I only get my pedicures occasionally since the pandemic started. I wanted rhinestones on my toenails. Sadly, the rhinestones started falling off. But, they are accommodating and perform a fairly decent job.

This was my 1st time visiting and getting a pedicure. My nail tech did a wonderful job. She was gentle with my leg massage which I enjoyed. Her painting skills were clean and on point. She feels around your foot to smooth out all the rough spots. I was happy with the end results. I will go back for another visit.

Ive been going to Michaels Nails since July and after a long search of finding the right nail techs I have found my go to place, very polite, clean, and reasonable prices. Its a plus that its right around the corner from my house cant complain 🤗

The first time I got my nails done was by the owner and he did the OPPOSITE of what I told him to do and he was very unprofessional about it . I went to get my nails done for a second time yesterday and the lady I had was very nice but she didn’t do my nails the way I wanted they looked a mess ! I came back today to get them fixed and they tried to only fix 2 nails instead of all of them which was UNACCEPTABLE so I demanded a refund and then they all of sudden wanted to fix them all. She did better this time but this will be my last time because they are very unprofessional and make it seem like it’s your fault they did a horrible job for something you paid for ! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

I’ve been going to this nail place for years and even sent people over there. Friday afternoon I went in and got my nails done by Peter (mind you he was rushing with my nails because he was short staffed and busy) He did a horrible job with my nails (I never get him done by him, even if he’s the owner) I went in this morning to tell him how unhappy I was with the outcome. Normally I’m not a picky customer but these came out horrible. I got the dip and on all the nails you can see how uneven they are. He said they looked fine and how nobody would notice. Even if what matters is that I notice and see the horrible job he did. Well he refused to fix them and as of today he’s officially lost my business. If your shipping around for a nail salon I don’t recommend this place.

The man at the front desk has amazing skills. He finished my nails, which came out perfectly, in about 20 minutes. You could tell he knew what he was doing. Highly recommend

Last time in Michaels I had a pedicure. I like the extra attention thats given to my feet. I also enjoy that Im able to actually soak my aching feet in the warm water.

I went to michaels nail salon on 3/7/2020 and got some things done. Pedicure and hands done, gel. Not even a day after getting them done I see on my real fingers nails the gels were cracks. They were six cracks for any reason at all. Maybe the product wasn’t good. Michael associate manage to fix it and saw the issue, the problem. She was so nice, that she took her time to fix it for me to make sure I left the salon happy. She even apologized for what happen even though she wasn’t the one who did my nails. Micheals salon are always making sure the customers are always happy when they walk in to get what they need done before leaving. I will return.

My nails was bad for the price I paíd. I dont recommend this place

The staff there can be fussy and very rude. Peter to be specific.Other than that, they do the manis and pedis very well.They just need better staff then things will be great

I have gone to Michael’s for as long as I can remember. As well as my Mother and Grandma go there. The staff is wonderful and fast, with great quality, which for me as a mom of 3 is one super important. They are also very reasonable with their prices unlike other Salons in the area. I would recommend them hands down every time.

I was a walk in on a Sunday they took me right away. They were friendly and a very relaxing atmosphere. Reasonable prices and I got what I asked for. I recommend this shop based on my first experience.

The nail tech who did my pedicure and manicure was busy looking around and paying attention to other business that was going on in the shop rather than on my nails. The quality has gone way, way down and I wont bother going back again

Nice, clean & friendly atmosphere.. I had not been there in 4 1/2 years and the same ladies are working and remember me. They made me feel special because the greeting was: Hello, havent seen you in a long time and a kind hug. Asked if I moved and believe it or not I did out of state remember when you are nice to people they will remember you.

Worse nail place I have ever been to. The man that did my nails was was rushing through the whole thing and he was looking at his phone the whole time. I asked for dip, he did acrylic but still charged me for dip. Didnt even let him finish cause he obviously didn’t care. He then proceeded to go to the nail technician that was doing my sister’s nails and messed everything up. They look lumpy af and he had the nerve to breathe down our neck while we singed the receipt to see if we left a tip. Don’t go here!!!! Or at least don’t let this man near you. I would give a name but he didn’t want to tell me when I asked.

I’m so sad and upset 😕I came in a they were super helpful and kind! I got a manicure and pedicure! I paid $90 for everything just to have two of my added nails break in half not even a week of having them. I think it’s because the lady made my added nails extremely thin like paper that’s why it broke so easily.

He customer service here is only good from the owner and the lady at the last table to the right ,theyre the best at making sure your needs are met. Last Saturday when I came they were arguing over whose turn it was very unprofessional. But the place is clean and the vibe is usually nice and the price is great. Other then the customer service I love this place been coming Here for a long time . I would like to go when its peaceful and no fighting for customers. I will look for him and her only when I go.

