Ive been going to this establishment since I moved here about 5 months ago. Always during the week and never a problem. Today I changed it up and came on a Saturday (Im not sure if this had anything to do with it but its the only thing that was different) first the manager told me my technician wouldnt be there for another 2 hours (even though I scheduled this appointment 2 days prior specifically because they were low on technicians) and proceeded to sit beside me and say that if Im going to have my child there (shes 2) I need to be aware that customers have complained about children disturbing them while they relax, running around the salon and slowing down the process. As I mentioned Ive been coming here for 5 months. My child is always in her stroller or my lap , phone in hand and never a disturbance because Im not having that. I asked if MY child was doing any of these things, was she disturbing anyone? He answered no. So why are we having this conversation? He says mothers like you normally have a hard time controlling young children..I asked him to clarify what mothers like me meant and he answered younger mothers and that it was very awkward to have this conversation but if my child was disruptive, even if its in the middle of my service, I would have to leave as to not disturb anyone else. My issue is that I am a paying customer, a frequent and loyal customer and my child never misbehaves. What does my age have to do with how well I discipline my child. How is my money less valuable, my experience less cared for because of how old I chose to have my kid? Out of line and they will not be getting my money again.

I got SNS w/ tips. I absolutely love it & think she did a good job especially with this being SNS. This cost me $50.00Highly recommend making an appointment instead of walking in!Ill be back!

This place is fantastic! I had the Deluxe Pedicure and it was truly one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had! The staff is friendly and patient! I take some time to find the exact color palette I want; and they worked with me to help me find what I was looking for! Great experience! Will be back!

I was there for the first time today. Really clean salon and covid prepared, they have a lot to offer as far as color, services and even have a menu for little girls mani/pedi. They where full and I did not have an appointment, but was able to do my pedicure only. My person was very friendly and skilled. She got both of my ingrown big toe nails out and it was such a well feeling after suffering for 3 weeks with it. I will definitely return. Thanks a lot.

Recently discovered this spot and was lucky enough to end up with Hannah. She is so good at what she does. I’ve had sns done and my first set lasted 3 weeks with no breaking or losses. I will definitely keep coming back to see her.

Don was the absolute BEST!!! I was a walk-in client and he treated me like as if I were a regular. He was extremely friendly and very detailed oriented...he wanted to make sure that he took care of my every need with my mani/pedi. He did not rush and made sure I was completely satisfied. My sister recommended Pure Luxe in Ballantyne after I’ve struggled to find a place to do consistently well SNS. My first time, the owner Andy took care of me right away! Even with the salon being packed and him taking phone appointments he poured me some wine and still made the experience great! Went back and had Linda who was also excellent and very sweet. I’ve definitely found my go to spot!

I got a deluxe pedi and a french ombre SNS fill-in today, and both techs did an AMAZING JOB!!! Jenny is particularly talented at doing a natural french ombre, and on both services, the techs really took their time and made sure they gave me high quality work. I live almost an hour away, but after being disappointed by so many local salons, I saw Pureluxe’s reviews and gave it a shot. I am SO glad I did! They’ve gained a lifelong client!

I finally found a salon that gets it just right. Perfect. Beautiful. My tech was Mai, and she made sure I got what I had in mind. Super Relaxing atmosphere and good prices. Love and will come back again

I LOVE Pure Lux. Andy, Jenny, Sofia, and Kim became like my family. Not only are the services top quality, the people are friendly and inviting. This is one of the biggest things I miss since moving from Charlotte - not just the salon but the amazing people who run it.

The atmosphere is very relaxing. The nail techs were attentive, and friendly.

I went in for both manicure and pedicure. For the pedicure, I had the best package done and it was wonderful. Im on my feet at work most of the prolonged hours of my shift so this was definitely quite the treat that was executed to my full expectations. A kind lady who had her hair in a ponytail and very soft spoken; she did an awesome job through the whole process. Always made sure I was comfortable with the heat from the rocks and gel.My manicure experience was good, but not as great as the pedicure. She was a kind lady, bobbed hair cut with glasses. I had matte black stilettos done and she preferred powder over acrylic because my nails were healthy and she didnt want them to get damaged if I only get my nails done on rare occasions which was appreciated. A few areas were neglected and the surface looks a bit uneven on some of them. There was left over residue as well on the skin around the nails which Im not too thrilled about. I felt she was in a bit of a hurry. I was a walk-in instead of an appointment, but my money is as good as the next client. Overall, it was a decent experience.

