capacity and cannot perform services for me. It would be helpful for patrons if you knew your limits beforehand. Not everyone wants to be subjected to the double temperature scanning and wait to check in to be told that they can’t accommodate you.

I love the way Ms Young does my nails. Shes my favorite nail tech! Always nice and neat. She always takes her time.

I am new to the area and I was looking for someone to do my eyebrows. I usually get my eyebrows threaded, however, Michelle waxed my eyebrows and she did an outstanding job!! I didnt prefer waxing because it didnt give me the clean look that I desired. Needless to say, I will be returning there! Michelle, has an wonderful personality and she made me feel VERY comfortable. Also, may I add the Spa was very pretty and VERY clean. Thats a plus in my book! check them out, you want be disappointed

I would never come back here. My manicure was bare minimum to be $27. I had the same experience as if I was getting just gel polish or polish change. The owner acted as though he didn’t have time or wanted to speak to me.

This is a beautiful location with lovely decor including several giant crystal chandeliers. The pedicure chairs have massage options and the nail technicians are very kind and personable. My mother, sister and I are all regular customers and are treated wonderfully. They offer complimentary beverages such as cold bottled water, white wine, and red wine. We always have excellent work done here, and if there is ever a need to get something fixed (which has been rare) they are very kind to help. My mother states they are the best nail salon in town.

I wanted ombré pink color nails with my ring fingers being designs with ombré as well. The nail tech Carolina decided to paint my fingers with gel pink polish and only did ombré on the ring fingers. The colors didn’t match. She got upset when I told her that I didn’t like it. She told me to find another color. When I asked if she could do ombré on all nails her response was that would take too much time. I thought it was very unprofessional. She didnt show any interest in helping me in which this is my birthday weekend and I showed her the picture of what I wanted and asked if she could do it. I felt If you couldn’t do it or didn’t want to do it that should have been said before getting started. I had to go with something basic and plain. My Pedicure was rushed. Feet and heels are still dry. The person didn’t ask what pedicure I would like she just started the process and didn’t ask. The employees at this establishment are very unprofessional. Customers are just paying for the ambiance! Will not return!!

I have been coming to this place for years. Usually no problems at all but I made an appointment for 11am today and at 11:45 I finally left because a lady who walked in 30 minutes after I had been waiting was served almost immediately. Not the most professional way to handle a business. Ruined my day off.

I called this morning and set an appointment for 2 PM. I arrive 10 minutes early and 2:45 PM rolls around and I had yet to be serviced in anyway whatsoever. I have a newborn at home who I breast-feed so I needed to get back to feed her so I ended up having to walk out after wasting an hour of my time hoping to come home with my nails filled in. All I needed was a simple fill in and they failed completely. I will never go back to this salon in Harrisburg. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME THERE!

Worst gel manicure I have ever had. I got them done 3 days ago and the the Gel nail polish already is chipping and coming off. I havent even made it to my vacation destination yet! 😭 The experience at the salon itself was not that great either. The girl who did my nails didnt even ask me what shape I wanted my nails. None of the artists present at the salon knew how to do the design I wanted so I settled for something simple. And for that too they used 2 different colors for the glitter. The pedicure was nice, and thats about it. It was a waste of money

I just walked out of the nail salon. First time Ive ever done that. I waited 40 minutes for a basic manicure. Someone walked in and they took her right away. After 45 minutes of waiting. I walked out. Each person had a customer, which I understand but they were so slow. Not ever going back!

I’m usually satisfied with the service here, but today was disappointing. The water was cold and the employee rushed through my pedicure. I wasn’t even offered anything to drink. I understand that you’re busy but you should still give each customer the best service possible.

The ambiance is great but I wasn’t impressed with the quality of work. Two of my nails were filed with dips in them and the gel polish on my acrylics chipped horribly. I have been getting my nails done for years and never had this issue. I wanted to like this place but i won’t be back for any additional services.

I love this nail salon. The nail techs are polite and very professional. They also have wine, that’s always a plus. My gel manicures last at least 2 weeks sometimes more. They have lots of chairs and the wait is not too bad. Like any salon get there early on the weekend.

