I went in with long natural nails. I get my nails done every two weeks at another fabulous salon but they were closed on Labor Day so I had to go here. I asked for a slight trim and wanted them almond shaped. The manager hacked them down and filed to stiletto points: He was rough on removing my cuticles and drew blood three times. I asked if he could reshape them since they were pointed and crooked. He told me my fingers were crooked. The massage was absolutely horrible, rough and manhandled. I will never return. Unprofessional, filthy and rude!

This place is horrible!! Going to mimosas nail bar in Noda, my nails grew long and healthy using SNS dipping powder. I went to this place ONCE, told the manager who did my nails what I wanted, and he used an entirely different product just from the same brand causing my nails to now be so brittle I have to wait until theyre stronger to get them done!! He filed down the bed of my real nail so badly it hurts to touch!! The manger is the one that did my nails and he should know better. They trick you just to save themselves cost.

Horrible customer service! I had to come 3 DAYS IN A ROW for them to fix GEL polish that keep bubbling up & coming off after washing my hands! On the 1st day I told the guy that he dont deserve a tip because he saw how the nail was messed up but I tip anyway. Then the manager didnt offer any compensation or free service for the 3 days coming back and forth. The only thing he told me once asked him if he was going to give anything for my trouble like a gift card or anything. He told me that I fix the nail for you, sorry!SMDH

My normal go-to salon was too busy to fit me so I ended up at iColor, and boy am I glad I did.They did a great job with my SNS nails, they were kind, efficient and the whole process was relaxing.Normally I walk away and find a flaw a day later, but it’s been 3 days and there’s no flaw in sight (as you can see)!I definitely recommend you give them a chance.

Asked for a pedi and a gel mani. The filing was pointy and the polish was sloppy. I asked him to fix it. He acted like I spit on him. I went somewhere else and the ladies giggled at the quality. Needless to say I won’t be back. There are too many other options

Khenji was the best. I had a spa pedicure and he was on point. Friendly professional and had nice conversation so I’ll definitely go back when I’m traveling to Charlotte. He had a mans touch but not too much. After I felt good n relaxed.

Horrible experience. Anything I asked for they said they couldn’t do. Finally I just settled on one solid color. The woman doing my nails had a terrible attitude. It was clear she didn’t want to be doing my nails. My nails have never looked so bad. The quality was horrible. The shaping was horrible. Paint job was lumpy and uneven. Already chipped. I would’ve mentioned this before I left had it not been my friends birthday that brought us there-though I was visibly unhappy. Not to mention them over charging for services. This morning as soon as they opened, not even 24 hours later, I called and expressed that I was unhappy with the services and entire experience. I said I’d like to come in for a refund And they could remove the gel polish or I could remove them myself. The man on the phone said ok come in. So I did. And now he is refusing my refund, laughing because he doesn’t understand why I’m irritated over this situation. And denying over charging me. So it’s safe to say I will not be coming here again.

Dirty and unclean the last time I can in for a fill in the nail technicians equipment was not sanitized and ended up infecting my nails. It’s been a few weeks and my nails are still green!! I’m very upset and disappointed in this place.

I’m a regular customer here, the prices are great, staff is very pleasant, Love the family atmosphere, no reason to go anywhere else!

I took a client here at her request and was extremely disappointed. My pedicure was rushed (even when I upgraded to a “nicer” one) and my manicure was also rushed. I left there with dead skin still on my feet and the top coat on my nails was so thin, that it rippled. It’s been one week since I went, and half my gel nails are already chipped. I’ll be sticking to my usual places and definitely will not be back. I don’t recommend this place at all.

I usually get ‘regular’ gel polish and am pretty satisfied with it. However, I decided to go with the SNS nail dip kind of polish and it is amazing! My nails are basically indestructible! The polish looks just as great a week later as they did the minute it was done. I’m hooked. I usually break a nail trying to do the simplest things like; opening doors. I can garden, cook, do whatever it is that needs to be done and not worry about accidentally chipping my nails.

This is my go to in Charlotte. I have a few staff members who are my absolute favorite, but everyone does a nice job. If there are ever issues, i just ask them to adjust (whether shaping or an extra coat of polish) and they always accommodate. Selection is the best and the wait isnt bad, and easy to reserve.

This was my first time here today. El did an excelllllllent job. This is sincerely the best my nails have ever looked. The service is wonderful, and El really pays attention to details. This is now my go to nail shop and I will definitely return on a regular basis.

I was quite impressed with the service. The women working here were so helpful, trying to get my nails the color that would best match my dresses. Next, the customer service is on point. I never want to go anywhere else :).

