I never leave reviews but this place truly went above and beyond, and I was extremely impressed with my experience. I got my nails done at another nail salon in Charlotte and I was unhappy with the design, so I decided to stop into Allure to have them repaint my nails. They did a wonderful job and were super kind and personable while I was there. They also have all these fun nail stickers 😊

This salon always takes longer than normal. I wouldnt recommend them unless you want to spend over 2 hours to get your nails & toenails done. They start your service but will leave you sitting there while they go to someone else. They take way too long.

I found this place while searching for a place that does childrens nails. They had such good reviews and for good reason. They were great with my kids and very patient.My nails were done horribly before I came here and David was just appalled on my behalf. He took his time and made my nails look so good. I usually hate to get my finger nails done because its always subpar. I live at least 30 minutes away but I will drive here every two weeks because I know Im getting quality service.

Do not get a wax from here they dnt know what they are doin at all jus horrible dnt not come here

My friends and I went in today for a mani and pedi. We were greeted as soon as we entered, picked our polish and were seated in the pedicure station right away. They offered us water, red or white wine. We chose the Lavender Spa pedi. It was very relaxing. I really enjoyed Issa she had a great personality! My friends and I love our feet and nails!

I recently went to go get my finger nails done at this shop. I went primarily due to proximity to my office and the reviews. I was very impressed with there derives. I would suggest having an appt.Update: I now have gone a second time and got a manicure and pedicure. Loved the service and the outcome.

I got seated as soon as we got in, but I told the lady I wanted acrylics and some of the nails I still had filled. She didn’t give me time to look at the colors and said you look later I need to wrap your nails. Then I said, no these are my real nails, the ones that are left I want filled. Then she didn’t do any prep on my nails all she did was put on the tips and apply the prep liquid for the acrylics. The very next day, one of the nails came off. I wonder why. The gel polish is already chipping after two or three days. I had come here when I was younger and got my first acrylics here. But the man that used to own this place no longer works here. That is probably the issue. Definitely won’t be coming back.

My second time and both time I am not happy but this second time is worse!!!. The guy rush too much buff my nail without take clear coat...salon was not busy but he rush the nails not look good nail polish is old too.

My sister and l are visiting the area and found this place on google. They were so very nice and i suffer from panic attacks and had one while there. David and the whole staff did everything they possibly could to make me feel safe until i recovered...my nail tech was David and he was so gentle while doing my nails that i have never had such a great experience...I highly recommend this place to everyone.

I use to love this salon but the manager rushes allllll the time and he doesn’t listen to you , he thinks he knows it all!

I love this Spa! They always remember what I like to drink and what the type of pedicure I like. They also take a lot of time and effort to make sure I am pleased with their work. I have never had a bad pedicure here! Highly recommend!

I have been going to Allure nails for over 4 months now. the past 2 times I went to go get my SNS done, i’ve been noticing small cracks in my nails that just come up out of nowhere and now 2 of my NATURALLY GROWN long nails are BROKEN OFF, and when I went to get them fixed on sunday, someone new did my nails and now they are cracking once again and it has only been 3 DAYS. THE MAN WHO WORKS THERE IS HORRIBLE!!! he just screamed at me on the phone when I called just now & when I told him about my experience he told me it’s my fault (when this keeps happening). they are clearly using faulty nail products right now and this is something that is a new problem for me. I used to love the experience and my nails used to last me 3 weeks. DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE GREEDY AND DO NOT KNOW CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I walked in and everyone greeted me. It really made me feel like they genuinely wanted my business. I got a pedicure, gel polish and eyebrow wax. Ive only let one person do my eyebrows in SC, but Im truly satisfied with the outcome here. We had a slight mix up with matching my gel polish with the polish for my toes, but they handled it quickly. Everyone was friendly and didnt have that snobby attitude I get when I go other places. I will definitely be back!

As Soon as me and my boyfriend walked in the Man was very aggressive and tried to pick my pedicure selection for me. He tried to tell me that I wad getting a manicure and pedicure, I declined serveral times. The Quality of the pedicure Service was not luxury. The lady with the short hair was rude and snappy with my boyfriend. The price was not worth it

Today was my first time ever at this establishment. I got a pedi and my sister got a mani. My sister had a little mishap while we were there and David along with all the staff were very attentive. We were treated with such care like family. I will always support this business whenever Im in the area. Awesome caring people.

My absolute favorite nail salon in all of Charlotte. Not that Ive visited them all, but Ive been around town lol. I always come back to Allure. Lisa is my favorite nail tech, she does a perfect job every time. The entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful. If youre not happy, they will do everything they can to make it right. They truly care about your nails and your business.

We are visiting from out of town and they were so excited that we chose them! We are happy that we chose them too. We got drinks! We got the deluxe marine spa pedicure. I’ve never seen such dedication and precision done with pedicures before! They take their time and cater to you. It’s not a rushed process! I will be back when I’m in the Charlotte area.

Terrible and overpriced! I asked for a gel fill. The guy proceeds to apply powder dip with a brush. When I objected he tried to convince me that it was the same thing as if I cannot read and have not been getting my nails done for years. Then he proceeded to charge me $35 for what should have just been a basic pink fill. My nails look so terrible and Im completely embarrassed. Horrible service. Thankfully Im back with my normal nail tech who will fix this atrocity for me.