2nd time visiting. Clean, friendly, and welcoming. Mimosas are nice and add to pampering yourself.

Love this salon! I literally drive 35 min. to have Jenny do my nails rather than go to the salons 10 min. from my house. Everyone is professional and the salon is beautiful and not cramped. She explains everything, is very patient, and does a great job!!

Today was my second time here and I love it! Great Customer Service, little to no wait if you come at a good time, and if there is a wait, it is well worth it! They do a wonderful job and dont rush the process! My nails have looked great both times I have come! Would Highly Recommend.

I am pretty picky and I found my new shop! Had my 3rd visit, 3rd different tech and SATISFIED. They are professional, clean, and skilled!

All we were looking for was a little respect! We made a 4:30 appointment today for a couples pedicure--they said absolutely no problem we will see you then. We arrived five minutes early and they said it will be just a few minutes. After waiting 10 minutes (4:40) they moved us back to the seats to soak are feet. After 35 minutes total (5:05) with NO ONE EVEN CLOSE TO BEING DONE with other clients in order to serve us, we decided to leave. Apparently, there WAS a problem with 4:30 appointment time. Why didnt they just tell us they were busy and to come at 5:15? We all understand that things can back up but why not BE STRAIGHT with us and tell us to come later?... We had JUST CALLED a bit earlier. One comes to a spa to feel relaxation. After 35 minutes we both were feeling so disrespected there was no way for us to enjoy the experience. Looking around at the status of the other clients we realize they wouldnt have been able to start us until about 5:30, a full HOUR after our confirmed appointment!

I have been coming here every 3 weeks for the past 3 years. I always get the best service. They are so nice and helpful. Andy and Sophia are amazing but every technician is great!! There is a wait most of the time so make an appointment because they are super busy! HIGHLY recommend this place.

I love this place! They have great customer service. They are easy to talk to, they keep great conversation, they never pressure me into unnecessary products or services. The establishment feels like home. Its clean, comfortable, and the employees make you feel welcome which is not something I can say for many nail salons. I have been going to nail salons for over 15 years in the Charlotte area and would absolutely recommend this place over any other.

I needed a full set and pedi but had to leave by a certain time to pick my children up. The nail technicians were so accommodating. One gave me a pedicure while the other stood and worked on my full set. Im very pleased with how my nails look and I was out in more than enough time to get my kids. The salon is clean and beautifully decorated. Pureluxe is my new nail spot.

I was a little skeptical about trying a new nail salon but it was convenient and close to work. Let me just tell you if you haven’t been here you should. I felt like a superstar walking in there. They really care about their costumers and the service they give. They also have a membership program which gives you points for every service you get. It’s free btw

Loved, loved, loved this place! I initially went to Apple Nails across the street, but they were closed (this was the Friday after Snowmageddon) and I really needed to get my nails done. Pureluxe was open and fir me in right away. I had a lovely manicure with warm water soak, massage and salt scrub. The technician took such care to make sure each nail was done impeccably, I was super impressed! They are my new favorite place, I never felt rushed, and the staff were kind and friendly, actually making conversation with the clients. Check them out, you will not be disappointed!

My go-to nail salon in Charlotte. The owner, Andy, is fantastic with customers and nails, his staff is also great, they do the best job on my nails. I get dipping powder (SNS) and I always regret going somewhere else for it (if Im out of town) because its never as good as Pureluxe. Im picky! I like how they dont layer the powder on too thick and buff along my cuticles perfectly so there isnt a harsh/chunky line between the polish and my nail when my nails grow out. I highly reccomend them!

Im in town for business, had a free evening, and walked in to see if they could fit me in - they did (quickly!) and were wonderful :) They did an amazing job, and the hand massage was lovely. I would like to go back this week for a pedicure if I have time!

I was on vacation and luckily stopped by for a spur of the moment pedicure. Wow! Talk about luck! My pedi was so enjoyable I asked mid-way if they could squeeze me in for a manicure too. Terrific service, truly luxurious, impeccably clean, and coming up on a week later, my regular polish manicure still looks fresh! I wished I lived closer. I would be a regular customer. Anytime Im back in Charlotte though, I plan to visit!
