They took the time to answer my questions and were more concerned with the health of my nails than making money.

Andy is an amazing nail tech. He does my nails exactly how i want it and even for the pedicures he takes his time and i truly believe he has magic fingers! His massages are amazing and i have gone back to see him multiple times! Each time my experience is better than the last! Definitely recommend coming here!

Took my mom to get her mustache and eyebrows wax and a couple of minutes we noticed it was really bad we called and They told us it was normal but no way this is normal it’s burn it’s not irritated around it she has small dots that look like pimples around the burn my mom said she did not feel the wax hot or else she would’ve spoken up this is not normal really bad do not recommend getting wax in this place I wish I would give this place no start really disappointed.

I have been a customer here for about two years and two weeks ago I went in and I booked an appointment with Sam I came in for my appointment he act as though he didn’t see me tell me to take a seat and I said that why are people walking back-and-forth so I left.. Then I went today and Sam was sitting outside of his nail shop on his phone and I asked him could he give me an appointment where all of my things can be done it once he had a very nasty attitude and he literally argue with me because I walked out last time but I did pay for the services I received. I would never set foot in this horrible place again time management is with their need and they need to leave their attitude was at home because you are in Walmart and you are in customer service

Best place to get your nails done

I love this place Sam is the man hes been doing on my nails for over 6 years now. Henry does my toes we are always laughing and making jokes. They treat my mom, my daughter and myself very good..

Ive been going to Sam for 6 years now and he never fails me! The staff there is so sweet. But definitely book an appointment before hand because they do get very busy. And to the people that are putting 1 star for the prices that they offer.. Rating is meant for how your experience and their service was not the prices. Plenty of other places are way more expensive and still have crappy service. So how about you be more helpful and rate your experience as a client instead of complaining about the prices.

Use to be a regular until the service turned horrible! Ive been to Sam for about two years now and the last time I visited and this time I was treated poorly. I called to make an appointment and Sam gave me a time to come in so I did. When I showed up for my appointment he had already started on someone else so I informed him I was there and decided to wait it out. After he was done with her (40 minutes later from my appointment time) he went on to tell me that he was going to take another customer and that one of the females would take care of me. I then again mentioned that I had an appointment with HIM and not her so I would like to continue to get them done from him. He just refused. Im not sure what that was about besides being highly unprofessional. I dont understand why he would give me an appointment time ,and then not honor it after making me wait. Im never going back here again and you shouldnt either. The place is super crowded and apparently they have lost their professionalism.

I get compliments on my nails ALL the time! Sam is the MAN! He is awesome at what he does! I have been to several places before and this is by far the best!

Its was ok for the time being

Ive been coming here for on and off YEARS! I would say maybe 7 plus years. Besides Sam, Ive always gotten a bad vibe from everyone else there. The nails techs and everyone are very rude, dont want to do the work, and talk in their language super loud when I ask or say something. Every time Ive walked in after realizing everyones behavior - I only come in to get my nails done from Sam. No doubt hes nice and does a great job on nails. BUT - 2 weeks ago, I made an appointment for 5pm and showed up and Sam told me I would have to wait until he finishes two other people THEN he can see me. Super disappointed - I told him that I had an appointment and he said I know but they walked in so I committed to them. I told him thats wrong, even though he had clearly written on his board 5:00 appointment with me. Anyways - I left. Decided to try another place. And Im glad that Sam did what he did, because I ended up finding a better place for nails. I feel like once you start becoming a regular at a specific nails place - they start taking you for granted. Thanks Sam - for not keeping my appointment - I ended up with better. :)

I go here all the time but they hired new people and the guy that was just hired messed up my nails completely, I asked for pink, he gave me black, I asked for them to be shorterand he responded no. They are so long I can barely make a fist... I said rounded he made them look like shark teeth, and he made my finger bleed from filing my skin, yes skin not nails.... If you go to get your nails done, call before and request for Sam, he is the guy that I normally go to (he has white hair, very nice) Sam is the only reason I will go back.... And the two women in the back but I dont know their names.

This is the 3rd but last time I will go to this shop. I went into the shop at 7pm for a pedi/full set and was sat down. I waited for 1 hour and watched another customer that came in after me get nails done. After my feet were done I was asked to pay (also tipped) and I was then seated in Sam’s chair I showed him the nails I wanted and he asked me if I had an attitude. Well yes I was a little irritated because by this time it was 9pm. He then advised me he didn’t want to do my nails because I had an attitude and told me I had to move again. I didn’t have and attitude until after that point being refused service after waiting, paying, and no apology. I didn’t leave the shop until 10:15 pm I will never return to this salon again.

