I love Julie, her husband and the team she has there. They are very very clean! They keep everything sanitized. “Love that”. They treat you like family and that is so rare now a days. Julie always knows the different designs that are out and they can do just about anything when it comes down to nails. I highly recommend them!! I am a forever customer.

First of all this lady was very rude! They’re over priced for nothing. She’s in particular is a aggressive as heck . If you value your money don’t go here! It was my child’s birthday, every other nail shop would do a 5-10% birthday discount but nothing. Not even a happy birthday after I told them it was her birthday. Service is poor. Also I made an appointment she tried to act like I didn’t, I legit had to show her proof!! Ugh the way I felt no customer should ever feel this way while spending their money for a service they usually enjoy!! The man who did my toes was decent and the lady who did my eyebrows but that lady up there rude I tell you!!! Very rude.

I went to this place last Sunday because I was in the area and it had good reviews. Was not disappointed. It’s a smaller place but very clean, professional and nice. I got a gel manicure color change. Took off my old color very gentle but quick. Took great detail in applying the color and made sure none was left on the edges and my nails were smooth and she made sure any jagged edges were buffed smooth at the end. Will definitely come back

I had a wonderful walk-in gel manicure with Julie!! I grew up in the plano/carrolton area, and this is THE best quality and best price Ive had in years. Great hospitality too. My nails have been perfect for over a week, not a single chip.Covid safety protocols were great. Constant hand washing, sanitizing tools and surfaces, plastic barrier between customer and manicurist, masks required, lots of space.Thank you Julie! Ill definitely be coming back.

By far the worst nail experience of my life. I went in for a color change for dip nails. 4 people were involved in my hands, there were only 3 other customers in the store and they stopped working on me because an appointment came in when I specifically asked if they had time. They argued with me that shape/length I wanted wasn’t possible, even though that’s what was on my hands when I walked in the door. I left with lumpy unfinished nails. Cuticle area not finished so it’s jagged. No topcoat since I have to still go somewhere else to get them finished. Will definitely not be coming back here.

Walked in and asked for eyebrow wax and manicure, the lady just started at me and asked, “Can I help you?” When stated what services I need, I was cut off and told “Well we’re busy, can you come back later?” I understand being busy and not being able to wait cause of COVID, but having a rude response isn’t the way to go about it. I went here for the first time yesterday and I really liked it! There were only 3 people working in there because they said that they are typically slow on Monday. Judy did my nails and she did an excellent job! Its like she knew how I wanted my nails shaped even before I told her. Everyone that works in there speaks English well. The other two people did my daughters pedi and nails and they did a great job too.Last but not least, the salon is clean and they have a huge assortment of polishes and dipping colors.I will definitely return.

Horrible experience there man who did my nails kept stopping to text. My nails were Ugly!! Very disappointed. Plus prizes are ridiculous for such bad service. One of the workers was sleeping on the massage chair, another lady who worked there was picking her nose. Never will I go back!!The man in the picture did my nails horrible! This is a wonderful establishment with a staff that makes you feel like family. If you have something special you want (design) or need (durability) all you have to do is ask for a recommendation before. They are professionals and will always tell you the BEST thing. For my BDay last year I wanted an impossible nail design. They made it right. I tried eyelash extensions that didnt work. They made it right. Maybe try communicating more than barking or just telling them what you want...and RESPECTING them as professionals. That will get you the best result every time!

I went here to get my nails done on Christmas Eve. They used dipped( I normally get gel or the colored acrylic). On Christmas Day 3 nails broke all from me zipping up a shoe. I couldn’t get them fixed due to the holiday so I spent all of Christmas with 3 broken nails. I went back the day after and she “fixed”them. This was Thursday. She didn’t charge me anything to fix them but just warned me to be careful as long nails break easy. Friday I had a flight to New York. Went through TSA and low and behold 2 of the same “fixed” nails broke again while putting my sneakers on. I had to spend all of my trip with broken nails. I still had lots of fun but definitely didn’t want to ring in the new year with messed up nails. This set was not worth $60. My nails NEVER break, even when they are 3 weeks old so I know it wasn’t the length.