This is basically the only salon I trust to always do a good job on my nails. They never make me feel rushed and my nails are always done really well. Theyll paint your nails right up to the cuticle (hate when salons they dont do that). They offer you a beverage while you are there. Salon does not smell strongly of chemicals and the vibe is very pleasant inside. They get quite busy around 5pm so come earlier if possible.

Super impressed with this place. Got shellac there 2 Fridays ago and its still on. I told them I only had 30 minutes and I was done in 20! Great experience and cool, upbeat place in great location.

I recommend requesting an appointment as they do get very busy. The owner and staff are very friendly and fair. The salon is clean and new. I love their loyalty program, you can add tip onto credit/ debit purchases. Overall I really like Icolor- I do however think they nickel and dime you a bit- I dont think they should charge extra to remove gel polish.

Dont let them waste your time. Several times I have made an appointment only to arrive and be told I will have to wait 10 to 20 minutes while my technician completed another customer. Yesterday was the last straw when I arrived for my 12 pm appointment I made with the manager and the technician was only half way through a fill. Manager is very rude and doesnt understand service and management of a business. Products were good and techs about average, just liked the close location. But done with this place and shame on me for letting them waste my time.

Kim is the bomb. Her gel manis last weeks - I mean WEEKS - with no chipping. The other staff who Ive used I would give 4 stars. Good but not rocking my world. Everyone is very nice and theres a sense of camaraderie among the staff and clientele. Dont let the ghetto strip mall deter you!

Place was dead when I walked in, but it was at 12:30pm during the week. No one looked excited for a walk in since everyone was just sitting around not doing anything. The girl who did my pedicure did a horrible job. Polish was placed on super thick and polish wasn’t kept on my toenails, but on my skin. She used a callus razor removal which was hurting the bottoms of my feet and now my feet are all scabby on the bottom. Not worth the money and will not be returning.

This place is HORRIBLE and RUDE!!!!! They are miss leading and they change prices once THEIR finished. Then their customer service is the worst too! This is my 1st and last time coming here! I usually go to CACHET NAIL BOUTIQUE on SOUTH BLVD to have may nails done, they treat people RIGHT and your nails look AMAZING AFTERWARDS!!!! But because we were on lunch and time was limited we had to come here. HOW BOUT THAT!My personal advise to this company is to give proper prices in the beginning and dont lie afterwards by changing the prices. Also, please work on your customer service skills. Make sure youre friendly and understanding to your customers in order to build loyal clients. If there is an issue dont be a SMART ASS , HANG UP and brush it off as if you could care less about their issue. FYI I CALLED BACK! I went here for a regular mani/pedi. I don’t get the gel polish because it tears up my nails and I wish salons would just say “we only do gel polishes” instead of using old, thick nail polish which inevitably smears or bubbles. The manicure was one of the worst that I have had. The polish bubbled even as it was drying, the technician clearly was annoyed that I asked her to shape my nails differently (even though she never asked how I wanted them shaped) and smooth out a rough side. The side of the tip of one nail doesn’t have any polish. Not sure if I caught her on a bad day or what. The technician that did my pedicure was very helpful and did a great job.

First time visitor and very happy with the price and the job that was done on my nails. The technician listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly what I requested. Thank you! I will return again.

My first experience with this nail salon was an overall good one. It was a bit pricey since getting a gel manicure cost more than getting a full set plus gel. I provided my own gel polish and there was no difference in the price. The staff were friendly. There wasnt a wait time since there was little to no traffic when I arrived.

Terrible customer service! I have been here several times and had quality work done. Today I write this as I sit with half done nails waiting for the tech, to finish her job! I was told there was a 15 min wait before we started, she never mentioned having 2 appointments coming in. I have been forced to wait while she takes care of their manicures, backseat the other 3 employees dont do acrylics. Im getting a full set with gel polish & shape which they charge extra for! She hasnt even apologized for keeping me waiting! They have lost my business and I will never recommend this place.

First time I went to iColor was with a couple co-workers last Wednesday and we had a great experience.I received a pedicure and gel manicure. Not sure what the ladys name was who did my nails, but I had no complaints. Well, Monday I woke up to two nails chipped. As Monday went on, more and more nails started to chip, and some of the color was peeling off a couple nails. Today (exactly 1 week later) I called to ask what their policy is for gel nails. After I told them what was going on they said theyd fix them. My understanding was free of charge, but when I checked out, she told me it was going to cost $20. I was so shocked I didnt argue, but I do not feel like I should have been charged when gel nails usually last a good 2 weeks.

DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE !! Came In at At 5:04 Didn’t Get “Seated” In A Chair Until 5:40 The Chinese Boy Upfront Was Very Rude And Rushy . Once I Got Seated “Ellen” Began Doing My Nails And Literally Kept Messing Up !! It Was All Kinds Of Dents In My Sns (4Nails) And Once She Told Me That I Would Be Paying Full Price Instead Of A Fill In Price ( Which I Originally Came In For) I Then Told Her To Fix All 4 Nails Which Had Dents In Them And Of Course She Caught A WHOLE Attitude. lol Which I Really Didn’t Care. I Feel Like If I’m Going To Pay MY HARD EARNED Money For A Service It Needs To Be Done CORRECTLY PERIOD ! Once She Fixed All The Dents I Told Her That My Thumb Nail Was Crooked Which It Was (The Tip Of The Nail) Sooo She Takes Nail File And AGGRESSIVELY File The SIDE Of My Nail Making It Even Worse (Now It’s 7:00) So I Told Her That I Didnt Like The Nail And She Litterally Says “What Do You Want Me To Do About It “ With A Attitude , And I Told Her To Take The Whole Nail Off And Do It Over 😊. Once She Got Done Doing My Thumb Nail She Got Up And Walked Away And Told Some Other Little Boy To Apply The Cuticle Oil On My Nails . Worst nail experience ever. Tony did my nails, he took 2 hours just to do a fill, cut my hand a little and was rude. I asked if someone else could finish my nails because his attitude was horrible and they made him finish. The manager barely wanted to give me a discount for the horrible service.I wouldnt go back there. Id rather give my money to a business that respects their customers. Tony was getting rude and slamming the polish down. Smh! Never again

Went in for sns that i made an appointment for and from the very beginning I was being rushed. The nail technician didnt even remotely clean the edges of my nails, cuticle or even do a hint of manicure. The fill in didnt even go to the edges of my nails and looked like I had a week of regrowth already. The nails I got were completely uneven and mishapen, there was tons of residue stuck beneath my nails. Before I even got my things together to move to the nail dry station they had someone else in the chair behind me.It has been less than a week since my appointment and 3 nails have come completely off. $45 for a manicure that isnt even good and doesnt last even a week, I wont be going back.

Worst pedicure ever. It took over half an hour for them to take my old gel polish off and the girl dug into my nails repetedly to do it. Their pedicure chairs have the most uncomfortable foot rests, my poor feet hurt worse when I left there than before I went in. I was looking forward to a relaxing pedicure instead it was an hour of torture.

Worst customer service! I was seated in the pedicure chair and feet in water waiting for a technician to assist. Was completely ignored for 15 minutes while 4 people stood around and when another customer came she was taken in right away. Finally I had to dry my feet and walk out and no one care no apologies given. This was the second time this happened. Will never return

Expensive. Rude customer service. Charged $32 to remove and reapply gel polish. Full set of acrylic nails with gel polish costs $36. They offer wine or bottled water but water down the wine and deliver it on dirty glasses. Find another establishment.

First, I wait for almost an hour just to get my toes painted and a nail repaired. Then when the manager started on my toes he rushed through them and rushed through my nails. I had open toe shoes on but they really were not the right kind to get my toes painted in so I thought he was going to give me the disposal flip flops, but he didnt. So when I got in my car I noticed my big toe was already messed up. By this time it was busy so I was not going back in to get it fixed and waiting another hour to do so. Now I have to paint my toes myself.

If i could give this place a zero, i would . I came in at 6:45 to get a pedicure and a full set . the pedicure was fine , but the manager there started going my nails in the pedicure chair as if he was trying to rush me . He didn’t ask what length i wanted my nails or what shape . so i stopped and finally told him that i wanted the almond shape (which was an extra $5) . He proceeded to file my nails into what was NOT an almont shape . none of my nails looked alike . but i didnt say anything because i didnt want to be that difficult customer . I paid my money and i left . The next day , i called and said that i did not like my nails and they were all misshapened and they said they would be able to fix my nails free of charge . I get there to get my nails fixed (meaning taken off and completely starting over) and they said they wouldn’t be able to do that for me. I asked for my money back and they said they couldn’t do that either. I stayed in that facility for an hour telling them if they could not fix my nails , i would like my money back. i would NEVER go back to this place again.

Awful experience. Will be my first and last time. Nails were done half fast and she smudged them. I asked her to fix it and she had an attitude. We were lied to about the costs and the price kept changing when we got to the register. I suggest saving your time and money and going else where.

My biggest problem with this nail salon is that they overcharged me and they didnt give me a receipt. Then when I confronted them about it they laughed and gave me the $10 owed me. My gel manicure cost $35 and it doesnt look like its worth that much.They tried to charge my sister $38 dollars for a fill in. A fill in cost $18 here but if you ask for anything extra of course it cost more. Upset is not the word. I would not recommend this nail salon. Ever.
