Leaving a review for my mom: This was her first time getting eyelash extensions and let me just say she has officially been converted. She is constantly raving about how much she loves and prefers them over falsies. She was able to work with Hannah who also let me go into the room with her. My mom and I felt so taken care of when we were there. Hannah took her time and was very patient as well as extremely friendly and helpful. She gave my mom detailed advice on lash maintenance and they still look good after a couple of weeks (as shown in the photos). My mom got so many compliments at the wedding we recently went to. We will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!

Walked in a little late and they moved my appointment for me with no problem. I had trouble deciding what color/design to do because I wanted to do something different. They were very sweet and took the time to help me pick even though I was very indecisive. They stayed late as well to make sure I got everything done. They did an AMAZING job!! Very good prices and I’m so happy! Great location in Plano too. Worth the drive if you have to. I got gel manicure and regular polish on the toes.

Took these pictures a little over a week after I got them done and they are still looking amazing! The service was so friendly and customer focused. I got dipped nails done with Hannah and asked her to do a design I found on pinterest - only with a different color - and let me just say she blew me out of the water! I’ve gotten so many compliments and will definitely be coming back with friends again.

This is truly one of a kind nail spa. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. My toes and nails have never looked so fabulous, and I can’t say enough about how beautiful my eyelashes always turn out. It’s the best one stop for all. The quality of their work is amazing.

I am a new repeat customer at this place and Ive tried of few of the salons nearby. Queenie does a fantastic job with my nails. I do the french dip manicure. I like my nails to look elegant and natural and she gets it 100% right. She really does a great job and shes the reason I come back regularly now.I also got eyelash extensions done for the first time ever before I went on vacation a couple weeks ago. I asked for a natural look (but being my first time, I didnt know how to articulate that). So I ended up with very dramatic lashes, albeit very well done. I tried to let it grow on me, but it just didnt suit me well and I called later and asked if there was anything they could do to tone them down, since I really felt I needed a more natural look. They asked me to come back that evening at close and they completely redid my lashes for no cost, which I really didnt expect. This is a time consuming, tedious process. They got it perfect for me the second time and I now LOVE my lash extensions. I was beyond impressed that they stayed late to make sure I was happy with my lashes.This place is small so I recommend making an appointment. They are always timely, very nice, and do quality work.

The spa is at a great location. I was in and out very efficiently. The ladies did great work and explained everything that that they were doing and why. I felt well cared for and I will definitely be going back. These ladies are awesome!! Very professional and excellent value!

I love getting my pedicure done here. They continue to provide above and beyond service every single visit. The Salon is clean, friendly, and staff is always welcoming! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. My feet have never looked so good, felt so good, and remain in perfect condition for the full 3 weeks until my next appointment. 5 stars is not enough to describe my experience here. Sophia was my nail tech this time but all of the nail techs are great at their craft and always do an AMAZING job!

Nickki was so great she let me know how much it would be for my nails before she started and did a great job I’m so impressed and I never like my nails but I love my set that she did!

I’ve had my eyelash extensions as well as manicures and pedicures done here. I consider myself very picky about my eyelashes and have been known to drive over an hour just to make sure I get what I want. I’m glad I don’t have to do that anymore. Hannah and Leanne are incredibly talented with lashes. So natural! Just the way I like it. I’ve recently had my nails done for Valentine’s Day and I’ve had so many compliments. Thanks ladies! I just love all my services there.

They were very unprofessional and short staffed (possibly short staffed for nails) There were 2 people getting their nails done and they wanted me to wait an hour, with 2 employees just sitting there on their phone.

This is a great little place to get your nails done. I have been coming here for 2 years now and they have been great. I always know that Im going to get great service. I mainly do pedicures because I have short fingernails but the place is always busy and I can see the work thats being done on other customers. Everyones nails always look great and listening to conversations most people are long time repeat customers.This is a family owned salon and the manager is a young girl name Nikki.She is super sweet and very easy to communicate with.I noticed a couple reviews saying that they did not like their nails that were done by the manager. All I can say is you cant please everyone and if you are going to grip when you are fortunate enough to be able to get a manicure and a pedicure then you are probably a miserable person in general and must be fortunate enough to not have real problems.If you cant say something nice then dont bother writing a review. In my opinion this is a great place, people are very nice, and you get great work done so try them for yourself.

I request a different French manicure design at first she was hesitant but then went ahead and took a chance. I have been to more than 4 places nobody could understand what I wanted but until now KUDOS I am so happy with the results; you should try this place atmepesher is relaxing. I want to show off my design but Im not sure it will post...I guess you will need to come in yourself and see what I mean********

My new place in Dallas! Just moved here from NYC and found this gem of a nail salon! After searching on Yelp, I decided to give them a call. I made an appt to see Nikki and she is just fabulous! Shes attentive to what I wanted, talented, polite and made sure I was happy with the results. Love her! I had SNS nails with extensions done. Looks amazing!

Just dont let the mom/owner do your nails. She will leave your real nails paper thin. She will also tear your cuticles up and look at you crazy when you pull away from pain. Nikki is awesome but shes the best so shes always busy.

WORST PLACE EVER. THEIR NAIL COLOR IS HORRIBLE. They use old nail color that chips. THe owner is so obnoxious and rude. Dont ever go here. Please save yourself the worst experience ever.

Terrible job, my nails are smeared and sloppy. They cut my fingernail and spent an entire hour picking at the cuticles on my toes....I finally got fed up and asked for them to just paint them so I could leave. Absolute waste of money- DO NOT GO HERE

Theyre great, unless you get the owner/manager doing your nails. No matter if youre the only person in the shop she always rushes. Ends up leaving my cuticles all cut up from going over them with the dremel.

Should be UN-classy Nails!I have gone there 4 times based on the internet reviews.The first time was great, Deanne fixed a broken acrylic nail for me that I had from a different salon. I was impressed, so I went back to get a fill on my acrylic tips. On that visit I got a fill by Deanne and loved my nails after. During both visits I was being coxed into the SNS nails while having my own done. I watched and looked as Nikki did this process and at the smooth, clean look, -and at the amazing colors available and also how Deanne put pretty flowers on fingers and toes of one lady and again, was impressed. That is when my impression changed, - for the worse.UNPROFESSIONAL!on the phone the whole time, ugly, lumpy, like BAD press on nails,thought it was my fault because I asked for stronger nails since I garden.not good, great and especially not classy!Really bad, lumpy dirty, very fake looking nails. GROSS!!!distracted, Deanne was very distracted the whole time forgetting where she left off before distractions, when I complained Niiki bullied me saying come on I will take the nails all off and then I will refund your money after Deanne had offered over the phone to repair and refund! Dont dare complain to these people or you will be sorry. UNCLASSY NAILS!