I have never had the level of service at a nail salon, like I had here! I have visited multiple times, but the last time won my business forever. I came in late, without an appointment and of course it was the worst timing because they were extremely busy. I was the last customer of the day and they NEVER made me feel rushed. Even when I was trying to rush things myself because I felt bad for holding them up from closing, they persisted that I was taken care of. Even the manager came over to assist with getting my nails done and how I wanted for engagement pictures. This place has definitely earned a loyal customer.

My nails came out great, however I was not pleased with the customer service recieved. The nail tech was not friendly & neither was the front desk person. I will not be returning. Im used to going to nail salons where the techs make you feel welcomed & they actually engage with customers. Im disappointed because this place is right near my house.

The wait was extremely long adleast 45minutes, which I did not mind at all. I was advised and apologized too for the wait. Once I was seated the service was smoove sailing, Judy (the owner) asked if I need anything to drink, she asked my nail preference since I was receiving a new nail set. The music and interior design was clean and up to date which was very nice. Price was pretty normal like any other nail spa, I received a full set w/ gel polish which was $45.00. My nails are to my liking with great polish and even throughout. I would recommend them to other people, just be aware if no appointment is made and you are a walk in, you may have to wait.

Every time I come in they tell me “oh it’ll only be about a 10-15 minute” next thing you know I’m sitting around for 45 minutes to an hour waiting. My recent gel polish chipped off within a day or two. I was honestly embarrassed one time to show my nails off because they were uneven and the ends were bumpy. I usually try to give this place the benefit of the doubt but this is the 5th or 6th time I’ve had issues here. They seem to always be “understaffed” too. Definitely finding a different place. Not worth your time or money

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I was a walk in fir a pedicure and SNS powder on my nails. I was seen for my pedicure promptly and the girl was very nice. It went downhill after that. I wss sar at the nail counter for almost 2 hours while all the techs helped everyone but me. When one finally did come to help she got up before she even touched me and went to help a customer who was also complaining because she was not happy with the shape of her nails. I waited an additional 15 minutes when I finally decided to get up and leave. By far the WORST salon Ive ever been to

Angie was great! Especially after we got through the awkward silence. Her color suggestions for my nails were spot on for my skin color. Which, I will be trying on my next visit. They will not clean/cut your cuticles if your getting a full set or fill-in without asking. Tip: Ask for your cuticles to be cut instead of a manicure...its cheaper.

I’m probably never going to come back to this salon. The only reason I came was because my boyfriend gave me a certificate for Christmas. I had an appointment at 6 and sat there waiting for an hour for someone to come and do my nails. I ended up leaving because the nail tech started doing a lady that came 45 minutes after me. One lady did apologize, but not going back.

Very clean and nice atmosphere, they serve libations if you need to wine down while getting nails done 😁

My current nail technician is located on the opposite side of town; I needed a quick nail repair, due ro my error. Upon my arrival and fully explaining my need the manager acted as if he didnt want to service me; although I had made an appointment. He allowed folks who were getting more expensive services to be serviced before me. Once I finally got serviced, I noticed the lady who assisting wasnt friendly at all. I mentioned my concern to the manager. He openly admitted that they didnt want to help me with my nail repair because I didnt go there 1st. He went on to say that he doesnt like to charge small amounts. Its really sad because I have received full services with this same nail service provider in the past and refer people to them. The owners and managers of Modish are money hungry and its really sad, they dont care about service.

There is no point in setting an appointment, you will wait regardless (30 mins to an hour or more). Half of them do rush jobs. Been going to this place for 6 years. Time for a change. There is not enough value here.

Went with my fiancée in the morning and waited 30 minutes as others who got there after us were helped. We had to leave due to time. We came back later that day and waited for 25 minutes and were helped. Gina cut her fingers multiple times, split the acrylic nail, destroyed her cuticles, had uneven nail lengths and shapes, left paint on the sides of her fingers around the nail and more. It was so bad that my fiancée had to remove the nails that same night and she can’t get them done anytime soon because of the open cuts on and around her cuticles. As of now, we will never return here and we warn anyone else against going here.

