I have been going to Polished Park Road for a few months now and I love it! This location is very clean and well decorated. They always manage to work me in when I get there after work and do a phenomenal job. Everyone I have worked with has taken their time on my nails and the manicures/pedicures always turn out great! A few members of the staff are able to do nail art too which is a plus.

Diem was phenomenal, sweet, took her time and made sure my services was perfect,wasn’t rushed and by far the best pedi I have EVER had!!!! awesome conversation and just felt at home seriously go see her y’all! Thank you Diem for making my birthday start awesome!!!!

I came in for a fill and was charged 50 dollars for this horrendous work. The guy was so aggressive and even told me to stop laughing.... I’m so nice that I even tipped 18% of 50 dollars... never again going back. Do not waste your time. I’m new to NC and someone suggested this location, but I definitely wouldn’t advise anyone else to go unless you want to feel uncomfortable, terrible service, but nice atmosphere haha.

For the price of a pedicure you get very little. Toe nails are shaped properly. Still rough places on the foot. I will not go back.

I went in for a simple gel polish removal. It was done incorrectly and roughly (not to mention rude!). Left with one of my nails broken, and some gel polish still on. Now have to go elsewhere to qualified professionals to fix. Will never go back, and do NOT recommend. Also very unhygienic.

I’d give zero stars if a could. This place is absolutely filthy, I’m worried I’m going to get an infection after getting a manicure and pedicure. Everything was dirty—the chair, the basket of equipment he used, the floor. He put the tools he used on my feet back into the same plastic container and back into the basket, which means that they are not sanitizing the equipment between customers. The guy who did the service was rushing, very rough and very unprofessional. My cuticles looked like they did before I arrived. I will never give business to this place or any other location of Polished again.

Polished Nail Bar offers a welcoming environment with great service and friendly staff! They made the experience very fun and relaxing. Polished Nail Bar is a must for anyone who wishes to be pampered ! I will definitely be back soon! :-)

I went to Polished on Park Road yesterday for SNS with tips. The man who did my nails was extremely rough with me, making me feel incredibly uncomfortable. He kept telling me I was too tense, yet he would grab my hands with force and jerk them around, banging them on the glass covering and messing them up in the process several times. I woke up this morning with a bruise on my wrist which I assume is from him handling me. Nails ended up looking clumpy from him having to redo them over and over. Today two of my tips broke off just from typing on the computer… Ive never had this happen before. I never ever leave bad reviews ever but I feel like paying 65 dollars just to have some dude manhandle me, leave a bruise and then having two of my nails break off sort of warrants this.

I got a gel polish and it looked great, but it started to chip after less than a week.

I have visited this location twice in the last month and was extremely disappointed both times by the service. My most recent experience was Mother’s Day, in which I brought my young daughter in for a little girls day pampering.The employees were so rushed to get us out that our manicure and pedicure barely lasted 30 minutes. We had to ask for drinks, they are never offered, at least not during my recent visits. There is just no experience - it’s get in and get out.They didn’t ask if we wanted any extra services - they barely spoke to us at all. I will not be returning to Polished, as it is no longer the kind of establishment where I can enjoy getting my nails done.

It looks super cute inside and outside the building and the people are super nice but they did not do a great job at all. I wanted to like it because of the people that did my nails but at times it was painful and it did not turn out looking very nice. I showed them a simple inspo picture but it did not look at all like the picture and was very messy. I got almond shaped acrylic and it started off looking nice but started to be super uneven and oddly shaped after he finished shaping them. They turned out really lumpy and not neatly painted. Super rough around the edges of my nails. I have small cuts on my cuticles from how rough the filing was. I don’t recommend. It was super expensive and not worth the money

Get a female. (Besides Mr.Lee, he is fantastic. The other male doesnt listen to requests and does/charges whatever he wants.

People were so nice and funny! They did jut what I asked! I got a my nails done and have had them for at least a week and still look great and the pic is what they look like after over a week! lova it

I booked appointments for myself and my son. We arrived on time only to be told that they dont usually make appointments and they are totally booked. The same story was reiterated even after showing the email that confirmed my appointments! He tried to make it seem like I was at the wrong location when it CLEARLY stated Park Road, with the confirmation reply saying, HAVE A GREAT TIME! Thanks for confirming an appointment that you tell us in our face is not what is usually done! Why would you confirm something wasting SO much of our travel time???? EXTREMELY disappointed as I was trying to have a mother/son day and allow my child to experience his very first pedicure. NOT cool at all!!!

