My first time going was a good experience. My second time going(today) 9-18-21 was not. There policy is to wear a mask and wash your hands as soon as you walk in before you even sign in for services. And it also states no company just hanging around. Today I was totally disgusted. Sitting next to me and my fiancé was an older woman getting a pedicure not wanting to wear a mask. She then has two visitors come in WITHOUT masks on sat down in the 2 chairs next to her, proceeds to stay and talk for 20min. NO MASKS, didn’t wash their hands. Never put them on or was told to put them on. They leave and NO ONE even cleaned the chairs they sat in. When we brought it to the managers attention he made an excuse. Didn’t apologize or anything. Just said they were visiting there mom. Im done with businesses who don’t really care about there customers….

Every time I go see Vivian I get at least 5 compliments on my nails each day. She is so nice and funny. All my nails stay on, where before at different nails salons, about half of my nails would be missing. They don’t skimp on cheap products and the prices are so reasonable! Check them out!!

I have had my nails done here with SNS several times with Hannah. Shes great! Listens to what I want and I always leave happy. The pedicures here are very relaxing too with clean equipment every time.

I had such a great experience at Herbal Spa. I have gone to many nail salons in the steel creek area and this is by far my favorite nail spot. Amy did my gel manicure and pedicure and she was so sweet and did a great job. I will definitely be returning.

I hate that I forgot the name of the gentleman that did my nails, however he did a WONDERFUL job. He took his time doing my full gel set and made it look wonderful. The picture attached is from a week later still looking amazing. (Thank you!) I definitely will be back soon!

The woman who did my nails was so nice and the ambiance of the spa was also nice. I got a gel pedicure and within not even a week, I had already had whole toes with no polish on them. I’m about two weeks in and have almost no polish at all on my toes. Kind of upsetting because I know how long gel lasts especially on toes.

Love this place! Theyre so gentle with my hands and always do a great job of making sure Im happy before I leave. Any request and they make it happen! Walkins dont wait long and appointments always get seated as soon as you get in. Ill be back for sure!

My nails always look amazing, the pedicures are flawless and she is above and beyond accommodating to my busy schedule. Not only that, but this place is so clean. One of the few places in the area that pours a separate container for dip nails.

I have had most of the nail technicians do my nails and they always do a good job. I always like to get designs or something different and they always take their time making them look pretty. This time I went and Vivian did my nails for the first time and she did an amazing job I love them. I wanted something different and she gave me a lot of options such as foil nails, matte nails, glitter nails so I decided to have a combination and I love how they turned out she did them so well!!! They also have a lot of colors and options for different nails at this place which is great.

Didnt even last a week, worst nail job ever. Wont be coming back to this place as this is not the first time it has happened which I decided not to post. They usually do a better job on pedicures.

Mary did my pedicure, and she was super detailed, efficient, and made great suggestions when I was picking out my colors. They adhere to Covid guidelines and I felt very safe the entire time. Usually enjoy going to this place, but most recent visit was not a pleasant experience. I called to make an appointment just to have SNS removed. Showed up few minutes early and was ignored after initially being greeted and told to sign in. I finally had to leave after 45 minutes with zero acknowledgment. It would not have been a big deal if they had been busy.

I went to this salon for the first time and it was Ahhh-mazing!!! I love the fact that they take covid very seriously by requiring hand washing immediately upon entering the salon, and they have the plastic partitions everywhere. Vivian took great care of my feet!! I got the organic pedicure and after an hour of pampering, I was in total heaven!! My new FAVORITE pedicure spa!!

I have never been treated like this in my life. I wish I could give them a negative star. I walked in for the first time to get a gel manicure a week ago and they convinced me to get a more expensive polish that they said would last longer than a gel so I agreed. Less than a week later they had all cracked and chipped. When I went back in to see what they could do they treated me so disrespectfully. They made me sit around for an hour with acetone on my fingers then when I asked to speak to a manager to have them simply remove the work they did to my nails he threatened to call the police. I have never been treated so horribly at a business before. They made me leave with the surface of my nails all sanded off and refused to do anything about it.

I had a great time here! Needed a pamper day for myself after working a very tiring shift. It’s very clean and my technician was very sweet, helpful and honest. She helped me pick out what color would go well with my toes. I showed her my finger nails and we agreed that my polish would wear off from the work I do, and that i might be disappointed, so she recommended a top coat for me. I went with a matte top coat. Definitely will be back for future cleanings!

First off, they follow strict Covid regulations. They’re extremely clean! I was unhappy with the color I chose to begin with and the nail tech was amazing in being cooperative with me! Very nice and friendly. Will come again!

I had the most amazing experience in this salon! I called ahead to see if they had any availability on short notice and they had me come in immediately. I walked in and was immediately seated! No wait time. They are extremely hygienic. The technician explained to me what they were doing at each step for sanitary purposes. He asked for clarification with a photo regarding the shape of my nails when he wasnt entirely sure. I couldnt have been more happy to show him and he got it exactly right just by seeing it. I had dip power done and they made me my own cup to dip my nails in. I asked for a blend of two powders and they were extremely accommodating. I couldnt have asked for a better salon experience.

Herbal Spa and Nails is the absolute best nail salon around! I went somewhere else and had my nails done due to the hour drive it takes me to go to Herbal spa and boy was that a mistake that I will never make again.