I absolutely love this place. I will say it can become a little busy and ghetto at times but its to be expected IT IS INSIDE OF WALMART. Michelle usually does my gel manicure, pedicure, eyebrow and lip wax and besides an occasional wait Ive never experienced a problem. I would recommend this particular location as its better than many others Ive encountered.

I have been to this location several times due to the convenience of it being right in Wal Mart and the prices are very reasonable. Though the girls are great and do a great job, the management and flow of the store is ridiculous. The last two times Ive been there, Ive been very vocal that I was on a time limit and needed my toes and nails done at the same time....no problem says management. Then, once all my polish is off and toes are ready to be done....everything changes. Today, once my gel was soaking to get off and my polish was off my toes they pulled the girl from my pedicure to work on a walk in that wanted the specific girl I had. Instead of telling her she would have to wait, they pulled her and let ME wait....ME who was already there with the specific instructions that Im in a rush and need them done at the same time. So now twice Ive left without what I really wanted because time was mismanaged by THEM and now twice Ive left with wet nail polish, instead of the gel due to their mismanaged time. I gave them several opportunities to make this right but Ive reached my threshold and will NEVER go back. Im a great customer who gets their nails and toes done at least twice per month so I know its their loss. I suggest paying $5 more going somewhere else that respects you and your time AND you get what you want when paying $50+....

The store is really crowded with a lot of people talking back and forth in there language but they are quit to get you in. The eyebrow lady is annoying with asking every five minutes. But over great pedicure with no blood. Can say the same for there design quality

Love to go get my nails done there and they are super fast but lately Peter has gotten really pricey on stuff. I got two fills and two polish changes on my last visit and it was 71.00 omg I go to see Sam at Walmart and pay half that price.

The worst set of nails I ever had. If you like lumpy and thick nails this is your spot. They put so much acrylic on your nails it horrible and they dont smooth it out well causing your nails to be lumpy.

I love Sam. He is wonderful and always does my nails perfect. I will drive 34 miles one way to get the nails done with him.

Never go here ever.......I went to get gel nails with tips and Sam wanted to charge me for a full set and gel nails!!!!!!! $60 he said for what I wanted. That hes never done it the way Ive gotten them before. @ Coco nails in Dallas (Web chapel and Forest) Best place ever to get anything done !!!!!!!!

Ive been coming here for a very very longg time but I think This time Im really done with this place. I used to get pedi, full sets & wax every 2 weeks sometimes even every week! I tip well as well.. & I feel like they treat rude customers better than the good ones, Its ridiculous! The place is extremely small they are also short staffed, the wait is horrible & i was willing to deal with that as long as I could get My services done but Im just done with this place & its rude staff-always talking bad about customers in Vietnamese all the time! Im sure there is better nail locations then this! Sam & his rude wife will keep lossing the good customers if they keep it up.

They dont even did sanitary for nail filers and did my pedicure with used instruments. .worst even pedicure it was as cheap as price. ..will never come back

Annie is the only person Ive trusted to wax my eyebrows for the past 5 years.

This nail salon is very dirty. They are not sanitizing the pedicure tubes out. I will never go back, trust me everything about this place is dirty, from floors, to nail stations. On top of that everyone there is rude, from Sam to his wife.

I like Sam but a polish change cost half the price of a pedicure..but he is very professional and it makes no sense to make an appointment because you will still wait an hour for your turn.

They do the best nails ever

These people that do nails are disgusting!!!! They used a nasty old dish sponge to take off dry skin on the heal of feet. They always use used nail boards! Disgusting! Never go!

I went to do my nails, I wanted perfect nails for my wedding, the man named Sam was the one who took care of me, I told him what I wanted and he said no, thats not for you, I showed him a photo of what I wanted and the man He did what he wanted, and I said I dont like that, thats not what I want, and he replied that its not for a wedding, and it was his arrogant tone that he looked like a tremendous idiot, I was about to stop and I left but I didnt have time and another young man finished the job and helped with the pedicure, he was so kind that he made me relax and forget the bitter drink that the idiot of Sam made me go through, and the Chinese girl who made my eyebrows was so rude and He did not pay attention to his work, I burn my eyebrows with the wax, I will never come back, I better let my money go in a good place that treat me well and be professional.