Wouldn’t recommend for SNS/ dip but I had a GREAT guy for my pedicure.SNS: they have a decent selection but a lot is OPI powder which is not good quality (surprising, I know). The older gentleman who did my nails didn’t let the old SNS soak off and instead sanded them off. Once the old SNS was off he KEPT SANDING. This made my natural nails soo thin it hurt for him to touch them. I told him he was hurting me and he went right back to doing it anyway.I got a white powder first, with 2 Coats of pink powder on top. I’ve done this plenty of times at other places to make a pretty light pink that isn’t too translucent. Well he sanded the SNS down so much that there are big patches of white! It’s like he completely took off the top layer of SNS he put down and most of the second.While filing the side my nails manually, he filed into my skin (side of finger and under my nail) on multiple fingers. Again, told him he was hurting me, kept pulling back my hands and he didn’t stop. He also didn’t angle around my cuticle so now that it’s growing out it’s not a smooth transition to my natural nail.I would ONLY go back for a pedi if I ONLY get the one guy (younger, very personable and energetic) I had before. Never again for SNS or any other mani.2 stars for the wine and mimosa options and nice decor.

Please ask for an itemized receipt. While I was getting my nails done two customers were complaining about the prices increasing and added services such as removal of gel polish.My bill was $97 for SNS, Pedicure ($35), and eyebrows. The most I have paid for all three services are between $75 to $85. However the services were satisfactory.

Judy was amazing. I made an appt 2 hours ahead for 11:30 and went in on my lunch break and got a manicure. I was done in about 30 minutes and it was great. She was very detailed and gave me tips for how to take better care of my cuticles at home. I think I have finally found my new nail tech!

Very disappointed with my SNS manicure. They looked great at first but several nails started cracking 4 days after the manicure and then the next day 2 nails completely chipped. Waste of money.

I’ve been a faithful client for over 10 years. This isn’t your regular spa service...they really care about your experience, health, and quality. I’m committed to them!!

They do a nice job and very friendly. I think price is about 5-10 higher than average salons for basic, natural nail mani/pedi.. I dont like that they constantly try to upsell you on the services after you say no multiple times. No means NO!

Im not from the area and came here on a whim. Im glad I did. Decently priced for what I received. I got a deluxe pedicure that was comprised of a paraffin dip and leg massage. My nail tech was exceptionally nice and tender. He took his time and made sure everything was perfect. The only thing I wasnt in love with was the lack of nail dryers after my pedicure was done, but I didnt mind waiting it out.

Bridal party for our wedding went to this establishment on 6/29/19. Two days later my now wife came down with a horrible nail infection on 2 fingers. They cut the nail down to the quick which according to our doctor caused the infection. Called Polished Nails location at Park Road shopping center to speak initially with the manager to ascertain the owners name and email address to forward pictures and concerns for others who could possibly be at risk. Amazingly, spoke with Sony who identified himself as the manager. My wife explained the situation to Sony who said initially he needed to see the nails. Asked for the owners email to forward photos as he would probably want to know. Sony would not provide the name or email of the owner and called my wife a liar. Spoke with him directly and said we would handle it through the owner at which point he hung up on me.Did a little research and “Sony” is in fact the owner. We spent $355.00 that day on various services and received this treatment from the owner with our problem. We were called liars and we were hung up on. Would STRONGLY suggest you consider any other location than Polished Nail Salon for this service. Thanks Sony

Called to see the wait time and was told 5 minutes. Went in with my niece and we were both greeted properly and offered a beverage after we picked our colors. But then sat in the assigned pedicure chair for 40 minutes without anyone coming back. Just soaking.... for 40 minutes. Never did anyone say 10 minutes or we’ll be right with you. We decided to leave and then were told that we were almost next. To which I complained about the lack of communication. I was then quickly dismissed as the man turned his back to me. I’ll never go back there. Worst service ever!!!

So many things wrong. 1) didn’t tell me how long to expect to wait for service (ended up waiting 25min) 2) my pedicure lasted TWELVE minutes. She was going to fast I don’t even remember it 3) they couldn’t find the color I wanted 4) my manicure was also under 15 minutes and she rushed off to the next person. I realize I probably went at rush hour but regardless now I’m out 50$ and my nails still have all cuticles in tact 😑 avoid. Just looks pretty

I got my nails done about 5 days ago. This is the second time I’ve got them done and they break within a few days. I paid over $100 for all my services and got SNS on my hands and they were cracked the next day when it’s supposed to last a few weeks. I’ve gotten sns at other salons and this only happens here. I will no longer be coming back and thought management should know. I often feel rushed while there which I think results in poor service.