PSA: DO NOT GO HERE. I was new to the area and tried this place for the first and last time a few weeks ago. Unfriendly as soon as I walked in. My technician cut corners, didnt follow proper procedure, and I assume didnt clean her implements because I ended up getting a fungus on 2 nails...

I Love Summer Breeze! It’s got such a relaxing atmosphere. Julie does excellent work. I come all the way from Aubrey, Tx to her to get my nails done by her.

Summer Breeze is a wonderful salon because their facilities are so clean. When my time is limited, they work hard to get me out the door, and I feel incredibly pampered.

I wish I could give this 0 stars! WORST nail place ever!!! I went to get my nails done on Sunday, first off.... my nails were not close to being coffin shape, one of them was super crooked (no, it wasnt my finger), all of them were thick as in the nail tech didnt file them from the top correctly. I went back to get them fixed. The shape looked somewhat more like a coffin shape & the crooked nail was a little better. today is now Friday & I have lost 3 nails!! It hasnt even been a week!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY & TIME! definitely not worth $40.

There is always an abundance of colors to chose from and if there is something specific you want, they will make sure to have it for you.The atmosphere is very nice and the salon is very clean. It is run like a business and the customer service is important to them and they work very hard to make sure you have a pleasant experience.I like the prices too! Very reasonable!

I just relocated from STL to Dallas and Ive been looking for a Nail shop. I decided to look on google and Summer Breeze came up and their reviews are great so I decided to give them a try. I asked for Lexie because she is highly recommended! She did My nails PERFECTLY! My nails have never been so beautiful and neat! We had great conversation, we laughed and she is so professional, she took her time on my nails and you can tell that she loves what she does, did I mention they gave me wine!! Awesome place and Lexie is the best! I have officially found my new nail shop!

Horrible experience! My regular nail guy was booked for thanksgiving so I went here to give it a try! I showed them a picture of pink and white ombré nails. They passed it on and finally a guy was helping me! It took him almost two hours to get done. My names were uneven and had raised spots! Plus he charged me $50. I do not mind paying that when ITS WORTH IT! do not go to this salon! I had my regular guy Sam from Regal Nails fix my nails!

I forgot my shoes the last time I was there and the sad part is that I didnt even miss them! When I went back weeks later my nail lady had to tell me she had my shoes... I was like no I dont thinks so... but she went to the back got out my golfing shoes! Clearly I need to go golfing more. Lol

Ok, It’s embarrassing to admit that I showed up with very rough feet, but she tried to send me home with still rough feet. The kind of rough that is scratchy. She just barely used the scrubbing stone, which smooths out that scratchy part. She told me to use lotion. Excuse me? I insisted she help with this and she finished my feet with a fingernail file. That’s just ridiculous! Too bad, as the atmosphere was great. I had this same problem with them a year ago and gave them another chance; and the same thing happened. Go somewhere else for your mani/pedi

This place seemed nice at first but the nail techs were very aggressive and unprofessional. I asked for my nails to be fixed as they were crooked and she could still not fix it. I got acrylic nails so she built them and she made me pay before she painted then which I thought was very odd. I was also charged more than usually. I would spend my money elsewhere.

I recently started going to this nail salon. Prior to todays experience, all has gone well. Today I feel like I was being forced into a sale. This wasnt the issue. I ended up going with a new set of dip nails. I wanted them coffin shaped. They are basically square despite me asking 3 different times to taper in a bit more. She left my nails very dirty looking and there are scratches from filing. They are crooked and very thick also. I am Really dissapointed this time around, especially because I was charged more than what I was told over the phone also.

Switched from Regal to Summer Breeze about a year ago and couldnt be happier with my new nail salon. They make me feel like an important customer, unlike Regal, where youll waste hours waiting for a chair. Summer breeze is slightly more expensive, but worth every penny. My manicures and pedicures are perfect. Give them a call to see if its best to come right in, or wait a bit

My husband and I went for pedicures today. We got the jelly pedicures and they were amazing. So relaxing! I highly recommend.

