Words can’t not even describe on how bad of a job they did, but here are some pictures to at least show you. I took these right when I got home from the salon.The nails are beyond slanted, uneven and even a part of the acrylic is missing on the side. She filed the nails after painting them which you can see that the sides are not painted. She took less than 1.5 hours to take off my set and add a new one. This should have taken at least 2 hours. Also I asked for IBD acrylic nails and she decided to do something else because she doesn’t like using IBD. When a customers asks for something please do what they ask, not hat you want. Honestly please read the bad reviews and trust what they say.I saw two people walk out today that had made appointments because they had been waiting for quite a while.

I got gel acrylics and Hannah was amazing, she got the coffin shape perfect and put a lot of effort into creating my vision, fully recommend!! :)

Very unprofessional. I am very disappointed with them. We waited 30 mins to be attended. Only for them to provide service for another walk in who originally at the beginning said they didn’t have an appointment. When confronted they lied about them having an appointment. I’m very upset and will make sure to let everyone I know including all 3 million of my followers to not support this business. Good luck to you guys.

It was a girls day out and our first time at Ninis and we were all very pleased. All of the staff, Kelly, Taoo, Ann and Jennifer were awesome. We will definitely be back again. Great customer service 👏🏽

My manicurist was not very friendly and i feel she was mad because she was pushing gel polish and i kept saying no thank you just regular polish. She made me feel uncomfortable. After all, I’m paying her for a service. I’ve had two pedicures at this salon and it’s close toMy office. I will come back, but won’t request her.

As a new customer, I really enjoyed my amazing Deluxe pedicure! The staff is friendly and welcoming as well as talented. My nail tech showed me the utmost care during my pedicure and I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend the speedy and awesome service :)

This is a very convenient location for me. I have been coming here for about 2 years on and off. Majority of my experiences have been great, except for the previous two. I asked for dip after having acrylic nails on and instead of soaking the acrylic nails off they were popped off with a plastic acrylic nail (that had not been used of course). I also mentioned I wanted the dip thin and not so thick with so many layers. She proceeded to tell me that was not possible and she wasn’t going to be able to make them thin. When in fact that is possible, any other time I’ve had that done. Jump forward to today. I wanted the dip taken off and my cuticles just pushed down. He filed my nails until they were hurting and told me there was not way it got hot because he bought the tip that wouldn’t get hot. Well it was hot. It was also $30!!!! That’s near as much as it is to get a gel manicure. I got no polish mind you. I got the dip removed and my cuticles pushed down. All while he was jumping back and forth between clients. Absolutely absurd. I will be finding some place else to go.

Well where do I start. Poorly execution with the nail art definitely not attention to detail. If you want to be let down definitely come here.

My first time getting my nails done where somewhere else, ended up with a thick layer of sns i didnt like. Gave a try to this place by recommendation of a friend after my experience at other nail bar, and this would definitely be my go to. I like they take their time to do perfect looking nails.Highly recommend this place, clean, nice people, not overcrowded.Im happy I’ve found a nice nail bar near home that do a espectacular nails.

I came in for a polish change on my feet alongside a work colleague during my lunch break. They were quick, friendly, hospitable and easy to talk to. They made me feel comfortable. They offered me something to drink (wine, soda and or water)and really went above and beyond to make sure that I was taking care of. The prices are reasonable and the salon was neat, clean and beautiful. They even made sure that my toe polish matched closely with my nails. I will definitely be back soon. Thank you for such an amazing experience and amazing service.

I brought my 16 year old to get her fill-in and 2 nails fixed. She was very satisfied with the technician’s work. I did admire how the nail techs conversed in English which made you feel more at ease. Pricing was fair. They do offer discounts if your a student or Ballantyne corporate employee.

I have been going for a few years, they are always polite, and do an excellent job whether Im getting my eyebrows done, a peticure, or my nails. I also drive 30 mins to go to this nail salon.

I just had the worst manicure of my life - I was cut three times without an apology. I showed a picture of the design I wanted on my nails and I got something that turned out completely different. Plus, my nails are not even, they are thick with so much polish and it looks like a child painted my nails for me. I spent/wasted $50 and TWO HOURS of time for SNS. With the result of my nails, I am forced to get them redone. To add insult to injury, the tech told me that he “did the best he could and even though they don’t look like the picture they still look good”.

If you’re not a regular customer then I suggest you go somewhere else. I’ve never felt comfortable ever time I go there I feel like they judge you as soon as you walk in. I watched them greet everyone the same when they walked in the door(with a smile and a greeting) just to be sure that i wasn’t missing something. I only go because it’s walking distance from my house. They always assign me the same lady which I’ve always found to be interesting but she’s always nice and usually the only one that is.

I was originally impressed that the technician did what I thought was a good gel polish in a short amount of time. However, just a couple of days later, the gel peeled off of one nail. I went back and they fixed it with no problem. Then the next day, the gel peeled off of two nails and one more the following day. I called to ask for a refund because it costs more in time and gas to keep having the polish reapplied and they told me they would not refund my money. They did say I can keep having it fixed but that is the only solution they will offer. I will not be back.

