Best set i’ve ever gotten. This was my first time here and i’ll definitely be back. Finally found a great nail shop

I was a little skeptical in the beginning it being under new ownership!!!! Super impressed and got one of the best pedi’s I’ve had in a long time !!!!I showed the nail specialist a picture and got exactly what I wanted and more !!Highly recommended ✔️

Atmosphere is great and really want to love it but when paying to have a gel manicure & pedicure I expect the polish to last longer than a week which was very disappointing otherwise staff is wonderful and location is clean

Service and hospitality was excellent. The shop was clean ! I love that they have you wash your hands when you first come in. Que is very kind. Also Miss. Money does a excellent job on hang nails/ overgrown toenails. Her work is good quality and neat. 💖

I love this place ! I had a regular pedicure today for $30. It was wonderful, included a 5 minute leg massage - per leg 🦵🏼- and it was amazing ! The young gentleman was better than a masseuse.Lovely nail polish and great with my cuticles too.They offer a great pedi at a great price.

The owner and employee were super friendly and awesome! My girlfriend and me had such a fun time. Till next time and free wine!

Worse experience today..June 15 2021 the day before my birthday. Pedicure was rushed, wasnt asked what type of pedicure I wanted, we usually get the king and queen. Pedicure started at 5:38pm its 5:46 and she is polishing my toes. Will never return.

It was our first time this week. Me and my daughter made last minute appointment. The place was nice and clean the staff was professional and patient 👌.... i liked the customer service so much ... it will be our new spot

This is my second visit this month, and I have nothing but amazing things to say. The staff is super friendly. They are patient and treat you as an individual rather than a paycheck. They take their time to ensure that things are to your liking (checked with me twice to make sure the correct push was correct & painted one nail to make sure that I liked it before proceeding). Because they are relatively new, they are still pretty empty! So getting in and out in a timely manner was amazing as well! Will be my new nail shop.

Been to this location a few times for manicure and pedicure. Their gel nail polish starts to peel off within a week. The staff is courteous, but am not sure of the quality of work/products.

I had a new set put on today, by one of the owners, Lou. I showed him the style and shape I wanted done. He did exactly what I asked him to do. He has a fantastic personality and really made my experience amazing.I had an appointment scheduled, but they were busy, so it took awhile to get me in. They apologized for not getting me in at that time, but they made up for it by offering me an extra service.I would recommend them to everyone. Clean, neat, beautiful atmosphere and the employees are a joy to talk with!

Very clean and spacious.The first experience wasnt good for me. The lady who was doing my pedi didnt do a good job. She was busy talking with another staff, didnt massage well (no pressure whatsoever).2nd time it was good. I had another staff doing the pedicure and mani, and they were very good.Update 2/16- I have been here now few times..its become my regular spot... Lou and Sandy are amazing... they are friendly, give great service, best foot massage... will go back only for them :)

Above and beyond all expectations. I’m so happy I got referred here! It’s modern, clean and crisp. I felt very welcome and taken care of the whole time. Plus, wine! Please support this business, you will not regret it!

I went in with an issue with a tip that was put on at a different salon that left me with a crazy looking finger. Not only did they repair the nail to look the way that it should but I didnt know the polish number and they EXACTLY matched the gel nail color by blending two different colors. To top it off, they didnt charge me a thing! Yep, this is my new nail salon!!! Thanks VIP Nails!

They were all efficient and very clean! Great experience!

I spoke with Cici, and made a 10:00 a.m. appt with Money; evidently, shortly before my scheduled appt, Money took a walk-in customer. After waiting 20 minutes, I asked how much longer it would be, and was told 10 minutes (10 minutes is what they ALWAYS say). So, for a 10:00 a.m. appt -- with no one waiting, and other staff available -- I would be waiting a minimum of 35 minutes. Very disappointed in this Salon. I have my nails done every 2-3 weeks, and am a regular customer. No consideration for regular customers, or for scheduled appts. Why bother scheduling appts. if you dont honor them?

Just ok when you have no where else to go. But they just opened. Hopefully they get better. Only 3 people were there and it was a Saturday.

Just tried this new salon for a pedicure and was very happy with the service and pricing - pricing is better than most in the area and the salon is very large, clean and has a great selection of polishes!

All the workers in Ombré Nail Ballantyne was very nice and professional. My daughter and I loved our nails…they did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a place who offers exceptional service! This is our new spot…we will definitely be back soon.