I got there a little late but they were very accommodating. My technician , Yanie was awesome.

Had to cancel my last appointment time and hoped to reschedule it a day early with my usual Technician, Michelle.Michelle is very stylish, professional, enthusiastic; and ALWAYS smiling-- even when she is exhausted. She does excellent work, and gets 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 from me!Unfortunately, she couldnt provide my service that day, and another technician was asked to do the work.I told the new tech I just wanted the gel polish removed from my nails and my nails re-polished.She said the work couldnt be done.....Well why not?Because the line between your (natural) nail and the acrylic tip would show. Sorry? I dont understand. If it wasnt showing when I walked in, why would it show after you re-polished it? Even so cant you sand it down a little? Afterall I asked you to do it.She still insisted it couldnt be done (with a little heat in her voice too). Okidoki.......I looked down and noticed her hands. Let me tell you something!!!I was happy she said no since she had nasty looking nails and fingers. Her cuticles were dirty and her nails were broken with clumped up and humped up Pepto Bismol pink polish 🤢.Like M.C. Hammer said: You cant touch this!I left and wont go back but I will miss Michelle. 😢

This was my second time at Modish. My first visit was at the Harrisburg location which my nails barely lasted about 10days with nextgen. My second attempt. I called to schedule and was told my appointment had to be set two hours in advance. I asked if the particular nail tech was available/had any appointments and was told no, walk in. I was already in the car, and told them I would be there in 8minutes. I arrive in 8 minutes ,and was told the very nail tech I called about had an appointment.So I call instead to the University city location. They took care of me and I thought all was great. My nails looked great the first day, and I loved my nail tech. She was very accommodating, and professional. However, 8days later my next gen nails were completely trash. The powder began to lift and several of my nails broke. I reached out to the manager via face book and email with a complaint. After days of playing phone tag, even calling the store directly. I was told there was no manager by that name, and I couldn’t be helped. A week later, no return of my call. Complaint unresolved. My previous experience of two years wearing nexgen, it can last 2-3 weeks. 10days or less is a waste of money. I will never spend my money there again. I do not recommend.

Had a wonderful, relaxed time. The decor is beautiful and the techs were pleasant and on the ball with what my Mother and I needed. Will definitely be back.

Never have had a bad experience at this place. Bery nice facility. They can get crowded at times but do a good job of getting people in and out.

This salon is nice in appearance, but that is about it. I walked out of this place super disappointed and uncomfortable. First, the girl doing my nails was not pleasant at all. She would give me looks or put my nails up to get a point across, instead of just asking me. At the end when she finished painting my nails, she threw the nail polish actoss the counter. And as if this wasnt enough, my nails turned out horrible. Bad experience all around.

I was a customer when they were known as Vogue Nails. Great experience today. Techs were very nice and did quality work.

The worst of the worst customer service. Don’t go to Modish Nails Spa. Got SNS done on the 29th it was the last appointment of the day, nails done by Randy and by Friday they were chipped and cracked. I was out of town and came straight to the shop on Sunday, they couldn’t see me and made an appointment for me to come back today and the lady at the front desk had me call the owner to tell him what happen. His respond was that they guarantee the work for five days, and that the only thing that he can do is give me a 30%discount. The worst part is that on May 27 I got them done there as well and by that following Thursday they were crack and they fixed them with no issues #worstservice #nowasteyourmoney #modishnailspa #universitycitynails

Have been coming here when they were Vogue nails so over 8 years. Me n my mother came in to get pedicures and we got seated at a station right away. We sat there for over an hour and people came in after us and got service. So unhappy with the service. I went and spoke with the manager. The young girl at the counter seemed like she didnt care at all, and didnt apologized for the inconvenience or anything. My mother got her feet done because she came from from out of state and i was getting hers done for mothers day. I didnt not get mines done because of the wait and by the time someone came to me my mom was almost done and by that time we had been there over an hour and half. I was ready to go. Will not be returning until a new receptionist is there. Or i get an apology or discount.