Interesting place. The atmosphere and music are cool, the furniture is new and the nail technician that I had was great. But theres also a pool table and a bar, that at some point will be a full bar with beer taps.I docked them one star for not allowing tips to be added to credit cards. I know this is a common practice, but there are salons that allow it, so its not impossible.

Ive been a few times for a pedicure and have had wonderful experiences! Sam is a great technician and is very caring! Its very clean, relaxing and an all around enjoyable atmosphere. Im going to have my boyfriend go try out the mens area next time.

Very disappointed with my visit to the new location. The technician completely rushed through my service just to sit at the end of the nail bar with her earbuds in and play on her phone. (They were not busy at all) My polish looks terrible, she spent no time at all on the filing and cuticle care of my nails, I had to wipe off the paraffin that wasn’t dry when she took it off. Huge waste of money!!! (Randy at the Waverly location always did an impeccable job.)

I’m not a fan of this place. The nail tech I went to was frankly rude and rushed through the whole pedicure. The polish was not great either and the massage was like 2 minutes. He hovered over the entire time for his tip. I told him I needed change for a ten. He acted annoyed and when I gave him his tip, he seemed annoyed and walked away. I feel like all the Polished locations are just trying to get as many people in as quickly as they can and unfortunately the service suffers.

Ive been to this location a half a dozen times. Its hit or miss. Too many places within a stones throw of here that are consistently good. I got a decent mani, bad pedi. I didnt complain because I decided Ill just learn and not go back. I gave 3 stars because the people are nice.

Service was quicker than I expected and it was good. The one less star is for the price really. Others dont mind paying 60 for gel but I do. I didnt get gel fyi, it would have been 25 extra dollars.

The manager, Sonny, is wonderful. I had a terrible accident happen and there was acetone spilled on a very expensive bag. He was extremely accommodating and did everything to make a bad situation right. While the situation was bad, the way in which this business operates is the kind of place I like to go to. Thanks for making a bad experience go much smoother and showing me that great service still is out there!

Tried this place for a second time after a disappointing first visit to get a simple manicure. Left my cuticles looking ugly. Just looks horrible and will not be spending my money here again if they can’t even get a simple manicure looking decent. Also concerned about the cleanliness of the place and the tools used. My technician rushed through my nails both times I was there. Not coming back.

I came in for an SNS manicure. I told the technician at that time that the dip looked too thin and Id prefer it to be thicker. He didnt heed my warning, but told me if my nails chipped or broke to come back and hed fix them. Well less than a week and a half after getting my manicure (which should last 3 weeks), 3 of my nails were gone and the rest were cracking. I returned as instructed. I told them they all needed to be fixed - as I had said, they were too thin. They fixed my nails and then tried to charge me full price ($50). When I was confused about why I was being charged, they took $5 off and said it was because I had them fix all my nails, not just the 3 that were COMPLETELY GONE. They should honor their work and should have fixed them for free. My nails are now shorter, weaker, oh and the new manicure isnt any thicker than the last one. Never again.

Worst customer service ever...the place was full but they made me sit and wait 30 minutes without even telling me or make me aware of the waiting time..I asked how long still I had to wait and they told me 10 minutes...after waiting even more than 10 minutes and they saw me I was ready to leave, nobody even came to say sorry...Careless service!! Will never go there again!

Not going back to this place. I felt rushed. Made an appoint for 4 people we arrived on time and still had to wait for about 20 minutes and then could not sit together. My pedicure felt like I just got a color change, very rushed the woman barely scrubbed my feet. Got an SNS and the gentleman filed my nails way to short, the are now sore and red. This place is over exaggerated, everything that glitters is not gold. The only thing that I really enjoyed was the complimentary Mimosa.

If you want to get in and out quick with no service go here. I think my friend and I were done with pedicures and out the door in less than 30 mins. But they were pathetic pedicures, no massage no scrubbing it was shotty for sure. We were offered drinks but not a menu. Nothing about their pricing is clear. Id been to the old one but somehow thought new location would be better... Nope. Ill stick with dilworth nails its soooooo much better

Went in for an ombré fill in. Had to wait a little bit for a tech that knows how to do ombré which is to be expected so that wasn’t an issue. Finally got a nail tech and she didn’t do ombré. She gave me a regular fill in not even with the pink acrylic. When I asked about it she said I didn’t ask for ombré when I very clearly did. I was also charged extra to have my nails cut down. Really disappointing all around.

They dont use tub liners and the attendant wasnt skilled at pedicures. They also want all their tips in cash!!! Tax evasion.
