Helen and her staff are simply the best, I have been going here for over 15 years, it started out with my sister and I taking my mom for a girls outing, and I have been going here since.

Went in June 10 2016 to get feet done. This was my second visit. Upon the tech removing the polish, I noticed my big toe at the bottom of the nail had a greyish odd color the size of a dime. I asked her to stop to take a closer and it was fungus. I called the manager over he tried to say I dropped something on my toe that is why it looked like that. After a few minutes of me telling him I would know if I hit my toe. The tech she now had an attitude and got up and walked away.I walked out I am still treating this fungus on my toe thanks to them. They are rude and not sanitary!!!

Had a pedicure done two weeks ago the polish started chipping one day later. Called them and asked them about gaurantee work, I was told we dont guarantee toes? In the middle of asking a question he hung up. They want get my hardworking money.

This place needs to be shut down this place is for the low class hxEs if this shop was in a white community it would of been shut down very unsanitary.

They do decent work, but can be rude at times. The location is definitely hood and the parking isnt good, due to being in a very small shopping center shared with about 4 other businesses

Very Poor customer service I have been going here for 2 years now and never will I ever go back they are disrespectful and don’t know how to talk to people they called the police and told me to go to another store because I was having a conversation with another customer they are also racist the bald head dude started my nails and didnt finish them never go here

The worst shop ever. I came Saturday and had my nail done. My acrylic started chipping Saturday night. I called to inform them of the service, the lady begin screaming and over talking me. Neverrrrrrr again .