Each visit to Michael’s Nails is a great experience. Hong and the other staff are professional and accommodating.The service and quality provided makes for a very happy and repeat customer.

The place was clean and the vibe was great. When doing my nails the lady was barely paying any attention I had to correct her a couple of times. I asked for a matte coating and after doing it she dried my nails with a fan then told me not to touch anything because they would mess up but she didnt want to put a coat on top for them to stay firm. I reached inside my purse for my wallet and they were all messed up and they didnt want to fix it.

I was able to make a last-minute appointment, and I was so happy I did! I got gel nails and a pedicure and probably the best foot rub I have ever had. Mr. Lee really paid attention to my feet problems and massaged my calves too! It was a good value and they did a great job. I will definitely go there again.

The service was great but the quality of work was really poor. I only got a color change and it looks like a ten year old did my nails... very disappointing. I brought it up that my nails did not look like they should and I was hurried out with a bad paint job... really embarrassing. Dont waste your money..

I went on a Thursday. Place was very lonely but I got a pedicure, I liked it. Employees were nice. Place seem clean and had no problems.

Ive been going to Michaels for 13 years. I love the friendly staff, its always clean. They do an awesome job and are cheaper than most other places around. I have never had a bad experience here and would recommend this place to anyone.

I usually go Michaels because they are close to my house. Recently they havent been living up to my standards. Idk if its different people doing my nails or what but this last visit did it for me. I went last week. Got me & my daughter a full set & pedicure plus her eye brows. Also we both had coffin shape, my nails are long & i had acrylic added to both big toes. $147 was the total. So far, 3 nails have came off, not cracked, not lifted, came off as a whole nail & one of my big toes has cracked in the middle. Idk how that was possible. Im not ever going to this place again. They make up prices as they go, its never the same. Im sick of it.

The place is very clean but one of the guys that works there is very rude when asking a question or responding. My mother was getting a pedicure done and the young lady rushed through it and along half of doing her nails she left so another lady had to come finish them. I would recommend making an appointment with Hong because shes extremely sweet and talented.

Staff was great, but place was a little dirty to me. As my daughter got her eyebrows waxed, I noticed a lot of hair and dust on the floor in the wax room.

First and foremost I came to this place bc my regular tech was off unfortunately. I asked Hong how much would my nails be to take off and do an acrylic full set. She stated it was $10 to take off, which has NEVER been the case at any nail shop Ive ever been to in all the years Ive been going. Then I asked her how much to do my nails, she deflected and stated she would give me a price dont worry. So usually most places charge you $5-8 to do long nails, I get it nowadays the techs dont want to work. She did my nails, & charged me $45. I told her thats absurd Ive never been charged that, she insisted due to them being long, I paid it but the work isnt worth that amount. Ive had longer and better quality nails at other shops. I will never return, this place is a joke. She added her tip into the price b.c I guess she figured I would not tip her. Her loss.

We were very disappointed with my wifes and my manicure at MIchaels Nails. We dont treat ourselves to manicures often and our neighbor told us to try this place. The quality of the job was not very good. I had to go home and file the rough edges on my nails. My wifes nails were not done as she had requested. We normally do no write negative reviews but we will not go back to this establishment and wanted to warn others. Just not a quality nail salon.

$35 for gel mani, $30 for reg pedi. Although I was comfortable here with the atmosphere and the staff, the woman who did my mani hurt me several times and my nails were far from straight when she went to put polish. I told her, and she tried to correct but they are still not shaped nor groomed nearly enough. I am usually the person to give positive reviews. But for the price they are charging my nails should look much better.The pedi was better. Only thing I can say about the pedi would be the paint job.Also got my eyebrows waxed, and asked her not to wax the top or middle of my brow, only the bottom. This was purely a communication issue, which I anticipated, but still failed at explaining what I wanted though I was very direct.All in all, dont expect too much going here for the price you will pay :/

Absolutely the worst place to get nails done. They hurry through everything and dont make sure that your nails look right. When theyre taking off old nails they wont take it off completely so your nails will look clumpy. I already had to go back after getting gel polish on my fingernails because they made the polish itself clumpy and so it lifted/peeled two days later. The biggest problem I had with them was I got a french pedicure and the clear polish they used turned yellow by the next day. I got scared that I got fungus or something so I peeled back some of the polish and nope, my nail was normal underneath. Went up there to talk to them and get them fixed and the owner tried to tell me its from my socks....I spend extra money for gel so that this kind of stuff doesnt happen. I told him Ive gotten french gel many times before and this has never happened and I didnt wear socks for two days later!! He proceeded to try to convince me its my socks and its normal. Told me it would be another $20 to redo the polish. Im blown away by the lack of professionalism and I definitely wont be back.