I love this nail salon! I used to visit every two weeks on my lunch break at work, but since leaving that area I no longer go. I will say this is the best nail salon hands done I have not found another salon comparable anywhere in charlotte - honest to God opinion! I an definitely returning here as I always slept a satisfied customer .

I loved this place. It was my little girls first time and they made her feel very comfortable and the pink bear chairs are a plus. Best pedicure I’ve received in Charlotte. Definitely worth the drive and they are open on Monday’s.

Absolutely love this nail salon. They do an amazing job and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The owner and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Definitely found a place to return to over and over. We get the 5 star treatment there so we rate them 5 stars in return.

The salon is clean, but only let the guy do you nails. I was in there for almost three hours.I wasn’t asked how I wanted my nails filed in terms of shape. When I looked over to see how she was doing filed them down, all incredibly uneven and it looked like she had cut them because she filed them WAY too much. Then the next girl that took over did a horrible job with my gel manicure, I had to keep telling her she missed a spot.The guy who works there was awesome, redid my entire gel manicure to my liking and he was very precise the way he did things, which is what I would have expected from the get-go.My pedicure was the most decent part of it all. I wish I got the girl’s name who did it because she did a stellar job. I honestly wouldn’t recommend for you to go waste your time, especially when you come out the first time around with nails done that looks like you did them yourself. Thank goodness for the guy working there who actually made my nails look decent.

First I would like to start off by adding that I went to a salon previously and they turned me away an hour before closing time. By the time I had arrived at allure they gladly welcomed me, and I arrived a half hour before closing. I was also getting acrylics which I know take longer than 30 minutes to get done. While I was getting my nails done a 2 ladies walked in after the closing time and one a half hour later asked if they had time and the man doing my nails said well do you have time?, she said yes and he replied If you have time, I have time. Never have I ever been to a salon where they treat their customers that well, most rush and are in need to get home, but the man doing my nails was very cautious and patient. I can say I am very satisfied with this salon and will be going back!!!

Very friendly and attentive staff. They do a wonderful job on my manicures and pedicures, making sure everything is done exactly the way I want it. They never rush me through like an assembly line. I always leave feeling de-stressed and pleased.

The staff is incredibly friendly and do a great job. I’ve had a mani pedi here, discovered I wasn’t a huge fan of manicures in general (sensitive cuticles) so the next time I just did a pedicure. They have lots of different options to choose from as far as colors, gel, regular, and skin treatments that are amazing. Very relaxing, smells good, takes the stress of a rough week or two right out. The massage chairs are a great touch too, and you can enjoy a cup of tea or some water. Staff goes out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable. The prices are fair, not overpriced at all. I come here exclusively now. Try for yourself!!!

I was lucky enough to walk in to try Allure ... I had no idea how awesome the service would be. The salon is very clean (which is a priority to me), and the ladies always offer you something to drink and dont rush you at all. They are always attentive, they remember your name, and they give you the best advice without trying to push you towards products. The environment is soothing and professional, and the results seem to hang on for at least a week longer than other salons Ive visited. This really is the best nail salon in Ballantyne... so if youre moving in from out of state (like I did), then do yourself a favor and check them out. Because they do take their time with their clients, I would suggest making an appointment.

Bad experience. My cuticles were agressively filed causing bleeding. The technician didnt seem bothered and admitted that she did not change the file after the previous customer and it appeared dirty. Now I am concerned about contracting an infection.

Just hand a full set and pedicure from Allure and the service was amazing. The ladies were thorough and took their time. I was so happy to relax and happy beautiful nails and toes again!!! I would definitely recommend them.

The Manager did my nails. He was funny, professional and did a great job! There is a wide variety of nail polish colours. Also, they offer complimentary soft drinks or water.

I love going to Allure Nails & Spa for my manicures and pedicures. They have a beautiful and relaxing decor with a super friendly staff. Ask for a glass of wine while you enjoy a great foot massage during your pedi for an amazing experience. I have been there many times and always have a great experience. I highly recommend Allure Nails!

I love this nail salon!! Every time I walk in they all remember my name, greet me with kindness, and make sure I get a drink. I usually go during the week and it feels like I am the only person in there because they are so attentive. They have lots of clients though. When I get the French SNS I only go to Tonya. She is awesome at it. Everyone compliments the white tip SNS for weeks after I get it. The environment is soothing and professional. I always feel pampered when I leave. David always comes around to make sure you like their work and are treated nicely!! I would recommend this nail salon to everyone!!

Nice place, they seem pretty friendly and did a good job. One thing I find most annoying is them screaming they native tongue so loudly. Its hard to relax. Not sure if Ill be back. The other place I usually go to speak English and is alot more soothing of a atmosphere.

They do eyebrows really well!!! I’m going to them every time now to get mine wax. Pedicures are great and relaxing as well. They have a nice staff.

Went to get my toenails done before I went to the beach. My toes had a fungus but the ladies were able to clean it up and hide the yellow grossness.

