Outstanding and professional. My gel manicure and deluxe message gel pedicure are gorgeous. Eyebrows waxed and arched to perfection.

Kims daughter gave me a pedicure. She did an excellent job and I didnt have to deal with Kims yelling and bad attitude.

Nail club does a great job..maybe need more tech . But .other than that Great job

I used to drive across town to get my feet and eyebrows done here.. I live right down the street now but I think this was my last visit. I understand the need to increase prices dye to the virus but at least maintain the quality you had before.They have really nice massage chairs. The pedicure was subpar to say the least. Besides for the cheese grater, the lady didnt scrub my feet (they used to use an exfoliating scrub on feet and legs). The lady didnt rub/scrub my legs or lotion my feet when done.The eyebrow job was decent but I just feel like for $10 I couldve received more effort and shaping.

Although, my pedicure looked nice it took all of 10 mins from start to finish. I also received a waxing service and I asked her three times to change her gloves and when she finally did she preceded with a nasty attitude. The older woman with this salon sucks.

The young lady that do you pedi is amazing she scrubs roughly which i like a bit over priced but she did great work ....finger nails idk i get my nails done outside of charlotte !!!

I love love love this place. Its now under new management so it deserves these 5 stars. The owner (mike) is an awesome guy. The environment is always clean and cozy. Im never in there long, even with a crowd. I refuse to go anywhere else to get my nails done. I love the Nail Club.Elizabeth R.

On October 1 2018, I had went to get my nails done at Nail Club at 5724 E W.T Harris Blvd  Charlotte NC 28215. The following week as I was doing hair, my nails started to lift tremendously and as temporary fix, I put a band-aid on it. Last night as I was putting lotion on my nails, the nail popped off and my finger started to bleed. I went back to the nail shop to see if they could remove the nails and cleaned. She started to argue back and forth saying that I needed a fill in and it had been two weeks. I informed her that I had gotten my nails by her daughter who is not a licensed nail technician upon a witness looking at the wall for the nail licenses.

My mother in law got me a gift certificate for Xmas that was supposed to be good for a year. I go there today and the lady in there tells me they have a new owner so I would have to pay first, leave my phone number, and hope the new owner can get the money from the old owner to reimburse me, they would call and I would have to come back to get the money or have a credit for another service. I don’t know how well they do nails and I will never find out. That’s completely unprofessional

It was a wonderful experience the technician was very attentive giving everything that I asked for. I was very pleased with the design that she chose for me.

I go here every so often and the technicians are friendly. The only thing I dont like is when you ask for something that isnt typical they are not discreet at all. I get tips put on my big toes because the nail doesnt grow much which makes my feet look stubby. They repeat it loudly basically letting everyone know...happens EVERY time I come in to get it done so I always try to go in the morning when no one is there.. Smh so I can try to save myself the embarrassment..PLEASE TRY TO BE MORE DISCREET WITH YOUR CLIENTS!

Customer service could of been better after the lady put my nike slides on instead of the paper flip flops. I expressed concerned before getting up, she said it was fine. Once I walked to the drying station a nail smudged and they blamed me. She fixed the polish but took no responsibility. She lectured me instead. I just said ok bc I knew I wasnt going back so no need to argue.

Good device, but they tell you one price and then try to charge something else.

Once you go there.You will go back.She is really good and very nice.

I took my daughter here to get a full set. The lady finished her nails in maybe 20 mins polish and all. My daughter didnt like her nails and told her then she yells at my child gets in her face and say you black girls always complaining. Now by the time i got there everyone was calm cool and collected probably because Im a big girl with plenty attitude. She was so calm she didnt even want the extra five dollars she was charging for coffin cut in which my daughter didnt recieve.... The worst place ever to get your nails done...... I wouldnt send my dog there. Its been 6 days and they already need a fill in.

Best pedicures in town if you get the deluxe. I dont do acrylic nails so I cant comment on.their nail skills.

It was all good until i came back to get my nails done, the servuce terrible and my wirk aas sloppy and rushed!!! Never again...id rather drive 3.5hrs to Atlanta...smh disappointed...

Lisa the owner CAN NOT DO NAILS!!! She messed my nails up...Very unprofessional, Rude, disrepesful, Love to rush...Its only one person can do nails in there and she by appointmentsI HATE THIS PLACE..

The place was clean, the young lady who did my service seen to not want to. When polishing my nails she went too far on my cuticle so when my nail grew out the polish would catch on stuff like my hair. If I go back I would not want her to do my service.

Terrible service... The lady seemed to be in a rush it took her 30 minutes to do my aunts feet. She was unfriendly