I got my nails done a few days ago at this place and I wont be back. For one, not a single person in this store knew ANY English so the communication was awful. I literally watched an elderly woman come in and ask for new polish and had to leave because they couldnt figure out what she wanted... Secondly the people doing mine and my friends nails were extremely rude and rushed the entire time we were there. Wouldnt do anything we asked them to. My friend paid 45$ for the full mani service and after they were finished the nails looked like they had been on for WEEKS already. Oh and they are very messy and unsanitary. They sawed down my nails and didnt have a towel laid down, no masks on, and they didnt wipe the dust off my hands or the table ONCE. I had to ask for the brush so I could do it myself. When I left I had powered all over my lap and even into my shoe. I usually dont take the time to review places but I seriously dont suggest anyone go there. This is your warning.

Terrible! I went in and they barley spoke to me. I was waiting for about 40 min until they finally told me to move to the chair at the nail desk and I did. The lady came to me and said 15 more min because they had to start are other people that had only been there 15 min prior to me! I was sitting there alot longer then the other ladies! No one helped me at all! Im furious that this has happened to me a few times already at this place. DO NOT GO HERE PEOPLE!

Service and experience was great. Despite some of the negative reviews here, DO NOT trust any reviews older than 2 years because there is a new owner who does everything great. All the recent 1 star reviews are just dumb people who do not know what is wrong with their nails so they profusely exaggerate their problems.

Ive come here many times with no issue. Today, the staff didnt recognize me, and since I only had time for a quick mani, they passed me off to the least experienced person. Poor guy was trying, so I didnt give him a hard time. Most of the other staff was sitting around with one lady just yawing and milling around aimlessly. Linda would cringe if she saw this.

So glad I gave this salon a second chanceVery nice people but my manicure with nexgen powder did not last. It was cracking off within a week.

I am very disappointed. I had finally found a nail shop that I was completely satisfied with. I have been going to Summer Breeze for two years. I am no longer satisfied because of the new owner. The quality of the customer service is far from what it was when Lexie was the owner. The owner just hovered over the techs shoulder most of the time and the techs would snicker amongst themselves. No conversation with you. Not even to ask if you like your nails so far. Also impatient. LEXIE and LAUREN, I MISS YOU :( They always made sure you were satisfied every step of the way. Plus the prices now are ridiculous. $10 EXTRA if I want a tip! Are you serious ??!! I usually leave a hefty tip but this last time I almost didn’t want to pay for the service. And I am pretty sure they talked about me, IDC! I tip based on quality of service and I wasn’t very satisfied with my results.

Ive Always came here and today I had the most horrible experience period from the beginning the guy that works there was being so rude and you could tell he obviously didnt want to do anything today. He took my gel Polish off and left my nails completely bumpy and was still going to try to just put now Polish over it. I had to stop him and was like Ill just go get them painted somewhere else. He got so mad and was throwing stuff everywhere.

Honestly I’ve been there once and the nails salon is not as bad as people are saying it’s a very calming and soothing nail salon there mellow music on, they offer drinks I like the place and will be returning if I want my nails done again :))

Called in, staff were rude and a bit stand off-ish about my pricing inquiries so I decided not to give this establishment my money 🤷‍♀️ thats just my experience , they might be the best people Im the world Im just saying based off my first impression I would not come here and spend 45$ on a reg service thats 25 with no additional fees.....

This by far is absolutely one of the cleanest and efficient salons Ive been to in carrolton. Lexie was very professional and detailed with my nails. I normally were my nails oval but lexie recommend the coffin shape and she did the best ombre nails Ive had. Since she did my nails Ive gotten alot of complements. I actually liked everything she did and will definitely be going back! If youre looking for a good salon this is your place. Its also very diverse I was surprised to see an American also doing nails there. Great place all around!

When I arrived they told me that the wait would be 15 minutes and after they made me wait for 1 HOUR they passed another person that arrived after me!!!! When I complained they gave me the most stupid reason!Horrible service, if the wait is 1 hour just be honest!