Im a nurse and like to occasionally treat myself to a SNS mani. Been going a couple yrs, never had any issues. This time, not sure if its bc of the COVID stuff or not, it seems to ruin all good things lately, they didnt do the lotion hand/arm massage. With how stressful work is now I was looking forward to that the most. Still a great place to go!!

I have been going to this nail salon for several years. The atmosphere is excellent. They are the Best!!! Customer service, cleanliness, friendly all the best!!! my pedicures are always relaxing and I get compliments on my nails all the time. Love this nail spa and all the employees there. The nails were very pretty at first. But it’s only been a week and 3 of my nails are broken and another one has a crack like it’s about to break. I paid $50 for my nails to be done and they should not be broke in a week. I’m a stay at hope mom so I don’t lift anything heavy or do anything crazy for my nails to be broken. If you’re looking for long nails do not go there. They do not specialize in long nails. Save your time and money

I do not know where to begin. Nini Nails & Bar is a wonderful establishment. Everyone is so nice and attentive to the customers’ needs. The service is so awesome, not only do I get a manicure and pedicure. I have my eyebrows and upper lip waxed. My eyebrows always wax to perfection and my lip. I never break out from the wax and my eyebrows on point.I was nervous about gel polish on my nails, once Sandy introduce me to gel polish and this is all I get on my nails and I am always getting compliments on the service that has been done. All instruments are sterilized very clean and nice atmosphere. Massage chairs are very comfortable while you are getting a pedicure.I have referred friends, family members including my husband and everyone has returned due to the outstanding service. When my mother in-law is in town she looks forwards to coming to Nini Nail Bar.I will refer Nail Bar and I will continue to be a regular. You can do walk-ins or appointments.

I went to this place for the first time yesterday and I must say, I’ve found my nail home. I’m so impressed with their work. The workers are so friendly and welcoming. I was greeted properly and there was no wait time. Ann did an amazing job with my pedi and she took her time. Ann also did an amazing job waxing my eyebrows. She waxed them the exact way I told her I wanted them. Cindy/Sandy also did an amazing job on my full set. She shaped them properly and took her time. It definitively wasn’t a rush job. Highly recommend this nail salon.

This is the only nail salon I will go to! Definitely my favorite, I love going to get my nails done here because it’s such a great experience and atmosphere. I always have people ask me where I get my nails done and tons of compliments. I always get Kaylee to do my nails, she does an amazing job!

Anne has been my nail tech for a decade. I love her professionalism and personality. She has attention to what I like with my nails (mani/pedi). She is awesome! It’s a very comfortable environment to get your nails done!

Pedicure was rushed! Didnt realize polish looked so terrible until I got home and sat on the floor and got a closer look. Wasnt the relaxing experience Im use to.

Walked in and was acknowledged quickly. I was served by two different ladies- one for the pedicure and one for my manicure. The service was above average. The ladies are friendly enough and I did not feel as if they were conversing about us clients in their language (have seen it happen at similar nail shops).The best thing is that it began to rain and the lady lent me her umbrella to be ale to walk home. I did return the umbrella two days later but was super impressed at the ease with which she volunteered her umbrella and she did not even take my details as insurance should I have failed to return her umbrella

Went here for the first time and got a gray gel manicure. In less than a week my nails are turning brown and the gel has chipped in multiple places. They were quick, but the quality is not worth a return visit.

I usually don’t post anything negative but this was supposed to be a relaxing time for me but instead it was kind of painful and unejoyable. Staff was friendly , but the lady who worked with me was awful! The place wasnt busy but the lady was clearly rushing. She put my feet in scorching hot water! Didn’t seem to care when I told her. When it came to adding lotion to my feet she just kind of gave me an Indian rub on my calf’s. Then applied a another scorching hot towel on my legs. Then when it came to my nails. She was very hard with my hands. My thumb was bleeding. I told her it hurt and she would quickly brush it off and say I know! she smudged two of my nails and would only want to fix the one. I had to point out the other one to her and she seemed annoyed. Over all very disappointed!

I always feel welcome here and they do a great job every time. It’s not the closest nail salon to me but I drive out of the way to come here.

This is the 3rd time Ive been. 1st time getting SNS nails. The staff is Awesome I didnt get there until 5:30 & was last to leave, but they treated me like I was 1st guest to arrive of ththe day. I have worked retail 27 yrs and they by far have it!!! My nails and feet are beautiful I am getting ready to head to Nashville for the weekend and I am so happy for my nails anand pedi go see Thao!!! Or anyone in the salon they are all wonderful!!!

Had an 11:30 appointment with a friend. My friend was started on right away but I had to wait 45 minutes. Because it was during lunch they rushed mine. I got a 25 minute pedi versus my friends 1Hr one. Had to rush out of there, not leaving adequate time for my nails to dry. Kind of disappointed that even though I made an appointment I waited so long.