I went by yesterday to get a full set since I saw plenty of good reviews and I had a great first experience with them! David, the owner, made sure I was taken care of and Lisa did an amazing job. Ill definitely will be going back to get a pedi with my friend.

I love Allure. The staff is very friendly, and the service is fantastic. I love their SNS Pink and White because it has no strong odor, and my nails dont need to be drilled down making them weak.

This place is the best!! All of the ladies are so friendly and their gel manicures are the only ones that actually last 2 weeks on my nails. Not to mention...the pedicures are fantastic!!

This is the worst salon I have ever been to hands down. The lady was aggressive with filing despite telling her to be more gentle. Are dishonest about wait times, and their flip flops are so cheap they break, so you have to either walk barefoot outside or ruin your nails by putting your shoes back on. And then they give you attitude for wanting your money back for their horrible service. Don’t waste your time or your money.

My new go-to place! Ive been looking for a great nail spa in Ballantyne that isnt pricey. Im happy to say I finally found it! The staff is friendly and they do a fantastic job. Its such a relaxing atmosphere and they do a great job working in walk-ins. Would highly recommend Allure for your next mani/pedi.

I was visiting the area from Pittsburgh, PA. I needed a couple of nails repaired and Lisa took care of me, she was really sweet and did a nice job!

My daughters and I took my husband here for Fathers Day 2017, and were treated SO RUDELY! We were told that the wait would be about 20 minutes and we were not in a rush, so we walked around the shopping center as we waited. When we returned, my family took a seat and I attempted to use the restroom. The gentleman doing nails at the first station, stopped me and asked where I was going. I felt like a child as I had to ask for permission to visit the restroom after he questioned my husband to confirm that he was receiving a service. Embarrassing and disrespectful, every client was staring at us. We opted to leave without service and this was not how wed hoped to treat a great man on fathers day.

Went there last Friday my pedicure was awesome, but my SNS was terrible and beware of constant add on charges. So I paid 65.00 for my nails to look like garbage, so no thanks never again as far as finger nail service goes

I walked in & walked right out. The owner wanted me to get services I didnt want & was very forceful about getting the most expensive packages.

The best thing about them is they are open on Sundays and they are very good at what they do. They do intricate nail art and anything else you might want.

Went to This place for the kid chairs. My daughter loves to be pampered lol the pricing was high. $85 for me $50 for her. She like to get gel polish so I know it would be a little higher. After looking online mine should have been $50 and her should have been $30 with regular polish Im assuming. So a extra $20 for her and $35 for me for gel polish?! Wow. The guy there is really nice full of energy and make you feel welcomed.The woman who did my nails was amazing she took her time and I loved that. She was also nice to my daughter who finished before me and stood beside my chair because she didnt want to be away from me. The woman who did my daughter mani and pedi was very nice and did a great job. The place is very nice and relaxing but we will not be back. Not for those prices. I guess I will be on the hint for another kid friendly nail salon.

I’ve been getting SNS here for about a year now so I thought it was time to leave a review. My SNS never chips or breaks. I wore it for 6 weeks one time. They just got some new colors afew months ago.

REALLY bad mani pedi... plus lady stopped in the middle of doing it and made me wait 20 minutes with cold water to help other customers instead of giving honest wait times. An hour job ended up about 3 hours. Crappy job done, gel polish is sloppy and uneven. Don’t waste your time or money.

Worst experience of my life. I was there for over two hours for them to put two different colors on my nails and I had three different people work on me. All of that for my nails to come out horrible with bumps, my cuticles are cut, and my toes look like I did them myself.

Fairly priced and bonus points for being open on Sundays! My go-to Nail Salon in Ballantyne.

I love this nail salon. There are tons of polish options, including traditional, gel, SNS, etc. There are about a dozen different kinds of pedicures. I have incredibly sensitive skin, so thats a huge feature to me. Even better, it is incredibly clean. They line the pedi basins, wear gloves, use a new buffer on everyone and openly autoclave their instruments. Each lotion and salt and sugar for the pedis is packaged individually. Everyone is fantastic, but Lisa is my absolute favorite. They offer drinks, Too! It might be a little more than other places, but I have never, ever walked away unhappy. I pay $60 for SNS AND A pedicure, and they last 2-3 weeks. Tips are cash only, and they dont take AMEX, so plan ahead.

They say that they are participating in the BCP discounts on every Ad with 15% discount if spent over $20. I got a manicure for $30 and while paying he said if I use the BCP card I will be charged additional $5 to even it out. This is false advertising.

Scheduled an appointment for me and my mother for mothers day paid for the full treatment. They set us down together and my pedicure lasted 12 min she rushed through it so fast I was more stressed walking out than walking in. While I got mine my mother waited for another 20 min before hers. Felt like I was inconveincing them for being there. Was the worst pedi I ever had. Dont waste your money

Had a hard time finding a nail salon that was open on a Sunday, so I gave them a try. She did a good job of cleaning up my nails but thats where it ends. The polish looks horrendous, its uneven in areas and already coming off after four days and the bottom of my feet are peeling. Waste of money, more than I spend at my usual place.

I dont like they rush everything from the minute you walk in. Ill be going back to VIP
